Sir, I am here by providing the complaint regarding the painting of my new house. It hasn't even been a month but the painting of my new house is so bad the paint and putti is starting to coming out of the walls and the overall finishing is very bad. The paint quality is also very bad I have settled the full amount but the service that I received is very bad. I request you to take this complaint seriously if not I won't have any other option other than going to consumer court

We have given advance rupees 70 thousand to asian paints employee for exterior textured paint at our house, he gave quotation of rupees 50 per square feet including all materials and ensured us that work will be done by Asian paints trained employees under supervision of jaskaran and booked swirly circles design which we selected from catalogue. They collected amount in first week of September but didn't on our site, they mentally harrassed us lot by delaying our work and gave excuse that trained team is busy on other sites in dhuri and other areas and they will do best work at our site, at last well trained team came and started work and clearly told us not to interfere in the work process they will give same results as shown in the catalogue but when work progress it looks very ugly and when we told them that design is no where closer to swirly circles design which we have selected in catalogue they started misbehaving with us, now they are not coming to our site and avoiding us by not picking our phone. From last many days we our putting our complaint on customer care and they are assuring us that relevant team will contact us but from last five days no body is taking care o[censored]s, we are very much mentally disturbed due to asian paints team, please guide us what to do now

Dear Sir/Madam,

I an customer of Asian paints with fully trust to a high reputed company. But now I am suffering badly for not providing solutions by Asian paints team from last four months. My compliant closed by your team without provide solutions to me.
Your team visit my home five times for analysis the problem. Mr Rajnish ji and Mr Tarun ji promised me many times daring the days for resove the problem but till time I am waiting for solution form your team. They are not able to analysis the problem.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Never take this service. You can get much better service for a much cheaper price with local contractors. Basically, Asian Paints only hire local contractors, but charge you higher rates. They take the commission, but DO NOT provide you the professional service you expected. They would promise to move all your stuffs, but in reality you would end up arranging your own home goods, use your own bed sheets to cover your goods. They would completely damage your floor or appliance and is not even concerned about it. They hire all cheap contractors, who will even misbehave with you. Forget about all safety protocols, contractors never wear masks or follow any protocols. This is a scam, be aware of it.

I am doing my painting services through Asian Paints which I think I did a big mistake. From day 1 I was told that the last phase of sanding process will be a machine work no man made sanding will be done in the last phase. But to my surprise nothing has happened according to their promises. Moreover the most ridiculous thing is that till now no executive has been appointed to my site. So everyday I have to visit the site leaving all my work aside. And the customer relation officer who actually was there when contract was formed hardly pick up my phone. Whenever you will need him he will never pick up phone.
This is really really a unprofessional attitude from your side. Either you solve my issue or I have to think some different way.

I have been following this case for last one year with no result. Every now and then somebody drops and gives valued opinion with nothing happening at ground level. Mr Bishal Singh who has been assigned this job and promised me to do it under his supervision has not been answering my messages. I request the company to please address my grievances at the earliest and replace all wallpaper with quality adhesive so that i don't have to face same mental agony.

We had chosen asian paints offer for painting our house in 18th October 2018. The contractor name are Shrikant Bhuwad and Tushar. We had given one year warranty. Within one year I had called the contractor because the colour stared to came out. He came to check and told us he will start in Diwali as he had some work in my area. He didn't came till now as well has he is also not receiving the call. As the pandemic started after that also we had called him there is no answer from them. Please help us out in our plight.

Sir, Today morning, I had received a payment receipt of Rs 71000/- .on the email.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
But For your kind information, extra Rs.6000/- for texture painting for single wall of one bedrooms was paid to word's your associate Mr. Namdev Mudagade on dated 28/06/2021& 02/07/2021 on his personal google pay.& That time he assure me "I Will give a receipt of extra payment of Google pay Rs 6000/- .Here i am attaching the photo copy of above google payment.please look in this matter to get me receipt of above payment as early as possible.

Sir, I am Mr Pawale from pune. I had given order to Asian paint to paint my residence flat in June 2021. It was painted by your dealer Abhijeet Kakde under the observation of your Associate Mr Namdev Mudagade.
I had paid the total cost of painting Rs 710000/- to Abhijeet Kakde by chaque.

2) 22/06/2021, Chq No.715478, Rs 25000/-
3) 02/07/2021Chq No.715479, Rs 21000/-
From June 2021, i am calling to Your Associate Namdev Mudagade for total payment receipt, but he was not responding still. also he was not giving a payment receipt.
To get a receipt I also complaint on phone to customer care as per CID NO.20119551
Still I am waiting.
So please do the needful as early as possible to get me painting payment receipt.

I am Auth. dealer Eazy CRS of Asian Paints MA Traders, Sardarshahar and my Customer ID is 242905. TSO Mr Ayush Territory of Sardarshahar (Churu) is not working well. He makes bills without order. He has no good knowledge of Asian Paints products. Due to lake of Asian Paints knowledge my business is no more growth. There is no full supply of materials. He has no knowledge of making bills from Jodhpur. So, please arrange us other new TSO for running smoothly progress. All dealers of this territory is very puzzled and worried about TSO Mr Ayush.

Your company's paint quality is not good.

I got painted 8 days ago and the paint crust is coming off.

I am unhappy with the quality and service of your company's paints.

Hi,

I have just got our house painted with Asian Paints - Premium (Apcolite).

However, one of the colors (purple) is just not coming well on the wall. We first tried 2 litres (5 coats) of Fresh Orchid (Color code- 9111) on 10 x 10 ft wall. It resulted in very dull finish, color variation and white patches all over. So, we decided to go for little more brighter shade i.e. Iris Impact (Color code - 7109). We again used 2 litres (5 coats) but it also resulted in the same problem of color variation with white patches.

FYI, we have used all the guidelines o[censored]sing the primer and putty. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO OTHER (COLOR) WALL HAD THIS ISSUE.

We are now stuck with a badly colored wall with around 10 coats. Please refer to the attached pic.

If this is the RESULT of certain colors, Asian Paints shouldn't be publishing it in their color chart. I have spent Rs 1, 400 in (purple) color (only) and Rs 1, 200 in labour for a single 10 x 10 ft wall.

I hereby seek a refund of Rs 2, 600. I urge for a quick resolution of this issue.

I am a resident of Flat-5A, Block-B in Starlight Twins, 245 Bombai Bagan Road, Kolkata-700061.
It is 2 blocks of G+5 complex.
Our entire building complex was recently painted by Asian paints.
I noticed water seapage in my flat and brought to the notice of the contractor just before the completion. They informed me that they have rectified the same after 2-3 days.

Hi, my Complaint No - [protected] /[protected]. From the last 3 months I have done smart care water proofing solution, but 6 yeras warranty not yet issued and also leakage happened. Already informed to Asian paint, people came and talk but no action taken or not able to solve my problem.

Please anybody looking into it and help or else I will got to consumer forum and raised the issue as fraud.

We applied damp proof paint to put terrace, and it’s not even been years and the paint started getting washed off.

White dust like spots on the walls within 2 months of painting and colour is faded.
