I order shoes from Nike and they were delivering through aramex . But as my friend ordered it for me she didn't have my kyc approved permanent address and I at my end do not have any govt issues document for the shipment address she provided. Due to this mismatch of addresses aramex rejected the shipment and on calling they are saying they will return it to Nike after 30 days then only I will be able to receive the refund. It's soo late I was not told about kyc requirements before hand. By nike. Help me get my refund early than this

    My item was stuck on “will be delivered in 24 hours” for 8 days! Also got 2 messages from the driver saying they “ran out of time to deliver”! So why wasn’t it then first to be delivered the next day? Nope it was then another 4 days!! To make matters worse your driver is obviously stealing parcels as mine was opened!! Like the corner was pulled back to see what was inside!!! And not accidentally either!! Thank goodness it wasn’t my Apple Watch I also ordered from the same company or else I’m sure it would have been “lost”. I’m taking this up with Snaffle and with consumer affairs. Your company is a bunch of thieves!! Shameful!

      This shipment was sent from Kutch Gujarat on 07/01/2022 to Greenslopes, QLD Australia.
      Tracking indicates this shipment was delivered yesterday 09/02/2022, by Fastway Couriers Australia.
      However, the consignee has not received this parcel. It has not been delivered
      Nor has she received details of a collection point, or any pick-up information.

      I need assistance with locating this shipment

        I have submitted my KYC documents and one optional with delivery address, but I keep receiving messages saying that my delivery address does not match the address provided.

        For delivery:
        College ID Card (contains delivery address)

        (When placing an order, my delivery address contains my room and college name in short form and can be matched to the delivery address on my college ID card.

            When I tried to pickup my shipment with tracking no .[protected], i was given an envelop addressed to another client with another tracking no.[protected]
            in the name of Claudia Rotella .
            i am wondering after waiting more than 2 weeks, suppose to pickup my shipment and then to found out it is wrong content inside the envelop .

            for this inconvenience and this mistake from ARAMEX staff, I request a reimbursement.
            I have been the spare part for my car .I was using rented car with daily rent 85 Dhs.

              I bought a product from China for my personal use. I am in India. My shipment is held at customs and Aramex isn't helping m it. They are asking for some invoice that I don't even have. I am just a recipient. All I received was a tracking ID from the company. It has been fifteen days. The customer care numbers are inactive. They don't respond to my emails. I don't know what to do.

                Aramex is the worse company of courier service. I gave order to M and S and they charged me for 3/4 delivery from london. i gave order on 01/28/22 ans it was suppoosed to come on 02/03/22 but I received msg for asking my location on 02/04/22 and then again received msg on 02/05/22 for asking my location. His name is Niyaz Ubaidullah. I sent him location and pic of my building then he sent me msg this address in not in his area so he will not come but I can come and pickup then he will give me. that location was very far from my house and i had. no car I told him I have to leave i need my packet but he said he cant come because my address is not in his area. i took taxi and followed his location when we reacher there then he was not there and it was residential area again so many tyime i tried to call him but he didnt picked up phone and sent me another location we followed that location that was also residential area in Najah Riyadh. I saw one Aramex car on street we followed him and stopped him then I asked him why you are not picking up phone and here is no Aramex office why you sent me this location. he said that address was not in his area but my packet was in his car. my taxi bill was 150 riyal he gave me location of Najah and somebody persoal address where he supposed to deliver somebody's parcel but he didnt deliver my [parcel. I asked Aramex to fire this Niyaz Ubaidullah he is lazy and careless person. I asked all my friends and family not to use Aramex this is third class service which has no cutomer service and no values. I apid for home delivery but they were asking me more charges. this company should stop.

                  My package from HK with AWB [protected] has been handed over the Delhivery from Aramex.

                  The first person (Sunil) on 3rd Feb 22 asked me to pay 2274 Rs. as some duties. I told him that I had already paid the duties via the Aramex app and showed him in the app and the receipt. He refused to delivery and took the parcel with him. He updated the status falsely as "customer refused the package", when the real reason was he was asking me the pay again when I had already paid.

                  Next, 2 days Aramex was re-scheduling the delivery and the Delhivery person are falsely updating the status as "customer not available" for 2 repeated times on 4th Feb 22 and 5th Feb 22.

                  The complaint has been raised with Aramex too but the customer care is not prompt in helping out. They are just re-scheduling the delivery, when Delhivery is not really making any efforts to deliver it.

                  This just a pathetic company and I am not sure why Aramex has tied up with such unprofessional couriers.

                    This is the 2nd time the courier is doing the wrong timing of pick up. i already told the call center to pick up the parcel but they are calling when i am not available.

                    I told the call center agent to pick up the parcel from 3pm - 5pm

                      When I ordered a parcel, it auto filled the address, which ended up being wrong. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the seller and Aramex via email and Facebook message to update my address which I was assured it was all fixed up. It had been sitting at the deport for so long, they had time to fix this. I received conformation it ended up being delivered to that wrong address anyways. The company I bought it from, even emailed to fix the situation. When aramex via Facebook told me to lodge a form stating what had happened, I received an email back basically stating how yes it did go to the wrong address, how they tried to intercept it, and how basically it's not their fault.
                      I have lost my parcel. The people who it was delivered to probably committed mail fraud by opening a parcel that's under my name, and Amamex refuses to compensate me, and says they hope I understand.
                      I do not understand, as they had so much time to fix this, I had a handful of people get involved, and still nothing.

                      Why do companies still use them. They mess up so many times. This isn't the first time.

                        3/02/2022 --Delivery driver made no attempt to deliver to my door in this unit complex. Gate code was provided several months ago now as my parcels were repeatedly returned to depot. Driver does not do his homework to collect information he needs to make this delivery.
                        Turned up to depot this morning. Just happened to be talking to the delivery guy who said he 'attempted' to deliver, he said made a call to my number but left no message. This employee continued to argue with me and refused to give me his name. It appears he opted for easy way out but just dropping a calling card in letterbox. This is unprofessional.
                        Given the current Covid climate, I choose to order products that home deliver. I do not want to be inconvenienced, nor compromise my health, by going to a depot to collect my goods.
                        Resolution desired--deliver to my door. Use my details (gate code provided) to make this delivery happen.

                          For shipment [protected] aramex is trying to charge me the prepaid customs, taxes and duties again, i have shared the the invoice of my purchase where it's clearly mentioned that i have already paid for shipping, duties and taxes, whereas their customer care representative told clearly that it's none of their business if i have paid the duties, taxes and customs they haven;t received it, when i told them to contact(fenty beuty-from where i ordered the item) regarding this matter, they clearly denied saying that it's none of their issues, so i want to know one thing if you are the medium between the company and the consumer then who will be responsible for it? and it shows how this organization cares about it's customer.
                          THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE WORLD.

                              Good day.
                              I sent my father a parcel to Johannesburg last week Tuesday 25th January 2022. They said he'd get it the next day which would've been the 26th January 2022. It's the 31st January 2022 and he still hasn't received it, everytime he calls they give him a different story. I extremely disappointed and won't be using aramax ever again or recommend it to anyone.

                                      I added (achi oyo house) in my address mistakenly because the building is popular near my house, so I could get the product easily. Now aramex is asking for KYC.
