I had ordered a product from Rediff.com. Rediff sent it through Aramex couriers. A few days later, I got a call from Aramex couriers stating that the product was with them and that it would be delivered to me that day itself. Unfortunately, the product was not delivered that day. I kept calling their office and every time they assured me that the delivery guy is on his way. I did not get my package that day.

I tried calling them for the next 3-4 days and they kept directing me to the pre-recorded message. The only good thing is that I had ordered for Cash on Delivery. Can't say what would have happened if I had paid upfront. I see a lot of complaints registered here against these guys. Unfortunately I see no improvement.

disconnected call.i give a call to santhosh operation manager of aramex contacat number for proof [protected] not picking call.i gave the call to another operation manager anand contact number [protected]. he lift the call and he says we are delievering today they said since[protected] to 8-11-11.we give call to office contact number[protected] / [protected] no responce. for verification air way bill no [protected]

This is basu from Hyderabad i have sent snacks & sweets to UK on 18/12/2013 stii it is laying UK Customs clearance .
They are asking me to pay Rs. 2800-00 for Customs clearance. The parcel worth is Rs.2000-00 only.
Earlier I have sent through FedEx courier, thay have not charge any customs duty, and it was delivered within 3 to 4 working day.
I request all of you don’t, send any items through Aramex courier.
Aramex is a worst courier, this my bad experience.

    THE COURIER WAS SEND TO THE CUSTOMER THROUGH ARAMEX TO KARNATAKA, BANGLORE. THERE WAS NO TRACKING DETAILS FED IN THEIR SITE FOR THE PARCEL. IT JUST SAID THAT IT HAD REACHED BANGLORE OFFICE. THE RECEIVER ON THE OTHER HAND CAME ANGRY SAYING SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. AFTER CONTACTING THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS IN THE BANGLORE OFFICE,AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE 14TH OF APRIL(THE PARCEL WAS SEND ON THE 5TH FROM MUMBAI) THEY TOOK THE NUMBER OF THE RECEIVER AND ADDRESS AGAIN. THEY DID NOT DO THAT NOR INFORMED ME. THE RECEIVER CAME ON 16TH AGAIN SAYING SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THREE TO FOUR TIMES EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK NOW, AND THEY TOOK ME FOR A RIDE, TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN AN HOUR. NO ONE CALLS WITH THE FEEDBACK OR ATLEAST CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE STILL LOOKING. ULTIMATELY ON THE 20TH OF APRIL THEY COME AND TELL THEY HAVE LOST THE PARCEL. SUCH A BAD CORDINATION. I TALKED TO MR. DOMNIC, MR. GOPINATH, MISS SYNA, MISS GEETA ALL OF THEM IN THEIR ANDHERI OFFICE. IT IS SO DISGUSTING THAT SUCH A COURIER COMPANY LIKE ARAMEX DOES NOT HAVE ANY CORDINATION, NOR NONE OF THEIR SUPERVISOR OR HEAD HAVE ANY CORDINATION SENSE.     I agree with FALGUNIZAVERI.

    Indeed it is one of the worst courier companies in India.

    Even my courier, they took more than 4 working days to deliver and still I am waiting.
    Daily they r lying that person will come today.

    I was there at the address for last 2 days. Person did not even come and just lied to his office that he came.

    They do not even call when the person comes. They cannot even afford a phone call.

    They do not give contact no. of any other person to complaint to.
    Also their courier person's contacts are also not available and not displayed anywhere. They do not give that also upon request.

    I am sure if they continue like this, then this company will shut down soon.

          I handed an urgent courier to Madan Lal Jaiswal (Franchise owner) of Aramex at Santa Cruz (E), to be sent to Unitech office Noida, Sector 96.


          18 Feb 2011 (Friday)

          On the website of Aramex, it showed that my shipment was delivered to a Shiv Kumar at 1 PM. His mobile No. was mentioned on the website. I checked this in the evening.


          19 Feb (Saturday)

          I called Unitech to know about my courier. They could not confirm it by afternoon whether they have received it. It takes sometime to update the status in their system. Saturday, being half-day they could not confirm anything about my courier.
          I informed them from my side that it has been received by Shiv Kumar.
          Unitech promised me that they will investigate this and will call me on Monday as they will be closed for weekend.


