I have been submitting my KYC documents for about a week now. The address on my KYC is different from the delivery address, so I am attaching my electricity bill and LPG gas connection as address proof along with Aadhar for identity proof. Aramex has a very poor service.

The company has my phone number and shipment address on file, however the company sent my shipment to a city 500 KM.

I went to Aramex store and informed a staff member about my issues with my shipment. The staff member told me he sent internal memo to correct the situation. I then received a message saying to pick up my shipment at the wrong city - 500 KM away.

After submitting KYC documents several times it is getting rejected very annoying.

Address is not the same as I have given for shipping but attached the supporting document which proves I am the resident of given address for shipping....

Hi, my Nike order has gotten stuck in customs. Aramex asked to provide KYC info for identity & delivery address proof. I did both but they're constantly rejecting it cause address in my Identity proof (my aadhar card one) doesn't match with the one I provided for address proof ( PG rent receipt). Hello. On two separate occasions I ordered parcels that were shipped through Aramex. Both times Aramex gave me the option to pay import duties around Rs 550 each time through their app which I did. Payments were successful and Aramex received the money. However they still marked shipment as Cash on Delivery due to which delivery agent asked for the same amount (already paid) at doorstep and I was forced to pay twice to receive my parcel....
