I ordered shoes from the official site of nike and they have shipped the product but my package is still at the airport despite uploading my kyc documents again and again on the couriers service's website

    Aramex India has been one of the worst companies to deal with.
    The staff are incompetent and does not know how to communicate in a timely manner.
    This is the first shipment problem with Aramex. under tracking number[protected]. On 9th of June 2021 I called Customer Service to ask about my consignment which on the website was on hold due to: 'Shipment Held for Customs Clearance - Awaiting Further Details from Customer' at 9th June 2021 12.14pm. After speaking to a agent (Virender)and asking me to send documents of the Invoice, which I did. at 4.21pm same day I forwarded MORE documents this time for Value evaluation. NO response from CS.
    Again at 9.26pm I emailed asking for a update NO Response from CS
    on 10th June 2021 at 10.25AM received a email from CS Virender stating that "Noted, dear, once get Customs feedback after submitting will get back to you, till please hold". AGAIN NO response.
    I repeatedly emailed asking for a response from 10th to 11th June 2021. FINALLY on 11th June 2021 I myself called Customs A.D.C. at IGI Airport, on Phone number:[protected] with regards to this docket number [protected] in question. Who advised me that, the reason for holding the docket is because I need to submit a merit letter, and that there is no problem with regards to the invoice.(as advised by CS Virender)
    I sent a email with the same information to CS Virender on 11th June 2021 5.14PM, Too which i received a reply stating that "Customs agreed to clear the shipment on revised value and asked to amend the BOE on that value." Along with a screenshot CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE DOCUMENT SENT ON 9TH JUNE WAS SENT TO CUSTOMS on 11th JUNE 2021 only after I speaking to customs directly.
    Again I replied to CS Virender asking for confirmation & stating that I had no choice but to accept the ridicules charges, that Aramex claim I need to pay for Amendment & for customs & that I will definitely taking this to consumer court,
    Again no response from CS, confirming if the shipment has been cleared or no, no response if the documents are ok, just silence.
    overall this has been extremely stressful and time consuming for me. other parcels that are order with DHL have cleared so easily and with absolutely no effort on my part.

    [protected]: I have complained about this shipment previously. Its been more than a week that my shipment is stuck with customs, with NO response from your executives, other than please wait, please wait. ​

    ​Shipment: [protected] is also stuck since 6 days, ONLY because your agent is simply NOT doing their work... I sent the proper documents (which are NOT needed in the first place) to them on the 9th of June 2021, but the agent did not upload the documents till the 11th June 2021, and has still not bothered about the shipment.

      I ordered a shoe from nike.in . It was gift for someone within the same city. The delivery address does not match my kyc doc as it was a gift for someone, so I used their address instead.

          I ordered shoes from Nike, and then I got a message to fill the KYC document. yesterday I did that and it shows that it's been submitted. Now today I woke up and I saw that the KYC did not get uploaded as I still was getting my messages from Aramex. So i uploaded my KYC documents again. Still, it has not been updated to the site and i am still getting text about filling the KYC documents. How many times do i need to fill it to get my order? Please look into it.             Dear Sir/Madam,

            Your KYC Uploaded Document has been rejected due to "Documents are not visible. Please upload KYC Documents in consignee name and address."

            We are in receipt of a shipment consigned to you vide our HAWB bill no. [protected] for which we require the KYC documents and Clearance Authorization.

            All shipments received into India on courier need KYC documents (Government recognized Identity and Address proof) to be presented to Customs. These documents submitted by you will be stored in a secure data base of KYC documents in order to ensure your future shipments are cleared without any delays on account of submission of these documents.

            I provided my passport images and rent agreement (in my fathers name), but i get an email stating ("Documents are not visible. Please upload KYC Documents in consignee name and address.)'

            please resolve this issue and process my order

              It's a gift from someone.He used his billing address during purchase .Now I got SMS that it stuck for proper kyc details as delivery address is not same.i tried every supporting document but all rrejected.I stayed with my sister. Now please help me to close the matter.

                      I have ordered a supplement from iHerb and it is being handled by aramex, shipment no: [protected]. The shipment is under the name Agnivesh Ayachi and address Plot 403, Ward 6C, Rambaug Road, Adipur, Gujarat. The kyc documents are being rejected by aramex as shipment address is of my workplace and it’s not the same as my identity proofs which have my old home address. I have attached electricity bill and employee id card as additional documents supporting the address of shipment. But it’s still rejecting the kyc and there is no helpline number available to sort out the problem either.

                            Very very very big cheating company Aramex. They increase the customs duty for the shipment and demand money from without any reason, they won't reply to you at certain times then they if you are decided to pay what they demand money for customs clearance, after making payment then they demand money for some other reasons and they asking you to pay or cancel the order. Once we cancel they dispute the shipment and sell out in the local market, this main income for Aramex, I experienced now 19500 inr worth I paid 90 usd shipping charges, 11200 inr customs duty, now again they demanding for storage and services charges which purposely delayed by their respentative,
                            Even customer also always says please wait for 24 hrs to 72 hrs for their reply, they ask you to wait for shipment they will update status of waiting for customer document, if you ask to aramex they say it's default update nothing to worry then finally they provide a very big bill and ask you to pay or leave the order. Please don't use Aramex, very big fraud courier service

                              I have ordered a product from Nike.com with tracking number [protected] (aramex tracking number) and it was being shipped through aramex. I was asked to submit a kyc and I did so but got rejected multiple times saying my address does not match I provided them with the correct address but yet I get rejected again. I just want my product delivered to the address provided. Thank you.

                                Hi,

                                I'm reaching out to request assistance with the Aramex KYC process. My package - [protected] is stuck in customs. I'm living in a rented apartment in Mumbai and have attached the picture of the first page of my rental agreement as a document for address proof. The KYC documents are getting rejected repeatedly as the delivery address is not the same as the permanent address on my Aadhar card and Passport. I'm unsure what else to do in this case. Please suggest.

                                  Aramex India has been one of the worst companies to deal with. The staff are incompetent and does not know how to communicate in a timely manner. My father and I have been in a lot of stress because of Aramex. I have recently got my watch repaired and decided to ship it to my father living in Ghaziabad from Auckland, New Zealand. The watch was bought in 2017 and its product value of the watch is $200 (around rs 10, 000). Aramex India has assumed the repair value as the product value without any confirmation and explainations? Repair value includes initial assessment fees and other technician charges. It has been a disaster talking to Mohammed Nayeemulla and his team for the past few weeks. I feel that Aramex had been unfair to us and the treatment was really bad. Names and emails: Mohammed Nayeemulla ALL BLR EXP - Clearance
