I am sending a parcel from Tiptrans to my home address India, my AHWB Bill number is [protected]. I got a mail from Aramex to tell me to pay the Customs duty charge using the mode of payment vide RTGS / NEFT / EFT / IMPS. I just ask your customer service guy that can I pay the amount by other easy methods like Deposit cash to that given bank account. And today when tacking my shipment on 4 Fab 2021, 4 pm in Aramex site it says Shipment refused by the customer. I am not refusing my parcel. If you do not allow me to pay using a simple cash deposit I will just pay the amount by any of those given methods somehow, I am not refusing to pay. I will pay tomorrow and please don’t return the parcel it’s a misunderstanding, please prevent to sent it back, I will pay using one of that the given method.

    Hi, for the order num:[protected] they asked for KYC docs, so I submitted adhar and lpg gas connection docs, still they keep sending messages that the address do not match for KYC doc, but I have already submitted lpg gas connection papers where the billing adress matches with delivery address.

        I have an order to be cleared in customs however the KYC documents I updated was rejected but I don't understand besides passport and adhaar card what else is the biggest proof for KYC.
        Also the address has no issues on my KYC.

          I was expecting my shipment from hongkong...recently I got shifted to a new house..so address was changed...I tried to contact aramex people..they were not helping me out ..mailed them all my documents...for address amendment procedure..they were nt checking them properly..they were saying..this is missing n this is improper..they work as in they are in some government setup
          .specially this jyoti Dhingra..when I spoke at delhi customs office and explained my issue..they said I will get my shipment..they approved address amendment procedure with 1000 rupees charges..still aramex ppl has not updated it in system..they are not filing bill of entry fo clearance..they are wasting alot of time..I paid alot of shipping
          .then also its already 10 days..they dun call from there side abt the glitch..customer care is pathetic..very slow...I would never use aramex again for any of my shipments in future...better to choose yitongexpress or grandslamexpress or dnj express..but not aramex..

            Hi,
            I have ordered one product from Alibaba. Tracking id is [protected]. Which is already delivered by Delhivery. There was a charge of 1107 Rs. as cod. And I paid it also. Now I want to know why I am being charged 1107 as cod. I already paid 1107 Rs. online at Aramex on 23rd of January. I don’t understand why am charged two times? Earlier I reported the same issue but your cs Seema Kumari answered only once. Told me item delivered but she never answered about double charges. Sent her so many emails but not I single reply I received and she closed my complaint. Is this the right behaviour. Please let me know that why I am being charged twice. Refund me my Money.

            Again that Seema Kumari sent me the same answer that product delivered and closed my complaint.

              I asked shipper related to this. She said shipped 9 days before. If the item not received from Aramex means why asking customer id. And my customer id also validated. One of my friend ordered like that his tracking number updated within 24 hours after updating customer id. Please give me a proper solution. Or request for cancel the shipment.                 Aramex keeps asking me to send my KYc documents and even after sending the correct documents it keeps saying the address doesn't match. It does. I've tried a billion times and my parcel is stuck at customs for about a month. I can't even reach Aramex customer care. Please help.

                    I have been submitting the required documents multiple times and is being rejected every time. Though there is a slight difference in the shipping address I have provided and the address in the document but the address are the same. Please clear the issue

Moreover the ARAMEX outlet for Dimapur have shifted their location and the contact number given is now inactive. Please call or send me a Whatsapp number where i can send my AADHAR and PAN details.                           After alot of tries to clear the KYC it still shows that the KYC details is not valid. I am from Nepal residing in India and since my address proof is different I have provided electricity bills of my residency that im renting for now and still it shows invalid. Since we Nepalese do not need visa to travel to India I do not have the Visa document but there is no option to keep the photo of passport. I haven't received any replies from the support as well.

                            I have been submitting my KYC documents for about a week now. The address on my KYC is different from the delivery address, so I am attaching my electricity bill and LPG gas connection as address proof along with Aadhar for identity proof. Still everything is getting rejected. I've raised 3 support request, but no help.

                              your delivery partner attempted delivery of the shipment to us but did not deliver it to us as he demanded Cash of Rs 689.03 again
                              the delivery partners (DELHIVERY) AWB no was[protected] for which I had also received an SMS(DEMANDING MONEY AGAIN) on my mobile-[protected].
                              It is very surprising that your delevery partner even after seeing the WEB payment receipt did not deliver the product It appears

                                  Hello Sir I am Biplab Kumar Kisan and I had ordered a pair of Nike shoes from the official online store and it is in transit and perhaps it has been reached to the destination country but the issue is that the address mentioned for delivery is mismatching with the address saved in my KYC. In each time it is asking me for uploading the KYC documents again as it didn't match with the shipping address. However I have several times uploaded for the KYC but it gets rejected. In this connection I am to intimate you that the shipping address mention earlier is my place of work but the address saved in KYC is my permanent one, hence I m requesting u to make me get away from this issue and ship my prepaid items to my native place mentioned in KYC
