My house painting work is been pending since 2016 despite of continuous calls to the office and to supervisors our work is still pending till date. Every time they came they saw the condition keep one brush and went to bring some other thing and never turn up again after another call they came kept something else and went again with the excuse of forgetting something and didn’t turn up again. Lately I launched a complaint with the customer care with a person named SWEETY on 18/05/2018 and I was given a complaint number[protected] and she said that I would receive a call within 24 hours. 24 hours went 48 hours went but I didn’t get a call finally again I went and again called them back and they again said a simple “SORRY” and you will recieve a call in 24 hours. 2 weeks have passed and their 24 hours is still not over.

Getting back on my point that there was painting done and many a places you can actually see the wood panel and there’s only one coat of paint. They had said before the contract that they will put 3coats of paint where did the 2 coats go????? There was water or air bubbles appearing on the in the kitchen, outside the kitchen, under the hall and bedroom granite they came scraped the paint put lambi and went and never turned up again. Even the hall grills aren’t painted fully the lower part is still left.

I thought that giving my house contract to Asian paints for painting I will get better quality work and with perfection and precesion but this isn’t what I feel it was supposed to be. After such a bad and disappointing experience I don’t think I should ever recommend Asian paints to anyone.

I request you to please get my painting done or give me a refund of my money.

    I am currently repainting my indvidual house in bangalore and have always trusted and used asian paints for the same. I am buying the material from suresh hardware in banashankari 2nd stage bangalore. As a part of the painting i have a desginer wall about 145 sft in the living room which i wanted to change to new design and gave the workorder to your company personal nimith kumar. However the work started after a delay of one week and was given the reasons that asian paints personnel were busy and thus had to use the services of other painter and since it was ramzan he was busy. However the work started and the base was done while the design was delayed again and when he started the design in the eveing around 8 pm he stopped as he was unable to get the design he wanted and said that enough lighting is not there and that he would come next day. He had done a sample which was totally shabby and different from the one we chose. I informed nimith of asian paints. He said he will take care and later told me that the design which i chose would not come exactly that way and will be different and offered combing design as alternative. Since i wanted only that design i said i wanted to cancel the order if my requirement is not met. He said the order cannot be cancelled and that i have to speak to his boss who is the owner of the suresh hardware mr. Suresh whom i know well as i have purchased paints worth 70k from him. However i wanted to express my disappointment and would like to get fair justice. Hence this mail

      Hello all, I have been a loyal customer of Asian Paints for the past 7 years, I have time and again received great service from other paint dealers, which is one of the main reasons I buy Asian Paints. But to my surprise, I am receiving very poor service, fake quotes, bills and poor quality paint from your dealer ( Maithri Hardware, Shahs Complex, Bendoorwell, Kankanady, Mangalore Karnataka 575002 Phone :[protected] Mobile :[protected]. I have made purchases in lakhs from this dealers. The Proprietor ( Mr. Alva) of this dealer is very rude, and arrogant in his service. Initially he gives very low quote and while he prepares the bill he hikes the prices. Also he never gives the taxed bill. Also there is lot of tax devious in his billing system. Also there is counterfeit base paint to manipulate the prices. This unethical issues was raised by the local painters and contractors many a times in his shop. I hope you would look into this matter and conduct a proper investigation on the fake, quotes, bills, tax devious and on counterfeit paints. Your faithful customer, Anil ( [protected]).

        This is regarding contract # 13879231

        I would certainly agree with most of the feedbacks given here about asian paints home solutions.

        These guys are simply sales people who have no knowledge about the process/technical details.

        They tend to play on words like "on-time delivery", "money back guarentee", "warranty support"

        (Which anyway you will not get) and blatantly compromise on quality after having charged a premium.

        Local contractors who charge much less than these guys are much better in their competence and service during and after the job.

        In fact, asian paints simply hire a local contractor and provide so called trained painters from their
        Regional service provider (In deccor solutions delhi) and put the complete onus on them with no supervision from asian paints.
        In a nut shell, you are being charged for all the over heads with the actual work and key decisions at ground level taken by the painter.

