Getting connection was not so much of a problem, paid lump sum. Extra Internet usage charged heavily. Frequent disconnections. Pathetic customer support. Customer support has no idea of payments done. They keep sending bills and TV channels disconnected. I keep on getting disconnected while my neighbours have connection online..I request Asianet to check my line individually and find the issue what is really going on..and also 2 days before I got a team to check my issue which really doesn't makes me satisfy..so I recommended Asianet to provide me with a new cable..hope this might fix the problem....
