I placed an order at Nike.com under the name Puja for my brother and opted the delivery address to be my parent’s place as No is available at my current address. I am married now so my address has been updated on all the documents. I uploaded my brother’s and my father’s documents(which has the delivery address) along with my documents in support but all in vain. I kept on getting calls, messages and emails. I dropped a few mails stating my issue and the team stopped replying after some time. The package has been held for over 3 weeks now and I already paid a hefty amount of money for it. This isn’t a new situation where a married woman places orders to be delivered at her parent’s place. I received help in similar situation with other delivery companies but here Aramex isn’t even replying. I want my package to be cleared at the earliest as I do not want my hard earned money to go in waste and would highly appreciate if I can get on call assistance for the same.

    I have ordered shoes from nike.Com by the email address [protected]@gmail.Com order number is g[protected] and hawb no is [protected] as they are continously rejecting my kyc document i had contacted them many many times to cancel and sent the product to nike as my amount will be refunded but they are nt listening and taking any actions i ahve mailed many time to nike and aramex both but nike tells to ask aramax to cancel the delivery and on the other hand aramex told us to ask nike to cancel the order and start your return please make that issue to be resolved

      I have ordered shoes from Nike. Aramex is handling the delivery obligation.
      For my product to get delivered they need my document for KYC. There is one problem with my order (order no. [protected]) that the delivery address of my order is different from my address proof doc (Passports). I have given my rent agreement of my current address as proof of my residence as per their mentioned requisites. However, Aramex has rejected these KYC documents multiple times for some reason or the other (to be Precise four times).
      First and second time they rejected saying that delivery address does not match with KYC Documents despite i had given the address proof of my delivery address.
      Third time they rejected it due to the KYC document is incomplete.
      fourth time it got rejected due to the File that i have attached is not opening or invalid.

      The most surprising part is i have attached the same document all the time and you give me 4 different reasons of rejecting the order.

      I have submitted the document for the fifth time and now hoping it will get approved as this is getting frustrating for me as i can't even place a return request in Nike.

        My shipment is stuck with customs since ~2 weeks. I have provided all the KYC documents (Aadhaar front, Aadhaar back) along with a notarized rent agreement, since my delivery address is different from my permanent address. Still, my KYC keeps on getting rejected.

        I have been trying to contact Aramex since 2 weeks (via email, they don't have any functional customer care number), but have received no revert from them. What should I do?

          To Whom it May Concern,

          I had purchased the good from an international seller on the 10th of May 2022 and the items have been shipped using Aramex Couriers with a delivery date of 21st May 2022. All KYC and Duty had been cleared by me on the 20th May 2022, however, despite repeated follow-ups, the company refuses to provide a clear date of delivery stating that they are having issues with their local logistics firm (Delhivery).

          I escalated the complaint to the grievance officer (Salman) on 25th May 2022, who responded requesting the head of logistics (Raju) to reply. Despite requests by Salman for Raju to reply and several follow-ups by me, Raju continues to ignore the emails not replying to 1 at the time of writing this complaint.

          Since the 25th, there have been a total of 4 mails (including today) with no success in receiving a reply at the time of writing this complaint.

          Above this, my email on the 25th stated that I require the T&C/SLA from the firm which they have to date not provided. The company website T&Cs, clause 7.2 state:

          Clause 7.2 Aramex will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to its regular delivery schedules, however, Customer agrees that such schedules are not binding and do not form part of the agreement. Aramex will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by delay.

          I would argue that "reasonable effort" has not been upheld and therefore the company is in breach of their Terms and Conditions (since all other aspects of liability waiver have been met by us). We have provided several alternatives for Aramex to deliver the goods which are now held in the local Mumbai Depot. These include using Swiggy & WeFast.

          This is completely unacceptable for a "logistics company" to fail on their core business "logistics".

          The items is of great importance to me since it is a critical part of an ensemble which is otherwise useless.

          Given the circumstances, I believe the company have breached the terms of their agreement and are liable for the cost of the item (including shipping) and damages caused by the lack o[censored]se for the rest of the ensemble.

          I have received an email back from Raju this morning which states "we are unable to locate the shipment, please allow us an additional 48 hours".

          This is after they blamed the delivery delay on the local logic's firm (all of which in might add is the responsibility of Aramex).

