Aramex Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I bought a smart phone online on 23 rd Sept from TRADUS. It was shipped on the same day from BANGALORE, Banashankari area thriugh ARAMEX COURIER. Even after a week's time, they haven't delivered it to me in whitefield area BANGALORE.
Daily have been calling courier office. They have been very rude and arrogant and say that they are intimating the concerned people...and can't do anything more and disconnecting the call immediately. Please help me, how to deal with them. Even TRDUS is not helping me out. My appeal to public is never go for ARAMEX courier and TRADUS.

I ordered some good online through a popular e-commerce website Tradus.com, and the allocated my purchase to a seller who chose a very unprofessional Courier company Aramex.

I was shocked by the behaviour of their staff and the company.

The day it was scheduled to be delivered, the courier guy gave me a call and said he cant come to my office which is mentioned at the shipping address due to some reason and i have to come at the office complex gate which is 2 kms from my office.

I have an office which is a huge zone in Noida spread in an area of around 4-5 kms.

Then i send a mail to customer support of Aramex courier and they said that you will recieve your courier today or latest by tomorrow and i informed their customer support guy that its 5 PM and i will leave from my office by 6:30, he said he will coordinate with the delivery guy and will confirm in 10 mins. But again no response from him.

The next day morning, i got a call from the company saying we will deliver it today but again you have to come at the main gate (which is 2 kms), i said sorry i cant come there and i was shocked to hear what he said, his response was 'then we also cant deliver the courier to you' his tone and pitch of saying this was extremely rude and i felt that they doing me a favour by sending my courier.

I haven't seen any customer support guy speaking to customer in this tone.

And, to add it, people in our office receive couriers and parcel on daily basis from all the courier companies and online e-commerce portals.

I would advice and would request any consumer or company not to have any partnership or use Aramex couriers.

there are a group of fake and rude people working in the company who i believe have tasted quick success and are not concern about the business.

PLEASE DON'T USE ARAMEX COURIER FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS.... FORGET THE NEED WILL BE FULFILLED, IT WILL ADD FRUSTRATION TO YOUR LIFE......

Hello, I'm from Agartala,Tripura,India. I ordered a video game from amazon.com on 3rd August. My shipment reached kolkata on 12th August. Well from Agartala to Kolkata it takes 45 mins by airways, 2-3 days by train & 5-6 days by roadways. Today is 25th August even after 13 days I haven't recieved it. I have even send them e-mail 2 times regarding this issue. But that doesn't do any effect at all. All they do is send me a e-mail saying thank you for contacting us your request has been to the concerned team & they will assist you as soon as possible. Hello..This is not helping me because I'm still in the same position, I have no idea where my shipment is, I don't know should I do a refund or wait for my shipment. They could have atleast told me that for this this this reason your shipment would be delayed and it will reach to you at this date or If they can't send me my shipment then they could have told me that for this this this reason they can't deliver the shipment so better do a refund or something like that. I bought an item thru eBay and the shipment ([protected]) has been sent thru aramex by 10th Aug in Overnight Parcel service. Aramex people don't know the Overnight service privilege it seems. the result is - I haven't got my item still. On 12th Aug, parcel reached Bangalore and sleeping in their office. if they are not able to deliver on time simply updating the status as "Attempted Delivery - Incorrect Delivery Address / Awaiting Correct Address ". Such an lazy guys I ever seen..for the name sake they have a name as Overnight Service where they couldn't accomplish it. Government should take some quick action on these kind of courier companies by creating a rule. My advice for the sender's is to not use these kind of worst courier service in putting extra money for the overnight courier service.

I have made 3 orders from Ebay , Unfortunately all the 3 were couriered by the most lazy bones Aramex. If you making an order through Ebay and making it through Aramex then you can make sure that you will never ever receive the order in your hands. Ur order will be cancelled one final day inspite o[censored] wasting all ur time and energy to the customer care. Such idiotic ppl are put in courier service. They will cooly update that the customer was not available during the delivery time. WORST WORST ARAMEX. Never Prefer Aramex. For all the orders they keep updating that the customer was not available all the time. If Aramex is delivering means the entire human race will disappear. that is what they portray. A BIG NO TO ARAMEX.

