Hi,

A consignment with number [protected] was booked with aramex delivery limited on 26th June, 2012 from indore to electronics city bangalore. There has been no communication from the company till date about the delivery of parcel. Today when i called them i got to know that the parcel is lying at their office in indira nagar and that i have to go there and collect the parcel. They will not deliver the parcel to the address on which it was booked. Can you please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Hi All,

    I have a shipment from ARAMEX (shipment no:[protected] , Shipper Reference: 3023353 ) which was sent on 26/07/2012 from delhi for mohali. On 29/07/2012 (i.e. Sunday) I received call from the delivery boy that they reached my office for delivery. I was stunned that delivery guy on Sunday... There is no one at office who will receive it. So I told them to come on Monday or come to my home.

    Ok That is gone. But after that there was no delivery man on monday. I called him back and asked for the delivery then he says that we usually deliver from HomeShop18 and this order is from Tradus so this is NOT VERY IMPORTANT for us, So we will delivery it whenever we visited your area or got time. I was surprised at such a stupid reply. Anyways I thought ultimately they will return it. But to my surprise no one has came till date (i.e 01/08/2012) and when called either these guys don't pick phone or says that we are busy with other parcels and will deliver it when we visit this area. My parcel was a gift to my Sister in law whose birthday is Today but because of these stupid delivery services I am not able to give this gift to him.

    I am very disappointed with this courier services and with Tradus also who opted for this bad courier services. The product was sent was Jovana Life Style Bedsheet Set Of 3.

    I am still waiting for my parcel and hope that it reaches soon... But i would advise all the readers of this complaint to never to opt for this courier service.

      I ordered Lotto Sandals from Yebhi.com. They delivered that item through Aramex Courier.
      Item traveled from Delhi to Hyderabad within One day. but 2days over the item didnot reached my home Distance between courier office to my home is 15kms but they put my item on Hold for no reason.
      still they are saying u will receive item with in 2days.
      what the hell is going on.

        A parcel under AWB No [protected] is lying at their office since 18 Jul 2012 but are refusing the deliver even on 24 Jul and on continuous follow up aver that they are looking into the matter. Few months ago Aramex gave similar stories on another parcel of mine and declared it as "lost" after a month or so.

        Aramex is loosing items regularly.

          Dear Sir,
          I had done an online purchase and unfortunately it was sens by the vendor through Aramex courier on[protected]. But till day i didnt get the product delivered. When I checked up with Aramex courier I got the information that as they dont have delivery of office or branch office at thiruvnanathapuram they had entrusted the product with one local courier group named Shivex courier's. I called-up them and didnt get any answered moreover they question me for calling them and asked me to call up aramex office and told they are not responsible for any issue.

          Why Aramex is taking the products for delivery in places where they dont have delivery office or laison office?


          Now I dont have updated about the product, Neither Aramex nor Shivex if giving me information about the delivery.

          Please take necessary action against Aramex for unauthorised outsourcing of delivery to third party and Shivex for not giving proper information about the delivery.

            I bought few items through Ebay and unfortunately they were shipped through Aramex. The deadly courier company!!!
            In the past too, I have had problems with them when an item's delivery status was not being updated on the site and I had to chase the Chennai office for days before I got it. Thankfully the chennai office staff were quite helpful. Another stupid thing that happens is whether or not it's valid, the consignments are marked as Overnight Parcel, even if they are normal ones.
            Their customer support only reaches the Mumbai office, so it is not possible to speak to a local office to find out about delivery status. I got through to the Chennai office just once by pure chance. Even today, I have called up their customer support thrice in order to receive updates. First time I was told to check back in the evening, second time, no luck. Third time and evening has become next day morning !! Tomorrow too I have faint hope of receiving any positive update.
            I havent the faintest clue why people choose Aramex ever.

              When I called Aramex on the number +[protected] , I got reply saying that I will get my item by 12-June-2012 end of day. But

              I did not get the item and I called again on 13-June -2012 and on 14-June -2012 then again got reply that I will get the item on that day

              end of day. And till today I have not got the item.
              And the Aramex web site is showing the same thing. i.e., Shipment on Hold.

              When I asked the kidzoba people they told they don't know why the shipment is kept on hold.
              If the Aramex people cannot deliver the items then why the hell are they taking orders from people.Such a pathetic service.

