Ordered from myntra, ebay, snapdeal, amazon bunch of clothes and apparel etc. Placed order on 14th October 2014 on all of them. It was for Diwali. Orders were dispatched via Aramex, Bluedart, Ecom, DTDC. Except Aramex all others delivered by Diwali or the next day, due to heavy load, a day or two is understandable. But Aramex is yet to deliver even single package (its 30 oct) and they have 3 packages. These bunch of have ruined my diwali shopping. They dnt have proper tracking mechanism in place. They dnt receive calls. Their customer care executives never answers even after 15 min of hold. Even Bigger joke is. Snapdeal sent me a package via bluedart, there was some size issue so they I sent it back again via bluedart, then they sent me the changed size, and then I received it. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS WAS COMPLETED between 14th oct to 26th. Rcvd sent and rcvd again. But Aramex is yet to make 1st delivery. Hope I will get my winter wear before next Summer. You bunch of . You should open up Kirana store, that is perfectly suitable for you.

      I have ordered two items no[protected] and[protected] from ebay.in. It is a very costly product and I have also paid the money through my SBI debit card. But I have not received the item yet as these products crossed 12 days from date of purchase. I have also sent so many mails to the customer care but they did not replied to my queries and I have also sent so many mails to the courier Aramex but they also did not replied to my queries. I am little worried so that I am lodging complaint against Aramex courier. Kindly help me regarding this issue.The courier tracking number as provided by ebay.in was [protected] and [protected] . The courier was ARAMEX. Kindly help me regarding this issue... This courier company is taking so much time to deliver the product and also did not respond to the mail and also did not receive the phone.. Kindly help me regarding this issue...

        Hi Team, My consignment number is [protected], which i gave to your team in Beijing on 30 September and was supposed to be delivered to Hyderabad, India location and i would be receiving the goods. After the goods have landed to Hyderabad and your team claims that they have paid 7983 INR towards Custom charges for the goods worth of 5000 rupees. I didn't get any call or update asking me, whether i am willing to pay the charges or not.. Its been 21 days, i didn't received any update and no one is willing to answer my question, why did ARAMEX paid this amount.. I want my goods to be delivered asap and give me the clarification why did customs charged the amount for goods worth of 5000 INR.

          My name is Tuk Smanthap and I am from Thailand. This is my first time using a courier service in India, and I sent a parcel from Shillong to Chennai on the date 4/9/14. bar code for the shipper's copy:[protected] I was promised that the parcel will be delivered at late on the 10/9/14 but it has not been delivered yet, I personally went to the courier station and they said on the 12/9/14 that a staff would contact me in the morning and no one contacted me yet. As a foreigner I am highly disappointed but more over I am worried about the package. The charge was rather outrageous and the service is of low quality and also the package has not reached the destination. Can I please be informed the where about of my package? Contact name: Tuk S.             One of the worst Courier service providers i have come across in India.. My shipment (Shipment Number:[protected]) took 6 days to reach from Delhi to Bangalore where as other providers do this in 3 days..The worst part is that it reached Bangalore and was kept at the Aramex storage facility for 2 whole days..I contacted customer care but they did not even bother to answer my query!! Ridiculous!!Aramex.. This is not the way to serve customers.. Step up n learn from your competitors!!!

                  I have sent my friend bday gift to Salem thru aramex .Everything seems fine, and the parcel safely reach India on 5/20. Then the problem come... My parcel has been on hold since 5/21/2014 . They never contact me nor the receiver(my friend), until we called them today. The customer service want my friend to get the parcel from their office in Chennai. 1st, they never told me that they won't be able to send to things to Salem when I use their service. 2nd, they NEVER contact us on any shipments issues. Its almost 1 week since the package is on hold. And I suppose they will just keep silent like nothing happen if we didn't give a call. What kind of service is that??? Even if ARAMEX couldn't send the parcel the Salem, they should have informed us earlier. Worst courier service ever, ruined all my plan. WON'T USE ARAMEX AGAIN!!!
                  Aramex is a worst worst courier i have seen, i ordered the same parcel before but still not delivered the couier,
                  No phone calls no intimation, without that they status attempted not delivered.

