Subscriber ID (TV 106392 ) I have been complaining speed issue for last 1 month they came home and said modem working fine, but still they have no answer for my complaint to solve, every time call customer care they used to say the recording answers sorry for the problem. I am residing at Trivandrum near Secretariat. I am tired of calling last 1 month everyday . I am 60 year old. hope you will solve my problem permanently . thank you Edward .

    Its been a number of days that we have no picture at our home. I have complained and reminded over and over again but there is absolutely no response from Thiruvalla Asianet office. I have a doubt that this office is functioning at all as it does not require 4 days to attend a service call. SMS acknowledgements are prompt from the complaint call center but that is the end of it. They say the complaint ticket number DB00052247 but what use!!! when no response for days together. Look at options available in your region before you finalize your Satellite TV connections.

      From the last few months, I experience a very bad speed with the broadband service i m using. i upgraded the speed few month back but now the speed I experience is much less than even what I had earlier. Asianet is very much updated with their bills which they even send in 3 modes... hard copy by post, email and text message but they don't show any concern with the speed and the user experience and problems.

        Hi,
        I have raised a complaint with Asianet customer service for rectify my complaint. Till date I have not received any call back or any one came to check this issue. Every day from the customer receives response " your complaint will be attended with our further delay" But all in vein.

        Complaint no :AG91008164 registered on 27th Sept 2015. I have taken Asianet digital connection and monthly subscription charge is RS 400/-

        I need a speedy resolution in this matter without further delay

          Subscriber code TV 87171, Date of complaint registrations: 10 sep 2015 ticket no:91833610 and i received "false"reply on 12-9-15, 15-9-15 and 16-9-15 that problem has been resolved.Again i registered complaint on new ticket no:s[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]I am not getting a stable connection for the past one month. All this time, modem is unable to get a signal most of the time and remains offline.still no action.there is no toll free number to call and register our complaints.more than 30 times i called them and most of the time it will take 10-15 minutes.Through this way also i am losing my money.also i am paying my internet bills without any due until this day. until this day nobody from the asianet company has called me and none of the technicians have visited my area and solved the issue.

            Hi, I am a subscriber of Asianet Broad band (Customer Id : TV109000) and my subscription plan is 'Express 549'. This plan allows me to use 7GB of data in a month and the rental amount is Rs. 549 + taxes per month. I have got two invoices for the usage charges of month Aug' 2015 (Invoice #: TV09S1500137 and Invoice #: TV09S1500674) with two different amounts. The first invoice is having amount Rs. 863.49 and the second one is having amount Rs. 1489.35. However it is clearly mentioned in the bill that I have used only 6018 MB which is below the allowed limit. I did raise a complaint about this (Complaint No. TV[protected] and I have escalated this through their customer care many times and their customer care representatives are giving me wrong and different feedbacks on all the times. They are simply telling a reason or assurance just to make the call disconnected from my side. They are acting very irresponsible. Till now, I haven't got a call back or resolution mail from the their finance department. Instead they are annoying me by sending me SMS and invoice hard copies to to pay the amount. Please do the needful get this issue resolved and I wish they should not do this with any other customers

            I had to visit their office in Leela Infopark. They collected my Customer ID and next day when I contacted the customer service, I got to know that they have reverted the excess amount though I did not get any communication regarding this. I did waste my time and money by calling their customer care service on daily basis to get this issue resolved. If you need a quick resolution, better not call their customer care numbers, instead go to their office in person.
            I heard many people are victims of their poor customer care service

              I have a asianet broadband connection, I had no problems at the intial months o[censored]se. Then after couple of months, the speed was like the lowest any customer could experience. I had opted for a 1Mb plan...but now i am not even getting the half of the speed promised.I reached their customer care service many times, all they do is nothing. I have already registered a complaint there.Its been so many days now with this very slow internet. Dont know what to do. Hope i get a better service in future P.S. My asianet broadband sub code is TV104677 and the complaint registry no. is TV[protected].