              I have a delivery of the new machine as a replacement through ARAMEX COURIER.Reverse logistic has picked up the machine from my address which they have made a delivery challan.On that delivery challan they have my address.Now Aramex courier will given the responsibility of the new machine for delivery.Now they are telling that the address is not correct.I am a student of Tezpur university which is a central University.Each and every consignment is coming to Tezpur university from USA, UK through that address only.They are not picking my calls now not even replying my mails.I have checked the aramex tracking over net.last update was on 12th november flashing on the screen that "Shipment Received at Operations Facility ".When I called they told that the shipment is returned due to wrong address.If they cannot deliver the machine please change the courier.

                My parcel was sent from Mumbai (400028) to Lucknow( 226016) vide AWB no.[protected] of ARAMEX on 1st July 2010, the shipment was received at their Operations Facility in New Delhi on 2nd July 2010 and it stuck there forever till date. Nobody from the courier's local office at Lucknow has cared to clarify the status of shipment and to add insult to injury, guys sitting at Delhi office of this courier either don't pick up the phone at all or even if they do, thier reply is vague. In my opinion ARAMEX is the worst courier company, I have come across so far. They are totally non-professional.

                  I request a sample of gillete fusion on the website rewardme.com, and received a confirmation msg... stating that the product has been sent through aramex courier service, on 8th feb.. shipment id [protected], request num:92P58P[protected]EM,. they told me for any further query or non receiving of parcel to contact [protected]. i calle a numerous time they can trace the shipment id and confirm all the details but at the end of call just inform me that the parcel is handed over to the local courier(never mention the name or address... after asking a thousands time)and ensure me numerous time that they will call me back to fix this problem... i neve ever recieve a call from them... neither the parcel.... dont know where the parcel gone.... not only this parcel there are minimum 8 due parcel from this damn courier service..... but i dont have the other's shipment id so am not talking about those... but what about this one????? hope to get a proper response...

                    A harrowing experience with Aramex - I have been following up with Aramex Gurgaon office since April 27, 2012 for delivery of a shipment #[protected]. Status was updated online on April 29, 2012 that it is undelivered because no one at home.....no message was left at home (..if no was found at home, as they claim). I have been following up continuously on April 27, 28, 30 and May 1, 2012 (it seems it is a holiday) and I have been promised at least three times that the shipment will be delivered by evening and it has not been done yet.

                    It was supposed to be a gift for my friend staying in Gurgaon and it is hugely disappointing that it has not been delivered yet (to top it all, it is an expensive gift). I had no choice in picking up the courier company, as it was the seller company's vendor.

                    Pathetic attitude and service. It seems that the exercise to follow up will begin again in the morning on May 2, 2012. :(

                    Aramex is the worst courier service, one can ever see. They would deliver the products to unknown people or rather keep it with themselves & mark it delivered...more shockingly they deliver empty packets mostly, with real stuff missing inside...:(

I have purchase a mini usb to usb female adapter through ebay and the seller cable etc , delhi shipped that product through aramex courier and gave me the shipping no:[protected] but if i use this no to track the details. it shows that its invalid no proper response from aramex... so, don't use aramex....

                            I, Appalla V. M. Sarma, contact number: [protected], bought a mobile phone through internet at NAAPTOL on 9th of Feb, 2012 which has to be delivered to my parents at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The order was shipped through ARAMEX COURIERS and the shipment number was [protected]. My parents had not yet received the order. Regarding this, I called ARAMEX COURIERS on 24th of Feb. 2012 for knowing its status. I got a reply that the order was delivered on 14th of Feb 2012 by the addressed. In fact, my parents did not receive any order till today. The address mentioned on the shipment is perfect.

                            Regarding this I complained with ARAMEX COURIERS customer service on 25th of Feb. 2012. I was replied that the investigation regarding this issue was initiated and gets solved within 24 to 48 hrs. I gave them the required time and again contacted them on 28th of Feb. 2012. I came to know that the same old story is getting repeated but no investigation was done or no complaint has been raised.

                            Two days later, I once again called ARAMEX COURIERS regarding the update but got the same reply("Investigation is going on and get solved in 24 to 48 hours)

                            Even today morning, I once again called ARAMEX COURIERS with a little amount of hope left and again got the same reply.