        While, to my dismay and with all the hasles i underwent, this is what was observed in the work undertaken by asian paints: -

        Their hired local contractor comes to provide the painters with the required materials

        Everyday, the painters are all by themselves with no supervision and no auomated machines which they claim they will use neither by
        The contractor nor asian paints personnel

        The painters take short cuts by not allowing adequate drying time, missing spots, compromising on the number of coats painted etc

        Agred to get one room completed as sample in 7 days, but only first coat they were able to complete in 10 days and upon asking asian paints said
        Sir delay is due to your side of not completing pop repair work, whereas in actial they themselves started wall work on 9th day and no delay from my side.

        As per agreement on mail deepak kumar (+91-[protected] / +91-[protected]) from sales team agreed to have 6 painters on site with overtime till 9 pm so that work will be finished on time.

        But only 4 labour they sent and kept asking for more and more advance, despite of giving 1, 20, 000 inr asian paints have done work of approx 60, 000 only
        And keep on asking more advance, when i asked to send more labour and get overtime done, they simply stopped work and now i am left to only escalate and go legal.

        In conclusion, asian paints does not provide you on time painting, quality service and warranty service. They simply charge you a premium for the brand name
        And cut corners when it comes to the actual work.

        P. S. People who wish to undertake painting work through asian paints please feel free to write to me here for any advise/suggestions. Note that i have proofs

          Painting was done in my newly acquired flat as per bp no.[protected].
          Painting was left incomplete though as per the contract this should have been completed by 08/04/2018.
          Contacted the associate mr. Tanmay daw many times over phone.
          Very difficult to get him because always sounds elusive and at one time he conveyed through contractor mr. Abdullah, that this was not contracted for, whereas the whole newly built flat painting was contracted.
          Some time bact he visited the flat and conveyed it will be attended in next couple of days.
          I, being a senior citizen of 70 years age, can not chase him always because it is irritating on nerves.
          I dont know whom to contact.

            Within a year, the paint loss its colour from some part specially part over window. Its found that the paint peel off from
            Its surface. We color the outer surface of our home in the last year in the month of may.in this year, after hot summer and rain is coming the paint loss is binding with the wall. So please send any official to look over the subject.

              This is pertaining to the services assured under bp[protected]. The contract was finalized post completion of site visit by asian paints executive and sales representative on 28th april. This includes paint work for complete house along with highlighting few walls using stencil & wallpapers. I was assured that work will be completed in 2 weeks starting 14th may 2018. Though, i am satisfied with the paint work however, till date have not received the wallpapers even after multiple reminders to your sale and supervisor taking care of the task.

              I am really disheartened and surprised by the unprofessional behaviour of your staff where in they are not reachable most of the times or making false promises around the fixing of wall papers. I was given different dates around resolution and this process has been going on for last few weeks. Work has been delayed by over 2 weeks now and is causing a lot of inconvenience.

              Please understand, i planned my leaves and travelled to delhi to get the worked completed ontime. This was communicated clearly in advance to your sales team but in return i am receiving only false promises around timelines.

              Request someone to pay attention and get this resolved on priority. This is indeed a shame to your esteemed organization.

              Ask someone to call me on priority and discuss in detail.

              This is a false statement. Mr Mahender never contacted me and instead not even answering my calls.

              Received call from Sachin from marketing team and received confirmation about 1 wall paper . Other one is expected sometime this week

              Not sure why no one is paying attention and sharing false information

                Dear all

                It is a challenging to work with asian paint. Promises made are not been delivered on. I had been following up on email and on calls with asian paints colleagues about the painting issues in my house since oct 2, 2017. I had shown the color issues of my house to mr, ram and sumit who had promised to come back to me immediately with a solution. There has been no action on it.

                There was a warranty given by asian paint and the house started having color issues within 6 months of painting

                Can someone look into my request and the several calls i made to asian paint colleagues. There is also no client call return protocol adopted... Which makes clients frustrating.

                Request you to look into this matter.

                  We did an internal colour of my house using asian paints royale brand, before applying the colour we applied putty also from asian paint and then applied royale colour at around 5 months back, now we are seeing every wall is getting moisture and white marks are appearing on most of the walls, white patches are appearing in every wall, if we rub the wall with our hand it disappear temporarily but it appears again after some time. It looks really bad and truly we are really disappointed after using high quality asian paint colour. It is a new construction so there is no point of damp wall, so i would request if your representative can visit my place to have a look and sort out the issue. My address is as below

                    Hi,

                    To whom so ever concern this is against my complain (090518e869) registered,

                    I have attached few pictures of my wall after painting within 2-10 days the condition of my wall.

