I have not received any intimation yet either on call or mail.

such attitude brings bad word of mouth publicity for the company ... dissatisfaction can be estimated from the fact that 98 % are dissatisfied from your customer care services .

Pls look into the matter and do the needful.

    I have been raising this query for a week now but there is no resolution nor any feedback:-

    "my handset was given to your connect centre 146 in hyderabad on 16 april 2016. Till date there is no sign of getting it back.

    Service centre has informed me last week that after repairs it has been sent back to connect centre.

    Your connect centre 146 is closed since last week and also the connect centre mobile no[protected] is also switched off.

    I have sent mails to protection @appsdaily.Inand also claims @appsdailyworld.com

    Also unable to contact on your customer-care number:[protected]"


    Please treat this on utmost priority otherwise i will be compelled to elevate to higher level

      My name is naveen rana. I was submit my mobile for repair in your office. My mobile imei no - [protected], bill no 7376 dated 22 jun 15 and my claim no ad_d_200416_3036459 at your office. My phone was repaired and i am collect my repaired phone on 24 may 16 from your office at hisar, (Haryana). After collecting my phone i go to my home and put the sim in mobile slot sim 1 is accepted the sim and slot sim 2 is not accepted. After that i was went to your office at hisar, haryana. And they will refuse to accepting my phone for repairing if the mobile is not accepting the sim card it is useless for me and a big loss for me. So i requested that sir please repair my phone at the earliest as possible.

        I m Dr simran Kataria my intimation I'd is AD_A_130416_3030518 and cell phone issamsung A5 and its been with u ppl for now more than 3 months it's not only harassing and its time consuming lengthy process I m so dam irritated with u ppl I really don't care about getting it corrected I want my cell phone back and I seriously suggest to ppl not to buy your insurance coz it's only purpose is to disturb peace of Mind coz not only ur service is at par but u fail to satisfy ppl with information. All I m hearing is ma'am it's gonna take 4 more days from last one month. It's exhausting. Please return my cell phone Asap I do t wanna prevail ur services.

          I am writing this mail after getting unsatisfied reply from apps daily & samsung store team members.
          I purchase samsung s6 from samsung digital plaza, address - plot no. J-131, 9-10 dividing road, sector-9, dlf, faridabad on 1/01/2016.

          At that time they told me about“apps daily policy” i said no for this policy but they told me about its benefits like:

          1.In can of any damage customer need to pay only either 500/- as a file charge or 5% of the repair charge amount. (The person who told me about this policy also have claim like the same)
          2.In case of theft within 6 month company will deduct 15% amount of device invoice value & balance amount they will tranfer in your account or they will give new handset. & after 6 month 25% will be deduct.
          3. Apps daily have tieup with samsung india.
          4. You can take multiple claims.

          After getting these two benefits i said ok this is good policy & i also purchase the same policy.

          But now when my phone is damage than “ samsung store” persons still saying same as they said previously but “ apps daily” persons are saying they will charge 5% of the device value even policy paper are not saying like that.

          Policy paper quote:

          “in case of theft they have mentioned clearly “ device invoice value” but in case of damage they have mentioned “ invoice amount or rs. 500” which will be more.”

          Unquote:

          So i request you please give me positive feedback on this matter as soon as possible today & take decision by considering yourself as a client.

            I have sony xperia z2 which is damaged nd i have insurance of apps dailly nd i give mobile before too monthsnd they are not giving my mobile please help me i want my phone within 2 days ..i purchase my phone on 22 june 2015 nd i did insurance from app daily of 1750 rs nd when i go too app daily office they are saying that we cant give your phone instead of that we will give u money

              I m Gagandeep Singh from Patiala Punjab. I m completely dissatisfied with your service. I have given my handset for repair more than two months ago . But your agents are too rude and irresponsible to handle customer complaints. Even they didnt give their number, I m feeling very insecure cause m nt getting my mobile back. It IS SAMSUNG A5. I m so depressed from his rude behaviour with me. His NAME is Sahil may be from Chandigarh. Everyday I used to call him almost twenty times. He never respond me . Even I visited your centre at 22 no. phatk almost every week. But to no avail. Your company is very irresponsible and fake. If you cant repair it why did you pick it. and why you give fake insurance guarantees. You are not genuine persons. m fed up from you...Dare me a call [protected]

This company toll free number[protected] is dead and other number[protected] is their executive take response after 30 mins plus and tell me please wait a few mins line hold and after not response to phone line last 15 to 20 days regular same reply me. I don't know what hell is happening over there... Its been more than 33 days... Kindly look into this matter... I want my phone asap...

