Sir my phone screen was break accidentally and i have apply insurance clame s my phone was insured with appsdaily they have charged Rs 500 from me and promise me that my mobile will be repaired or replaced and give me my Intimation Id : ADI_220816_[protected] but after one months they call me that spear parts are not available so they can't repair it and ask me to repair my self
sir this is totally harassment as it was mentioned in policy that phone will be replaced if not repaired sir i am facing problem

    I had registerd a total loss of my mobile with intimation ID AD_D_180516_[protected]. On 01.08.16 they have started payment process and assured me that within 21 working days I will get my money back. But till now they did not release the money. They told that my documents are correct and handset also revceived. I am getting the same response as the image for the last one month. Every time they are increasing 3-4 days. Please help me

        My mobile phone Lenovo K50a40 Display was damage and i have given for claiming insurance on 01 September 2016 i have given handset to appsdaily store till now 20day are gone i have not receive my handset if i didnt receive my phone in next three days i will be complain in police station or i will take systems and sell from there store intimation id ADN[protected] from 06.sep.16 there are showing my phone in service center under process so from 6th its in process then what type of technical engineers in your services centre please close the door and get off.

          Dear sir,

          Breaking story: "ha hum kar rahe hai" from appsdaily
          Customer:- kya??? yeh kar rahe ho —

          This is to inform & bring to your notice the inconvenience i am facing as a customer of your company. i had taken an insurance for my nokia lumia 730 phone. it was physically damaged on 15/5/2016. i had submitted the phone on 19/5/2016 at your judges bungalow branch to the customer care executive ms. nitu patel following are the flow of events i have faced since then.

          Phone submitted on 19/5/2016 with documents and rs. 500 claim charges (commitment by ms. nitu patel - repairing time 1 month)
          After a month when i went on the your branch office to collect my phone i was informed from your branch office that the phone was submitted under total loss and claim amount receivable is rs. 7200 (commitment by ms. nitu patel - receivable amount will be sent to me with in a month after submission of the documents and bank account details)
          New documents including kyc and cheque was submitted on the date of 30/6/2016 through maruti courier docat no.[protected] to appsdaily ho.
          After a month the message of short fill was sent by ho on the same day (30/7/2016) when i would to receive the amount.
          New document was submitted further as per the mumbai ho team's instruction by judges bungalow branch office. (commitment by ms. nitu patel & mr. somanath, sales & service head - receivable amount will be sent to me with in a month after submission of the documents and bank account details)
          Same sort fill message was received on the date of 30/8/15 and same day judges bungalow branch office was sent 2 set of document having different signature as per mumbai ho team instructions by ms. nitu (cc) and mr sunil patel (tl) (commitment by mr. sunil patel:- your claim receiving time 15 days.)
          Same sort fill message was received on the date of 15/9/15 and same day mr. sunil patel committed to remove the short fill but till the today he doesn't receiving the call and there is no any update status i received from him.

          Finally your all commitments were failed?
          So i want to know do really want to give me my receivable amount or not??
          Why are you delaying unnecessarily & cause pain to customer?
          This matter is going on for last 4 months and the cause suffering every time.

          I demand to return my damaged phone from the beginning but your team neither returned phone nor give me the claim amount.

            Conclusion: Not a worth insurance.

            Hello Everybody!

            I have purchased AppsDaily Insurance for the mobile we have a new gadget - Mobile Samsung J7. Then less than few months the screen/display was broken. We have an insured phone so we lodged complaint through customer care and handed over to the service center in Narayanguda, Hyderabad with Rs. 500/- as fee. The claim date was may be 3 months to be resolved but i have no clue the status when i keep tracking on website is still repairing and we tried getting hold of the service manager on the call. He claims that there is no spare in the market. What the hell. Is this why you are making all the customers fool. Everytime we check the status with the ID Provided there is no update.
            Please better advise is what would be the best way to get the work done.
            I don't really recommend APPSDAILY Insurance to anyone in the world.

            Now the date has changed from Sept.20th to Sept.30th... I dont know when it changes from Sept.30th... May be 2017~~~~~~~~~~~
            Apps Daily is a big fraud on customer. Their number is never attended. Their complaint Phone line is put on a loop OR HOLD with NO human attending to the call. You only waste your sTD minutes calling for Apps Daily. When they book insurance and receive the mobile for repair they promise regular updates. but nothing is heard from them as updates.Their local contact numbers are neither opearational nor in existance. You only get the message that it is a an incorrect number

            better buy a phone with reliable phone insurance. APPS DAILY are not even worthy of 0 rating. They are worse than bad and the whole set up seems to be nothing but a hoax to get money from Customers in the name of insurance. Some manufactures like samsung seem to be in collusion with apps Daily which is the only authorised service centre for samsung which might also earn commission from the insurance premium earned by a worthless insurer. The Retailer also is perhaps given a commission from the premium looted from unwary customer

            better buy a better phone with a insurance from a reliable insurer which is definitely not APPS Daily.

