Hi, I'm a customer from cochin. My Internet connection has not been working since Saturday morning. I had registered complaint then -complaint Ticket No :CN627943. I'm still receiving a standardised " We have forwarded your complaint" for the past 3 days. This is frustrating and plainly humiliating, since I'm taken for a ride, paying bill when Internet is not working. I will never recommend this company to any one else. I never believed my friends when they told me about the bad customer service, mainly due to seamless installation when i had called them. But this just upsetting.

    Before 3 months I have requested for asianet broadband connection at asianet's Pala agency. they have been postponing it for all these days. I'm an asianet costumer for several year, consumer number DE91000029. while on requesting, we mentioned that its an emergency. But their response wasn't adequate enough. Now they are responding as they will 1st come check and give connection. As usual not happening As a customer I really felt disappointed And I didn't really expected such kind of behaviour. Kindly accept my complaint and take necessary action to give us the connection immediately.

        To Asia net Satellite communication From, P.K.Bharathan Sub;Code GA 91033757 Sir, I am a customer of aslant cable TV under Code GA 910 33757. Payment made as a customer are given below: 1)Rs.3525/-dated on 13/10/12 to Pradeep.at the time of connection. 2)Rs.5190/-dated on 21/09/13 as two years subscription charge to Pradeepkumar P. 3)Rs.3500/- dated on 11/09/15 towards change to HD to Shan George. Thus I have already expended Rs.12, 215/- as subscription and installation charge on cable TV. Recently, on 11/09/2015 I have changed my connection to HD just because of continuous call from your office, promising that now I need to expend only Rs3500/-.as shown in item No.3.Actually I changed to HD on a false notion that there will be many HD channels . Only latter I came to know that there is only few Indian HD channels. On installation of HD.We are always facing following problems: 1)It takes long time up to 5-10 minutes to start. 2)Now and then it stops. 3)We complained many times and we always get tired of explaining on problems. I guess this is because of change of people and lack of reference on complaint. Any way we are hesitant to accept the demand of additional Rs.4000/- just for subscribing cable connection!! Anyway, recently your people informed that I have had a due on fee around 4000 rupees to pay and cut my connection on 10/06/2015.On 14/10/2015 your official informed that due on fee is only Rs700/- which I have to pay as informed on mobile phone message, ealier.At last I went to your office at Palarivattom for remitting dues on subscription where I got the information that there is no dues at all and I connection on 16/10/2015.Eventhough I got reconnection problem with cable connection still remains as described in item No.1, 2&3 above. Who will take responsible our mental disturbance, waste of time, energy, money, on phone call and for travel. In this connection it may be noted that I welcomed your HD connection just because of continuous call fro your office, on an offer of new HD connection just on receipt of Rs.3500/-. Necessary action may be taken on problems described.

          We are regular viewers of parasparam and chandanamazha aired between 9.00 pm to 10.00 pm on asianet tv channel.however recently trailers of an upcoming horror show 7 rathrikal is being shown during commercial breaks. The trailer is quite disturbing and scarea my 7 year old kid. It is my humble request that duch promotional trailers are not aired from 9.00 to 10.00

            Yearly subsription is valid until November 2015. Pictures are coming in all the channels but no sound. Asianet was contacted many times, Complaint registered on the 11th of June 2015. Until today, they are saying that they tried to call our mobile and could not get through. Mob No: [protected], landline: [protected], Subscriber ID: AA91036188 complaint ID: AA[protected]. If the company cannot do any thing, they have to return the yearly subscription and remove all their cabling and st top box from our premises.

                Requested asianet broadband online help about the non-receipt of the broadband invoice(TV95326) which the services was expired on 15-Jun-15, this morning a guy called Prathapachandran Nair P emailed and asked to pay Rs. 6977/- for renew without any invoice or proforma or any document, don't know this guys' designation whether he is authorized nor any telephone number of this person provided in the email. on Reply requested the details and plan and whether the AMC for modem included or not? as my existing connection was having AMC? Instead of providing the details he wrote "NO MORE EMAILS"? is this the way Asianet responds to their customers? Have i asked any personal favor? The package which mentioned on the email was SPEED 510, While surfing the plan details of asianet website i couldn't find any such plan, but found one SPEED 520 which was around 6200, much less than what was asked me to pay. My question to asianet Managment and concerned telecom regulatory authority, why and how asianet collecting money on renewal without issuing the invoices for the services they are providing?

