i m not satisfied with apps daily service
i cant suggest anyone to go for apps daily.

Sir i am punam gupta... My claim intimation number is ad_d_210616_[protected]... I submitted my phone on 22nd june... And after that i got my approval letter but i won't be able to understand that... So i asked the customer service center person to clearify me... But they are dont even know how to handle their customers.. They are always ignoring me... Please help me... As i am student i dont have any alternate phone to use... Please solve my problem... I will be very thankful to you...

I have bought micramax tab P480 on 11/09/2015.It damaged in side edge. I want to claim as early as possible.

Its been 7 months that i have handed over my DAMAGE mobile phone to APPSDAILY MOBILE PROTECTION (Insurance Company) against damage claim.I have submitted my damaged handset, But against my expectations they gave a total loss approval although mobile was fully working accept only back cover was cracked.Still i deposited all the documents & accesories well within the time . I have called many times to the customer care of AppsDaily but all in vain.

Now I am going to register a complaint to POLICE STATION.Also to IRDA, THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE GREVIANCE REDRESSAL OFFICE and if nothing works i am going to complaint at OMBUDSMAN and then to CONSUMER FORUM no matter how much money i will have to spent now but will expose this fraud company upto my last breath come what may.

ITS MY WARNING TO APPSDAILY, WHETHER GIVE ME MY WHOLE HANDSET AMOUNT OTHERWISE BE READY TO PAY A VERY HEAVY PENALTY FOR INFRINGING IPC SECTION 25(Fraud), 420(Cheating), 415, 416, 417, 418, 419 for 191( perjury), 425 (Mischief), 324 mentally Harrasing, Section 191 and MANY MORE.

This is 100% cheating .my vivo v3 got physical damage after six month I have submitted for the Same shop for claim they have charged 1500 rs .its been 1 week still they are saying 2more week for claim .its pending with apps daily confirmation only that means this is fraud . At any cost I will try my best up .planing to rais a complaint in consumer court against apps daily .

apps daily company is cheting us and me

I buy a new mobile of rs 12500 and i have insurenced the mobile of cost 1250 rupees and .. and cower risk risk of theft and damaged all type. last month the thiefs show me the knives in night and stole my purse money and my samsung mobile. i complain the police and i refer mobile case to insurence company to apps daily . and appsdaily tell me company give u new phone to u according to ur insurence in 10 days and tell me deposite of 15% money in advance and after we will give u mobile in next 10 working days. but today delivery has fallen . company does not give me my mobile and they told sorry for incoonevencias and they tell me the mobile making company samsung brand has not the samsung j5 model and the your delivery is delay when mobile is availebale we give u ur phone.. my name tinderpal from patiala and i told the company how can u demands us too money in advance and why should u not done the late payment advance money. tum baad mai paise kyu nhi lete and jab mobile nhi dena too hamse insurence kyuy karwaya and hamara time hamara paisa kyu kharaab karwaya. kya samsung company ne mobiles bnanana band kar diya jop apko phone nhi mila . and mobile nhi mila to paise kyu nhi dete new mobile ke mujhe .cheating mat karo agar mera mobile mujhe nhi mila 5 din ke andar andar to mai case file karuga appsdily ke against theft claim and my money waisting and my time and for inconvencias ke regarding. ya mujhe paise do mere 12400 ya mobile do mera.. bus do it only in five days other vise i file a case against u and ur company...

I too received an email from your Customer support Appsdaily Solutions Pvt Ltd from the email id, claims.[protected]@appsdaily.in confirming the submission of mobile damage claim and asked me to submit documents by vising the Appsdaily Connect Centre within 7 days with the details given below:

Address: CC1108-Bangalore-Sanjaynagar, SNEHA COMPLEX, Opp. Vijaya Bank, 2nd Floor, Shop No : 2, Sanjay Nagar Ph:[protected] Store Timing: 11:00AM - 6:00PM Lunch Time: 1:30PM - 2:00PM Closed On: Sunday.

I visited this office on June 27, 2016 at 4.00 pm and was informed that it has been closed long ago by the neighbors and that it is shifted to some other premises.

Subsequently, on the same day I replied to the above email informing about this matter. My email bounced back. I tried calling on the mobile number given, but it is not reachable.

Now, where do I go to get the claim settlement and my mobile phone repaired? Why does your company not update the address on the website and give proper address to its customers?

Can you please provide the address of the new premises of your Appsdaily Connect Centre?
