Hi, we have been contacting the Asianet customer care since months about the unavailability of HD channels. Almost all the channels(DTH cable) are showing the error "Signal not found" and the rest of the channels can hardly be viewed continuously as the video keeps breaking off. Sorry to say that the customer service of Asianet has been really pathetic. Each time I complain, I'm informed that they will check what is the problem. After 2 days, will receive an sms saying "Your issue has been resolved as per our records" even though the issue persists and nobody has contacted me. On some occasions, technician from Asianet came to my home. They checked everything and informed it is the issue of the cable and they will send those guys over. On the next day or day after that, the same sms is sent to me. this has been going on for almost 1 year. I'm really fed up with this and is planning to disconnect

    We are visiting from US for 3 weeks. We took the Internet connections for few days and paid a high price but the connections are very poor. It says call customer care but they always says line busy. Poor asianet service and will not recommend to our friends.

      Hi, We have been trying to contact the Asianet customer care since days and none of the numbers seem reachable. Almost all the channels(DTH cable) are showing the error "Service not found" and the rest of the channels can hardly be viewed continuously as the video keeps breaking off. Sorry to say that the customer service of Asianet has been really poor that the internet broadband connection had to be discontinued due the frequently occurring issues and lack of proper response. Now we are facing similar issues in the cable as well. Kindly do the needful.

      Even i am facing the same problem for the past three months and nobody have turned up even after repeated complaints registration. Since there is no much competition for them in the place where i recide, they can do this to their customers. Shame on asianet.
      This an mass appeal to all Asianet Digital Tv users.please don't recharge your subscription pack any further.Go for other DTH providers like Airtel, Dish TV, Sun TV. All these have excellent serivice and cheap rates.

        I am a consumer of asianet cable since last year. since last four days there is no connection. I had registered complaint to the asianet franchisee B and B vision kakkanad who is our service provider. however no one is attending our problem and today found that all the phone numbers are inactive. fyi the cable phone Asianet Cable Mobile [protected] Home [protected] Work [protected] Mobile [protected]

          Getting connection was not so much of a problem, paid lump sum. Extra Internet usage charged heavily. Frequent disconnections. Pathetic customer support. Customer support has no idea of payments done. They keep sending bills and TV channels disconnected. TV channel department and internet department talks like they are from different planets and they don't now each other. Online payments only for internet not for channels it seems, so all money paid online goes to Internet department. These were not informed, customer support gives broken information and they know nothing about other department talks as if they are their enemies. Does not provide any solutions or explanations, "You have not paid it is disconnected". Do they really need a customer support division? No complaint cell. Only customer support with no clue of what to do is the contact. All this after frequent service interruptions and heavy charges. They are making the best use of their monopolistic position.           Providing worst service...plan is of 1 Mbps unlimited but hardly getting speed of 0.50 Mbps..whenever called to customer care they used to do two practices ----1) reset the modem 2) arrange home visit by technician...surprisingly when ever guy come to home speed is ok (may be they correct before coming) but hardly 1-2 hr speed gain reached to very slow...i fed up this type of service...i have to do many official works but it never done due to this pathetic service...

            I am holding an asianet cable connection and my subscriber code as per their bill is GA00000266. my cable connection is disconnected from 12 may 2015 and when contacted asianet customer care they informed me that I am due to pay cable charge of Rs 603. I have paid one year subscription on 16th july 2014 vide receipt no.2014/5027348 up to July 2015.From last two months I am getting SMS( showing another subscriber code GA[protected] to pay monthly subscription for two months Rs 603.since I already paid my subscription up to July 2015 my cable connection be immediately resume by referring the receipt quoted above.

              I keep on getting disconnected while my neighbours have connection online..I request Asianet to check my line individually and find the issue what is really going on..and also 2 days before I got a team to check my issue which really doesn't makes me satisfy..so I recommended Asianet to provide me with a new cable..hope this might fix the problem.

                our customer ID TV23041 I have repeatedly informed your customer care department to resolve the complaint registered. The main complaint is the connection goes on and off repeatedly and I am unable tp access net smoothly.This problem is not yet solved. I have informed your customer care department to send somebody to our site. No action has been taken till now.                     Respected sir /madam we are the consumer of yours our sub code is[protected] . We are running a call center with voip licence Taken net from mavelikara with a link operator darshana communication. They are so irresponsible and never give the value of the users. On 08/05/2015 our net got disconnected and we informed customer care. They told us to contact link operator. And we do so but the guy who deals is not even ready to here the complains or to solve the problem. We belongs the name of asianet not the link operators name. this will ruin the credibility of asianet. i here by hope that you may consider this and correct it for the future

                        MY CONSUMER ID IS AA92004451 setup box is not working I complaint your customer care on[protected] at 07:30 AM they told me rectifying complaint it will take 24 housrs time today is[protected] nobody attened the call and rectified the complaint I called your customer care several time they telling we are helpless what type of service you are giving to your customer iam staying in karamana, trivandrum your office in pappanamcode, trivandrum only 2 KM distance pls do me the needful at earliest

                        MY CONSUMER ID IS AA91002114. My complaint is no picture. I had given complaint to your customer care on 25.06.2015. Complaint number is AA06048220. They told me rectifying complaint it will take 24 hours. But even after 48 hrs nobody attended the my complaints and sad to say not even a message or a call i received. I am a Asianet customer from the last 20 + yrs, very long before this setup box and other things. Two connections are there in my home and paying for both. I am staying in karamana which is nearest point to Pappanamcode office.

