      Respected Sir, I am Arun VK, working as an Assistant professor, I had taken Asianet broadband services for internet facilities (Customer Id: CN 89855). Since 17th October 2015, my connection was disconnected due to technical error. From that day, I am calling their customer service centre for registering the complaints. Still now, I didn't get any response from their side and till now i haven't any dies in net charges. Not only me, the customers nearer to my house are also suffering their unethical attitude towards the customers and last day the customer executive given 2 contact numbers of their higher authority but, those numbers are in switched off mode. So please consider this as a mass petition from the customers of asianet broadband. Regards Arun VK

        From today afternoon my Asianet Satellite Communications Cable TV was now functioning and when called the complaint department ( Phone No.[protected]) I was informed that I have defaulted subscriptions since October 2015. But, I had paid subscriptions for the months of Sep., Oct., and November 2015 (Rs.750/-) in advance, in September 2015 vide Receipt No.[protected]. The lady who attended the complaint said that it was their fault for disconnecting my line inadvertently and it will be restored after 24 hours since registering the complaint which is their practice. Even after talking to the person for about 25 minutes over phone, she was unable to give a proper reply. My connection was cut for their fault and I could not watch the IPL football batch on 20th Nov. 2015 and other regular favourite programmes for their fault. I want ACV to be punished for their fault and irresponsible response to my complaint and I want to be compensated for my loss and agony. N.D.Nandakumar [protected]

          Hi,
          I have taken Asianet HD connection on 29-AUG-2015. I have paid 3900 INR for connection and hardly used for 1 month. Regardless of this low quality set top box ruined my LCD TV and with out knowing this I have purchased new LED TV and that also got faulty. Luckily dealer had replaced the TV and again I connected to HD set top box again that TV also got faulty. And finally we have identified there is issue with Set top box also Asianet technician and customer relations have confirmed that there is a known engineering issue with Set top box they have been providing to the consumer. The similar issues have encountered with other consumers as well. But few only coming to know that cheap set top box is killing the TV. Prominently it ruins the HDMI port of main board of the TV. Event they have replaced the set top box 3 times in 1 month time due to its fault.
          I have complained to ASIANET customer care and even senior officials but all in vain. Asianet playing with consumers valuable television and keeping quiet without hearing customer grievances .
          Please do the needful for the compensation and for the refund of the installation charges paid by me.

              I have subscription to Asianet Cable TV till June 2016: ID HA 91019314. I use it mostly on Saturdays and Sundyas only. Today (08/11/2015), while watching election news, the service stopped with display 'no signal' on the screen. Called [protected], the number given by Asianet to lodge complaints, and registeered the complaint and aslo asked for the number to contact local office of Asianet in Thrissur. All the attempted calls to Thrissur office was attended by some one at Asianets Palarivattom office! It is clear that no one was there in the Thrissur office to take the call. THis is unacceptable. Asianet is the worst service provider in my experience.

                  I took asianet broadband connection with speed 10 mbps last month. I have been facing problems with slow connection speed for prolonged periods everyday. I had complained many times, but not even once was I contacted nor my problems resolved. Its been over 1 month since I took the connection but still the speed is very slow.

                    I took the broadband connection from Asianet about one and a half month ago and it is not working properly for about three weeks, no use in complaining to the customer service, or through online complaint with the form provided by the company, I think this is one of the worst service in the whole country, and I never before have experienced such problems with any service providers so far.

