Hi People

I m narendar chandan from delhi hari nagar i bought lava pixal v2 from mobile store connaught place new delhi

when i bought this phone apps daily excutive gave me apps daily phone insurance and convinced me that

thay have 0% complain ratio. One day my wife met with and accident and that phone completly broke and

i went to apps daily service center which is jaina tower distt center janak puri UGFLOOR there thay have

2 stupid girls thay dont even know what is the complete procedure thay took 500 cash from me and complete

all papers work in 3hr.Thay both were busy on calls with their boyfriends and family members during this

work. After that thay assured me that your claim will b sattle in 20 days and u get a call from apps daily

than u have to sent your box and orignal bills. I havent got any call from apps daily even i called tham on

their pathatic customer service number again ang again but no responce and after 29 days i got mail from

apps daily and thay write to me that we need to courior tham phone box and papers and i did that in may 15th

from that day to today i only get one reply ...your claim settle and every mail date change ...

i m attaching the screen short in this complain . i request to apps daily seniors that thay are also

a human being like us so pls dont make us fool anymore .. now i decided to take this company in court

and tell tham what is the meaning of harrasment.

i request you people whomesoever read this complaint here please dont buy any insurance from apps daily

worst company, worst customer care, , worst service centre...its not about the money its about the trust

which these company broke every day every hour..

people congratulationsr the cons

i have not get any responce from claims daily excutive. As per consumer complaints portal i recieve call from
them and my claim also not settle yet . i m planing to screw this apps daily company and take them in court
coz they just want to play with their customers money, emotions. I really dont know
why thay create such type of hassle in customer life, why these type of scam companies are running in india

    Details: i (customer) has met with an accident and mobile set damaged and i have called up customer care and informed and as per the instructions, i have handed over at apps-daily-authorized samsung center, at kukatpally-hyderabad.
    I have paid the 10% amount of around 700/- to the person-incharge.
    I have recieved the message also saying that my device is under repair and it will be delivered in 15 days.

    After 20 days, i receive an email saying the claim is not done.
    This kind of response is not-acceptable for the customer.
    I have clearly intimated about the accident and given all the details to customer care and all was done and suddenly i get this email is not acceptable.

    When i have given the mobile-handset, to the authorized-apps daily person, he has not-mentioned anything as it is an accident, what part is lost we are not aware.
    I have paid the insurance amount.

    I request you to please check and help me for the full-claim settlement and do the needful.


    Pl consider the request and do the needful.

      This is really very pathetic experience of mine with appsdaily. Here i have registered a claim on month of april'16 but even after approval of total loss and 10921/- claim amount is not received till date.
      I have called 4-5times to customer care but they were also helpless and everytime assured me for waiting a week but after even waiting no amount will credited till date.
      This is really poor service and pathetic customer service. Kindly look into this matter on urgent & priority basis and refund my approved claim amount asap.

        Dear team,

        I visit to appsdaily andheri office on saturday your executive took my number saying that she will call me till yet no reply please solve the insurance matter as soon as possible.

        I had inquired in the market that mobile can be repaired but your appsdaily company has replied with total loss. (But mobile is in working condition)

        I dont understand why its taking 45 days for everything its mobile insurance not a life insurance.

        While taking insurance that executive said your appsdaily person will come and collect mobile for repair nothing is going as usual he said.

        Abi mobile ke liye b chakkar marna hoga return my mobile i will repair if it is not possible from u.

            I bought a samsung galaxy s6 phone and samsung offered me free damage insurance through appsdaily for 1 year.

            My phone's rear camera lens broke down and submitted the claim with appdaily. I received the repaired phone from appsdaily after 2 months.

            Once i got a repaired phone it is having lot of problems like screen light fluctuation, it auto dials contact list numbers, touch is not working properly and buttons are operational. Please help me to correct this issue.

            I don't want to send it again for repair and wait for 2 months again. Also insurance term is over when i received the phone.

            Please help!

              I had made a claim on 24 july 2016

              As on 17 aug there is no response. I am calling customer care but no one received. I have been put on hold for more than 60 minutes everytime.
              On website there is no response. Website
              On connect center there is no response.

              What can i do now?

              Should i file a case against apps daily.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  The Appdaily have already took my defective handset, accessories.original bill with box for claim process.

