I have complained to the service centre and after explaining them everything requested them to provide me the phone no. of head of jaipur so that I can talk to him regarding what is going (gross issues)on under his nose but the service provider from Mumbai was not even providing me his no. This itself imply that so unprofessional they are that they fear to give me the no. of jaipur head. Lots of wrong things are going on from their contractors and dealers inspite of the fact that I have booked Asian paints through online search and not through local venders

Please resolve my leakage problem i have applied dampproof advance on roof one month ago and so much water coming out from roof

I spent so much of money on my roof treatment with asian paint but zero result and so much of water come from upside of roof plz resolve this problem

we are using asian paints form long time but at this time i am facing a problem with asianpaints . the dealer near me [ ASHU ASIANPAINTS PALLAVPURAM PHASE 2 MEEERUT 250110 ] sujjested me to take APEX ADVANCED DUSTPROOF .I get painted my house few days before but now the paint get faded day by day . please resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Hi, I recently painted my house with Royale shyne as per the painting process and though the walls look good with it but still that paint can't even withstand a gentle scratch from 18 months baby, seriously! even with such a delicate scratch it can peel of quite easily and I am seriously disappointed and feel cheated for buying such a costly paint, didn't expect it to be so practically useless & is not worth the money. It is very worrisome especially since I have a baby in my house. How can Asian paints help me in regards to it.

Iam an Architect and I have never seen such a thing in my 10 years of experience!!!

Have anybody seen paint coming off while cleaning the wall with wet cloth just after a week of painting the wall...

After painting our socy bulding from outside The Bedroom walls are damp and internal paint surface is damaged

This is regarding complaint against asian paints which we used to paint our house in year 2020.
But its not even 1 year completed and the paint is peeling off from the walls
which is looking very bad.
Number of the bucket from which paint was used is : [protected]
and price was Rs. 4890 for 20 litres.

We want to get it repaired by the company as soon as possible.

I have used the Royale Shyne for all my walls and ceilings, followed every instruction provided by Asian paints, but the paint is getting scratched very easily, even just with a finger

I don’t know know what I am supposed to do with this, I have already painted whole house with it, it have no durability at all

Please Help Resolve this issue

I have done painting with 60, 000 for my 2bhk flat from Asian paints two months back. But unfortunately the paint quality is so poor that till now 28 big cracks have been developed out of which more than 70% are as big as 4 feet long. I am afraid the number of cracks may increase as days passes. I am completely unsatisfied with such worst quality provided by brand like Asian paints.
Hoping positive response from Asian paints to resolve my issue. Else recommend people to avoid Asian paints.

I have hired asian paint service.They have charged me 60000 for a small 2 BHK room .But the surface finish is very poor...Better to hire local Painter than their painting service. They are looting our hard earned money.

Reg painting activity in apartment complex.
We started the painting of our apartment around April 2021, and due to lockdown we had put it on hold and get it restarted from June 2021. Being an apartment, there are lot of prerequisite s before starting an activity. We see that the safety of existing building structure is being compromised at a number of places in the apartment as well the safety of the workers. The workers don't strictly follow the Covid protocols (wearing the mask), safety belts etc. There has been a number of instances of breakage, no good plan on the scaffolding, spitting by the workers on the premises and Asian paints contact person (Mr. Kaushik Shetty) doesn't seem to have any control on the overall plan. We are almost dealing with the contractor directly for the plan, and it has become a difficult situation almost everyday on handling the painting activity in the complex.

While we chose Asian paints for the brand name, and the thought of best assistance, it has not been a nice experience so far.

Request to share the escalation matrix and would like to get in touch with the right contacts to get things sorted out.

I used asian paint Damp proof, exterior paint Apex Altima, interior paint with Royal paint by asian paint authorised painter in june 2020.After 3 months all paint start Pilling.I raised complaint. Company representative came to visit my house and without any compensation. He closed the complaint and his behaviour was very bad.He sent me wrong report.which is not expected by this big paint company.

i had asian paints appointed last yr for painting and also for water proofing by some chemicals with one yr waranty and guarantee. However, in a year's time the wall has- eroded all work and back to being more wet and it is damaged. Need assistance as it would commitment of one yr.

Please see the attached invoice and pictures. I had purchased the Asian paint on 11th Dec 2021. Outer coat of subject paint is getting ate by ants and rodents. I had reported the concern to Asian paint customer service centre and service personnel assured they will take care of the issue and reach back to me, but until now no response.

Inspite of our complaint written on May 10th there is no response from the Asian paints. During lockdown Government has given permission for construction activities even though no one has bothered about complaint and the service till date. If this continue in the same way we would leave the trust on you .Kindly resolve our problem huge hindrance is created to us .Hoping for the Best.

I hired Asian Paint painter named Umesh Maurya, BP number: [protected], Contact number:[protected] &[protected]
Because he showed me registered Asian Paint ID.
But ran away by taking money also without completing my house paint work.

He only finishes 30% work and demanding money where in I already paid him 25k jus for 3 days of work.

When denied he angry on me and ran away tried calling almost 40-45 time but no luck.

I request asian paint to take strict action against such painter so others should not face such problem.

Also I request to make my payment given to painter.
