Aramex Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Hello Aramex,

I got a notification to upload KYC documents and did so. The issue is the name of recipient matches the address proof of the gas bill but the the id proof has an abbreviated surname which the shipper missed out on. Now it’s asking proof of the recipient name and I tried reaching out to aramex before it reached india but now it’s already reached and not sure how to proceed. I can’t get hold of customer care...

I want to complain one delivery representative of aramex. I don't know his name but i only have his number. He is about to deliver my parcel on my working address but unfortunately during that time it was my off. When he called me and confirmed that I'm at home which was in king khalid military hospital around 12pm he told me he will deliver it there. I was waiting for him till 5pm. He didn't come but when I went out to do some groceries...

I am in Australia and the package that I was expected to come in October 2021 still hasn’t come (it’s January 2022). I’ve spoken to customer service on the phone and spoken on the live chat dozens of times. Each time they either said to book for rede livery and when I did, they never came (3 times I booked for redelivery), they told me there was an urgent delivery request and then another day they told me that it was under investigation...

My order cost me more then 1000$ and yesterday they said we delivered for your address and I was all day in the house but no one come and no one delivered any order for
So where is my order
And I call the Aramex customer service but always busy and no one answer
I need this order urgent....

Trying to arrange Authority letter.
Impossible to speak to a young.
Have email, company have phone local area courier and left voice mail and tex, he has not responded. It's a very useless service the review, s are correct worst service ever...

We have received the notifications that our package has already arrived and ready for pick up or delivery, at first you are asking for 871.75 aed and now you are asking for 1, 528.63? But it has the same weight…. Please do something about it.. we are working hard for every single dirhams so i hope you understand why im ranting because it’s not a small amount.

Rude Delivery Guy and Wrong address
The delivery guy was so rude and he hang up the phone while Im still talking. Someone called me from the call center and ask my delivery address i give the correct location but the delivery guy went to the wrong address. you guys wasted my time waiting. You should be more i detail next time and teach your delivery personnel how to deal with customer....

Today I received an email from Aramex telling us the parcel is lost in their depot and the loss cannot be claimed because the label we prepaid is more than one year. We bought the label from driver during lockdown period in 2019 . The driver tell us there are no time limitations on the label we bought and we can use any time. That’s why we bought the labels...

Hello, i was expecting my order to come.
Before i was seeing there's delivery coming but i think it's not for me.
Because i recieved no call and security didn't call me for receiving.

I have delivery today n 11/1/2022 in morning at 7:47 have 1 guy call me for delivery and I ask him what time delivery will come, he tell me 11am
And 9:12 am have 1 guy call me he say I have delivery did I’m here in location and he should to me and tell me my location tomorrow not today and he cut the call

I am extremely disappointed with service’s of Aramex couriers. Despite of sending so many emails they are unable to update status of my international shipment. The entire staff of Aramex couriers have been sleeping over my shipment. I need the courier without any further delay else I will do a police complaint

I've ordered on the 30/12/21.
The goods were out for delivery on the 31st December. Still waiting.
Delivery date keeps getting changed.
Can't contact a human being to speak to regarding this.
Pathetic service...

Undelivered cheque as scheduled. Toll free all computer generated no one attending urgent needs of client. Someone called for delivery but refused to help and come in hime address. Considering it was Aramex that didn’t deliver the item in specified time and date. The given address for delivery was work place on the date that Aramex didn’t come.
It was upsetting and full of tension experience as the cheque urgently required for...
