I recently upgraded my internet plan from unlimited 1mbps/ month to 75 gb 10mbps/month and after 75 gb 1mbps unlimited plan.
But i am not able to use it properly because in the evenings its always slow.
I upgraded it to use it when i reach home after work, but its always slow during the time i am home. I complained 4-5 times already and they will reset the connection or say nothing is wrong in their end etc. A technician and a lineman came to check the modem and connection but said there is nothing wrong with the connection. I am tired of calling them every time. Whats the use of high speed internet if you cant use it when you want it.

Please make sure to ask for a demo or something before getting asianet broadband connection, because once you get it, its a pain to use it properly.

communicated with customer issue solved.Now getting speed
I have took fibre optic plan on Rs699 permonth of 50mbps speed.On the first day the speedtest showed 40 mbps on direct Ethernet connection.Week later the speed was on mere 4mbps to 2mbps.Thats pathetic and cheating.
I changed my Model from D2-D3...how the speed is better and its showing around 15MBPS in speedtest.

        My cable connection is being switched off every day from 11pm till 7am. Inspite of repeated complaints through phone as well as emails to the cable operator as well as asianet the service provider, no action has been taken till today; as of today its been a week since i regisered my complaint.

          I'm an asianet customer from 14/03/17, my booking no:[protected] from ekm south. Our tv &set top box were damaged due to high voltage passage of current thru the line. I was applied for the replacement of set top box on 10/06/17 and the technician was came on 12/06/17 and replaced with another one which is not working.             Asianet local service not providing installation, asked for installation two times visited one time and check the cable and returned back and offered as they provide within 2 days, waited for one month still not provided the installation our set up box which we bought fron asianet around 1700 is wasted due to that, if installation is not provided will switch to other providers.               Hi, i reside in kodumon, angadickal. I have been seeing that the cable operator here (Media cable vision) angadickal north, from the past 1 yr have been continuously switching off cable at 11pm and switches on only at 8 am. This is very irritating and not at all good business practice. I am a business analyst and my job requires me to be informed of all information that might affect international business. You cannot expect me to pay for internet when i can get all the news from t. V. I have already sent a mail regarding this to you on the email id given by your customer care dept. I don't want to take any official action but pls don't force me to as i am losing business due to your operators shoddy business. I expect you to act like a known service provider should and take immediate action failing which i will resort to any means that will compensate my lose.

                Asianet became a total waste cable service nowadays. Before the champions trophy all the star network channels are vanished. If we call customer care, most times we not getting ring. If it ringing they are not taking phone. I think there should be some clear laws to protect consumer interest in this segment.in every cable and dth service, among the conditions they are
                Putting a clause like they can remove any channels at any time. This should not be allowed. I don't understand what the government are doing regarding this. I am willing to pay more money also. I want starsports now not after champions trophy. Recently only i undetstood they even sold asianet malayalam channel to star network. Don't know why they are still using the name asianet. They are complete fraud nowadays. They did't pay the money to star network. I am not going to pay their charges anymore. I am going to switch to dish tv dth. Better pay more, better stick with less channels and with more clarity than suffer the worst service of asianet digital cable kerala..

                  I have upgraded to asianed hd a few months back after i received a call from one of your executives stating that by paying an amount i can upgrade to asianet hd and get all hd channel. I agreed. After paying the amount and getting my stb changed i did not receive any hd channels. On enquiring with the customer service number i was told that i need to make an additional monthly payment and visit the nearest office to get the channels. This wasnt told to me and it was clearly told that if i change my stb and make that payment i would get the hd channels. I felt cheated and helplessly agreed to make that additional monthly payment and was getting the hd channels.

                  Now a few days back i realised that all the star channels are not available. I am an ardent follower of sports and realised that i was not able to watch icc champions trophy and also the french open. I called the customer service number and activated star sports for an additional charge (Isnt this cheating?? - dont you think this is cheap?) but i am still not able to watch the french open.

                  What is my problem if you have some issue with star sports?? Why should i pay for your blunders? Dont you think its unfair to put your customer of more than a decade in such a discomfort? Havent you heard of customer satisfaction?

                  Now regarding your customer service number;
                  1. The number [protected] is the only number which says all lines are busy
                  2. One needs to dial atleast 20 times to get through
                  3. One does get a feeling that this number is programmed in such a way that customer do not get through as anyway the customer service personnel are out to make fun of customers when they call
                  4. The customer service agent has very very little knowledge of what the issue is and therefore the customer is just wasting time trying so hard to first get the line and then to make the agent understand the issue at hand
                  5. The customer service agent deliberately cuts the line knowing fully well that the customer is not going to take the effort to break through this orchetrated drama of getting through once again.

                  I would request someone responsible to please resolve my problem. I need to watch the french open and i have paid money for getting the hd channels.

                  Please look into this matter and revert to me at the earliest.

