I have claimed for the repair of my Samsung A5 on 9th or 10th May 2015 then i got the mail on 20th May 2016 stating
"Based on the scanned documents submitted in respect of captioned mobile handset damage, Insurance Company has processed
the claim on TOTAL LOSS BASIS. Assessed claim amount works out to Rs.10921/- to be finalized by insurance company subject to submission of ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and DAMAGED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FULL BOX WITH ACCESSORIES to our office at the following address"

Then I have send the all the documents and accessories to the Mumbai address give on the mail. However I do not got any response from them. How long you are going to take. it is really very frustrating and irritating. Now I do not have my phone or accessories and documents. Please get it sorted out as soon as possible.

    Dear sir

    As per repeated mail and call with you we against claim id ad_d_160416_3033193, we had not received any reply except asking for bank documents, where as we ask you to rtn the handset with out repairing,

    Also note that your ghatkoper connect center they behave with us like we are beggar not the customer.

    So kindly confirm can apps daily will going to take action for rtn the handset or we have to go to consumer court for harassment and not resolving matter.

    No one in company interested and not qualified to solve the customer problems, just they are interested to get business and incentive, in Ghatkopar Connect Center they behave with Customer like customer are beggars.
    where we asking we don't want money we want handset rtn still we got massage pl submit the bank details, means they can't understand what we are requested.

      My Mobile was theft on 21st June due to an road accident on Yoga days nearer to CRP jaydev vihar road.Immediately i was inform customer care through phone but still no response i received.

      And all ready received FIR copy from Bhubaneswar police station.

          i had submitted the samsung e7 in appsdaily on 25 th of may
          confirmed screen replacement on 30th i received the msg regarding that but till today its 22 nd jun and i contacted many times ur center where i submitted my phone at ahmedabad rambaug but everytime they said that we didnt receive ur phone from the service center
          i ased them to give me the service center no and they provided me the appsadaily customer care center (where after waiting for almost half and hour )executive said me that i didnt haave any information regarding that i m only abble to tell u that ur phone in repairing
          i asked him to provide the service center of samsung where they send my phone to replace the sreen he gave me the no where no one picking up the call it continously kept ranging no one replied the whole day
          now tell me how can i know whats the status of my phone ?
          its almost a month and ur people dont able to give any information regarding this i[censored]r company is so lousy and never care then why the hell u people providing ur packages with all the false promises with new phone this is last time i purchase ur package i will never buy this bogus company package and if anyone try to will let them explain my exp
          hope after this i will get atleast the date when will i get my phone, , what the hell how many days u people need to get back the customers phone ?6 months or what ?

          this is the last time m asking for the reply to my messages or will have to go through the consumer courte for mental harressment, , and the company has the weird policy for providing the alternate handset to the customer, , if they give mobile within 7 days from purchasing the appsdaily package then only they are providing the handset but will ask u one que nowadays all are smartphone and in this compitative market every company providing the best phones to customer atleast not have any fault atleast for the first months then whats the use of the providing the alternate handset to new customer, , i think that policy should be changed to customer whose mobile ur not giving for more then the half and a month

            Its fake corporate company. Never Trust this Insurance company.
            Post submitting all required documents, they took 40 days time to review & rejected my claim for no reason.

            Reason for rejection is also not provided. I demand government to take action & close this company.

            Pathetic costumer care service, either they dont take call nor respond mails for queries raised by costumer.

              Plzz let me knw til what date nd day i can get my phone back...its almost goin to b 2 months...may27 i got my phn repair but my back camera donot work properly so, i send it bck on may 28th...bt no call nd information cam til nw...when i cal in customer care no...they dn pick it up...one mor thing d one who sit in apps daily customer srvice in kalkaji...he dn behave properly...he dn giv us prpoer information...i m very upset wid this service...plz giv my phn i[censored] cant do anythng...or provide me any call or infromation abt my phn...

                The worst service i have ever seen.
                My intimation id is : ad_d_150416_3032203.
                Its been 61 days i have given for repair.
                From their end they delayed in submitting the docs.. Hence the claim has been rejected.
                I am going to consumer court

                Please think from a customers' side. It crossed 61 days and still i am not getting a valid reason for delaying.
                Today you people saying that the claim is closed coz of lagging in submitting the docs. I have given all the docs on april 22nd itself and then only the connect people had accepted my phone. And i left that place only after validating the document from appsdaily side. Eventhough the docs have lagged, no one has contacted me regarding that till this 61th day.
                I am calling from the 2nd week itself to the connect center and they always telling it is under process. Just now i got the info that the documents are pending.
                Please please give my phone as soon as possible. It really affects me in accomplishing my office duties.
                I am not able to connect to vpn, i am not able to read important mails while travelling etc..
                Please understand my case and please provide an immediate action.

                Please value my money, time and effort.