                  Now they are coming back saying the claim is rejected as it received 2 month .

                  I have continue received mails that my claim is under process and will reimburse shortly

                  But instead of assurance, I received mail stating to coordinate directly with assurance india.

                  Appsdaily is cheating with customer time & money.

                  Already took my mobile, money & time.

                  This is merely a cheating.

                    I submit mobile at ccp pune/pimpri chinchwad on 22 july after that i got job sheet of details of customer and accepted damage device after that i m still waiting for my device get back to me because whenever we call ccp-customer care point she said to us to call customer care an ask them about your mobile status i called at customer support after 25 min they didnt rcv call after rcv they said we are unable to say u or we have no idea about your device pls call us at friday/saturday on 20 august that means every1 is going to make fool to customer as he said (10 days guaranteed replacement or repair) i want answer about this i want complain about this

                      I have recharged my d2h with above customer id under pos id given above but the transaction was failed but a sum of rs. 1000 x 2 : rs. 2000/- was debited to my account by the banker but as per your t & c i was supposed to get the refund in 72 hrs but till date the amount has not been refunded.

                      Hence i request you to kindly expedite the refund process.

                        My apps daily intimation id is ad_d_030516_[protected]. It was for samsung tablet which was in total lose condition due to an accident. Company mailed me to send my documents to their head office which is in mumbai. I have already sent these docs to company. On their online panel the detail is showing something like

                        Claim status

                        The claim status for ad_d_030516_[protected] is as follows:
                        We found some issue (S) with documents sent by you. We will get in touch with you shortly for the same.

                        Handset status:
                        Handset has been returned without repair by service centre.


                        But i didn't receive any call/intimation till now. On their customer care number also nobody pick the call. Please do the needful.

                        Dear Till Now i didn't get any claim. Now they are third time saying document missing. i repeatedly sending required documents. i don't know may be they are making fool o[censored]s. Nor they call neither they pick. I think i have make aprox. 200 call to their number but nobody is responding. Please do the needful.

                            I had given my mobile for r change of display to Collection center, Sri Radhey complex, science market, Ambala can't (cc id 48) on 9 may 2016. At the time of collection of handset i was assured to get back repairef handset within 45days but since then 3 months have passed but they have not returned my phone. Every time I contact them, they promise me to return the phone in 2-3 days but do jot do so. kindly help

                              16 May 2016 i gave my mobile phone and they say that mobile was totally damaged so they give refund but sfill nothing has been receibed. Intimation number: ADI_120516_[protected]
                              Whats this? If you cant fulfill your commitment than why u r taking money from customer.
                              I check status after evry 2 days but they shows that after 1 week. What the hell is this appsdaily? I am not asking abot crores and crores. Refund my amount which u r committed.

                                I have submitted my Samsung edge 6+ phone on 18 May 2016 it's been so long I have no information about my phone where it is how long they will take to repair I have tried calling apps daily customer care no one receives the call I have waited for approx 40 mints even then no body received at customer care I think it's the worst services I have been through I hate apps daily services I donot want any thing but please do return my phone it would have been better if I would have made my phone repaired from local market u people only know how to creat trouble for customer I will ask everyone not to buy apps daily services they straight put blame on Samsung service centre for delays whatever it is plz return my phone I have lost my paitence canot keep it more going to file FIR case against apps daily and Samsung as well my intimation Id is AD_D_110516_[protected] plz update me

                                  My cell phone was accidentatly repaired on 2/7/2016. Informed the same immediately.
                                  Finally i got the job sheet ony on 15/7/2016 after so many hurdles.
                                  Unfortunately i heard nothing from your end till date that too after 27 days.
                                  It is my mistake only to have a deal with appsdaily.

                                      The Mobile you have returned is not my Mobile. The mobile 's display which you sent me is too much damaged. My mobile is not too much damaged it just damaged in 3 lines on its display. There is a Black sticker on the back of my mobile.Please send my mobile.                                         I had insured my mobile with apps daily and i had problem in its touch keypad i gave it to service centre after 2 months i received mail frm apps daily that my mobile have been settled on total loss claim and i have to send mobile with all completed documents to there office it have been more than 4 months i have not recd my refund of settled amount neither the mobile is returned and while calling customer care the are making excuses that your claim is under review
