I have appsdaily package for my phone number [protected]. user id is vlakshmanan and subscriber id is 9283863. My mobile is HTC desire 828 purchased at Santel retails on 30.07.2016 with an invoice no.1888.
Issue is the store people have done updating my account wherein my email id is incomplete / wrong. ie, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com whereas it is given as vlakshmanan. Please correct it.
Further, I have ported my number [protected] from Karnataka to west Bengal subsequent to my transfer by 1st week of September, 2016. After porting the number new sim has been issued by Airtel. But it seems there is some problem due to appsdaily package as it recognises the new sim in attack mode for theft prevention. I need solution for this as I could not make outgoing calls properly.

better buy a phone with reliable phone insurance. APPS DAILY are not even worthy of 0 rating. They are worse than bad and the whole set up seems to be nothing but a hoax to get money from Customers in the name of insurance. Some manufactures like samsung seem to be in collusion with apps Daily which is the only authorised service centre for samsung which might also earn commission from the insurance premium earned by a worthless insurer. The Retailer also is perhaps given a commission from the premium looted from unwary customer
better buy a better phone with a insurance from a reliable insurer which is definitely not APPS Daily.
