For my order ID- [protected] i have been uploading my election card as kyc document but still its getting rejected. I have been trying to contact the aramax team from past 1 weeks but still no reply… kindly guide us as to what needs to be done as payment for the parcel has been made and there is no solution for the adress proof… please note that the adress in the election card and the address provided is the same with the same pincode so please clear my KYC document at the earliest

My Shipment Tracking Number : [protected] from Nike is being rejected and held in Customs due to: "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC". I have submitted all the proper documents but it is getting rejected because the delivery address and address on my ID is different because I mentioned the place where I study and all my ID has the address where I live permanently and not where I am studying. And I currently don't have the proof for the place I am residing at.
I have uploaded my documents multiple times but it keeps getting rejected.
Sir/Madam, if you could kindly solve my issue so I can get my package.

I’ve always heard so many complaints regarding how slow aramex is and how long you guys take to deliver parcels. Unfortunately I had no choice because the SHEIN uses aramex for as their courier service. My order was placed and shipped form China on the 22nd of November and arrived in South Africa on the 7th of December…..Customs only contacted me on the 10th of December and made a request for payment and I did the payment the next day. Now it’s been 8 days later and I still haven’t received my parcel, mind you my friend made an order way later than mine on SHEIN and she received it last week .
I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with your service. When I keep trying the call centre I get told “you will receive the parcel the next day” and when I track it online there hasn’t been any movement or update for a few days now. I’ve always heard people complain about your service and I would just listen but now I can also write a review on my poor experience from your company

Stuck in customs due to wrong address I don't know what will it take to do that but I have a bad feeling about this I think i should cancel the order via @nike.com

I uploaded my adhaar card as proof but the address on it is different from the delivery address. Because I'm a student living in a hostel, I don't have any address proof with the that address. Please see that the other details are same and send me my package.

I got a call telling me to upload the documents required for customs clearance but the link expired. Can I get a new link? The package is a book that is gifted to me so the email is not the same but please send the new link to this email

I ordered stuff from nike.com a few days back, they're sending my order via Aramex Couriers. Aramex people need KYC documents for customs clearance. I provided my Adhaar card which has the same address with a couple of modifications. Since then, I've gotten emails that my KYC document has been rejected multiple times and I have uploaded my id proof multiple times. First, they said it was due to incomplete information, now they're saying the address does not match but the address is the same. I tried contacting their customer service but there was no real response. They have no proper customer service.

I have submitted my KYC documents 8times on the link sent by this company. They have rejected it each time saying invalid format/file not opening. I have checked it myself that the files are opening and the format is accurate. They are not clearing my order for shipment.

I used to send parcel through Aramex with the help of shyplite.
I put the weight accurate and pay them for the actual weight.
But the last of month the send me bills for just double weight .
They never intimate us about the weight.
we have sent them mails for proofs of weight but they did not send a single proof.

Kindly help about this matter.

I received a link for KYC documents registration, but the link is expired. If you can please provide an active link for the same, then I will be doing It as soon as possible,

The delivery address and the address in KYC documents does not match. The parcel is stuck at Bangalore, and I am not able to change the address. The order are nike shoes with an order number: G[protected]

The issue is that when i upload my individual documents, then i cannot attach my company documents

I would to file a complaint regarding my parcel that is stucked with Aramex, I was supposed to have received it on the 1st but still nothing and there is no communication or update none whatsoever and there is a weeding that I nerd to attend on the 15th of this December. I don't know what I am am goj g to wear since they are quiet with my parcel. I am so hurt and disappointed in them.

I have ordered some clothes from the US from fashion nova and they sent it through Aramex, the address written on my package doesn’t match the address of my rent agreement because it is written as per government names but it’s the same address! Your agent are asking me to tell my shipper to change the address but the shipper cannot change and has terrible customer service. Please clear my package, it’s the same adress just written differently. Can be checked easily.

I have been faced a very bad behaviour from aramex mailman, as he didn't want to deliver
Package to floor number 6 because there's no elevator and forced to go down to receive Package from him or he will leave without giving me Package.

My shipping address is different from the ones on the kyc documents so please consider this
