I have booked painting service for my office with asian paints through online. No buddy is comming to monitor the work at site as committed at the time of booking neither painting service is up to the mark. Instead of addressing the issue dealer is blaickmailing me to stop the work.
When i book the service i expect i professional team to execute my project but the people who are executing the same are trully unprofessional and try to blaickmail by threatening to stop the project work.

We have done painting through asian paints which got completed on 20 June 2022.
We have already done full payment to the company asian paints but there is still pending work to be done by company like some patch of wall is pending to be painted, there is color on furniture and also on windows. Painter told he would come when we see any kind of issues. But neither Vendor nor painter is responding. We called vendor and painter multiple times but they are not responding and also we called asian paints customer care. We are not getting enough help on this.

I have purchased putty, block binding mortar of asian paints company, under project scheme in nashik city, Maharashtra state.
Total quantity purchased is as follows in the period 3/12/21 to 21/01/22 :
1) Coarse putty -40 KG BAG:(50+50+50+25+25)=200 BAGS
2) Fine Putty -40KG BAG:(50+50+25+25+25)=175 BAGS
3) BLOCK BINDING MORTAR-40 KG BAG: (50 +50+50)= 150 BAGS.

* I GOT 1 ST DELIVERY OF 50 BAGS OF BLOCK JOINING MORTAR @ 385 PER BAG INCLUDING GST. LATER OTHER 2 VEHICLES WAS DELIVERED TO ME @ Rs.480 per bag including GST .

* FOR COARSE PUTTY I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 740 PER BAG FIRST, LATER 754, LATER 801.
* FOR FINE PUTTY i have received materials @ 790 PER BAG FIRST, LATER 802, LATER 890 PER BAG.

I was shocked to see so much fluctuation in the rates. i came to know that price of the above mentioned items of ASIAN PAINTS in retail market/local hardware was much less than what i was charged for under the project scheme, which i enquired with my friends in construction line & other suppliers of asian paints. I co-ordinated with Mr. WALMIK INGALE (MOBILE:[protected]) asian paints executive and i told him that you are charging me higher than regular retail market rates then what is the use of project scheme? he replied that it is not possile that any one can give materials in cheaper rates than us as we are under project scheme. i bursted on him, later he tried to pacify me & sent me Mr. Nandram Pagar's contact -ASIAN PAINTS PSO (NANDRAM AND VALMIK VISITED OUR SITE before diwali in october 2022, introduced themselves as ASIAN PAINTS EXECUTIVES, they also gave us sample of asian paints putty )
I, tried calling Nandram 4 - 5 times on 15th FEB 2022, but he didn't answered my calls. Next day I got call from the supplier VARIETY HARDWARE, and i was demanded for the payment as payment was not released from my side. I told the supplier about the issue, he said that i shall take ASIAN PAINTS EXECUTIVE -NANDRAM ON CONFERENCE. I conveyed them ABOUT THE ISSUE & demanded to check the price, clear the issue as i required more 500 bags of putty & 200 chemicals bags too. NANDRAM said that the previous price won't change & for further delivery of materials we will look after price reduction & ponder if you are getting materials at lesser rates from other supplier . I was also said to clear the suppliers Bill .i replied that how can i make the payment if i am not getting clear rates. Is NANDRAM YOUR EXECUTIVE OR SUPPLIER himself, please let me know-ASIAN APINTS PVT. LTD.
I HAD A MARRIAGE IN MY HOME IN THAT PERIOD, hence i purchaced materials of asian paints from other supplier in retail . Later i asked the supplier to send me materials at project rate. Few times later new supplier called me and said that company persons have said that there is payment issue from my side, not to proceede with delivery. New supplier sent me NANDRAMS NUMBER. I said to nandram clearly that this new supplier has given me material in retail at lesser price than what you have charged me earlier under the name of project scheme. nandram replied me clearly that " he don't have issue to supply material until i clear previous suppliers bill". i clearly said him that i won't pay till i don't get fair price-of project rates. he also tried to manipulate that you might be getting materials in different bags than that supplied earlier under project. i am not a fool as your company, s executives think.
Now, i am indirectly forced to buy Asian paints materials at retail price from other supplier so that work don't stops. I could have changed the brand but due to Company's name and quality of product i am continuing with asian paints only, but at a huge loss. I belive in good relations and work ethics, also have small amount of share holdings in ASIAN PAINTS COMPANY hence not taken any major step . I can knock doors of consumer court as how price of a product in the same city, of same company vary so much & is the price of project rate higher than that of material in local market (then why do your company executives rome on site to site to give materials under project rates). Also I was not informed about any rate change nither from the company executives nor from the dealer.
I have sent the above message to the company - Asian paints dated 1 March 2022 & I have not received any clearance from the company. Recently there was flood in the city and on the same day I had a car problem, i received 8 calls back to back from the dealer, I was not able to receive the calls as I was busy in arranging towing of car in trimbakeshwar. Next day I called the dealer and he was demanding for payment. I told him that I have already discussed the issue of rates, he took company executives on conference . I feel harassed...I am already at loss as I am taking material from retail market. even after taking project scheme...

