    My name is rekha mandolkar my shipment no is[protected].I ordered 2 vintage retro beaded bracelet leather women wrist from craftsvilla.Com on 26/07/2015 that i received today that is on 30/07/2015 and payment of rs.668/- for 2 products is made by me.But when we opened pack of delivery there is only 1 bracelet instead of 2.So i request you send me my missing bracelet or cancle my order and refund my money back.       i bought a lady bazaar new black floor touch embroidered desi anarkali suit from craftsvilla. the date of purchase is 07/15/2015. it was delivered on 07/28/2015. when i opened the package there was a shall, anarkali suit and a lining piece. since it is a suit there should be a pant piece which was missing. i also noticed that there are fades is embroidery work toooo. i request to refund and i would like to return this product.

          I booked a Lenovo tab (yoga 2) on line and paid through credit card on 10 Jul 15. The payment was made on www.thedostore.com and it was couriered through aramex services (tracking no [protected]) to my house 582, Sect 21 B in Faridabad. Since 13 Jul 15, the tracking website says that the address is incorrect while I have provided major landmarks like gold field public school etc. I called on phone and mailed all possible agencies i.e. Lenovo, do store and armaex. But there is no response from anyone. Pl help. my no is [protected]

          We are so sorry for the inconvenience for our bad services, we cannot help it. We agree our services are poor; and even worst at metro areas. Our customer care centers are here to help you, but we cannot find any employees for our customer care center so we donot respond to you petty grievances usually. We admit that we chose to ignore our customers once they have paid us; we don't think our customers have got much choice than wait for our delivery as long as possible; its not our concern if the recipient doesn't accepts the parcel because of delay; we believe we did our job well. If you have any further complaints i advice you to keep it to yourself, because we're not listening and above all we dont care.

          You are absolutely right. As the employee of Aramex himself admits, it is one of the worst courier service. I too have problems with Aramex. You are likely to lose money/product once you hand over the product to Aramex

            After the initial contact with me about my parcel, the concerned individual seems to be constantly unavailable - no response to multiple emails, the extension no. is always busy and sent to voice mail, the board line no. is useless as the Operators, at most times, don't bother answering the phone and let it ring, and sometimes when they answer, they don;t respond, although one can hear them having conversations in the background.
            I have even tried raising complaints on their official company website to no avail. All i get are idiotic auto response emails saying the complaint has been forwarded to a concerned department. There's been no apt repose for days.
            When I finally spoke to someone, I was assured my package would arrive the next day, which it did, only with a hefty Customs Duty on it that I was unaware of. The company didn't bother to intimate me via call, message or even email about this charge, even though I had spoken to them. They only asked me for some KYC documents which i promptly provided. No information regarding an additional charge was mentioned.
            The package also arrived damaged, which i did not accept.
            What is the matter with you people?!

            So nice to hear that you are NOT AT ALL concerned about your customers. Also that our problems, especially when paying extra hard earned money, from our pockets just seems like "petty grievance" to you tells a lot about the people you are. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE and ROTTEN.

            You must be earning millions therefore to you maybe shelling out extra cash for the product we already paid for doesn't seem like anything at all.

            Also "customer service" is service to customers/service for customers and not tell them that they "HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY" no matter how long it takes. Excellent comment with that.

            ARAMEX must be really proud to employ you. I wonder what they saw in your upbringing that told them to give you a job.As far as I can see you are unhappy and frustrated in your job so hence thrashing out on customers.

              It was committed that my product will get delivered in 5 days. Even after continuous follow up with Aramex they do not have reason to explain why the product is not delivered. Now it is been 10 days and i have still not received my product. These type of delivery services should be shut down as they do not consider the importance of punctuality. There should be a clause that in case of late delivery there should be full/partial reimbursement.

