എന്റെ ഒരു അഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണു ഞാൻ ഇത് അയക്കുന്നത്..അന്നൊരു ദിവസം ശ്വേത ഒരു നുണ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അത് നുണയാണ് എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ എല്ലാർക്കു മുന്നിലും തുറന്നു കാണിച്ചു..നല്ല കാര്യം...അങ്ങിനെ എങ്കിൽ ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഭാഗം (40 മത്തെ ഭാഗത്തിൽ)സാബുമോനും അനൂപും പേർളി യെ കുറിച്ച് ആരോപിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കാര്യം പച്ച നുണയാണ്.. നിങ്ങൾ കാണിച്ചത് വച്ചാണ് ണ് ഞാൻ പറയുന്നത്..പേർളി പുതിയ അതിഥി ആയ അഞ്ജലി യെ അധിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിൽ "അയ്യേ" എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്ന്...അത് നുണയല്ലേ ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും അതെ ഭാഗം കണ്ടിട്ടാണ് പറയുന്നത്...

      I am a resident of jawan cross road, ponekkara, ernakulam.

      The asianet satellite communication's sub standard cable connection leading to picture/sound freezing/ no picture has been persisting for more than 6 months in most viewed channels. Complaints when registered are attended after a lapse of 1-2 days and picture restored in tv through temporary measures which last for 2-3 days and service deteriorates back to total disruption.

      My last complaint dated 20-07-18 and 27-07-18 and 28-07-18 is still unattended despite my repeated reminders to their customer care unit.

      I am a customer for 10 years who have advanced subscription for 1/3 years in advance and now waiting for their technicians mercy for viewing the tv programmes.

      This is a wholly unacceptable level of professionalism and total disregard for customer's complaints and the many senior managers responsible for asianet service absolutely being incompetent and the area manager or directors not taking any responsibility to resolve the issues/check service status, customer complaints etc.

      Looks like this is a common complaint and asianet or their contractors trying to cover it up and continuing to take customer's subscription money.

      I will be exploring legal option for consumer rights and will also warm others users/public of these continuing and persistent issues with asianet satellite communication's cable service.

        Recommend you to telecast a moral value programmes or entertainment programs like comedy show and badai bungalow. We strongly disagree with asianet serial programs which intentionally creating conflicts. As a social commitment, you should have good value education/ awareness programmes in your channel. Your channel 20 hours a day telecasting low edition serials. Why must we support you with this kind of nonbeneficial programs? We singaporeans need english subtitles for all programs including movies.

          I am a resident of Penta Queen Apartments in Civil Lines Road, Padivattom, Ernakulam . Picture Freezing/ No picture complaint is persisting for more than 6 months in most viewed channels. Complaints when regitsred are attended after a lapse of 3-4 days and picture restored in TV through temporary measures which last for 2-3 days. My last Complaint dated at 10 a.m on 10.07.18 is still ( at 5.15 p.m on 12.07.18) unattended despite my remider to their Customer Care unit at 10.15 a.m. I am a customer who have advanced subscrition amount for one year in advance and waitiung their technicians mercy for viewing the TV programmes.

            I Subscribed to Asianet on 27/06/2018 during subscribing where executive informed me for 1200rs (excluding taxes) I will get 50mbps for 400GB of download and 4mbps from then. They have installed modem on 29/06/2018 at 9pm. On 30/08/2018 I called him back informing that we are not experiencing the speed they have promised. He asked us to wait for 2 days. after 4 days I have logged a complaint on 4/07/2018 in their helpdesk as per his suggestion. Since then I regularly following up with them daily it was been 5 days I have not any solutions except assurances. Yesterday one their engineer visited me in my office hours and asked me to come home in 5 min.I requested him to wait for 20min so that I can reach to home, as he is not ready to wait, I called their helpdesk and requested them to ask their engineer to wait or arrange another engineer for visit that helpdesk associate hard to me stating that "We have many issue neither he can wait nor we can arrange another engineer".

            Asianet is infamous in providing fake promises. I have been subscribing to this plan for more than 6 months, never have I experienced the claimed 'high speed' of 50mbps from the self acclaimed 'best broadband providers of Kerala'.

              Mine is a new connection. Set box and cabling was completed yesterday 7th July. I was promised that within two hours my connection will be activated. But till now it's not been activated. From today morning I have contacted the customer care, palakkad zonal manager, Olavakode section Engineer. But nothing is done till now. I am very upset with the way asianet caring for the customer.

                Hi, I would like to express my great disappointment against the reality show named " Big Boss". I am not against the show, the show must going on . As a viewer we are giving our first preference to Asianet programs and News. But the show "Big Boss " we can't acept with the prsence of Mr.Sabumon who were suspected in misconduct behaviour many times. It's your right to decide the participants of the show, but as a viewer we can advice you & we can decide not to watch Asianet any more. You can take it or reject it .

                  My da no da92007379 complaint id da01218534 . Complaint registered on 23th of june 2018, not yet cleared.
                  We only get to here one sentence from the customer care no that is "your complaint has been forwarded to local office
                  No other information they are providing. Are making money simply fooling its customer . please disconnect my connection . Very pathetic experience inspite of telling multiple times. When i informed the office they advised me to clear the complaint today. They are wasting my time and money. The concerned staff...