                Dear sir ACV making customers fools- 2 weeks before we complained to ACV about signal problems, after 2 days 1 technician came and checked the digital box and simply told us to change the DB box because it's not receiving the signals, for changing the DB box we have to pay 990 rs . We waited for ACV's action regarding this issue for 1 week, but today (11/09/2015) I switched on the television we receiving the signals. Sir, on Kerala ACV making money through this process, they are purposefully blocking the signals of customers who didn't pay for annual fee as for box maintenance fee. According to my knowledge, the digital box should replace by them if it's not turning on or other power failure, if this is the issue we are ready to pay the money, but the actual stage is that the digital box showing Asianet home page and loading from the server Q1, q2 q3... Continues. If we agree to change the box at the time when the technician inspection day we will loose our 990 rupees. Likewise they are charging from lots of poor customers. Please take necessary action regarding this issue, hoping to get a favourable action regarding this issue. Thanking you

                  Related to Asianet Mundancavu, Chengannur. Using Asianet for years now. Had a lot of complaints in the past. This time, when the remote stopped working, we took it to them. Had to say the gents there were downright rude. Thankfully one told that the stock is not available and to come the next day. The next day i was a bit late and it was after 5.30 pm. so the guy sitting at the office desk told that office hours is till 5.30 and proceeded to be rude as if he was irritated to have been interrupted . He was watching something on the computer screen.What was he doing after office hours sitting and lazing around and being rude to a customer ? All these gents should be atleast taught how to be courteous. The next day thankfully, got the remote from few ladies there who were courteous enough. The only thing what they had to do was take the remote from near the wall, give to us and take the payment of 150 Rs. Were the gents there too weak to do this ? This doesnot end here and i wouldnt have posted here unless for the below incident..after 2 hours..the screen suddenly went blank with the message.there wasno problem at all."Settop box not registered in the network..contact your cable operator"..Im pretty sure that he must have unregistered or done something.Sure enough, when i called now he said this is the problem of the settop box..Now he might ask tomorrow to pay Rs 2000 or so for a new box. Cant you atleast take care of the customers Asianet ?! im disgusted..You guys expect money on time and are regular with sending bills.atleast have some supervisor who manages such guys Why cannot you put some effort in training your staff !!? i work in a service position myself and im much too courteous to my customers compared to these guys.

                  I added another complaint in Asianet customer care directly.The managers were prompt and called me.They gave me another settop box for rs 275.now the issue is resolved.

                    Within a month i have reported several complaints in the network issue of asianet broadband connection. Every time they are clearing the complaint and next day itslef its again repeating the issue. In the month of august 2015, the total downtime is 12 days full. From 07.09.2015 onwards its not at all functioning. Even if the complaints are not resolved, they are sending bills in time. On that case only they are very much updated

                      My broadband cable modem was exploded and it damaged the LAN Card, Mother Board and Keyboard of my computer. My Zenith LCD Monoitor and HP Laserjet M 1005 wer also damaged. Since the Modem was within the warranty period, I got a replacement. I have spent an amount of nearly Rs.6000/- to repair the above things. It is a clear case of over voltage in the modem that was passed throuh the cable. SMPS was not damaged. I request Asianet to compensate the amount of Rs.6000/- that I lost due to the malfunctioning of their modem or else I will approach other forum/s to get the compensation.                         I have requested for reconnection of internet services of my existing act from asianet broadband on 21 August 2016. I had experienced a delay of 5 days in getting the new wi fI modem. Now that the connection is not activated even after 10 days. I have contacted their customer care unit several times and these people are unable to give a proper answer. I am tired of this companies poor service.

                        Most pathetic customer service in the planet. The only thing these people are good
                        at is collecting the money. Promised speed is 5Mbps but actual speed is not even
                        close to 1 Mbps. The customer service guys speak very gently only to cheat you.

                        I will never use Asianet Broadband in my life.

                        Asianet Dataline — Broadband monthly rent hike

                        Asianet broadband hiked the monthly rental from Rs.440/- to Rs.599/-. But not giving the promised broadband speed while taking the connection. They have hiked almost 33% without offering any extra benefits to the consumer. Nobody is there to object this decision. In kerala asianet is leading the broadband sector.