                I lost my phone on a train journey. I submitted the police report and all supports and even after 2 months there is no response . This company is a real fake company.

                I lost my Samsung J7 Mobile phone yesterday night/ today morning while travelling and the phone had two SIM cards of mine. Both the cards have now been deactivated.
                I lost the phone while travelling from Palakkad Junction (Kerala) to Trivandrum Central (capital of Kerala). On realizing I immediately registered a police complaint and obtained an acknowledgement from them too.
                Since my policy is still valid I would like to stake my claim towards this loss.

                  I had purchased protection plan for mobile (Lenove K3 Note) from apps daily. When my mobile's display was not working I submitted my mobile to AppsDaily and after few days I got mobile back with replacement of display part of mobile.

                  But after 1 month mobile's display stops working and when I checked with Lenovo service center that time I came to know that Apps daily has not used genuine part for mobile display and it stopped functioning. Then I tried to contact Apps daily call center but not picking up phone. I also dropped mail but still I didnt get any phone call nor reply to my mails.

                    I have submitted all the documents and damaged mobile phone (worth Rs 10000) to apps daily with processing fees of Rs500 on 11th April 2016. On may 28th I got to know that I will be getting Rs5000 + Rs500 to my account as the damage to mobile phone is irreparable and I was asked to give other documents to Chandivali, Andheri W office along with cancelled blank cheque.
                    After several calls to call center, I have still NOT received my money of insurance claim. To be honest more than my money I dont want AppsDaily company continue cheating and harassing other clients.

                      My handset has been considered as total loss, and i have sent all the required documents to the company office but till today the status is showing as Claim has been processed on 03.08.2016. but not yet received any amount from the company. I spoke with the ASM he told me that it is an old case Iam not sure about the refund.Didnt expected this kind of answer from as ASM.

I think that you are not taking me serious in my case I think that you will give my phone in 2017 and your custmer care say that samsung don't make the part of j2 what you think that I am fool or pagal . give me money RS4000 and my phone I will make it today.                           Would request you to highlight the point which you want to share with the bullet points.

                          Also basis of investigation you taken on my request where you had shared information is not an appropriate and it is unethical way to route the consumer to different direction from actual matter.

                          You mention upon preliminary scrutiny of the device, your technical or your imagine personnel observed the Damage of the handset is different from actual damage found in my handset.

                          Kindly share the damaged and lost term and condition which is not come under my claim or else i will file the RTI for the same.

                          Once again request you to provide positive and authentics reply(reply all) with valid bond paper and with your all term and condition on damaged claims so that i can share same with other's consumer for awareness about you worst service.

                          Would appreciate if matter look into as a goodwill and as a humanitarian ground.

                            Hello intimation id AD_D_040816_[protected] . my handset was damaged i claimed insurance. company decided it as total loss basis and offered 22000 which is very less.i got tht handset for 43000. my handset was not damaged that much so that it can be considered as total loss as unrepairable. i asked them to return it. about 46 days have been passed and there is not single response from the company. not even service center (indore) is taking any responsibility and there manager is absent from last 15 days. so they are also not in touch with the head office mumbai. soon i am gonna launch a FIR for forgery.

                                My driver got his phone stolen which i gave to him.
                                It was a Gionee handset.
                                We got it insured.
                                We did the FIR and submitted all the relevant documents but now they are saying that our case is rejected and officials are saying to contact customer care and customer care is not picking up the calls.
                                This is a fraudulent company, it is only taking money from
                                Customers but is not refunding any money.
                                My complaint number was ATN_220816_[protected].
                                I will sue this company and get this company closed if I don't get my phone back.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I have appsdaily package for my phone number [protected]. user id is vlakshmanan and subscriber id is 9283863. My mobile is HTC desire 828 purchased at Santel retails on 30.07.2016 with an invoice no.1888.

                                      Issue is the store people have done updating my account wherein my email id is incomplete / wrong. ie, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com whereas it is given as vlakshmanan. Please correct it.

                                      Further, I have ported my number [protected] from Karnataka to west Bengal subsequent to my transfer by 1st week of September, 2016. After porting the number new sim has been issued by Airtel. But it seems there is some problem due to appsdaily package as it recognises the new sim in attack mode for theft prevention. I need solution for this as I could not make outgoing calls properly.

                                        I have registered a complaint and handovered the handset to the collection centre ernakulam (cc id 122) on 25th aug 2016. ( intimation is - adn_220816_[protected], now it has been 20 days i have phoned to the cc and the phone is switched off yesterday and today, when i went there last week, they said the handset will be ready on 9th or 10th, but not delivered yet. I have to get it as early as possible. Or i want to know the present condition of my phone or status of the claim.