                            I completely got fed up with the services of ARAMEX COURIERS.

                            All the information submitted here is true.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had booked “ASPEN BP-103H Fully Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor” from Indiatimes shopping on 18th October 2012 vide order id[protected].

                            The same was shipped via Aramex couriers on 20th October 2012 for delivering the same to my address. According to Aramex they have attempted delivery on 22nd October 2012 at 4:15 PM with the remarks stating that “Customer refused to receive the shipment”. I would like to point out over here that no personnel of Aramex couriers had come to deliver the shipment even though my wife was in the house from 3pm onwards on that day.

                            I called Aramex on 25th October 2012 at approx… 10.30 AM and spoke to Mr. Vinod who confirmed that my parcel will be delivered between 2PM and 7PM on 25th October 2012. Again I wish to point out that no personnel of Aramex couriers have come to deliver as I was there in the house the full day.

                            They have also updated their website stating that an sms was sent to the customer. I have not received any SMS.

                            I would like to ask Aramex below points:
                            1. Who did they send on 22nd October 2012 and who refused to accept the parcel?
                            2. Why did they not leave a missed you note so that we can contact them?
                            3. Why did they not try to deliver the parcel on 25th October 2012 inspite of Mr. Vinod’s assurance?
                            4. To which mobile number did they send the sms on 25th October 2012?

                            Also can aramex couriers be punished for this miscommunication in the court of law?

                              courier boby collected whole amount of Rs 322 instead of Rs 72.15 for one item ,courier boy force to pay full amount item total cheat scan copy enclosed aramex no.[protected] TO COLLECT RS 72.50 ( full invoice amount collect by the Aramex courier from my Mum BY FORCE ,I dont no why ? cool stuff enclosing whole invoice amount when they are not able to supply full item).

                                I ordered a car accessory through indiatimes shopping online, which was dispatched from Bombay on 14th Sept 2010.
                                Till date I am yet to receive it and get the same answer from the customer service executive that “the shipment is out for delivery and will reach you today”. On checking the website with the tracking code of [protected], there are numerous delivery attempts being made. I wonder to which address as on 20th Sept, I received a call from the courier delivery person at 9:45AM asking for landmarks to my area and said that the delivery will be made within 30mins.
                                I even offered to pick up my item from the local office and was told since its out for deliver it cannot be received

                                Have never come across such an useless, unreliable and pathetic courier.

                                  I have online purchased the natural pearl set from Top Tree International.

                                  MY Order No 1185 and it was shipped on 18/01/2012 by Aramex and the tracking number of the same is [protected] .

                                  but the item is not delivery in my address till today and when i am calling they assured it will delivered l today ike that even they are not contacted me .and every day they remarked false informations like on 21st they remarked as "Nobody in Home" and on 25th they remarked as "Incomplete Address" like that.I have given My office Address also.Pls help me in this regard.

                                    On 30/11/2011, STAR CJ told me the courier name. I found on internet that star CJ delivered my consignment on 29/11/11 to Aramex courier service.

                                    I got my consignment no [protected]. now I follow up with the courier company every day and they told me every time that today my consignment delivered.

                                    Today morning I taking the contact no of Aramex courier service gurgaon branch and ask for my consignment,

                                    They cut three times my phone after listen my consignment no. and say they have more then 300 pending consignment in their office.

                                    Please advise me why should I not take some legal action or inform to media or press etc.

                                    What the hell doing the seniors in such organization. Why you people make the every one fool.

                                        hi ,

                                        I & my friend have placed an order of track pants therough online shopping website 99labels.com on 19the October 2011 and it has been promised by theem theat I'll get it withein 20 working days. According to which i should get it till 19the November 2011 (assumed) But due to highly irresponsible behaviour by delivery boy of Aramex (delivery agency of 99 labels), it has been delivered on wrong address. And after sometime i have started following up withe theem but firstly theey were saying theat it has been delivered but when i asked for receiving stamp (POD) theey took anotheer two days for it and after theat theey are saying theat we have delivered it at wrong address and will deliver to you withein two days & its been more thean a week theat i didn't get my order. And moreover when we contacted 99labels about it theen theey are not taking any responsibility of it & delaying in giving response.
                                        As being consumer, I am facing lots of problem & hoping will get revert from your side as soon as possible.