I send an international courier from kathmandu nepal to pune india. My courier include hand-watch and card as gift. While delivering courier aramex service is asking duty custom charge which is very high. The amount they are asking is around same amount of my product which i send as gift. They are even not showing any receipt for charges. Customer care is also not co-operating with me. They are not doing any enquiry for the problem.

Its already been a week i have send my courier. At between they show shipment delivered which my friend didnt received. Now its showing on hold.

There should not be any custom charge for gift. Please help me out to resolve this problem, Thank you

I HAVE CHOSEN ARAMEX CANADA IN ORDER TO DELIVER MY DOCUMENTS FROM TORONTO TO SRI LANKA ON AN EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE. MY DOCUMENTS WERE PICKED UP ARAMEX CANADA ON 12/04/2013 FOR SHIPPING. MY DOCUMENTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REACHED THERE BY 15/04/2013 BUT ARAMEX SRI LANKA DELIVERED MY DOCUMENTS ON 18/04/2013.

I CALLED THE ARAMEX CANADA ABOUT THEIR POOR SERVICE. ACCORDING TO THEM " IT JUST HAPPENS THEY CANNOT PREVENT ANY DELAYS.

GUYS PLEASE NEVER EVER CHOOSE ARAMEX FOR YOUR NEXT BUSINESS. THEY ONE OF THE THIEF COMPANY.

I had given an order on zoomin.com which was shipped to my address through aramex with consignment number [protected].

The person who had come to deliver came at the time i was in a meeting. I asked him to come to 1st floor because my meeting was happening there. By the time I came to 1st floor this guy asked me to come to ground floo and then to the 3rd floor. I said I am coming to ground floor and after that when I came to the ground floor to get my courier and tried to call him he dint pick first time and 2nd time he said he has left and will not deliver the courier.

He was quite rude and threatened me saying do whatever you want. Go complain if you want to, I am not coming to deliver.

The courier company is not ready to get the courier to me and has been just giving me the same statement that the courier will be delivered asap.
They have put false status in the website mentioning I wasnt available to take the courier where as I was there to take it

I took maximum of 4 mins to come down from the 6th floor to ground floor but the delivery guy had left by then. I immidiately called the customer care of aramex and got the same reply."Shipment will be delivered asap"

I had put a complaint on their website also Case Ref. :BLR/0213/845 and there has been no response on this.

I would request you to take action against the delivery guy for causing harasing me. This has cause me loss of my work time and uncalled for deviation from my work.

I didnt got the product and when I checked the status online it shows that it has been delivered to Ajay and we dont know any Ajay and when we called Mahipalpur branch they talked with us in a very bad manner and they are also saying that we have delivered the packet to U but we didnot receive the packet. Waiting for your response and update us with the status.

Never got this product and phone number is also fake...very bad experience i have with armex courier.

I am really clueless asto why the shipment has to roam around Bangalore the whole of today.

After inquiring on the[protected] number 4 times today, i was told that the shipment would be delivered today. It is still not delivered and now when i call up the above number I am told that i was given wrong information and my shipment is on HOLD.
This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I had specifically requested for the delivery of the product today as I had to gift it to someone who would be leaving bangalore tonight. Thanks to the worst service from Aramex, this is not possible now. Let me know if something can be done for hte poorest customer service extended by Aramex.

Aramex is having the worst service in India. My shipment [protected] has reached Kolkata on 30th Dec 2012 but still 10th january 2013 they are unable to deliver. In spite of raising 2 complaints BOM/0113/2857, BOM/0113/699 they have not delivered the item. The Complaints are raised and get closed without any resolution. Their Customer Service is hopeless. They have no idea on the shipment. Sometimes they tell can't be delivered as shipping pin code is not in their network. Sometimes they tell may be delivered but no timeframe. Seems while booking they don't check if they can deliver or not.During actual delivery they come with all these non-senses. I would request ARAMEX management to look into the issue and deliver the item.

