Sir i have bought a samsung a5... Due to damage i have submitted it to ascent enterprise my clain id (Ad_d_040716_[protected]... I gave it on[protected] time 11:54:00... So they did not responce me... I went directly to the service and enquired they told still i did not get approval.. Kindly give approval my prrof... I kindly request you sir.. Since till know it 20 days over... Ii request you sir

      I had bought gionee s plus phone for my daughter with apps daily insurance cover in december 2015. the phone got damaged in may 2016. lodged the claim with appsdail on 21.05.2016 and submitted at the office which is at 29, 2nd floor, sawarkar block, shakarpur, main vikas marg, delhi of apps daily on 23.05.2016 with a fee of rs.500/- for lodging a claim. the executive present at the centre informed that within 30 working days my phone will be received back. today it is 14.7.2016, no response is received from apps daily till date. i tried to know the status from the website, to which it only shows, "the service centre has accepted your phone". the status is same for the last 20 days. i tried to contact the executive on the customer care, he simply informed me that you would be getting a call or email soon. no further information. today i. e. 14.7.2016 tried to contact delhi centre, the executive is very rude, did not try to listen, disconnected the phone. tried further, but she did not picked it up.
      It is an expensive phone that is why i bought the insurance cover. i am really shocked about the conduct of the appsdaily. they do not want to listen to the problems of their customers.
      I had problem in lodging the complaint with them as well, the website was not working at that time, long waiting period (minimum of 25 minutes) to speak to executive and to my surprise the phone line gets disconnected as soon as the customer care executive comes on line. today also i tried their customer care number at least 20 times to which i am getting a reply "the dialled number could not be contacted at this moment"
      They have no specific replies to your queries and only standard answers.
      Please help me in getting my phone back. this conduct of the company makes me think why i have bought the insurance cover. it cost me first and then i had buy another mobile because in today's time you cannot live without mobile and to face this kind of harrassment without any fault of the customer.
      If i had known this, i would not have bought it not even thought about purchasing it.
      Today i learnt a lesson not to buy insurance for any product because in india insurance means harrassment to you nothing else.
      You lose your product as well as you face lots of harrassment, waste time in following up your matter and face rude behaviour of executives.

        You people are advertising to submit a standby handset to the customer and not providing it. Even taking plenty of time to recover the claim. Playing rumors to the public.

          My name is maj. cherry singh currently working as an executive vice president - hr with yes bank.

          My damaged s6 edge was accepted by your kalkaji center on 7th june 2016. the intimation id is ad_d_030616_[protected]. model no is sm - g9251.

          Inspite of my various attempts to know the status of my phone, i am not able to get the same either from your call center or kalkaji center. i am really disappointed with the services been provided to the customer. i need resolution & immediate revert from the concerned department on my cell phone status. does it take 2 months to change a screen?

          I would request you to call immediately or else the same will be escalated. i am losing y patience as cant do without my phone any longer. you call center put me on hold for 30 mins & i disconnected the call post getting frustrated. noone attends call or is there to update the status. does this company exists?

            I have given summit my samsung a 5 mobile to apps daily service center on 18 may 2016. i was told you will get your phone with 20 days and maximum 45 days but till today i have not received my mobile and not getting proper answer for the service center of apps daily. i am tired of this now.

                I had purchased insurance from appsdaily for mobile protection.Insurance premium amount : inr 4000. My mobile screen got damaged & appsdaily is not covering my mobile damage and asking for money to repair the handset. Although they agree that my mobile damage is covered in insurance policy but are not resolving my screen damage.

                  I have submitted my samsung j7 handset for display change on 22 june 2016 to appsdaily centre: b-4 gf shop no. 04 kalkaji new delhi-110019. now 15 days passed and there is no update on my handset repairing. the person take care their kalkaji office even does not pick any phone available at his desk. i have seen it so many times.

                  The customer care of appsdaily is a blunder, no one is responsible for any comments given by their executives. i could not understand what to do with these daicotes.

                    Dear team, via claim intimation id: ad_d_070616_[protected], i had submitted the damage insurance claim for my mobile mi4i which was a nine months old device at the time of registering for claim.

                    Claim was registered om 07/06/2016 and device was submitted on around 12th june. its been over a month now, that no update on device is received, where as site claims for the repaired or replaced handset in maximum 10 days.

                    We have already waited over the update for almost a month now, and till now we don't know whether phone will be repaired or replaced. atleast some clarity over that should be communicated. also, we need a end date by when we would receive our device back.

                      I have given my Samsung phone as touch broken in calicut office of Apps daily
                      on 11/06/2016 but up to now i didn't receive my handset back after repair
                      attached the claim details
                      at the time of purchase it is offered by the company that they will give a solution with in one week but now it has taken more than one month

                          I have applied for insurance for my asus mobile, my papers was manually approved, on 14th may 2016, it was told to me that i will get my insured amount within 21 days, it is almost 60 days, no reply from apps daily & website always shows "settlement of your claim is being finalized. You may check for next update after... So and so date"

                                  With a great assurance about your services we insured our hand set iphone 4s. at the time of damage report we did all the formalities as required by your local office but after 3 weeks we received your call that the hand set is damaged due to our ignorance and it is not covered under insurance. i just wanted to know how a person can intentionally damage his handset its all due to ignorance mobile phone get damage.

                                    Still there is no respond from your ends after 20 days, even though fir copy along with all documents has been submitted in your sahid nagar, bhubaneswar. Your peoples are not taking any action till today.

                                    When we met an accident & fell down on ground that time some one theft my mobile and same thing you can check with your mobile voice record but your persons said that mobile has loss?

                                    Once again i request your peoples for re consider the matter and return my mobile or cost, which will as per your roles.

                                    I will wait another 07 days, if no action will be taken from your ends then i will lodge a complain in nayapali police station for inquiry

                                    If required also i can also produce cc tv pottage during accident.

                                    Hope you will revert quickly.

                                        Sir i m very dissapointed from yours company. Kindly give me a resolution for this. My intimation id is ad_d_200616_[protected] and it was given by apps daily insurance. But after lodging complaint they don't create any action. According to their rules. I had already registered with offline and online medium of the company. I had visited their relationship office in my city yamunagar many time but they doesn't respond till now.In my all life it is very bad experience from a insurance company.
