I am a suresh asianet cable consumer subscriber I'd AA91049602 .I had paid the bill of January in January itself.But it is not updated on the asianet site. And it shows pending amount. That I already paid.i had registered a complaint through customer care after 2 days they are saying following up following up.Because of this I can't even select the pack.I can't even see the channels.I had contacted enchakkal asianet agent.He said he cannot update it online because staffs are in protest.

Update my already paid January bill in online as soon as possible.

    Asianet channels play very dubious game upsetting the norms of TRAI. They provide fixed bouquets and denies the benefit of selection to the subscribers. Even Free channels were decided by the company. Its a clear violation of TRAI regulation. The choice should be with the subscriber. Above all I caution everyone who select the bouquet. There is a button on the left side, by clicking it green colour will come up and we normally believe it is the selection, if we further surf the cursor on any other bouquet it will show a yellow band and it is a trap. when we type the OTP in the form both the green button and the yellow band will appear normally we believe our selection will be green one. but the yellow band which seemed to be a highlight band being selected. I[censored] ring up customer care they simply say there is no option to cancel the selection. So there is chance of being cheated by Asianet.

      Visited asianet digital girinagar office (Ernakulam, kerala) yesterday (31.01.2019) and was informed that individual channel is not possible and this service may be available only from apr 2019. Called their helpline and was informed that the facility for individual channel selection would be available within 2 - 3 days. As a customer who is fed up o[censored]seless channel bouquets, the experience with asianet was very disappointing to say the least, considering that they are a corporate entity.

        I have paid 4000 for 1 year asianet cable tv subscription, and paid 2500 for setup box. Now i am shift house that is 3 km away from my current location, when i contacted local support person who gave initial connection for shifting connection to new location, he said service is not available in new location. Setup box and deposit amount cannot be refunded, you can ask only for subscription amount refund. Then i have dialed refund request line so many times no one is picking the phone. Some please help.

          According to TRAI, new TV regulations are coming into effect from 1st Feb.2019. Asianet recommended package details are available in the website today. It is available in channel 999 also. But details of Free channels are not available either in the website or in the channel. How Asianet expect subscribers to choose the list. Asianet has advised subscribers to communicate the selected channels by SMS. How is it possible to SMS the selected 100+ channels by SMS. There should be some other method for subscribers to submit the channel list. None of the customer care numbers are accessible.

            We are deeply.. Deeply frustrated and disappointed. We feel like asianet is looting us. This is the worst kind of service ever witnessed!!! We were made to pay the subscription fees for the entire year of 2017. Cable worked for 3 months and then stopped working. Logged complaints through customer care multiple times. No one turned up. We ended up paying for 8 months without using it. From dec onwards, started getting calls asking us to pay the dues for oct and nov - for a connection that was not working for many months. We went to palarivattom office and explained the situation and concerns. The office staff played naive and said that they never received any complaints from customer care so far. We were willing to renew subscription provided they fix the issue immediately and waive off the dues. We insisted to see the manager in charge - we were asked to come later. We went there twice. He was not there. Wrote a 2 page grievance letter and came back. Technician came next day. Fixed issue - it was a simple 5 minute fix: (. But no action on waiver was done. Spoke to manager, prasad over phone. He said he cannot do anything. They completely disconnected the cable. But still evry day, i am getting calls from call centre asking us to pay the dues for months of oct, nov, dec and jan - please note that the service is disconnected completely!!! Every day, this frustrating call comes - i shout at the call center professional. They apologize and says that they are helpless and disconnects the phone. It starts all over again the next day. This is driving me nuts!!! We are done with asianet - please educate your call center team on that! Why is information not flowing from and in to call centres from your main office? It is shocking to realize that such a reputed firm like asianet gives a damn for customers.

              I keep complaining about their network but today it finally got onto my nerves, i had to download a 12 gb package from google drive as an immediate delivery for the day after, and asianet's broadband decided to die on me. The connection blacked out completely and the customer service is non reachable, i have been trying since 10 pm today and it is now 12 after midnight, i have paid my bill the same day this happened and i am honestly ready to sue these people.

              Every month, it has to be one or the other.

              I am now using my phone's lte connection and barely making progress, but since it's wireless the connection could die and the speeds are varying too, this is the kind of things that make you lose a customer, and i would never suggest this service to anyone.

                My internet service is not working for past 4 days. I called asianet customer care service many times and every time when I call them they are saying that they have registered a complaint for it and their technician will contact me soon. But no technician has contacted me for the last 4 days. All my important works are pending only because the internet is not working. I can say that asianet broadband customer service is the worst service I have ever experienced. My customer id is TV81854.

                    My asianet satellite subscriber id ka92002455. Using the cabbllection more than a decade and paying the fee/charges regularly by annual payment. On 11/01/2019 my all channels including the national channel connection disconnected without giving any notice/information. On contacting they are not giving any justifications and informing some charges are due. I have paid full annual subscription amount fixed by them. There is no charges/fee pending to my knowledge.