I am not getting a stable connection for the past one month. All this time, modem is unable to get a signal most of the time and remains offline. Inspite of my repeated complaint registration and valid confirmation that there is an issue in the line, no action has been taken so far from any person concerned to rectify the issue. All my complaints were replied by false "resolved as per our record" messages. Also, when I contacted the local office, their reply was rude, asking me not to call them as they are only supposed to collect money. They could resolve the issue if they are willing to look into the matter as soon as possible. Or If they are unable to provide stable connection for a certain period, please consider a refund for that period. As I am left with little options, I have decided to approach the Consumer Court regarding cheating, negligence and money wastage.

                            I requested asianet satellite communications for providing me a broadband internet connection on 21 July 15. The same evening their marketing executive met me at my home and I gave him the required documents along with a cheque of Rs 3410 (Sbi 683050) for providing net connection, one month's subscription charges and wifi modem cum router. And this cheque amount has already been deducted from my account. I was told that the connection will be provided to me within three days however since then, no representative has turned up for cabling or setting up any connection, as per there help line number, I have been allotted a subscriber ID TV112352 but other than this they have not done anything to provide me a connection despite my repeated calls. I request you to either provide me the connection at the earliest or refund the amount which I have paid to this company.

                              We had obtained HD cable connection on 22/07/2015. After 4 days we don't get the cable connection and we lodged a complaint (ticket no HB[protected] on 28/07/2015 . After calling twice, the asianet employee came and resolved the issue. But on 31/07/2015 the same issue camebacK( ticket no HB[protected]. After calling twice no asianet employee came and solved the issue . Very very bad customer service. After paying money response from asianet employees is poor.

                                We have been using Asianet broadband and cable connection for the past many years . Today when I tried logging in, it said that the usage is disabled as I have used above my permitted limit . I called up the customer care person and was told that I have to make payment at their office about 10 kms from where am staying . I have been making payments for a year in advance and they have admitted that my payment till Dec 2015 is with them . I requested them to adjust the extra usage charges from the money which is with them . I was travelling tomorrow early morning and had to do a fund transfer for which I need the net . They said they have no provision to collect the payment from my home and if I wanted the connection to be enabled, I had to go to their office and make the payment, after which only they could enable and they cannot adjust it in the amount which is already lying with them . They have agreed that there is no due from my end till date and the bill for the additional charges can be generated only next month . I kept asking them that when I have already paid till Dec 2015 and no bill for additional charges has been raised, why my connection cannot be enabled on sunday . Since the net was not working, there was no way I could make an online transfer too . And they say they have no provision to collect the payment from home, when today morning a person from Asianet cable came to collect the cable charges for the next year . It is such a frustrating situation when you make payment for a year in advance and no bill for additional usage raised, but the connection is disabled in want of payment and that too on a sunday .

                                  With reference to the complaint number TV91803267 This email is to inform on your bad customer support on an issue which was registered on 21st July 2015 about no internet connectivity in my house .I was chasing continuously with your customer support daily, but the reply from them is not justifiable. even there is no call from the technical department as the part of complaint and No technician attend the issue till now.                                     We had payed the subscription amount for cable tv for eleven years starting from September 2010. At that time we were getting around 150 channels including Star Sports channels and were assured that we will continue to get all the channels irrespective of future plan changes of company. But for last few months we are not getting many channels, especially Star Sports 1, 2, & 4, Headlines Today etc. On enquiry to the customer care number, i have been told that our plan is 90 channels package only and we wont get these channels. I would like to emphasis that the company is breaking its own promise and as a customer we will be forced to approach appellate authorities if the complaint is not resolved soon.

                                      Eversince i have been using Asianet there has been no delay in my payments, since i am an NRI and my wife is teacher everytime when the payment is due the concerned sales staff calls us and comes and collects the payment from home after calling us. Now the services are disconnected withoout any information. Normally in this techically advanced world we get an sms or calls from the concerned or information of the tv, now nothing of any sort has come, I do not know whether you are trying to improve your system or not, any way this action is ridiculous, We dont have to suffer because of your non professional staff, The Airtel connection just beside our flat is so professional, that they receive sms or the staff call them and their services never get disrupted. When I try to call to office, they are not answering . after that I gone straight to office, Ven I asked dey r saying will come today. Its been two days now . why they r doing like this.