                      On 27th April, I bought "TV wall stand" from ebay and on 28th ebay(seller) choosing "ARAMEX" courier services for the delivery, that was the biggest mistake done by seller. Shipment Number:[protected] On 2nd May, I tracked my item and it's showing delivered on Aramex portal but it's not delivered/recceived by Mukti(my sister) on mentioned address. From that day onward, I am continuously calling at Delhi's number[protected] and at Jammu's number[protected] & Suresh : [protected]) and also registered below complaints: 1. CaseReference:DEL/0515/2633 2. CaseReference:DEL/0515/2632 3. IXJ/0515/04 But still not get any update. Today when I called again at[protected] number, person how picked the phone, he told me "delivery boy is on 3 days leave and they don't know the current status, so you would again call on 7th May then we can check". Also, I want to raise a COMPLAINT against JAMMU BRANCH these people don't have MANNERS how to treat customers or how to talk with them. Can you please share your HEAD Branch details so that I can write them my complains. "BY CHOOSING "ARAMEX" COURIER SERVICES FOR THE DELIVERY, THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE DONE BY SELLER"

                        This refers to Aramex Shipment Number: [protected]. This shipment arrived at Nasik on 16/4/2015 09:25:00 AM. On 16/4/2015, I got an SMS “out for delivery’’ at 12.09pm, but neither anyone tried to deliver it nor called me. I waited till 5.45pm and called aramex service centre. They assured me that the shipment will surely be delivered till 7pm. But again no one tried to deliver it to me . Instead I received an SMS on 16/4/2015 09:04:00 PM saying “attempted delivery incorrect/incomplete address, contact Aramex on 33003300”. This is when no one even bothered to visit my place- rather than sending me SMS to call 33003300, the courier office should have called me on my given mobile. (My house is located the centre of the city and I never faced such problem before with any of the couriers). Anyway … after that I called [protected] on 17/4/2015 at 9.15am.It was surprising that the head office did not have the contact number of their Nasik office. Instead I was told that shipment will surely be delivered today. On repeated requests they provided me their local franchise name (jet edge worldwide logistics) and address, but no local phone number was provided. I again got an SMS “out for delivery’’ at 10.09am, but again no one tried to deliver me. So I goggled the local franchise name for phone number and address. I got the number from “just dial.” I called their office– no one picked up my phone. After repeated calling one gentleman picked up the phone. I gave him my shipment number and asked the present status of shipment. I told him that I am getting “out for delivery” and ‘’attempted delivery incorrect/incomplete address’’ SMS, but not getting the actual delivery. He answered- sir, these are automatic system generated messages and may not match with reality. If we don’t deliver, you will keep on getting such messages daily. Then I asked- when will I get delivery of my shipment? He answered, we will not able to deliver your shipment due to shortage of manpower, please come and collect from our office either before 12pm or after 6pm. (I think it’s a one manned office and the person who works there does a part time job somewhere . I visited their office at 6.45pm on 17/4/15 and collected my shipment. Aramex website updated the status- “’delivered on 17.4.15 at 4.35pm’’. Magically fast!!!
                        I have no complaints against Aramex because I have decided that I shall never use this courier facility in future. You can read many of such interesting aramex stories if you simply google ‘’ Aramex reviews’’
                        I think Aramex should change its slogan – from ‘’delivery unlimited’’ to ‘’ delivery in unlimited time’’

                          This company are extortionists! Their charges for calculating VAT on imports into the UK are £15 which is twice as much as other couriers. They delivered my parcel from Australia then rang me to say they had done so in error and that I had to pay VAT (fair enough) and a fee of £15 to calculate the VAT! Basically they will hold your delivery back until you pay what ever fee they want to charge for calculating the VAT. £15 is 2 hours at minimum wage and in my case almost 20% of the value of my items. They claim that there fees are fair but when I have used other couriers I have been charged £5-8 for the same service. Their customer service and complaints process are a joke as well. They treat customers like trash! So if you don't want your customers to feel like they are being held to ransom, use a more reputable company who wont rip people off.

