Arg Infotel And Nexgtech — monopolization and no services provided in spite of charging a huge broadband fee

I am staying in palm olympia which is in greater noida west. Address is: palm olympia, 12/196, gh-02, sec 16c greater noida west (Near gaur city). Here our builder m/s sam india abhimanyu housing has given the contract to provide broadband to arg infotel. Arg infotel is providing services using a company called nexgtech. This is a typical fiber to home model. We are paying a huge price for the service as there is monopoly and no other service provider is allowed to enter the premises.in spite of this huge fee (I am paying rs 1890/- per month for 16mbps connection while others are charging much less for the same) there is frequent disconnection, lack of speed and now more than 72 hours have passed the internet connectivity is completely missing.
