My order is stuck for custom clearance as i order a product in friends short name and my kyc is rejected because of different name in the order what should i do now. As i dont know that will cause a problem

    I have ordered a pair of shoes
    from Nike.com a week ago.
    Aramex is still not processing my order and rejected my KYC details. It is so frustrating as they don’t give proper details as to what has to be done.
    Been mailing them everyday with the details and everything!
    Please help.

      My order from Nike needs custom clearance for which I have uploaded necessary documents multiple and yet the KYC keeps getting rejected. I would want to know if there is something I can do from my end. If not, I want the company to act on this on an immediate basis.

          Hi, i have ordered a shoe from nike and it’s stuck for clearance as the KYC document submitted does not match the address given. And don’t have any documents that matches the address as im staying away from there. I have already left a complaint on aramex site but there is no response from there. Please kindly take necessary steps as i need the product asap

            I have ordered a shoe from nike. Its not getting clearance from customs as i have no documents that matches the address as i have been staying in a different place . I have emailed a complaint on aramex site 2 days back and there is no response.

              Origin of the product: kwai chung estate, hongkong. Destination:SIKKIM, INDIA.
              Consignee address is development area opposite manan bhawan. Phone number [protected]. Pickup address: kwai chung estate, hongkong. Nature of goods is 2 nike airforce 1. I order shoes from nike worth 18k and now they are asking me to upload my KYC. My delivery address and kyc address if different so i uploaded my electricity bill. The problem is there are 2 different name for the place where i live now. The address given in my electricity bill and delivery address is same but the street name is not matching so they are declining my KYC and because of that my shoes are stuck with aramex. We locals call the street by old name and name of the street in govt issued documents are that of the new name of the street. The name of our place has been changed recently by the officials and if we use the new name for the delivery address the courier people wont deliver our parcel as they still dont know the new name of the place.

              pls stop using aramax.. they are totally money making company.. your product will not returned to seller .. i bet..They ate money in the name of FAKE CUSTOM.
              my courier has been charged 970/- for 1, 300/== valued product. so i returned and lost money and product both..
              Pls use postal services in future.

                I order shoes from nike worth 18k and now they are asking me to upload my KYC.My delivery address and kyc address if different because i live in different district and my KYC address is that of my village so i uploaded my electricity bill. The problem is there are 2 different name for the street where i live now. The official name of the street is different and we locals call it by the old name of the street. Courier service people still dont know the new official name of the street due to which they dont deliver our parcel and because of that we need to used the old street name while ordering online. So the address in electricity bill and my shipping address doesnt match because i used old name of the street for delivery address and govt issued bills have new name of the street.

                  I ordered an item from Amazon US and have submitted my Aadhar card. I received a notification from Aramex for custom clearance. I had provided deliver address which is different from my Aadhar address as I am living in another city. For that, I submitted electricity bill which is obviously in owner's name (we are tenants there) for delivery address proof. After upload electricity bill as my delivery address multiple times it was rejected. Finally I cancelled the order from Amazon and Aramex kept spamming about my custom clearance KYC documentation. I kept telling them that I have cancelled the order from Amazon so kindly stop notifying me about my KYC documents.

                  Anyway they wouldn't accept the electricity bill as my delivery address proof, there was no point in receiving SMS, WhatsApp and Emails to complete my KYC. I have lost ₹4k because of this. I will never get my money back. Amazon will not refund me the amount until they get the product back successfully. I dont know if Aramex has discarded my product or not but my refund is on hold now.

                      PLS DONT ORDER VIA ARAMEX.. VERY FRAUD AND MONEY MAKING COMPANY

                      I purchased electronic item from alibaba on Sept 2021. product cost $18 (1500RS) and Transport $12 (950RS)..
                      After item was reached to Bangalore with shipment no (Aramex : [protected]), aramex deliverd to my address via third party courier called delhivery with 970 RS delivery charges again.
                      Custom cleared since cost of the product only 1500Rs.
                      But this company repacked my parcel and changed 970 extra.. That is nearly 80% of the product. so i rejected the parcel. They will sale this through Indian market as well that is one kind of money making method by this company.

                      I raised complaint to customer care BLR/1021/267 and BLR/1021/563 no one responded.

                      SUCH A CHEAT AND FRAUD COMPANY.. PLS DONT IMPORT ANY THING WITH THIS BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY

                                  Hi, I placed an order from iHerb.in, enzymedica digest spectrum and it has been shipped. For some reason, due to Google autofill, the address became a mix of delivery address (As per KYC document) and home address.You will see Zarina Towers as the common words in the 2. If you do a quick search, you will realise that it is to legitimate address. Now due to this my KYC is getting rejected. The consignment consists of important medicines. Please help me out on this.