                    There are few points i want to address:

                    When i was discussing about quotations for painting the guys named mr. Chandra sekhar called himself as a direct employee of asian paint where as he is vendor to asian paint through autostriping india pvt ltd.
                    Secondly he did not made the clarity on warranty terms i. E they only provide product warranty not service. (Has used out dated stock on walls)
                    Just to get the contract from me he even agreed to do all the cleaning related works which were not in quotation (Later denied to work).
                    The painting was never on time as he promised, just came on last day for supervision coz he has to collect final amount.
                    After complaining him about the painting issue he did not respond to it properly than i had to raise to customer care after which both his supervisor and he came to my house for inspection.
                    Now they want to do settlement when i said i will go to consume forum even now they are saying we will do the repair work but will be charging for putty coating if not will scrap those location where there is default and will repaint.
                    This is not a permanent solution and there behavior is not at all good they are just fooling customer.
                    Its because of asian paint i went for painting but after all this stupidity i want my money to be refunded i have also attached the invoice which mr. Chanda shekhar has shared me over whats app.

                    Kindly you guys take a decision and refund my money or i will go with legal action will escalate to very superior level even am gonna take it to social media platform now. The kind of service is nonsense these vendors playing around with customer money, time, sentiments.

                    You guys have no rights to give us trouble!!!. Kindly refund asap.

                    Will be looking ahead for some quick action.

                      I engaged asian paints home solutions for painting my apartment. With a lot of struggle after making the full payment in 1 shot, i got the colour suggestions from them just for the sake. I confirmed my schedule of start 10 days in advance.
                      Asian paints engaged unprofessional applicators and painters have completely spoiled the whole look and feel of the flat. It is pathetic execution. No proper monitoring and oversight in place. Multiple escalations have fallen in vain. I feel it's a waste of money and time. I would like to claim my complete money back with the damage made to my flat corrected. I urge people not to go with asian paints for painting solutions.

                          I have purchased 2 bucket of asian exterior damp proof primer... And when the painter started applying primer on the exterior wall, some cotton type material is emerging on the painted wall everywhere... It is like cotton blots. I have consulted the store from where i have purchased the primer. But they are not solving my problem... Please consider my request... My mobile no is [protected]...

                            I have ordered and paid for a large amount of waterproofing material from asian paints. I was promised the materials on the same day as the payment, which was not fulfilled. Then i was promised it next day, then agin the next day. Finally on the third day, they told me the materials had left from three mulund depot which is only 40 mins from house. Even after 5 hours the material hasn’t reached my house and the depot manager is so rude and unprofessional. I had to incurr 3 days extra charges for the workers waiting for the material.
                            Their such behaviour is suspected because we have not contracted the application work with asian paints for which they were quoting vulgar amounts. Owing to our denial to contract them the work, out of vengeance they have not supplied the material.

                            Quality is not maintained.

                            Yet to receive receipt for payment made (made in Feb 18) invoice & warrenty documents not received.

                              We had engaged asian paints for our house and work started on 14 april after making full payment. The painting work was divided in to repaint and fresh paint which was not explained properly and charged according to their own will inspite of our explaining our past experience with asian paints
                              The workmanship is not only very poor but workers not sticking to punctuality, not knowing their job, and bluffing by making wrong statements in r/o applying material like putty and applying paint coats. Cleaning part after work was disgraceful
                              All in all we are not satisfied with the work and grossly dissatified and determined not to recommend asian paints to any of my freinds, relations, neighbours

                              Home solutions adviser Hitesh mostly inaccessible. home colour consultant thrice has given time and has not turned up. Please note we already paid for colour consultant and they lost all our documents hence now resending a fresh colour consultant. This new colour consultant Lisha Soni last three weeks has only been fixing time but never turns up nor bothers to cancel the meeting through prior information. We have wsted our working weekdays waiting for her and last again she didn't turn up on a Sunday, so we wasted our Sunday too waiting for her. When called back she doesn't pick phone thereafter.

                              We want to get our house paojteed and we're are Asian paints customers for last 15 years. Is this the way you treat old Customers ???

                              We wasted whole of May just to start work and now even our holidays are ending. Very sad state of affairs in Asian paints I must mention.