                      Hello sir,

                      I had claimed for the insurance of my damaged htc, mobile phone in jan-2016. The claim id is "appsdaily damage insurance: ad_d_291215_2906457. All the documents, damages handset and required mobile accessories were also handed over to the appsdaily personel in their office in chandivali. Since then i have not heard from them for the claim money. It's been 6 months since i claimed. This is ridiculous. Could you please look into issue.

                        Hi Team,

                        This is the worst experience I have ever had with the customer service even I belong to same industry. Claim is passed and you have received the document however no money has been received yet moreover I called customer care and they have no status update and reaching to them is so difficult.

                        Although I have two more phones registered/insured with your company but now I am in doubt whether I am in right hand or I have done an error by using your company for the insurance of my handset.

                        Please check with my name and contact number as I do not remember my IMEI number.

                        Waiting for the response at the earliest.

                        Pathetic service...

                          Worst company waiting refund of from last 3 months, huge documentation, very long prepossess, my mobile screen was damage but mobile is working they not repair the mobile, they refund the amount in total loss (Non repair), site not working properly, there is no toll free number there is working only tolled number and there is long waiting in the call, when i visit connect center of appsdaily the charge me rs.500/- for policy excess charges and when i get finally approval from appsdaily they again detected rs.500/- for policy excess charges. Never suggest apps daily mobile insurance to any one, total worst company..! (Ad_d_290316_3016092)

                            I had filed a claim with apps daily on 16 April and it has now been over 6 weeks since my complaint but my claim has not been processed. Whenever I call the customer care they say that they are short on some documents and assure me that I don't need to do anything as the fault is from their collection centre but at the same time they don't follow up with the collection centre. I would never recommend anyone to buy this insurance as it does not get sanctioned as easily as they show in the advertisement. Moreover I am still not any closer to get my claim passed.

                                I have purchased insurance for my note 5 phone from apps daily from bajaj electronics hyderabad, while purchasing they said me they will give phone repaired or replaced within 10 days, my phone got damaged and i gave it for claim its 24 days nw i havnt recieved my phone, and there is no response from company guy in secunderabad, my claim id is AD_D_240416_3040219. I think this company fools people for their sales .

                                  I sanjeev kumar deposit mobile samsung sm-g925i for claim insurance on 22/03/16 on appsdaily kanpur office. My intimation id is ad_d_190316_3006704.
                                  Till date i have not received my handset. Whenever call they said phone is in service centre & when it will come we will intimate you.
                                  As a customer more than 2 months i suffer as lead time in ur company is 45days to 60 days. Now its over.
                                  My humble request u to please return my phone after repair as soon as possible.

                                    Submitted my Samsung S6 gold on 27th April 2016 under physical damage. 20 days time was given to me but today its may 27, 28days already.It is still under repair. There is no transperancy in the company.
                                    The staff is very rude. I want my phone back.
                                    Also sent an emails to appsdaily but in vain. They cannot tell me when it will be delivered back to me.

                                      My Self Bhawna Gupta I was purchase mobile( A-8 Samsung )amount 31000/- & with purchase insurance is 3500/- --21st Feb. 2016 with apps daily insurance at shakar pur delhi . But my phone was damage 18th April due to accidental damage . But apps daily insurance was very poor facilities. this company was not proper response & making fool all time . Insurance company said he was repaired all mobile with in 10 days . but I was not received my mobile till date .I am very tense please I don't want mobile due to company take very long time. I want refund money.
                                      Please I request given my mobile urgent basis .

                                        I submitted my Iphone5s 16gb with appsdaily, the touch of the handset was damaged and therefore, i went to the company for insurance claim. They approved my claim on 9th April, 2016 and asked me deposit an amount of INR 6556 in their bank account along with INR 500 at there connect centre situated in panipat (haryana), respectively. It's been almost 50 days time, i've still not received the replaced handset as promised by the company nor are they providing me with the clear picture of the status of the handset. The response at the customer care no. is very poor and the person at the connect centre is of no help.
                                        All this company is doing is making a fool of the consumers who bought their policy.
                                        Its a request please provide me with the replaced handset as soon as possible or else provide me with the bill amount of my phone, i.e., INR 21499 alongwith INR 1999 paid at the time of insurance plus INR 6556 deposited in their account and INR 500 paid at their connect centre.
                                        In Short Either provide me with the replaced handset or else give me an amount of INR 30, 554