          21 Feb (Monday)

          I called Unitech and had long talks with them as they could not find my courier while I keep telling them that Aramex is claiming that it was delivered.
          Finally, Shiv Kumar was called on his mobile number and it was found that he is a security guard at APS (Noida, Sector 37).

          I then visited Aramex's office and informed them that my courier was delivered to a wrong man and at a wrong address.
          Madan Lal, assured me that he got to know about this just now and that it will be delivered to the correct address in an hour. He told me that it's not a big issue and that it will be done.

          Even after 2 hours of waiting, I did not get any confirmation from Madan Lal.

          I again visited his office and refuse to leave until he get me a scanned copy of the proof of delivery.

          After another 2 hours he confirmed me that it has been delivered to the correct address.

          I called Unitech and found out that they still haven't received anything. I told Unitech what Aramex was telling me that Sanjay, a security guard at their office has received my courier.


          And yet again, Aramex delivered my courier to an unknown man and at a wrong address. Not only this, Aramex refused to provide me my proof of delivery in both the cases.

          When it was delivered to a wrong address the second time, Madan Lal told me that he has escalated this issue to Nitin Singh - a manager at Aramex and to Anil who is a manager across all Aramex centres.
          However, even after Madan Lal spoke to both these managers and the staff who was delivering my courier for hours, no one at Aramex could deliver my courier to the right address within the required time.

          Aramex could not tell me where my courier is and refuses that it has been lost. Also it could not provide me any proof of delivery which could tell me for sure whether someone is actually delivering those packages. Moreover, the management also could not solve anything for hours and hours.


          Now I am late on my part for not being able to send my package to Unitech on time. I would have to pay that loss in money.
          Moreover, due to Aramex's laid back attitude and poor management and no supervision at all, I have wasted so much of my time and money and still could not find where my package is.


          I have all the attachments for this case where it clearly shows that they are delivering to wrong people at unknown addresses.

          Please look into this matter as it seems that they are fooling a lot of people and wasting not only their time and money and trust in such services but also their sentiments with the couriers that they send.

            A package was dispatched on 22nd Jan'11 from Gurgaon to be delivered in Pune. Since 24th Jan it has been lying at Aramex Pune Office & no action has been taken. The surprising part is that even after writing to the Station Manager & Sr. Assistant manager of Pune branch no action has been taken. The AWB # is [protected].

              The Bagittoday online shopping has sent my order with order no M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected] and Order date is 17th Nov 2010, through Aramex Courier on 7th dec'2010. The Shipment No is [protected].

              Even I called up the customer services executives sevarl times and they raised the complaints for the same. But there is no result.

                I have received flipkart parcels through Aramex Couriers at least on three occasions in the past. Each time, I received a text message and a phone call in advance, telling me that the courier was on its

                way. Yesterday, I receive a text about an overdue flipkart parcel at 4:15 p.m, notifying me that the courier was on its way and to keep the cod amount handy. Having reached my home by 4, I waited till 7:30 pm for the courier, which never turned up. When my flatmate met me later in the evening, she told me that the courier had arrived at 2 pm, and as she did not have the requisite amount at hand, he told her that I had to call him, instead of his calling me in advance as is the usual procedure. He also added that the parcel would be returned to destination if I did not receive it by tomorrow.


                Given the fact that it was 9 pm when i received this information, I called the said courier person at 10 am today, and informed him that I would be available between 10 am and 12 noon. The courier person told me that he would not be able to deliver it within the said time, and that it was not his responsibility to contact me in advance and ensure that i was available- contrary to my previous experience with Aramex, and that I could lodge a complaint for all he cared, but it wouldn’t make a difference. I had the pleasure of having a courier boy misbehave with me at 10 in the morning, after which I called Aramex’s helpline twice- at 1030 and at 1130 before I could talk to a supervisor. My parcel is yet to arrive, and I have to sit here twiddling my thumbs, postponing my plans for the day in order to ensure that my parcel does not return to destination.


                Misbehaviour, apathetic customer service, delayed delivery- Aramex, you just lost another customer.

                  I was supposed to receive a courier on 26 Oct which was shipped through Aramex Courier services from Delhi and with docket no [protected] to Bangalore. The courier was messaged to be arriving the same day but because I am having a night shift immediately, I called up the customer no and informed that I am already on way for work and told them I would be having leave tomorrow(27/10,Wed).

