My mobile hand set handed over to your calicut (kerala) office on 7.5.2016 as it is under insurance coverage, the set is costly about rs. 60000/-. the complaint is not rectified till this time. i had contacted the concerned person mr. nidhin (phone no. [protected]) for many times to get the status about my phone, even then there is no reply from the person.

          I am very much disapointed ...i submited my phone on 22nd june...and then i got the approval letter...but i would not be able to understand the quotation...so i asked it from the apps daily customer care person in jamshedpur city apps daily care...but till yet they have not informed me...n when i used to call them they never recieve my call...and when at last they recieve it ...they always give the excuses and never tell what to do and what to not...please help me out iam a student and i dont have any alternate phone to use...
          and one thing i request you that please improve your service otherwise no one will ever take the insurance...

            Hi team,

            I had submitted my handset on 28th jun at andheri west contact center.

            The agent twinkle had confirmed that i will get a mail confirmation on the status but till now i have not got any mail from you. when i am sending mails it is bouncing back??

            This is my second claim and again i have started facing the issue like earlier. last time also i had to wait for more than a month to get my handset repaired.

                  I have bought micramax tab P480 on 11/09/2015.It damaged in side edge. I want to claim as early as possible.
                  Its been 7 months that i have handed over my DAMAGE mobile phone to APPSDAILY MOBILE PROTECTION (Insurance Company) against damage claim.I have submitted my damaged handset, But against my expectations they gave a total loss approval although mobile was fully working accept only back cover was cracked.Still i deposited all the documents & accesories well within the time . I have called many times to the customer care of AppsDaily but all in vain.

                  Now I am going to register a complaint to POLICE STATION.Also to IRDA, THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE GREVIANCE REDRESSAL OFFICE and if nothing works i am going to complaint at OMBUDSMAN and then to CONSUMER FORUM no matter how much money i will have to spent now but will expose this fraud company upto my last breath come what may.

                  ITS MY WARNING TO APPSDAILY, WHETHER GIVE ME MY WHOLE HANDSET AMOUNT OTHERWISE BE READY TO PAY A VERY HEAVY PENALTY FOR INFRINGING IPC SECTION 25(Fraud), 420(Cheating), 415, 416, 417, 418, 419 for 191( perjury), 425 (Mischief), 324 mentally Harrasing, Section 191 and MANY MORE.

                      With respect to the above complaint no the phone {iPhone 6 } was submitted with the apps daily connect center jalandhar which is very inconveniently located in a very shabby surroundings, with very uncooperative and unnecessarily talkative staff and owners. The said phone was having a cracked outer protective layer which costs 13000 at any apple service center as the touch and display was in working condition. Irrespective the company stood to change the phone which costed 26000 according to the company and I was asked to deposit 8000 with the company. The refurbished phone was received at there contact center on and when visited on 20th june the said phone which was being handed over by the staff did not have the simcard Pocket hence reflecting the quality and dedication of company. Nevertheless i never accepted the phone and is still waiting for any answer from the company.

                        I can buy a new phone in 2012016 from patiala and i ensuarenced this phone from apps-daily insurance re 1250 and then something wrong with me and two boys theft mobile from me. Company submitte and give me time 10 days and company giving date is 1 july to me give me my new mobile deliveryt date, but today is july delivery date and company does not any revert to me and my claim status report has gone to next 12 days more. Give me phone or give my money back insurence money and 15% fees of invoice bill value which i paid to compny 1860 rupes.                           I have submitted my phone on 11th may 2016 intimation id: ad_d_080516_[protected]. They had a scheme that they will repair it under 21 working days. But till now i have not received my phone back whenever i try to contact them, they only say its under repair please wait for 2 days we will inform you about you phone details, but again no information came from their side. I have called them for more the 4 times but they are not providing me the accurate information.

                            It is regarding my phone complaint dated : 3-6.16 that my phone was fallen down as i have been pushed by somebody in the lift. My phone was not working from that very day. I tried to give my phone for repair in service center on that very day they said your documents are not complete so we cannot take for repair. Sir, from that very i am being harassed by service center and call center for accomplishment of paper and not taking phone for repair again and again. I am working in a hospital and i have to be available on phone for emergencies, so it is an essential part of my job. This kind of harassment is not expected from a reputed company. I have all the papers but still cannot get it repaired just because of your people's non-cooperation. If i didn't get any satisfactory answer from your side within 24 hours, sorry to say that i have to move to consumer court for my mental and physical harassment.

                              I submitted my samsung s6-ege on 7th may and its been 53 days and still i haven't got it back. The online status shows its under repair for over 40 days.

                              The guaranteed return of phone within 10 days is a false hope these guys give.
                              The online support is very poor and take a lot of time to connect and is in hurry to disconnect the call without giving any information.

                              Guys please don't go for this insurance, syska is much better in service and helping the customer.

                                I received an email from your customer support appsdaily solutions pvt ltd from the email id, claims. [protected]@appsdaily.In, confirming the submission of mobile damage claim and asked me to submit documents by vising the appsdaily connect centre within 7 days with the details given below:

                                Address: cc1108-bangalore-sanjaynagar, sneha complex, opp. Vijaya bank, 2nd floor, shop no : 2, sanjay nagar ph:[protected] store timing: 11:00am - 6:00pm lunch time: 1:30pm - 2:00pm closed on: sunday.

                                I visited this office on june 27, 2016 at 4.00 pm and was informed by the neighbors that it has been closed long ago and that it is shifted to some other premises.

                                Subsequently, on the same day i replied to the above email informing about this matter. My email to this email id bounced back. I tried calling on the mobile number given, but it is not reachable. Your customer care no.[protected] does not give any response.

                                Now, where do i go to get the claim settlement and my mobile phone repaired? Why does your company not update the address on the website and give proper address to its customers?

                                Can you please provide the address of the new premises of your appsdaily connect centre?

I had to scamper for all the documents and reached this contact center at around 5:30 pm and found the office doors closed and upon inquiring it is found that the office is closed for about nearly 2 months now. It is appalling that i was asked to go to this place and only confirms how disjointed this firm is
