Call krne pr 20 min se phle call attend nhi krte hai. 20 min tak hold pr rakhte hai. Call attend krne pr koi acha sa reply nhi diya jata. Koi ache se baat bhi nhi krta hai.           On 14 april 2016, i purchased from laxmi the mobile store mira road (e), cash memo no. [protected]. hand set : samsung j700 (ime no.) [protected] was purchase with the insurence-appsdaily-15k platinum -15k - 7020144. the handset got damage which was submitted to appsdialy solutions to collection center at moksh plaza shop no. 26 2nd floor, sv road, borivali (w) mumbai. on 18 july 2016,
          Vide information id no. adn_140716_[protected].
          Company committed me as they assured me while selling their product, sir u will get your claim within 10 working days, but i visited their thrice till date, but still just they are giving assurance and have not fulfill their comitment yet today on 9th aug 2016.
          (1) i have to face many of the problems due to company's in effecient services. every time i have to take leave from my office just on their commitments which also occures me financial loss every time. due to such of insurence i am not able to communicate to my bussiness and relatives and due to which i am suffering from lots of losses. please look into the matter.

            Last 5 months this fraud organization are just making me fool by cooking new stories but no claim settlement are happened. They have set such a worst customer care system, you will never connect to there executive less than 40 minutes time, and than also they will inform you about system is down, they can't check status. Every time they will advise claim under process and will update after 21/14 working days time, but again they will repeat the same.

            I request you to take a strong action on them and make sure this organization stop making fool the customer.

            I had claimed for my mobile phone as it got damage in the month of march 2016, still the stories going on but ultimately no settlement has made so far, even their executive don't know the reason for delay, they dont have authority to provide any higher officer's no to contact, they will provide only email address, that will get bounce back most of the time and no satisfactory responds.

              This is in from u to that actually i've complaint about regrading of handset 📞 samsung galaxy j7 smart phone 📱 and i've also registered apps daily antivirus (Insurances), when i've tried to scan my phone it's showing 'apps daily malware' my samsung why don't't know however last one day ago i've updated my phone 6.0.1 (Masmello), so right ↪ now what can do??? 😄 who take this responsibility samsung care or apps daily help desk and also i've notified 🔔 that my phone 📱 was run slowly 😈😈😈... I have a given attachment, please do needful immediately..

              Nothing more else its really headache and frustrated for me totally worst service... Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible and call back my same number 📞 today within 12 🕛..

              I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after ever 2-3 mins automatically, recharge done but not applicable for hours, unnecessary advertising in between calls which delays important calls without any reason, network strength always weak and disturbances during calls...


              Worst ever telecom company in india aircel bucz i've using this service last 2years old but they didn't any responsibility for valuable customer... many times ditched me... i got cheated 3 times by aircel.. from the last few months, aircel has been trying to attract promo offer more the users by providing cheapest call 📞 rates and date offers... now, they have come up with an unlimited 3g offer and india's largest no. 1 network now also on gsm service, how it's possible???😈😈😈😈😈

              How can you deduct your customer's balance without his consent. I didn't ask for this service and I want it to be stopped and my balance returned...Hence, i request u to that actually i've complaint about regrading of my aircel gsm premium number [protected] and still that i'm not get any sms, please look into matter immediately and take action immediately also give my docket number against wrongly call charges and call 📞 🔙 my same number within 12pm and i said nothing more else other wise i will going to port out my my number which was you prefer???!!! 😟 😧 😔 😔

                      I have purchased a HTC 626 G+ on 21/01/2016 from M/s. Mobile India, Kendrapara and Insured it from Apps Daily. On 24.7.2016 during an accident my phone broke by damaging the touch pad and screen . I submitted the damaged phone, ID proof and also the box.The connection centre received it and now they are telling it cannot be claimed as the IMIE no of the phone is not available over the cover . I am working in HDFC bank as a Deputy Manager my hometown is Rourkela, Orissa but doing job in Kendrapara. The box has a thin cover over it so I could not get . The IMIE no is available over the invoice as the phone is compact it cannot be opened . I have the IMIE registered with you and you can comply the phone through the HTC service . None of your Apps daily staff of Kendrapara and the CC is not supporting me in this regards. It has been 10days .