                    Big looters i have ever seen in my life. Are making money simply fooling its customer. Tv channel is down and followed all process which are laid down but still not resolved and the call executives are saying the same #ed up words and bloody beggars responsible are sitting idle as usual. This is the same experience for past 15 years and are forced to subscribe because of their bloody monopoly.

                    Better to # me rather doing like fooling

                      I am not able to get the tv channels clearly. The picture is disrupted continuously and the signals are coming like freezed frames. I had complained at 7.50 pm on[protected] vide complaint no. Ha02126833. I could not watch the world cup football matches.

                      What use is your channel if we cannot see our favourite channels
                      This problem is there with your channel regularly since long evey time a complaint will be lodged and it will be settled in your comfort after a long time.
                      Even to lodge a complaint is very tiresome. When we call over phone, to connect to your customer service agent we will receive only some music for minutes. Your idea is that when we are tired we will disconnect and not lodge the complain.
                      I have decided to change my cable operator after my subscription ends.

                        A broadband connection in the name of my daughter p. V. Vishnumaya has been provided the following address: ms vishnumaya p v, saras 101, sreevaraha vihar, sree varaham, manacaud p. O., trivandrum 695 009.

                        Due to completion of her study at the city, we shifted to another place in trivadrum. As such it is requested to disconnect the present broadband connection at the earliest.

                          I have lodged a complaint on 05/06/2018 regarding " NO SIGNAL" due to blank out of TV network . Actually the problem started from 02/06/2018. The complaint ticket No is JC0049048. Since we never get the local asianet peaple on phone ( either it is encaged or temporarily out of order) contacted the customer No [protected] and they assured that it will be attended immediately. after that I have called the same customer Number many time but the same reply was given to me . Till date nobody has called me for this matter and Iam disappointed with the way I have been treated for the past 2 Weeks. As Iam missing the World Cup totally I feel I should go the cunsumer Foram . I also would like to get back my payment for the whole year as I have allready paid the yearly subscription in advance. Please take an immediate action in this regard to pay me the subsricption as I am totally dejected with the service . My customer id JC90424460

                            I am a resident of aymanam panchayat in kottayam district and very old relation with your service. Due to some reason we lost our connection last one week. Repeatedly we made complaints to kottayam circle no one came and resolved our problem. When someone ask regarding our connection we proudly say asianet cable but when a real problem occurred its very pathetic situation. Kindly consider our request and resolve the issue as early as possible. We made complaints through telephone did not received any complaint id.

                              Complaint registered on 12th of may 2018, not yet cleared.
                              We only get to here one sentence from the customer care no that is "your complaint has been forwarded to local office engineer will visit you soon"
                              No other information they are providing.
                              Its sad that they are not able to give us compensation related details for everything are asking to contact local office then why do we have a customer care number if they cannot provide details.

                              On 17/05/2018 new t v cable connected. After installing cables, they took 3days to get connection. Just hours it disconnected automatically. After several times of complaint, they forced to come and rectified. But lasted hours..complained again.. Still no body turned..they are taking minimum 3 days to attend acomplaint, 3 times I been their office

                                I think now your channel is the most worst channel in malayalam,,, its only because of the telecasting of serials... How many times are you telecasting these serials. Even sunday also you are repeating the telecasting of serials again and again. Can't you show something which is useful for the people. There was a time when asianet is having good review,, but now your rating is really down..... It is okay if you are telecasting the serials only from monday to friday,, but please stop repeatation. Its a request.

                                  We had paid for a complete year in january 2018 end. And now payment is done till february 2019. Amount 3950. After a week of this payment we have never seen any tv prgm without stucking. I had complained thrice. Still no response. Or no solution for the same has been made from the company. Very pathetic experience inspite of telling multiple times.

                                  I need complete refund asap. No more compromise as already i have complained thrice. And no one has even tried to call back to enquire if it's working fine or not.

                                    We have not had cable tv services of acv since last wednesday. A complaint was made under ticket number hb00102416 but to no result. It’s vacation for the kids and no tv at this crucial time means a lot of trouble for us. We are at irinjalakuda. We have already paid advance payment for the cable rentals. Kindly help us resolve the issue and get us a compensation for the loss.

                                    We had registered a complaint on no service on wednesday under ticket number hb00102416 but the issue has not yet been resolved. It has been almost a week and the response on the complaint is very poor. Please get it rectified and provide a compensation at the earliest. Or else please get it disconnected and help us get a new connection. We have already paid advance payment of our cable charges

                                      I subscribed my asianet digital tv connection through a local agent. The agent is used to collect the payment monthly payments randomly in lumpsum. Also, there is no receipts for the payment even after repeated request. Suddenly the connection disconnected one day. I haven't used the connection for a while now. L like to reactivate the connection or else planning to subscribe some other dish tv connection. While contacting customer care, they informed me to contact the local agent. I am not interested in dealing with local agent due to their poor service. If there is direct payment options than why dealing with the local agents. Therefore, please let know how to reactivate my connection. Or what is the option to return the setup box.

                                        Why the hell are asianet plus even showing movies!??? The most important scenes are cut off. Adding more advertisement and showing less of the movie. Why even show the film then??? I am watching the movie niram as i'm typing this and was waiting for a song. Asianet plus cut of the entire song. I've noticed this before and now i'm really irritated by this channel. If given the power i would have immediately destroyed this channel. If asianet is reading this let me tell u this - don't even bother airing such a nonsense of a channel.
