Sir, i have ordered a shoe from nike on 20th february 2020. As kyc document is required, i do not have the document match with the delivery address. I've been getting messages on my phone and e-mail several timea. So, i would like to cancel my order and get the money back.

I would really appreciate if you could
Solve my problem.

    I was asked to gige KYC documents for the shipping ID [protected]. The name in shipping address was Shafeeque Md which is a short form for my name, Muhammed Shafeeque A (according to Aadhar Card). Shipping address is my paying guest Hostel address also and I don't have any documents other than rent receipt. But hostel name got changed, but receipt they are providing is the old one with old name.
    Old name: Sri Balaji Gents PG (according to rent receipt)
    New name: Sri Rama Gents PG ( According to shipping address)
    And I don't have rent agreement because there wasn't anything like that as it is a hostel for working men.

    I submitted these documents but they are getting rejected. I will attach the documents along with this. Kindly do the needed.

      I ordered from muscleandstrength.com for gurugram, haryana, india.

      For kyc documentation i uploaded my passport scanned copy, having my permament address on passport.
      And for delivery i mentioned my friends rented address.
      Aramex not delivering my shipment

        I have orderd a product from nike.com and was askwd to upload my kyc details. I have uploaded it several times but it is getting rejected every time.
        I have also tried to contact aramex customer care but have not received any response from there side.
        The worst experience ever had with a courier company.
        Why do i have to go with the kyc process every time i order anything from nike?

            Still me customer didnot received any parcel to his given address fake company fake people
            Infact if i am calling to the customer care they are saying that please deposit the 500 bugs as per your registration after that will give you update and i ask there lots of time that to give me france office number but still no response
            My customer went to the office 6 times they said there is no parcel of yours as the parce lwill forwared to the customer end
            After that when i call there they said customer refused the parcel (Howcome for the prepaid parcel) and for this our company policy will destroy the product what about my product cost who will gonna bear this

              I have complain many time for about my Parcel due to demanded KYC Doc. from Delhi Airport.

              I send my KYC doc many time for custom clearance. but they did't acceping my doc. due to my Shooping Address is diferent from my KYC doc (Adhaar/ Votter Id) but this is one/ same person. There is no fake or any other bad charecter.

              Please accept my KYC doc. to clear my Parcel. And send me my parcel as soon as you can.

              Please, help me to solve my problems . . .

                My bank account has been hacked and all my money has been taken away while contacting the company please i need help.

                  I have ordered an item from alibaba.com with tracking number [protected] and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms. I have uploaded my kyc but has always been rejected everytime i submitted. And i have been receiving messages that i have to upload my kyc to clear my order. I'm uploading my original documents properly again and again by request for kyc message now how can i help them and myself?

                      I received this shipment few days ago, the custom/vat charges 1658.72 inr i paid before delivery on their mobile app, but they still forwarded the shipment using cash on delivery. I had to pay the amount again to collect the shipment, so i have been charged twice, please refund the charges i paid online on you app. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]

                          I have ordered items form amazon.com on the 8th of december to dubai.
                          I even tracked the items on the amazon website and they have arrived in the warehouse long ago.
                          The items were supposed to arrive at my home before the 25th which was christmas.
                          After multiple attempts in arranging delivery inside a time frame that i will be at home and calling the aramex company there has been no change in arrangement it seems.
                          First i recieved a notification that it was address issues but it is not as my address stated is correct.
                          It was automatically corrected from your side without me.
                          Every time i call i spend hours on the phone, day after day i get the same answer that the items are still in the warehouse or they just dont contact me about changes.
                          They told me if i want it i can go pick it up myself.
                          Isn't the whole point of ordering items online not to go and buy it from a shop? If i wanted to do that i could have gone to a mall instead.
                          They were intended to be christmas presents.
                          I have contacted amazon as well and they have also contacted the courier but in turn recieved no response.
                          All i recieved was a bad apology and no solutions and then i'm told "maybe tomorrow they will come".
                          As it seems aramex has no regard to customers needs and the service they provide is highly unorganised.
                          Until now there has been no attempt from their courier side to rectify this.

                            I ordered some item from ali express, shiped from china (Hangzhou bai shou logistic technology (Hiwu). But the delhi airport rejected due to kyc doc.

                            I send many time my kyc doc. (Adhaar, votter id and pan card) for my kyc approval. But they did not accepting me till today!!!

                            Please, confirm my kyc doc. And to contonue to ship my parcel. I waiting for long time to deliver my parcel.

                            Please, take me action for me to solve my problem for this reason.

                            I request you to help me for a better action for me to doing my parcel.

                              I ordered some item from ali express (Awb [protected]) but the delhi air port custom demand kyc doc. For to continue tracking my percel. This is my kyc doc.

                              My order percel is own individual item for me. It is very important to me. I waiting for long time to deliver to me. But delhi airport deley for about my kyc doc. They deley my percel many days. Within till today!

                              Please, can you send me my percel as fast as you can.

                                  I have ordered lebron soldier xiii by you custom basketball shoe from nike.com and i have provided my kyc information.

                                  It keeps getting rejected and i have tried contacting their office in malleshwaram in bangalore. They have no idea what is going on and do not provide a solution to my queries.

                                  I have provided my aadhar card & pan card.

                                  This is my shipping id - [protected]

                                  I have also attached the my electricity bill, sales deed to prove i am the owner and reside at the address provided by me.

                                  The review on google and other websites are pathetic.

                                    شركة نصابه ومعندهمش اي مصداقيه ولا نظام وسوء خدمة وتأخير في تسليم الشحنة وحاجه تقرف؛ انصح اي حد ميتعاملش معاهم نهائي وانا بالنسبة ليا كانت أول واخر مرة اتعامل معاهم لأنها اسوء شركة واسوء تجربه بصراحة
                                    Aramex is the worst company ever, i advice everyone not to deal with them
                                    Customer service not helpful, also they don't respect the costumer, delay the delivery of orders

                                      One of the shipment from my Axis bank did not delivered to me. Aramex Company Oman representative did not contacted the customer. After inquiring from Axis bank, i received a reply stating that courier company returned the shipment. How a Courier company can accept a shipment without any contact number or email address. If it's a Postal Address given by the bank, how or whom they contacted for the same.

                                        I have ordered a book from amazon which has reached your warehouse in bangluru. I had received the e mails regarding the documents for it to be cleared from customs. I have uploaded the same at least 4 to 5 times till date. Still the next day i get the message about failure of the custom clearance. I am not able to contact the corresponding office telephonically bcoz none of them are correct. Your web site is not receiving the required data for customer help. Now in this scenario what am i supposed to do? How can i know what is going wrong?