                      I am sonu kumar I am using internet connection from Asia net broadband but not getting internet from 4 days. I had resisted a complain in Asia net office 4 days before they are only saying that you will get internet. They are taking money in advance and not giving good service and my plans is 1 mb/s but speed is very less after registering complains they are not giving any response. In a month I am paying 580 rupees i does not want to pay money for no internet access days. before still I am not getting my internet resisted complain no -695031

                        Hi, This is to bring to your notification that your franchisee in Kannileth Cable TV Networks, Haripad(Alappuzha District) is offering worst support for the customers. I've registered a set top box issue through phone to the office guys on 18th October 2015 and so far there's no response from them regarding this. (New ADTV Subsriber Code alloted by SMS - MAL: 08803926DB8B) I've been ringing them atleast twice a day from 18th onwards to remind them, for five days they told the support guys would attend the issue soon, and yesterday she told to bring the damaged set top box to their office for the check up. Moreover, the way the lady sitting at their office behaved to the phone calls will definitely reduce your existing customers. The normal dialogue is "I dont have time now. Call after 10mins". Anyways today I've brought home a new dish tv and it's bubye to Asianet Digital TV. If you have plans to broaden your network, please please get rid of your franchisees like this or recruit some staff who atleast know how to behave at the customers. Thanks.

                          Dear Concerned, I Mr.Manu an Asianet Yearly paid HD Set top box Subscriber under the name of Santhamma T(Relation:-Mother) DC91011938 paid Rs 7250 for connection on[protected] facing an issue of surge current from the Asianet HD set top box.Because of this unwanted SURGE CURRENT from the HD set top box our TV motherboard was burnt completely.As we made an Servicing to our TV, they informed us this was happened because of surge current from the HD SET TOP BOX, we didn't use the TV almost 1month as it was got damaged and was in service center then we informed to the ASIANET, then the service man of ASIANET had a visit to our home and replaced the HD SET TOP BOX and said that it won't happen again.But again we faced the same issue, 2days before again my TV worth Rs.70, 000/-got damaged because of HD SET TOP BOX.This time we may not able to do servicing to my TV as it was completely damaged.                           Similar but worse issue today on March 30th, 2020 (in Vadvathoor, Kottayam). A power surge that went through the Asianet hd setup box, to our TV and a connected laptop. It came in from circular Coax TV cable into the setup box, the respective HDMI ports are burnt on the setup box, TV and laptop after
                          Immediately after the incident, there was a huge popping sound and strong burning smell from the Asianet setup box, TV and laptop. If we weren't home, and there was a serious fire would Asianet be responsible ? If our elders were home alone ? I'm sure the TV (Sony 42 inch Bravia), Dell Inspiron 13 series (2 years old) will need replacement as they are burnt black near the hdmi, and will not be fixed by changing motherboard or ports. None of the other connected devices at home had any issues, somehow just the Asianet aux line did all this damage.

                            Gossiping to mother via mobile loudly and wicked deeds in chandanamazha, the servant and tutor terrorist link in parasparam etc are the core of theses serials, to last for suspense, sometimes i use to watch. My request: as available now a days use cctv the very first day, catch the culprits and end the episode lasting for years. Will they do it since such modern facilities are easily available to see what is going on to catch the culprit immediately instead of which the whole serial is based and moving for years making others fools. They will not insist such wise devices, otherwise what is the relevance of the serials. Most serials depicts pessimism, negativity and no contribution to society, just killing time, creating proud artist and their boasting!!! Will the producers or directors or concerned authorities give an answer???

                              My name is Rajasekhar, Asianet broadband, customer ID TV107645.

                              Five months ago, two marketing staff form asianet aproched me saying that they can provide 50 mbps speed for asianet broadband cunnection for a particular package which cost (extreem 1085 monthly) 1, 236 per month.I took their cunnection after paying all the advances. First month I got 45 mbps speed . Now I am getting average 5 mbps speed. During this month I have registered at least 10 or 15 complaints every time they will ask so many funny questions like what modem you are using, do you use wifi or direct, are you clearing history log etc. they are really making fun of customers. Every time they close the complaint Id and send a message your complaint is resolved without even refering the customer.

                              Please dont trust Asianet anymore .

