    My parcel was not delivered at my adress after the sender contacted me to inform me that my parcel was on it's way and will be delivered during the week of the 10th of November 2021.

    I tracket my parcel every day with tracking reference number DBP[protected]. My pacel never arrived at my destination (address).

    On the 19th of November 2021 when I looked again on the Aramex shipment history it showed that my parcel was returned to sender and delivered and that somebody by the name of Elisa Elisa has signed for the parcel.

    I phoned Aramex and after I hold for 43 minutes to be helped and directed from one person to another they told me that the parcel was delivered and signed for and there is nothing they can do.

    I received a copy of the delivery slip. The address was changed by the same person that accepted my parcel as the handwriting was the same. I send the delivery copy to the sender and she also informed me that it was not her handwriting.

    How can Aramex just deliver a parcel at the wrong address and then pull up their shoulders and expect the customer to take the loss. I really am very dissapointed in Aramex and the way that I have been treated.

    The shoes was very expensive and for someone that has to work hard for her money and that saved for months this is really not on. Aramex delivered my shoes at the wrong address and I want to know how will this be resolved.

    Nobody comes back to me as nobody returns my e-mails and if I call the call centre they only say: "Sorry your parcel was delivered and signed for. It is your problem to solve".

    Aramex is not helpfull at all.

      I was supposed to receive my driving licence today 26th January and took leave from my work. I am really disappointed with the service. They did not bother to contact me or inform me regarding the delay in the delivery. Prefer to contact other service providers who could give good service to the customers.

        My Aadhar card address is from Darjeeling West Bengal. And the delivery address which I am with my current address is from Bangalore. I work in Bangalore, i stay at my brother place who owns this house. Now I don't understand the item which I purchased and paid why these details was not asked I could not have ordered only. What am I supposed to do now, I don't even understand.

            Booking reference number A23565E, yesterday the courier came to our factory to collect the boxes, but for some reason he inform the person incharge that he will comeback next day to collect the boxes, then when i called the operator today he inform me that my booking was cancled from our side, besides the driver is the one who cancel the booing

              the product was bought in March 2021 via Zasstra Online and I've never received the product 'till today, on my recent enquiry with Zasstra, I was referred to Aramex as I'm told that you were supposed to deliver the products is it was shipped long time ago.

              Kindly advise on the progress and why it took so long?

                I received a whatsApp massage today morning at 11.53 AM regarding my shipment ([protected]) and asking for my location which i did.
                at 16.15 the driver calls (i am outside) so i went out but there were no one so i texted him (were are you) ho immediately calls me and tells me he is in a different location which my other house in a different city so i asked him why didn't com to the sent address he replied in an unprofessional way (if you want your shipment to your location it well be day after tomorrow.
                i saide ok i will send my driver now.
                20 mins later my driver calls saying no body came.
                so i called Aramex driver asked him were are you and he answered in the most vulgar manner (you think i am going to wait for you all day, we in Aramex don't wait, and then he said i have given the shipment to some one but it was not my driver . at this time i lost my temper and started to shout at him how can give my shipment to anybody stupid man.
                Now i lost my shipment and insulted by the most rude driver in Aramex.

                you are right, aramex is the worst shipping company ever especially in saudi arabia very rude and unprofessional.

                  I had called Aramex customer service Team every day about my parcel had been held at Western Australian depot since 21/12/2021 almost 1 month. Three different customer service given me the ticket as reference number 5486193 and said will send me an email for clarification, but I don’t receive anything after I hang the phone. So date by date gone past there is no email or anything from Aramex customer service Team. I was so disappointed and called them every day and exactly same answer as we will follow up and send you email. I asked to speak to their supervisor or manager they just don’t answer and hang up on me. This is the worst courier company that I ever have to deal with. So please I really need to receive my parcel and will not or ever have to deal with Aramex courier again in the future.

                  I called again to Aramex customer service team wait for an hour to get an update email send to me that they actually follow up with my parcel still haven’t been deliver since 21/12/2021 at Perth WA depot.

                    Hello Aramex,

                    I got a notification to upload KYC documents and did so. The issue is the name of recipient matches the address proof of the gas bill but the the id proof has an abbreviated surname which the shipper missed out on. Now it’s asking proof of the recipient name and I tried reaching out to aramex before it reached india but now it’s already reached and not sure how to proceed. I can’t get hold of customer care and it’s been 10 days since I opened a case and the case number is
                    JFK/0122/5437

                    Can you please help me or atleast communicate above on that case number so I can see how to resolve this.

                        I want to complain one delivery representative of aramex. I don't know his name but i only have his number. He is about to deliver my parcel on my working address but unfortunately during that time it was my off. When he called me and confirmed that I'm at home which was in king khalid military hospital around 12pm he told me he will deliver it there. I was waiting for him till 5pm. He didn't come but when I went out to do some groceries he call me and I told him I was outside then he started to get angry and told me its not his responsibility…. I don't know what he meant with that but I got disappointed and ask him to give me his name. But he closed his mobile while I was talking. I call again he answered and tried to explain to him that I was off thats why Im in in king khalid military hospital because its there were I am living and I was waiting for him for 5 hrs to come and now that I go out coz i Have some stuff to do he got angry and started blaming me??? He said its nit his responsibility? How rude. I think he is also the same guy who delivered my parcel before and same attitude he has. By the way this is his number.

                          I am in Australia and the package that I was expected to come in October 2021 still hasn’t come (it’s January 2022). I’ve spoken to customer service on the phone and spoken on the live chat dozens of times. Each time they either said to book for rede livery and when I did, they never came (3 times I booked for redelivery), they told me there was an urgent delivery request and then another day they told me that it was under investigation and I should wait for a response from the team via email (I never received any further communication back). I then made a phone call after waiting 3 months and they told me it was sent back to the sender and when I was explaining that they never attempted delivery in the first place and it’s their responsibility to deliver it to my house, they said they were ending the call to take other calls and whilst I was talking, they hung up on me. Avoid this business at all costs. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service and poor delivery service.

                              Trying to arrange Authority letter.
                              Impossible to speak to a young.

But it has the same weight…. Please do something about it.. we are working hard for every single dirhams so i hope you understand why im ranting because it’s not a small amount.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                                    I recently ordered a pair of football shoes from Nike as a gift to my father. The order was placed under my name but the delivery address was his. I have uploaded the electricity bill on his name. But still it got rejected. Currently, its not safe to travel within city because of the rising COVID cases.                                       The delivery guy was so rude and he hang up the phone while Im still talking. Someone called me from the call center and ask my delivery address i give the correct location but the delivery guy went to the wrong address. you guys wasted my time waiting. You should be more i detail next time and teach your delivery personnel how to deal with customer. he should be put under training how to do his job properly.

                                        I post a parcel with Aramex on 10/12/2020
                                        And label number ZA[protected]
                                        Today I received an email from Aramex telling us the parcel is lost in their depot and the loss cannot be claimed because the label we prepaid is more than one year. We bought the label from driver during lockdown period in 2019 . The driver tell us there are no time limitations on the label we bought and we can use any time. That’s why we bought the labels in bulk. And right now Aramex said they only can claim the labels within one year. Which I think is unfair. And I hope someone can help us.