                      I contacted Asianet customer care multiple times due to problem in the connectivity days before itself. Customer care contacted me multiple times and assured resolution. But didn't resolve. This went on for 3 days after which they sent a technician. It got resolved. I asked them to extend my service by 3 days which I lost. They told they will send mail but didn't.

                      Again my connection which was going to expire tomorrow night was renewed today without my permission. Again I lost 2 days.

                      Total 5 days!

                      Now I again my connection is not working properly. It is showing just 4 MBPS speed. Not able to do anything.

                      And no response to email too. I send many emails and nothing happened.

                      I would like to file a complaint against you in the consumer court if this continues. This is cheating as we are paying for period duration and days are lost. Time is lost which is inevitable.

                      Most probably I wont be continuing the connection. I think Airtel and JIO offers better services.

                      Sir I am Sindhu Rajeev decided to discontinue the asianet broadband net connection due to the improper service. I am not satisfied with the service. I complained last month but there was no action on this and I am getting the bill of the net that I didnt used.

                        My suscriber id of asianet broadband is av8241. Several times internet goes disconnecting. Only i get 4 hours steadly. I am payin 855 rupees. But i think it is a waste idea for spending this much amount for such a failure service provider. I calls 4 to 8 times a day to your customer care, then they resets the connection. Then i will get the service for half anhour, then the same problem repeats. So, i am requesting to please make my connection permanently stable.

                          I have been constantly calling Asianet's Customer Support for 2 weeks to constantly report slow speeds, disconnection and throttling; and for the past 4 days the service is unbearable to use.

                          The technician came a couple of days ago and he said it was noise, but the customer support is completely oblivious about whats going on, I called them a week ago to inform them about slow speeds, 2.5 Mbps on a 10Mbps connection, I called them and said the speeds are all over the place and the customer rep said that I should only use speedtest.net as its Google's speedtest system, which is not and its owned by Ookla, and as always speedtest.net was giving me full 8.9 or 7.9mbps and sometimes even goes upto 10mbps. But Fast and speedof.me was giving me inconsistent results.

                          I called them again after the speed got flaky and was remotely unusable since most websites just failed to load in parts or bits, I thought it might be something wrong with my PC, I decided to check it out on my TV and as well as Phone and YouTube videos, and everything else was just plain slow, and it recovered somewhat this morning and went back to the same unusable state afternoon, and I have to use my phone to write this post.

                          And after a while everything just died and nothing worked, the first reason the reps told me was that I was having packet loss, it happens and its not a huge deal, but right now they are giving me there's too much noise in the network. They said they were resetting my modem and my connection went blank for an hour before it came back on.

                          I am honestly fed up of their choppy service, if I pay for 10 Mbps and I pay my bills correct I am obliged to get what I pay for, this is some crappy ### service and their customer service reps have no idea whats what.

                          They gave me 24 hours to resolve the issue, and in their habit I am pretty sure they are not going to do it, since its just my lane and this issue has plagued me for well over 2 months since I switched to the faster speed from my measly 1mbps plan, hoping I wouldn't have to go through the same ### speed they offered initially.

                          I have attached screenshots, of what the errors look like.

I had requested for the same last month but no action has been taken and though we have not used the net connection for the last 3 months we still get an increase in the bill amount, i don't understand why this is happening & so please cancel our net connection since we don't need it anymore

                                  Please let me know where the tariff for asianet digital tv subscription is available online or on your website.
                                  After making a 1 year payment when i call the call center they say i have not subscribed to malayalam hd channels regarding which i did not know i have to pay extra.

                                  Why are you not explicit in such details when you withdraw some service and keep the customer in the dark?

                                      My id number for asianet cable connection as he 92005569. Myself have been done a complaint to local asianet office at kunnamkulam on friday (23/11/18) for no sound of my set top box. Same day evening at 5pm one asianet technician came and checked system. He said there is no issue with set box, may be your connection wire faulty. He asked me to replace but after replacement no progress found. I have called them today again they said somebody will come to attend. Till 5pm nobody came so i have called them again and same guy said some body call you immediately. But after that no response.
                                      Please book my complaint for proper attending.

                                        I was a subscriber to asianet cable service, (Dc[protected] and discontinued an year back because of poor service.

                                        As per your messages asking to return the unused stb and get back rs.125, i approached your mavelikkara office
                                        Twice, but the office people refused to accept same saying that they do not have any information in the matter.
                                        A reputed company like yours must show some responsibility & keep its words, i hope. It is same type of worst service,
                                        Arrogant staff which forced me to break off a very long association with you, and it is repeated in this case also.
                                        The public need to be cautioned about such worthless attitude which i intent to do after hearing from you.