                                Dear Asianet,

                                Asianet was the most liked channel in Malayalam for everybody. It was a brand where people started to use the term "ASIANET" for any malayalam channel. But thinks are changing now. The quality of th programs are dipping on a daily basis to an extend that i can tell you that the best malayalam entertainment channel as of now is Mazhavil Manorama. I think Asianet is not bothered about the quality of its programs. Raree Rareeram Raro is the worst of all, Vellanagalude nadu (a copy of MARIMAYAM is another flop etc etc.. By introducing HD does not improve the programs. Therefore please do something or else Asianet would be the least wacthed channel in malayalam.

                                  I am trying to call Asianet customer service for 2 days. The call hasn't connected even once after trying about 50+ times. Its saying all routes are busy at the moment. Their number to contact for new connection is available 24 hours and never heard that line is busy. What?? Are you kidding me??..Maybe nobody will call to that number to take a Asianet broadband connection after knowing their pathetic service. I am shifting my home so I want to transfer my broadband connection to the new address. I submitted a query under House Shifting option from their website on 5th Oct, 2015 . Till now, no one has responded. I paid the bill for this month also.

                                    Am Asianet digital tv customer am already paid one year subscription . Its one month ago . But today 2 pm suddenly cut all channels and display unauthorized channels. Am contact local office not responding . Am calling customer care office a person said no action take this time.                                     Worst cable tv operators. I got a connection on Oct 2020. It worked fine for 2 months after that the settop box started having issues. It has been changed for 5 times by March end. Fed up of calling them almost daily they come and replace with an old box and we have to call them almost daily.

                                      From the very first day (23.09.2015), it was noticed that the connection is not stable. For example, when a big file (500MB) is being downloaded, the connection does not last for even 10MB, withing which time the download will just stop and will need to be re-started. The same happens while using the connection for the Internet radio. The radio stops abruptly and needs to be manually re-set to resume play from the same channel. I have already made a complaint via telephone earlier this evening & the person informed me that he had re-set something at their end, but he was not sure if the problem would be rectified. My complaint has been pending for over 10 days and Asianet support team has not been able to do anything about it. But the best part is that I promptly received an email from their finance team, informing me about the up-coming bill amount, which needs to be paid before October 2015!!! They have not been able to deliver the service promptly, but they expect me as a customer to promptly pay them their ILL GOTTEN dues!!! The main reason for this lax attitude, as I see it is because we all do not take it all the way up and are willing to TOLERATE all the ROTTEN treatment and financial plunder they do to customers like us, on a daily basis. Even though their services are down right crap, we people will still go to them. This seems to be that case with most service providers in our beloved country. Copied below is the email sent to the so-called main guy sitting at Trivandrum. Mr. Krishnakumar, The concerned person from your side has just left my residence about 30 minutes back, after doing some up-grading to the firmware on the Router. After the upgrade was over, it appeared to be ok. But as soon as he left, the problem began to repeat, as seen below. Your Nodal officer appears to be transparent in this issue, from what I have noticed. This is why I'm copying this email to you, with the hope that you will be able to sort out this issue at the earliest. I'd also like to point out that, ever since this connection was given at my residence, it has had the problem as mentioned below, in the body of this email. And to make things worse, I have already received the email notification for the fist payment towards subscription to be made before the 15th of October 2015!!!??? You have not been able to deliver the service without the serious connectivity issues and on top of that, your finance team, very meticulously sends out the payment request. Further to this, I expect a suitably compensated subscription adjustment, up to the date when you are able to solve this issue 100%, since I'm still not able to effectively use the connection to download big files, as well as other services like WHATSAPP and INTERNET radio, which in reality means that your connection has not yet served the purpose for which I have subscribed for. Nearly 10 to 15 times, big files of 300MB and more, download to about 50 to 60% and then need to be re-downloaded (hopefully expecting a 100% download), which usually ends up in multiple failure, for the same file. All this wasted (unusable) downloaded data gets counted against the 10GB of High speed connectivity, for nothing, for which I'm also charged for.