I have a bad experience of ARAMEX Couriers bad service I have filled few online complaints but they were closed with any action. I have 2 couriers which were never delivered to me and in your tracking systems it shows delivered....for your reference the AWB numbers are [protected], [protected]. Once of this assigned to Prince Mendonca and this smart guy closed it without investigating.

Sir, I had enquired since last TWO/THREE days for my AWB No [protected] shipped from Delhi through www.Shoppingindiatimes.com. The product has been reached at ARAMEX COURIER office on 31 Dec 12 as per their customer care executive and when enquired about shipping he/she said that it will be delivered to your home in evening i.e. on 31 Dec 2012. Since that time I had continue in touch with ARAMEX COURIER customer care executive on tele No[protected] but neither any call recieved from Delivery Man nor the delivery man reached my home as on courier packet my address as well as contact mobile No has been printed while shipping. When I said on next day i.e. on 01 Jan 13 the same reply is given by ARAMEX customer care executive that the courier will reach your home in evening before 2000h becuase we deliver upto 2000h in home. But still the same thing is going on and the courier has not been deliver by ARAMEX delivery man. When I visited ARAMEX COURIER website for courier tracking it is seen that the delivery man has initiated false report that was updated in ARAMEX COURIER website that NO ONE HOME. This is totally FAKE/FALSE/WRONG report because first thing is that my wife is house wife and she cannot go anywhere without me or if the courier delivery man visited my home AND found that my home has locked THEN HIS FIRST DUTY is to contact me regarding courier shipment but the whole thing is that the courier delivery man is initiated wrong report THATSWHY HE DOESNOT MAKE ANY CALL TO ME . While contacting the ARAMEX COURIER approx HUNDRED RUPEES were expended while calling as well as holding tune provided by ARAMEX CUSTOMER to contact customer care executive. I finally decide to go to thier office and collect the courier which is approx 30 Kms away from my residence. The ARAMEX COURIER services has mentally as well physically harrash me for collection of courier since last TWO/THREE days. Kindly take suitable action against ARAMEX COURIER for non delivery of courier as well as DELIVERY MAN so that not to take any false report be intiated in future. A SCREEN SHOT OF FALSE REPORT GIVEN BY DELIVERY MAN OF ARAMEX COURIER AS DISPLAYED IN ARAMEX COURIER SITE IS ALSO ENCLOSED.

My consignment bearing consignment # [protected] was never delivered to me but the status is updated as delivered. I have also lodged a complaint with the Aramex CCare (Complaint # BLR[protected] but no one ever cares about that. no response on the complaint.

My Shipment No [protected] has been delivered to wrong address by Aramex to someone archana in Gurgaon whereas it was intended to be deliverd to me at Delhi Address.

I have been chasing them since 1 month now and there is no response from Aramex even after calling them multiple times.

Aramex Courier AWB Nos [protected] was dispatched from Gurgaon on 12 .11. 2012 to be delivered in Dehradun. However no delivery has been made till 17.11.2012 (Today). The tracking status on online shows delivery on 16.11.2012 in Gurgaon with signature , howver no such delivery has been made as the delivery address is 9, Curzon Road, Nestling opp DWT college Dalanwala Dehradun 248001 contact no [protected]. The contents of the Courier are of very urgent nature. I would be taking legal action as I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service representatives since 24 hours and there has been no response. No calls have been attended. the numbers on the website for Dehradun office are incorrect.

i order a Iphone from Ebay.in but i haven't received my phone but the courier company(ARAMEX) is showing its delivered . so case my file .. and continuously i am calling Ebay and ARAMEX ..BUT THEY are asking for more time in each call .. nOw iam fad off with this ,,

now i want to put all them in jail ..and i want my money back with intrest.