                        1)I have apply for insurance claim in appsdaily.in where their staffs are making fool of customer by giving wrong suggestions.
                        2)Sometimes they ask for date & time should be mention in the written copy of application for FIR along with original copy of FIR to tally with.
                        3)And sometimes they ask for SHO's No of assigned FIR of police station which is against the rules of police station.
                        4) And now they are not processing my insurance claim by saying that your validity for applying claim has expired.

                            I was very glad when i got a msg from customer care for get a new handset provide by comp as per company policy there is no charge but today u r local branch asking 10% additional for giving it & they don`t give me in return
                            For having a one to one replace whn i have already paid 5% amount along with hendset deposited as per comp`s terms & condition within 10 working days hendset repair or refund the amount. But now almost 1 month submited hendset & not a single call received from the comp. I called every day & confirmed & they threaten me if i`ll not pay 10% amount they will reject my claim, now i don`t have idea what to do suggest me sir, details below,

                              I Just submitted a complaint against appsdaily and received a call from Delhi from mobile number [protected]. Friends beware of calls from Appsdaily executive asking for your bank account numbers and other confidential details. It is a big fraud. When I refused to share my bank account details, the person started using abusive language.

                              Friends never ever buy insurance from appsdaily.

                              I Think AppsDaily only sends system generated mails and doesn't have a customer care. They do have a customer care number but that is fake. My Samsung E7 is still under repair and below is the reply that I got about 10 days back.

                                My bag was stolen by two unknown persons, when i was going to Shiv Ram Park Nangloi Delhi from Shani Bazar Road. My mobile phone E9s HTC was in that bag.I lodged the complaint in P.S.Nihal Vihar Delhi vide FIR No. WD-NV-000044 dated 04/05/16. In said FIR phone IMEI No. [protected] was mentioned.
                                As this phone was got insured from your firm, hence intimation of that incident was also given to you on help line phone number and I was given a intimation number : ATI_070516_[protected] for further correspondence and in the Form 1A received from you for claim IMEI No of theft phone is mention as [protected]. and my case is rejected as IMEI No is different.
                                In this context, it is stated that previously my phone(E9s)
                                EMEI No:[protected] was damaged and replaced by your organisation vide Intimation ID:ADI_080216_2960674.Replaced Hand Set new EMEI No is [protected], which is mentioned in above said FIR . I am thankful to your organisation for the same. The SWAP letter is enclosed herewith for ready reference.

                                      New delhi: after the arrest of its narela mla sharad chauhan, 12th aap legislator to be arrested by police, the aap today launched a sharp attack on prime minister narendra modi asking whether he (Pm) has lost his "mental balance" and wondered whether the country is "safe" in the hands of a person who acts with such "vengeance".

                                      Aap's ashish khetan alleged the pm spends his every waking moment in plotting the 'fixing' of all his political opponents.

                                      He further alleged modi appears to be concerned only with political persecution.

                                      "he (Modi) appears wholly unfit to lead this country as the prime minister. Can we trust the country's administration in the hands of a person who spends his every waking moment in plotting the fixing of all his political opponents? Is such a person psychologically and temperamentally fit to run the country?"

                                      "the way narendra modi is running his reign of vindictive politics is dangerous for the country. He is targeting his opponents in a systematic manner, be it his action against (Gujarat cadre ias officer) pradeep sharma, other officers, aap mlas or against the aap government in delhi."

                                      Chauhan was arrested by police in connection with the suicide of a woman worker of the ruling party, taking the total number of arrested aap mlas to 12.

                                        I am abhishek sharma, my htc one m8 having imei no.[protected] and intimation id of my insurance claim is ‎ad_d_071015_2789737. company name appsdaily. i had registered this claim on 3 oct 2015, my claim is approved 3 months ago but don't receive any amount or any information, number of times i tried on toll free no.[protected] but nobody answered to my call, please find some solution i want my claim. first they take 6 months to take decision that phone is under total loss, i think due to some reason they take this much time. but after approving my claim they still not taking it serious. now i can't tolerate this, don't know how many times visit ur office in sec 22 chandigarh which is useless, they always answer to me that they r helpless. in the end i want my money back.