                    I am prof. Omana. Omana kt38480. I submitted temporary disconnection of my internet connection from may 7th 2017 both by online and request directly to your changanacherry office. I repeatedly getting bills. I contacted your customer number they said my request is under process. But today also i got message for payment. I only used 7 days in may and paid the full amount of may. I am out of station for about three months. If you doing like this i will not pay for entire months and you have to refund 24 days amount for the month of may. I will be forced to terminate you connection and go back to my bsnl connection. I expect you to rectify my complaint as early as possible otherwise i will not be responsible for payment

                      We are annual subcription paying customer's. We are facing a difficulty in your dth services. (E. I) now you have made many channels as paid channels (Star networks channels e. G. Asianet plus, asianet movies, star vijay, star sports etc), already we are paying an annual amount of 3000 to 4000. Now you have added many paid channels (Around 10 to 15 channels) so, the amount is very high when compared to other dth services.
                      As we stay in kerala, ernakulam and we prefered asianet was to be best, we choosed asianet but now your services is not satisfying customer needs.
                      Make any changes in subcribtion amount or change paid channels to include in total subcribtion list.
                      If there is no changes made then we have to change to another dth connection. We are a group of people staying in an apartment around 108 flats people requesting for a change. So, kindly consider our request and do needful services.

                            I am using asianet set top box. Asianet does not provide all channels.. Star movies... Hbo... Axn... Sony pix... And also many channels... More than all these problems our local area's asianet service is too weak. They are not serious in their works. I always have the problem of no signal... And they come somedays and fixes it.. But it goes within 1 day. What to do?

                              I was a customer of yours for last 4years. Recently i have changed my house to newly constructed one. Just near to my old place. After requested to change connection. On my 2nd reminding call 2 staffs visited and informed me that will have to rs 272/- and they will after 2dayys. Now it is 2months over. No action take place.in between this i have followed several times. But my complaint is been closed with out giving connection. Pls do the need full. My question i have followed several times but no complaint registered or repaired. Even after 2 months no connection. Why customer care. To whom i want to escalate. My father is a patient he used to see the tv only the entertainment. Now he become very much sick. I think you can understand this.

                                I am communicating with local hubli customer care number since 10 to 15 days. I am not getting solution for my dish problem solution and i think i called more than 20 times to cable network person. Till today i have not received any solution for dish problem and how can i continue this service. I also called chennai main office two time so i need support to solve this problem. Who is right person to take immediate decision because we are paying regular month fees. I am not satisfied with the local person of asianet

                                  Because of broken cable issue (More than 15 years old) and for hd stb protection i have connected one adapter for easy disconnection while lightening. Reported damaged cable issue to attingal office also. But they came (After 7 days after 15 follow up calls) and removed the adapter and again fixed the same old cable with their adapter (Thread type - we can't remove it while lightening) i have requested several times for changing the damaged cable and they denied to do so by telling the reason they are getting signal. But still the stb is not providing proper clarity and some channels showing the message that poor signal. I don't know why they behaved like that. This complaint iam raising for a proof that asianet need to give me replacement without any cost if stb got some issues due to lightening. As they intentionally put the thread type connector for damaging the stb and to unsecure my family by not changing the very old damaged cable.

                                    My asianet set top box not working after one mnth of replacemnt.
                                    First of all they replaced old set top box ehich has no remote and the buttons on set top box was not working..
                                    After some days the channels was nt available
                                    When i contacted the customer care for the refund of money they are not replying properly...
                                    So my sugession to every one is that never ever use asinet connection they have worst service..

                                      I had a connection with them and disconnected temporarily for 1 year.

                                      1. I raised a request for reconnection on 3rd of April.. I have to call the CC and local office almost every day for service. Finally after multiple follow ups, they came to my house on 18th April and given a set top box(a used one) and charged me 275 as reconnection fee.
                                      2. Next burden was they have given me set top box without a remote. They asked me to come to their office to collect the remote. And again pay for that.

                                      3. Worst thing happened after this. After two days the box stopped working without any reason. When I asked with the office, they are asking for 1500 rs as the charge for a new box.

                                      Frustruated with all these I decided to close all deals with this idiotic people. When I asked for the refund of the amount I have paid in advance, they asked for the IFSC code details for the refund.

                                      Now I think, again I have to fight with them for that money.

                                      So beware of these people

                                        This problem is getting into my nerves... I have been calling and complaining about this problem to asianet... This problem is about the set top box... I have been calling and telling this to asianet several times though they keep continuously keep telling that support will come tomorrow... This problem has started since 12th of april... If this keeps continuing some more days i will consider to change asianet...

                                        Pathetic service from Asianet. Cannot be more horrible than this.
                                        1. We were there in Kochi only till December and had specifically asked to disconnect the service from Jan. Also the person sitting in the office had mentioned that no service will be given if the list of the channels are not given which we had not given. This clearly means that the services will be disconnected after December
                                        2. To my surprise we got messages for payment of dues from Jan to March.
                                        3. We have gone to the office 3-4 times and the people in office say that only manager can do something and he is not in office all the time
                                        4. We got the managers phone number which also is not answered after trying more than 50 times. He does not have the courtesy to answer to the calls or messages.
                                        Horrible service again.