                  The courier did not arrive and then I had to keep calling them again and again. The are not sure when the courier would arrive. They say it may come today to tomorrow. And finally I informed them again on 1/11/10 that I would be available today and they said they would arrange the courier to be delivered and still I haven't received it.

                  Are these people punishing me for not being on that day. The courier service Aramex is providing is very poor and highly unreliable. I don't know how many months it will take for the courier to be delivered. Though I am available from morning till 4:30 pm in the afternoon these people who start work from 9:30 cannot bring it.

                  Do I have to go and collect it from the office myself and then pay for the courier charges. What courier service Aramex is providing. If I had known this is what these people would do I would have taken leave one day waiting for the courier, but if they themselves do not know ("It may arrive today or tomorrow"), how can expect they would arrive on a particular day.

                  Inspite of calling them so many times and reminding them they fail to respond. The Aramex courier service is too poor and I would ask Airtel not to sent courier any more through Aramex.

                  I was expecting a courier through "ebay.in" early last week which was shipped through Aramex Courier services from Mumbai with docket no [protected] to Bangalore , worst part faced is that courier company (Aramex) at bangalore side is not delivering my shipment regardless of notify them n numbers of times , at per every call customer support executive used to tell that it will be delivered by morning at any cost , morning turns into afternoon then late eve and no progress , quiet unprofessional people and my advice to the rest to stop doing couriers from them rather sent through other courier agencies .

                  I agree !! with the poor and unprofessional service displayed by Aramex. Their customer service number never gets picked, this tells it all ... I advice all to stop using this so called Aramex. Also notify indiatimes shopping sites to stop Aramex, causing hardships to their customers (i am one of them.)

                  Same here I was supposed to receive a package thru aramex and its been 3 5ays since it reached blr. I have contacted the customer service 5 times yesterday and it was of no use. When I track my shipment it says that I refused my shipment. People pls donot use aramex I still have not received my package.

Infact I'm also a victim of ARAMEX...its been days my tracking says ''Attempted delivery'' still they havn't contacted me to deliver the item, cust care simply says we'll deliver the item today, they repeat the same story every freaking day...Anybody can track my tracking # [protected] and see the story.

                  I took had booked an consignment via Awb no [protected] through Tradus deals, they had booked the particular consignment on the 19th of May. I had recevied an SMS from Tradus stating the AWB and date of despatch. I had contacted the Customer Care but they too gave me the same reply stating it would be delivered asap. Today is 2nd June and I am yet to receive the consignment. I think that Aramex is losing its reputation.

                  I too have the same problem with this Aramex courier. I planned for a surprise gift for someone and these guys failed to deliver on time. The courier has been lying in their office for the last one week and I have been regularly calling up asking them when it will be delivered, as mentioned by you they keep telling it would be delivered today and nothing turns up. I am fed up of them and would not recommend then to anyone.
                  I keep dialling 33003300 and the phone cuts off after 3 or 4 rings. Getting to talk to an ARAMEX operator is like climbing Mount Everest!!

                  Aramex Couriers. I had infact sent an communication to Tradus deals not to ship the next consignment

                  This is the worst courier service in Bangalore, I agree with all the complaints here.
                  In my case, the shipment has reached Bangalore 3 days back, still I haven't received that. The shippment no. is [protected]. Today they have updated it as out for delivery, I don't know now how many days they will take to reach just 15-20 kms from their office.
                  It is the worst experience of mine in a city like bangalore.
                  I urge all the shippers, please don't use aramex for shipping items atleast in bangalore, I don't know about rest of India.

                  same for me and twice in last one week. I don't know why the sellers prefer Aramex.
                  In first instance (#[protected]) they called me saturday(status says failed attempted delivery on friday) and asked about the address, as i was out of bangalore i said either you give it to my neighbour or deliver to me tomorrow. And result is the status mentioning that customer address changed, shipment scheduled for next business day. I don't understand if customer address is changed how can you deliver it next business day.
                  FInally i recieved it on monday but according to them after 2 attemted delivery, that is on 3rd attempt.


                  In 2nd instance(#[protected]), the tracking site says attempted delivery on 22nd july, rescheduled for next business day(that should be today, saturday). So today i called customer care and they said it came to bangalore facility today only so they'll deliver it on monday ( on priority basis offcourse). But i was sure they can't just leave the status blank on saturday as it is overnight shipment. So, evening i checked the site again and it's saying incorrect address, awaiting correct address. Most amazing thing is i got shipment from aramex in past also on the same address. But today it became incorrect address. As the customer care service is available till 5 pm on saturday and sunday holiday. Let's see what happens on Monday.