                              Who do we get the work done now after having waited for so long ? Hitesh and Lisha both are not interested it seems.

                                Hi,

                                With great disappointment we want to inform you that it is been four days that we hired asian paints for painting our full house, but till now we neither saw the asian paint supervisor nor the contractor coming at the site.
                                But as per the terms n conditions asian paint supervisor and the contractor should be visiting every alternate day and every day respectively.

                                Moreover every time we visit the place, the painters working at the site are sitting n chatting, the moment we enter they will start working.
                                They go for 2hour lunch.
                                They seem to be very unprofessional.
                                They are unable to answer the questions we ask about the status of work.
                                At few places awp is applied twice but most of the places it is done once. But to my surprise they simply deny and say that it is done twice.
                                These two labours seems to be untrained
                                They are doing the work just for the sake of it since they have nobody to look after. Why would they be taking the pain to suffice the brand name.
                                They are perfect example of work evaders, which is completely unacceptable from a brand like asian paints.
                                We have been telling them to cover the almirahs etc. Are we supposed to be standing there and guide them what is to be done? Are we paying for this?
                                Sanding is not happening as per process.
                                It is done at the middle of the wall n not done towards ground n roof area.
                                Make sure sanding should be done properly.
                                You guys have taken full payment in advance and in return this kind of service is delivered. This is just not satisfied.

                                We could have gone by any tom, dick n hary painter, but we chose asian paints for a reason but it is not justifying as per its name/brand.

                                Please see to it on urgent basis. Please emphasise more on the kind of workmanship we get.
                                Your early action will be highly appreciated.

                                  1. Labour quality is very poor.
                                  2. Contractor used wrong color code & project site manager (Sanjay) didn't even bothered to check by themselves. I have informed him & he is still in the argument. Just visiting the residence, filing the papers,.. That's it.
                                  3. Labour is not ready to clear any undulation of pop false ceiling & even wall as well.
                                  4. Good labours are moved to private site of the contractor & poor labours are being placed at the site handled by asian paints.
                                  5. I asked for the contractors agreement with asian paint which is not being disclosed.
                                  6. I have used royale luxury (One of the premium paint) but it is really big pain to get the work done from asian paints.
                                  7. No alignment, no quality with respective to brand name.
                                  8. Sales person speak fantastic english, it seem asian paint team will do wonder at our home but this is really a very big mistake.

                                  Request for repair & if not then refund (Work is still in progress).

                                    I git my house painted last July... The work of repeated few times because the wall paint was feeling off, walls was getting fungus and turning yellowish. Despite many complaints they problem remains unresolved. More than 2 walls are having same faults repeatedly.

                                    I have paid 70, 000 for this paints assuming the brand name and now I regret my decision. I could have done this is half of the price

                                      Your dealer named vikas jain..
                                      Paint house providing wrong localite unprofessional painters.
                                      Recently in march month i approached him and did a enquiry about thorough professional asian contractor to work at my place.
                                      He provided me with one localite unprofessional painter named as aryan ghansoli instead of professional asian contractor.
                                      He wasn't skillful atall.
                                      I have purchased 15+ k aspira material from him.
                                      And after continuous follow ups also he is not giving me the professional painter.
                                      I want asian company to remove his dealership.
                                      As this kind of fraud given me mentally agony n pain.
                                      I had taken ur ezy home consultancy from shahrukh @rs 1800.

                                      Infact of all this queries nobody is looking into this matter.

                                      I want strict immediate action on paint house asian dealer.

                                        I have been chasing asian paints for waterproofing and painting of my flat in mulund since last 3 weeks. First they gave an appointment and did not turn up. Second time they came but the person visited said he will have to send the waterproofing expert and said he would do so asap but did not bother to call or send the next person. Call center goes into voice recording, says all executives are busy and they have noted the number and would call back. But nobody calls back. Twice i got to speak after many attempts, they said they will call back after talking about my problem internally, but never called back.

                                        Professional and highly reputed asian paints accepting such low standard of call center is surprising. The question is how to get their good products and services through these low or unconcerned call centers..

                                        I have purchased 4 bundle (24roll) of paper tape. it's glue is worse then i expect. Then i put a complaint to the shop keeper and your executive. They said there is a lot problem but when i buyed another bundle of another lot. That is also worst...
                                        I will never buy the product of asian paint never ever suggest anyone to buy.