THERE WAS AN ERROR IN REDEEMING THIS MONEY RIGHT NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

Would like to inform there is a asian paint fraud dealer with shop named - shri ji trader, owner - Chetan Agrawal, address - Shop No. 3 Shri Nath Ji Apartment, Ganeshra Road, Mathura HO, Mathura - 281001 (Opposite Radha Puram Estate Gate No 2). He is dealing in lot of duplicate paints of Asian & has a huge stock of it. We bought some paints for our house thinking of to furnished our house with India's most preferred & trusted paint company but this dealer has looted all our happiness by providing us duplicate paint on behalf of asain paints. When we come across to know the fact as the paint quality was not as expected he threatened us with local goons due to which we were not able to do any action.
We request to immediately visit this dealer with team to detained all the duplicate stock & cancel the licence so this kind of dealer shouldn't vanish a name of such big brands with their personal benefits.

I have contacted with Asian Paints about getting dealership
And they were ready to give dealership
But when we asked them for dealership letter (proof that they are giving us dealership) or official email regarding proof, they rejected to give us

I bought this 20 liter of bucket from budh vihar phase 1, new Delhi 110086, but this paints come out from the Wall & sealing, so I way to complain against such a thing do with customer, asain paints have expensive range but working like chuna, even distumper is better than this.

My house painting work was taken care by Mr. Praveen Kumar from Madurantakam, chennai with mobile no: [protected] and [protected]
Paint work has completed and not even 1 week, the paint has come out and if i try to reach him, after more than 10 calls he attends 1 call but without proper response
Still now he has not given me bill from dealer. On forcing for bill, he gave a fake bill without billno/invoice number.
When he connected with me for this order, he said, he would give bill which we can use to raise complaints later if there is any issue. He said for royale 8 years warranty and for premium 5 yrs warranty, now i dont have th bill and he is not responding, the peeling off is there, can you please help on this
I feel cheated by asian paints person, i believed such a big brand and came but people like Praveen are spoiling the brand name for a meagre amount of money they would get from dealer.
I have paid full amount but am not given a bill, is this way Asian paints such a big brand works.
When anyone sees my house with this condition within 1 week, will they not ask is this way asian paints people do?
kindly take action on Praveen kumar and I need the bill as well as i need solution for my peel of places

M GENUINE CUSTOMER of Asian paints… since m using it for almost 10yrs to my 3 houses… But this time they cheated me with their moto “5yrs performance warranty”..
As I have seen lot of ads regarding Asian paint aspira which is top end paint in the segment of “Interior paint”.. Even Asian paint app shows it’s Super luxury paint so I decided to buy it… Before applying it I used Asian paint interior primer.. After applying the aspira paint soon I noticed it’s peeling continuously with minimal scratch… then I called my paint distributor person, he CONTACTed area manager who controls north Karnataka… The good part is he came, seen the problem & assured me that he ll give explanation, that why is happening so? But unfortunately since then he didn’t CONTACT me… So I decided to file complaint online then on website I found wats app no… ther also I filed my complaint… Aftr 2weeks today I got call from company… I said everything even though call got disconnected & still my problem is not solved…
So is this the way to betray your CUSTOMERs… Why the ### u r running so big company & not solving their problems…
So my humble request to you “please solve this problem as early as possible …

I purchase kitchen rack on 14.08.2021. Now it found rusty signs on joint area.
Please replace the rack as soon posible.

This has reference to Paint Organized by Renjit Color World by Contractor -Santosh & Asian Paint Official -Maaz as per trail mail in the month of March 22, within 2.5 months paint has started peeling and chipping off. Various Cracks has been observed at multiple places at walls/ceiling post painting .
Matter was escalated to Maaz/Contractor as well almost 10 days ago, however there is no positive response till now. It is surprising that within 2.5 months paint has started coming off from wall. Some of the photographs are enclosed for your reference.
I need full refund of the amount paid towards painting as service offered by Asian Team is not worth getting it repaired or rectified.

I buy wallpaper from PKK enterprices, mattannur, kannur, kerala. They came and installed on 10 september 2021.
After 3months start show black spot on it. Now it increased more and looking very bad condition.
It looks very bad product and poor quality.
Any time you can cane and check.
Please replaced product or refund amount which pay for purchase.
