Asian Paints — Wallpaper shows black spot on less than one year use

I buy wallpaper from PKK enterprices, mattannur, kannur, kerala. They came and installed on 10 september 2021.
After 3months start show black spot on it. Now it increased more and looking very bad condition.
It looks very bad product and poor quality.
Any time you can cane and check.
Please replaced product or refund amount which pay for purchase.

I compliant more than two months now still no action from your side. i call your customer care they also tell the same. but no more action to solve my compliant.
what kind for customer care you are providing, and how many months i am waiting for your action. if you cannot possible you can tell.so we will not wait for your action, we will go for further legal procedure.
i will post all our conversation screen shot on all social media, so all people must knew no one will suffer to buy your product.

2days before one person form asian paints came, take photo of damage area and go. He donot have any idea for wall paper he is from paints. After that no more action from your end.
Please refund amount collecting me when we purchase as soon.

Hi,
I will pass the OTP to the dealer and your marketing excutive on same day when received the message.
Until now i canot get refund.
I already go more than 3 times of dealer shop, at that time he will try to call markaing people but not get in line, he told the will give paint but they want get confirmation.
Now the wall looking very bad condition. Remove old wallpaper very hard, because your people use some kind of gum on sticking wallpaper. Cost of removing the wallpaper is more than the installation of this.
Please refund amount including removel cost of wallpaper also.
I have all the proof of conversation with the respective complient.
Otherwise i will go for legel action against you.