                  If you want to take a blood less revenge on your boss/client etc., send a courier through ARAMEX, they will take care of your revenge and make the receiving party to go mad completely...great courier service...

                  I agree with u man they have no courtsy to give a call and tell what is the status of the package, I was suppose to get international package from China and the docket number was CT[protected]CN it has come to Hebbala Branch 3days back they havent deleiverd the parcel it was a very important package which i was expecting, if I give a call to customer care they will they will tell it is out for deleivery after doing number of calls still I havent recd the package and I told we will pick up the parcel they have only one landline number which is not working if i compalint them regarding the number they are telling what can we do, they are the most worst service I have never seen in my life.

                  We were to receive docket number [protected] sent from Cochin on 26th September. In this regard had called up their customer care on 30th September, was informed that courier would be delivered by end of day.
                  Called up again today on 3rd October and once again gave all details like address and phone numbers and was also given a complaint number BLR GC 11, and assured that delivery would happen before 5 pm. Had called up again today at 5.30 pm, person who is from customer service is not even aware of complaint number provided and is clueless. In all i have spent 45 minutes on phone only to be put back on hold and eventually had to disconnect.

                  WORST SERVICE AND TOTALLY NO WAY TO REACH THEM IN CASE OF DELAY. EVEN POSTAL SERVICE WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IN 2-3 DAYS FROM COCHIN TO BANGALORE. EVEN THEIR KODIHALLI, BANGALORE PHONE NUMBER MENTIONED IN WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK..
                  Aramex is the one of the worst courier service, If some seller/merchant is using this, this show how cheap they are too.
                  That too the Bangalore service is the worst of their service, these beggers do not even have a valid telephone number for customer service in Bangalore.
                  Hi i am fully hesitated about the aramex courier services because from main office to shipping address is only 7Kms in Bangalore but they are taking 7days including today still i am not getting by shipment... why like this they are doing i can't understand

                  Same experience here, I have been following up with Aramex Gurgaon office since April 27, 2012 for delivery of a shipment #[protected]. Status was updated online on April 29, 2012 that it is undelivered because no one at home...no message was left at home, if no was found at home. Since then I have been following up continuously on April 28, April 30 and May 1, 2012 (it seems it is a holiday) and I have been promised at least three times that the shipment will be delivered by evening and it has not been done yet.

                  It was supposed to be a gift for my friend staying in Gurgaon and it is hugely disappointing that it has not been delivered yet (to top it all, it is an expensive gift). I had no choice in picking up the courier company, as it was the seller company's vendor.

                  Pathetic attitude and service. It seems that the exercise to follow up will begin again in the morning on May 2, 2012. :(

                  I had worst experience with Aramex Courier. A product was sent to me from Mumbai on 19th July 2012 and it is suppose to reach me on 20 July 2012. but it never happened. I made n number of calls to customer service but no use. They gave me 2 numbers to coordinate. 65706258 and 65706139. But no response form them. Worst service I ever received from a courier service. Never try this courier.

                    I was informed that if I under to pay the custom duty and other govt charges the consigment will be delivered to me at my doorstpes, however to my surprize after the cargo reached kuwait they are asking me to clear the consignemnt myself ,
                    I have already paid Aramex Rs 5600 for my household sweets for diwali worth Rs 700 only.

                          I had booked a cell phone on phone Number Provided by Ezone Electronics (Future Group), I recieved the parcel by Aramex AWB, the parcel DID NOT HAVE PHONE AND THE MEMORY CARD. They gave only box with the accessories. The customer support person at Kodihalli Aramex did not want to talk about it when asked for the details and now does not even reply phone calls.
                          Ezone is yet to respond and taken only the complain No.

                            I bought one plantronic bluetooth head set from M/S Tradeus.in online on 05/09/10 as order no 1018683, According to the them they dispatch it 0n 06/09/10 through aramex courier vide awp no.[protected]. I didn't get the product till date and in there report they are mentioning that product has been delivered on 12/09/10. I am really shocked by this type of dealing.When I started quiring on ocal level gorakhpur office I came to know that the franchiese is closed since 20 days and onwer is not picking the phone. I complaint aramex official several times telephonically but they are not responding.
                            Kindly go through the matter and respond accordingly.