                    I ordered a product from Rediff.com and the product was defective and logged a complaint regarding the same with rediff team.After many follow ups Rediff team arranged a pick up from my door step through Aramex.Daily I will be getting a call from Aramex that the person will come and take the product but no one come and do the duty. It has been 2 months now ordering the product, these Aramex and Rediff team are worst teams as I have very bad experience because they had wasted my time and money too.. Please anyone doing online shopping or deliveries through couriers I strongly recommend DO NOT VISIT REDIFF.COM and ARAMEX Services

                              Hi Team, I bought Fabiano gas stove from Yebhi.com on January 29th via order number YBH5152575. They attempted to ship it on Friday and I was unavailable and when requested for attempt to deliver on Saturday their courier guy gives me a rude answer and say that they will see it on Monday. I call up Aramex courier service to check the status on Monday and 30 mins later I get my product delivered. This particular courier guy kept on bombarding my phone asking me worthless questions and was also shouting on me arrogantly. 30 mins later he delivered the product and threw my parcel which was supposed to be handled fragile. Burner of the gas stove broke and I call Yebhi.com, the representative talks to me about policies and says that I will need to take some pictures which will be validated by their quality team, so that my refund could be reviewed. I call up the courier guy to take back the product, he bluntly says that I broke the product and it was my headache. I am totally irritated with their service and cannot take this any more. I do not receive any response from Yebhi. I need my 1000rs back as soon as possible

                                I purchased a digital clock in TRADUS.com on 18th DEC 2013. and they had shipped it to me on ARAMEX. Only once ARAMEX representative called me and said that the parcel would be delivered shortly. but it did not happen till date. I complained to them on their website. everytime i got a few automated mails and messages. (CaseReference:BOM/0114/5399 and BOM/0114/1656) and now they say its returned. Why it has been returned without even an attempt to deliver it?

                                  I am Mr.Barnabasu V working in BHEL, Hydreabad as a Dy.Enginner and resident of BHEL MIG colony. My son in law & daughter is staying in UK, Northamton. I have sent a parcel on[protected] to UK, Northamton through “Sri Vaishnavi Enterprise, Begumpet, Hyderabad, ( MR. Suresh Kumar Mob: [protected]) he is agent of ICL, FedEX, DHL, Aramex and other courier services. HE was collected Rs 3500-00 for sending parcel to UK through FedEx courier. It contains Sweets, snakes and cooking vessels weight of 12 Kgs. Approximate worth of Rs.2000-00. The agent ( Mr. Suresh Kumar) my parcel is given to “Aramex Courier, begumpet on[protected]. The Aramex courier sent my parcel to UK on[protected] and given a tracking number to me, as per tracking no. I have tracked the shipment that is laying in UK customs office from[protected] to till today they kept on hold. Then I contacted to Aramex courier and they said me to pay Rs. 2800-00 for customs duty, until the customs duty is not paid the shipment is not delved. The worth of parcel is Rs.2000-00 and I have paid to agent is Rs.3500-00 and now asking me to pay Rs.2800-00 for customs duty. Earlier I have sent same type of shipments through FedEx, DHL couriers they have not charged any customs duty. I kindly request you to do needful to me for delivered my shipment as soon as possible.                                       I have to recive the courier within 3 days.But its been 15 days i have not received the courier.
                                      They said that address cannot be find.But this is not the excuse given by courier company.
                                      Neither they call to enquire about the address.
                                      Please take the strict action against this company.
                                      They are not serious about there work.

                                        They have kept the entire refund money of Rs.2968 of my cancelled shipment AWB# [protected] dated 26 sept 2013 returned via AWB# [protected] . I was sending an electronic item and they asked for Material Safety Datasheet. WTF is that? It's required for fluids and chemicals, not for electronics, at least not for non-commercial samples. And they asked for documents on company letter head while I clearly told them that i'm sending as an individual and it's non-commercial. They didn't call before sending the pickup guy, he just came randomly. They neither called me when they had put my shipment on hold. Most of the customer care nos. don't work. I had to email them for days to get the package back and they didn't give me the refund. No matter how carefully and wisely you take decisions, there will be a few companies like aramex that won't spare you.
