I have been asked to submit all my original documents under total loss reclaim.I submitted all my documents as asked to the address mentioned... its been 50 days..when i track the id, they all ways postpone 5 days everytime.. and worst of all... the customer care... it's always unrcheable...i don;t have a phone now... how to reach u people?

Sir maine apne mobile ka insurance krwaya tha. Ab wo mobile ek accident me tut gya. Or company ko 2 mahine ho gye hai. Fir mere phone ko total lose me de diya. Ab tak mera claim process me nhi aaya hai. Mera claim number ADI_120516_[protected] hai. customer care pr call krta hu to 2-3 din ka naam liya jata hai. Pr mera claim nhi de rhe hai. I am very much disapointed ...i submited my phone on 22nd june...and then i got the approval letter...but i would not be able to understand the quotation...so i asked it from the apps daily customer care person in jamshedpur city apps daily care...but till yet they have not informed me...n when i used to call them they never recieve my call...and when at last they recieve it ...they always give the excuses and never tell what to do and what...

I have registered my complaint regarding mobile phone physical damage on
June 5, 2016 then the insurance company Apps Daily give me ten working days
time and now more than one month left and they are saying still for some
more days and they are saying this from last 10 days and not giving me my