                          i'm an ASIANET inter net subscriber(CA11558). I have put one complaint regarding my internet connection on 24/04/2015 and my ticket number is 10087905, and on 25/04/2015 i got the massage regarding the complaint has been resolved as per the request.But actually that complaint still exist.and again contacted to the customer care and again complained about the connection FAILURE on that day itself. but again i got the" solved problem message"on 26/04/2015(ticket no CA[protected] BUT ALL MY ISSUES REMAINS . Again i complained and complained and complained a lot more time (ticket no.[protected], 10088299, 10088408,[protected] BUT IN VAIN. AGAIN I collected the contact number of asianet office, kkd and requested them solving the problem, but paid NO ATTENTION. THEY SOOTHED ME WITH THEIR SAVAGE TONGUE that my issue is "very very genuine and will be corrected soon without fail". FED UP WIH YOUR SERVICE. BUT STILL EXPECTING A SOLUTION.

                            sir, I am residing in changancherry towm MY problem is that I am not getting net connection, MY ID is KT16847 I have registered my complaint with the Asianet changancherry office I am told that thaere are lot of complaints pending .My problem would be taken up.I am a branch manager I need net connection to communicate with my clients I am totally disappointed ..Initially the service was good, but now may be they might have monopolise this segment. hence no effort is being taken to resolve our issue .

                              sir, I am not getting any channels in my TV, the message I am getting is NO SIGNAL I am a resident of changanacherry town My mobile number is [protected] I was informed that my complaint would be resolved .The problem started last thursday last saturday somebody enquired whether the problem is still continuing .Since I was not at home for the week end I was not sure if the problem is fixed, This morning I again reminder about my complaint . My ticket number given is KT 243116 I am ashamed to inform you that the problem still continues .Initially you were very prompt in resolving the complaints .Now this is getting bad. Initially I was having a AIRTEL connection, I discontinued that due to poor service, I request you to look into this issue at the earliest .                                   My TR No 26329. Broad band connection provided by Asianet broadband. Isn't working during the electricity failure. I have complaints about this disfunction a number of times. After getting my complaint the workmen of Asianet broadband comes to my residence and see the internet working . Actually the reason is when they come here, there will be electricity. I think the problem behind the issue is the lack o[censored]PS battery back up. So I request you to look into it or otherwise, I will be forced to change the internet connection provided by you.

                                    i had recently changed from normal asianet set top box to HD on 24 april 2015, upon which servicemen offered me to pay certain amount to get complete hd channels which i did..but am not getting those channels in spite of repeated complaints its not rectified...customer care executives keeps my call on hold on several occasions and its charged..am horrified with their negligence...i cant figure out wat the real problem is...please help..my id TV97373..

                                      The digital box which we received didn't works properly, according to our complaint the agent took back the digital box and tell us that he will replace within 4 days. Now it's more than 25 days. Still he didn't replace it, while we are contacting he used to tell excuses and now his phone is switched off.. We choose asianet sattellite connection just because of the trust that we have upon it. But now we feel really bad about it. Hope you will take a good solution to solve our problem. Otherwise we have to go with another cable connections..

                                        1 I got Asianet cable TV (Emerald+HD:FM15:12) installed on 16 Apr. That time channel information was not being shown. I was told that it will appear aft6er 24 hours. This information is still not appearing and some channel suddenly disappear asking me to call customer care no. I complained to the customer care at 1300hrs on 19Apr and ticket no. GA01124451 was sent to me with an assurance that a technician will come within 24hrs and will rectify the fault. 2. It takes lot of time for the Asianet executive to come on line when you dial customer care no. 3. I am not a Malayali and the most of the executives coming on line speak only Malayalam. When you tell them to speak in Hindi or English you have to further wait for other executive to come on line

                                        Since a long time I'm trying to Asianet either via Satellite or Broadband here in Germany. It used to be available on Eutelsat 9A, but no more. I have subscribed to Chitram Broadband Services, but Asianet is not available anymore
                                        Their London office does not respond nor can I contact their headquarters in Kerala.
                                        Apparently, they have no interest in getting customers here in Germany.