                            Aramex is cheating in the costs of parcels.I ordered a parcel and payd for the delivery to Aramex 26 euros in South Africa. Now that it is in french customs, they ask me for 60 euros more to get it delivered ! And this is without customs duties! I wonder if my parcel would cost as an airplane in the end. It is real cheating and stealing! My parcel from South Africa to France is still in the customs, and Aramex keeps sending me papers which I cannot fill because I am not an entreprise, but just a physical person. I already asked them to change, nothing changed. Moreover signing them I will have to admit that the day it would be delivered I will have to pay 65 euros again to Aramex after 28 paid during the shipment!!! And This in Addition to custom duties!!! It is real stealing from clients ! It is cheating that they could not know it in advance! Is there no communication between Aramex South Africa and Aramex France ?It is pure violation of the consumers right to know what he is to pay.

                            I have got a Parcel from china through aramex . My total Invoice value is 3.87USD (246.82 INR).But aramex charged me around 747 INR without providing me the proper receipt with the customs seal.

                                i have orderd a product from ebay.in on 10 dec 2014 u have given estimate delivery time 15 dec 2014 but i have not received order yet. since, last 3 days im calling Ebay And aramex Logistics company. i have called t ebay more than 10 times every time they said we are delivering your product through aramex Logistics company. for shipment details pls contact to aramex. When i contact to aramex they were telling that they have given that courier to 3rd party courier service ( Local Courier service ) Name - Arnav Logistic when i ask them for CONTACT DETAILS OF THAT 3RD PARTY COURIER SERVICE. that time ARAMEX SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY CONTACT DETAILS ABOUT THAT 3RD PARTY COURIER SERVICE. The last location of that shipment is Location - Vashi Branch, India Date - 15/12/2014 Time 4:01 PM And DISTANCE FROM LAST RECEIVED PLACE AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS JUST 14 kilometers (Km) Only. You can check the distance here - http://goo.gl/u2SSpv At any cost i need this product till tomorrow afternoon 12:30PM because i have ordered this product for tomorrows final match i[censored] have not delivered this product at this time then my value for this product will be Zero 0. EBAY& Aramax its my humble request that please don't play with my feelings i want this product by tomorrow afternoon at any cost . This people had gave me no calls no msg and updated Delivery attempted but I was not there my god the whole day I wated for the delivery guy to come but no one came and they updates such a stupid thing. They should either change there staffs or shut down there company.

                                    My consignment number is[protected] as per the customer service executive, and online tracking update on 1:19 pm the package was out for delivery. however we did not get any delivery or even phone call from aramex delivery team. to my surprise at about 10:40 the status changed to Attempt to deliver, customer moved but the truth is i was waiting for the consignment entire day. I urge the authorities to investigate the same and provide me with a reason as to why nobody called to findout my address / location. how can your delivery team provide flawed information. Looking forward to hear form you soon. Shawn

                                      My shipment was booked on 3rd Nov from Lucknow for delivery at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This courier company does not have any idea, where is Chhattisgarh state in India. Just for the sake of sending with all ignorance by its staff they send it to Chandigarh instead of Chhattisgarh. Then parcel comes back to Delhi and lies there for 5 days. I made complain on their website but other than auto generated mails I did not get any response from the courier company. Finally on 11th Nov status changes and it show the item is received in Durg, one of the cities in Chhattisgarh. I don't know why they send the item to Durg when the delivery point is Raipur and by any mean it must have passed from Raipur only. Now today when I am calling on their customer care[protected], they are saying they have transferred it to one of their agent and they don't know the name of the agent. They also say, there is no responsibility after this point since it is not with Aramex now and transferred to other courier company and for which they don't have any information, and new courier company will deliver you goods. Pathetic, disgusting, irresponsible, irresponsive, unprofessional, what else... uuhhhh. How such companies are surviving in this cometitive world I don't know.

                                        I have to receive a parcel from aramex courier service. Tracking number of this parcel is [protected] . It is about more than 20 days they did not deliver my courier. I called so many times but they did not replied and they did not solve my problem. I need that parcel urgently. Kindly help me regarding this issue. I am also attaching the screen shot of my parcel that I have captured today i.e 06/11/2014.