                            I'm going through same issues with Tradeus. my Order ID: 1044568, dated 10th Oct2010.They send it through firstflight courier in a same airway bill number and i have received only one Item.the valuable Rs.6525, Nokia X3 mobile was not in the pack.I have contacted through email and no reply from them.Then i contacted them in customer care and they said they will sort out this issue in 2 days.I'm waiting for their reply.Hope i can get a positive reply from Tradeus.
                            The same thing happened to me Item ID 79926 delivery 1060086. They have couriered one portable hard disk but it seems it was called back and there is no delivery to me still after 11 days.

                            I think Tradeus is intentionally doing these things. People should be informed to stay away from them.

                            The way they acted shows its simply cheating. I feel, they do ship items which is low priced.Any thing expensive they are finding excuses. They are proving their portal is yet another cheating company in the name of E-commerce.Shame Ibibo.

                                My parcel was stuck in hyd since 18 jun because of a COD (cash on delivery) error and none of the employees that i spk to took responsibility to solve it. Everyone i spk kept passing the responsibility to the Pune employees that they had not updated the system and trying to justify that that was the reason for delay. Inspite of my details with them, not one person called me clarify that there is a issue with this package (mode of paymnt), what should be done. I myself am chasing my order for it to be delivered. Some names from the company who are total unprofessional in what they are supposed to do....Santosh, Shameen, Kapil Rai.
                                I called their office at 845 on 21 jun and the person attending calls just hung up on me. Later upon calling again she put the message on IVR that our working window is 9 am - 9 pm when the time was 845 pm.

                                They are have shown a total lack of responsibility and unprofessional behaviour.
                                Only person who said i will receive the shipment tom is Vishwas- will wait and watch.

                                  I have given my Very Important COVER with ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS to AEROMAX INTENATIONAL COURIER SERVICES-Kaival Thakkar & Manish J. Thakkar, 56, Celler, Janpath Complex, Opp: Capital Com. Centre, Ashram Rd., Ahmedabad. on 7th May 2010 for New Jersy -USA. and at that time they have given commitment for delivery was 5-6 working days.

                                  After that on 14th I called them and they said that my cover blocked in Kuwait Custome Dept. and it will take 2days, so my cover will delevered on 16th then again I called on 17th then they said we are ready to give you your paid charges but still it will take 2days, I urge them to delivere my cover instead of giving my money back. Mean time they have given me contac no. of Mr.Shokat - socalled their Boss in Bombay-Om Courier Services.

                                  But today when I called their H.O. then Ms.Lalita told me that Shokat is just a employee of Om Courier Service and my cover was in BOMBAY till 15th May 2010, and then after it goes to Kuwait and now it will go New York and it will deliver on 25th May 2010.

                                  So today I can't do anything exept request you to help me and take some action against this type of activity.

                                        I ordered a phone from Mumbai on 17th March 2010. It was supposed to be delivered to my office address by 18th March 2010 afternoon. The phone came to the office at 2.00 PM on 18th march but the Courier services people did not send it till 10.00 PM. When I called up the office, Mr. Punit Shukla who is the Branch Manger, said that the guy who stays in my area will be going home at 2.00 AM on 19th march so he asked me if it is ok to deliver the phone at that time. I told him that I cannot stay awake at such a late night and Courier people shold work according to my convenience. I should not be working by their convenience. I had a flight to take on 19th march which I had to postpone by one day and I had to bear loss of the Air ticket which is Rs. 5500. When I called up Mr. Shukla on 19th March in the morning, he said that I cannot come and give the parcel to you pesonally because I have to go to Ahmednagar. I told him that I have cancelled my flight just to get the parcel and now you should delay your trip to Ahmednagar and come to my office first. But, he refused to come. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I should get a refund of Rs. 5500 which I lost because of the too bad service that Aramex Courier services has shown towards the customer. Let me know if I can get justice.

Our investigation revealed that the shipment was a part of the load that was held by Octroi Vigilance team for verification hence the same reached our office in the afternoon when the couriers had left for pick up. Whilst communicating with your kind self we tried having the same delivered to you late at night however the timing was not convenient.

                                        The shipment was delivered to your good self the next day morning. We apologize for the delay in delivery however sometimes unforeseen situations as this impact the delivery schedules.