          Aramex has been promising delivery for the past 2 days and failing to meet their promises. Further more, Raju has failed to meet his commitment of 48 hours from the 27th May 2022.

            Hi i ordered products from nike.com as it is shipped through aramex courier as aramex sent message to upload my kyc documents. I uploaded all my kyc documents everytime it is coming your kyc is rejected i have given my temporary address for shipment and that address is not matching my kyc address and i don't have my temporary address proof so kindly help

              Due to address mismatch on the KYC documents my shipment is stuck. But this is because I am residing at the newly purchased property and its address is not yet updated on my identification proofs. I have below documents that are the proofs for my ownership.

                My shipment number is [protected] this is an order from gymshark which I was supposed to receive centuries ago Aramex has been saying that kyc is pending and I can’t even contact them as they don’t respond.I provided an electricity bill of the address I ordered it to with the consignees adhaar still whenever I try to track my order it says kyc pending and I don’t even get a link anymore to refill the form please help me I’m very disturbed because of this

                  I’d ordered from Nike recently at an address not in my name, and hence I don’t have the address proof in my name. The consignment has been rejected abs I’ve been trying to get through to someone from Aramex but there is no way to get in touch with them. Please help me this.

                      My name is Amaan Ahmed Khan, my shipment number is [protected], i have ordered a pair of Nike shoes and they are being imported from Singapore, I have submitted the kyc form, and they had to reach my address i.e Partap homes co living space, Chaudhary Hari Singh Nagar, Badala road, Kharar(140301), the ids which i submitted had the address of my birthplace but as I am a student, I am living in a PG, therefore i filled im the address of my pg, as mentioned in the kyc form, I submitted the remt agreement form to prove that i am currently living at the address mentioned above, but the KYC has been rejected by aramex saying that the address does not match which isn’t the case, my phone number is [protected]

                        My KYC keep getting rejected even after uploading the correct KYC documents with my correct current address proof.

                        It's been like i everytime i upload my documents, it gets rejected, even i have raised an issue with them, they reverted back saying my address is not correct and they gave me an address of some place in gujarat and asked me to get the documents which matches the address, which is incorrect.

                        My shipment address is in Bangalore with my correct address as i can see in my tracking screen.

                        Aramex is not at all verifying the documents and simply rejecting it. I am not sure for what reason they are doing it. Kindly help me in resolving this issue and help me get my parcel.

                          My KYC Uploaded Document has been rejected due to "Consignee name does not match with provided KYC.” This issue occurred because the house property is on my father’s name and I have attached his Id proof. Kindly see into the matter and help.

                                I've ordered an order worth 10k from nike.in and was requested to submit kyc verification from Aramex couriers... it keeps saying that my consignee name doesn't match...the name on my aadhar is different from consignee name, everything else has been accepted, please look into this issue

                                  I ordered two packages from nike and it has been stuck in customs due to continuous rejection of my kyc details. Since my Adhaar address doesnt match the Shipping address, i have given them a photo of the electircity bill of the shipping address but they still rejected it and it now it's been two weeks since then.

                                    I am Alisha Muskaan, i had placed an order in Amazon wort of 5.7k - having order ID -[protected] the status quo of that order says that it is stuck in Indian customs, after contacting the concerned person or the team they said due to error in the delivery address the verification of the said order has been put on hold in Indian customs . I have ordered this product on 14/04/2022, the ETA is between 27/04/2022 to 10/05/2022. The team said that until i provide the KYC documents in the link the custom department won’t clear my package shipment .
                                    I have recently moved to my uncle’s house so i dont have any matching adress proof in my documents so they rejected it .

                                      I booked a pick up from 8:45 to 9:15am and keep on calling the contact center but they are promising that the driver will come. It reached 1pm and when i called the contact center that my booking is cancelled even though i did not cancel it. PICK UP BOOKING IS PAID ALREADY, PLEASE TEACH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATVIVE TO ANSWER PROPERLY

                                        I got my express shipment from china on my company name but due to address issue I can't collect it so I asked my shipper to regenerate the invoice on Individual name and also declaration of name change and SHIPMENT to be collected by individual on company letterhead
                                        But I can't submit it because there are no options on site is there any e mail I can submit my docs on I sent documents on [protected]@aramex.com it's been weeks please give a solution to the earliest