                I m suffering with the same issue highly irresponsible staff and apps daily insurance is a big fraud

                  I submitted all my documents as asked to the apps daily company in may 1st week under total loss claim its been almost 2 months and don't have an idea about the progres.. And customer care is pathetic, neither lifts call nor send a single mail.. But always tell that they have been mailed to registered phone number and mail id... More over extending the claim date evrytime... Such a pathetic customer service...

                    I submitted my phone in the apps daily office on 20 april my intimation no is ad_d130416_3030518 it's samsung a5 and its my second complain since then it's been more then 60 days. I really don't understand it takes 14days to build a toyota hutu people are unable to repair one cell phone. Apps daily is a big scam now i don't wanna get it repaired i want my phone back return it as such. And it's mine humble request to each ad everyone out there don't but a apps daily phone insurance. I have attached there assurance mail pic as such which states that it will get repaired in 6-7 working days after that complaint now it's been 10working days and on the top of that they have got the worst employees who not only fail to update on the status of the phone but there is complete lack of manners and communication skills.

                      Appdaily the mobile insurance provider is cheating people. Their customer care numbers are not working, no one pics up the phone even after waiting for 45 mins. Website links are not working. How should i raise a claim? I cannot even login to the website with my registered mobile number and subscriber id. I have invested time and money in taking insurance from appsdaily however, they are cheating consumers. Please take action against the company.

                        I have taken insurance from appsdaily for my new mobile purchased from ganpati mobile lucknow. On 30th of march the mobile was broken by physical damage and it was reported by online registration of claim. My claim id was generated as ad_d_300316_3017378 and phone was submitted to apps-daily connect center at vikas nagar branch lucknow on 5th april 2016. They promised to repair the set within 15-20 working days. For this i contacted local center on 30th april 2016 and they said that set is under repair at service center. Afterwards they are repeating same jargon for last one and half month. When i call to their center on number [protected] they too do not have any new information and said the same thing. When call to local center they gave number of mr. Sunil [protected] who gave the number of ms shweta [protected] who in turn provided the number of service center ms neelam [protected]. After calling on all these numbers only detail came out is that part is not available. I do not understand that for how much time will they repeat the same thing and for how long i am to wait for my handset?

Retailor makes that mistake he register "saurabh muhamd"but my name is "saurabh kumar"due to this mistake work is pending till now. So please solved my problem soon.                             I visited to your daily aaps center at yavatmal for claim, but got very terrible experience . When i entered the office with shoes, the lady at counter abuses me as i was not removed the shoes outside the office and even threatened me to call police. You are requested to take strong action against your executive (lady at counter) so that such type daring to abuses the customer should not happened and let not allow her to defame your renowned company.

                              I have submitted my mobile 1month back and they are not responding to any calls. I called the manager ph no [protected] before he would pick call and communicate and say that he will give next week every week i call and now he is not picking my call he cuts the he even doesn't say what is the issue, why is it taking late. They are not at all supportive and my 25000 samsung mobile galaxy a7 is with them for repair due to screen crack. So kindly do the needfull. Thanks alot.

                                On 06/11/2015, i purchased a samsung j700 mobile from samrat vyapar pvt. Ltd., barrackpore (Photocopy of the purchased bill is annexed wherewith) and on the same day i insured my mobile to appsdaily.

                                But unfortunately on 02/04/2016 my mobile fell from my hand and was broken and on the same day, i handed over my broken handset along with battery to the appsdaily (Intimation id: 3014710, dated 02/04/2016) to get back recovery from appsdaily.

                                Now it has already been passed 72 days.

                                How many more days have i to wait to get back my recovery?

                                  I buy the apps daily insurance for my handset lava iris x1 grand ..and now my handset was damged ...i visit apps daily connect centre and they accept my and handset and 500 rs ...and after 5-6days they call me and said your handset was rejected by compony bcz you are repiared your handset in other outlet ...but in insurance not mention this condition and also when I bought the insurance not a tell me abt this condition ...but I said ok...and request to apps daily plz rervse my 500 rs ...they said it cant revesal ...i said why ..they said its compony policy and condition but they why not mention this condition also in this insurance ...and not reversal my money also ...they fraud with me ..so I wnat to compliant against apps daily

                                    When i was sitting in the marine drive raipur and talking with my friend through my phone one person pushed me from back then my phone fall out and phone get damaged because of that my phone's touch screen is broken and its not work properly and sound quality of incoming and outgoing is not work properly some extra noises are coming from mobile sets

                                        I have submit in my iball slide brace-x1 tablet for apps daily soluation pvt ltd - maninagar branch, 301, rajvi comlex,

                                        I have till date not received my i ball tablet and not proper answering by
                                        Which date receiving. And customer care not support for me or call not pick up on maninagar branch service department.

                                        Such attitude brings bad word of mouth publicity for the company ... Dissatisfaction can be estimated from the fact that 98 % are dissatisfied from your customer care services . All customer are doing not well this service to be happy.

                                        Pls look into the matter and do the needful.
