Updated by manmohan_9 I Think AppsDaily only sends system generated mails and doesn't have a customer care. They do have a customer care number but that is fake. My Samsung E7 is still under repair and below is the reply that I got about 10 days back.

IMEI number photo As per the insurance company labour charges are payable up to Rs. 350/- only. As per the insurance company cost of repair charges for cosmetic damages are not considered in assessment. As per insurance company in case TIN, VAT, CST details are not mentioned in the Repair Invoice then appropriate amount will be deducted from the claim settlement. AppsDaily has tied up with Authorized service centers for providing cashless service to their insurance customers for repair services not covered under handset manufacturer's warranty. However the quality and time of repair is not controlled by Appsdaily and it is the responsibility of your handset brand to provide you the service. AppsDaily's role is to only pay the service center on behalf of the insurance company post successful repair and handover of the handset to you.