                  TV 85107 Sam thomas G I called customer care for the speed issue only.they arranged a field visit. A Asianet executive came to home and changed the modem by telling that the issue will be solved. Charge me for the modem and installation. Actually my connection was through and modem was not having any complaint.speed was the only problem. Kindly help me to waiver the modem and installation charges. I was getting the same speed with old modem Modem was changed unnecesairly, and charge me for that in the bill.kindly waiver me the amount.my old modem was not having any complaint.still facing speed issue also Kindly call me on [protected]

                      respected sir I have called customer care last month regarding speed issue continuously.customer care people arrange a field visit.one Asianet executive came and change the modem directly for speed issue and charged for me unnecesairly I am saying it is unnecesairly because modem was not having any complaint.with the new modem also I am facing the same problem. I went to Asianet office one of the officer viji behaved so arrogantly towards me. She forced me to sent mail regarding disconnection I have taken the reconnection of asianet itself because I have faith in Asianet. Some of the illetriate employees are degrading Asianet I have charged me around 3000rs I was shocked by the bill I need the old modem only I was getting the same speed with the old modem by using new modem iam not having any speed difference Kindly waver the amount as soon as possible TV85107 SAM THOMAS G

                          Recently i have booked Asianet digital connection at my home in Irumpanam, Triponithura, Ernakulam. I have booked through there customer care no. [protected], when i checked the price they told me price is Rs 1250/- for set up box and Rs125/- monthly rent. which is a total of Rs 1, 375/-. after that within 2 days there staffs has called me from there local office in triponithura. Address as given below ASIANET SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS LTD BEHIND M G QUARTERS CHATHARI THRIPUNITHURA - 682 301 ERNAKULAM DISTRICT PH:[protected]. they too told me the same price, After installation they took the money also. but after some time they come and told me that i have to pay Rs 500/- also otherwise they will cut the connection. wheni called the customer care they told me the same price only have to pay. please do some thing in this regard.                           Asianet price is different in each area. while booking they will say a less price after installation they will increase.

                            In short, for all the connections which I took from Asianet is having Issues. I got 2 cable connection on is HD and the other is normal one. HD channels are of very poor quality when you compare with some one like videocone and all, I am still wondering why I need to pay RS.400 for this connestion.Since I dont have any second choice I was forced to take this connection. The second cable connection is not at all functioning, this cost me RS.200 each month. If you look at the broadband connections ite even worser, they told that the downloading speed is 4Mbps but now am getting below 1Mbps. I don't know how to solve these issues ????? The customer care is even worse, am trying to get some one for past one week and no one responded yet.

                              Even after contacting the local asianet office at pala, and the centralised customer care several times, the picture flickering complaint is not yet resolved. This is persistent for the past three months. For the past one month, i stopped contacting their customer care because its way awful and a waste of time contacting them. The saddest part is that i never got a call from them asking about my registered complaint. I paid 3750 for a full year subscription and now why should they bother about my complaint. These days, at evening, no picture could be seen due to this severe picture flickering. They can even check my number and see how many times i lodged complaint with their customer care and local office. Right now while typing this complaint, my tv is switchd off because its horrible to see the vision flickering continuosly. And as someone else have mentioned here, their customer care is pathetic. They treat us as somebody who have come to their wedding function without invitation. I asked for their top management number several times. But they never give that.                                 I have change unlimited plan to limited plan. I exceed the limit in using, we don't get any notice how much we used. I thought like other private network, they stop the service once exceed the usage. Some misunderstanding i got bulk amount in bill. After next month i requested to change to unlimited plan..They are not taking my request. They are waiting for chance to make me more bill payment. This is worst service in consumer maintenance. If i ask why i don't receive any notification about usage. They are told me to see the in site. I just thought like bsnl and data card. once we reach the limit, our service will stop.. Better avoid asianet broadband. If you selecting broadband, just select unlimited plan.

                                  I have put in a request this last Sunday, 31st of May, for shifting of my existing cable TV connection, annual payment done for this (otherwise I would have disconnected their service now), but the new address is just within 50 meters of the old connection, yet they didn't bother to attend the request despite raising 2 tickets (then what is the use of a customer care and local offices). My ticket numbers are AG[protected]Sunday) and AG[protected]today - June 3). It is really unfortunate that they are showing such an attitude to customer requests, PROMPTNESS FOR COLLECTION OF PAYMENT ON DUE DATE SHOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR ATTENDING COMPLAINTS/REQUEST, this is real poor service from them. I want this to be installed at my new address asap, ELSE GIVE ME THE REFUND AS I HAVE ENOUGH OPTIONS FOR ME HERE.

                                    Had raised a ticket (AF[protected] with Asianet Satellite communications for shifting of net connection but hadnt got any response from them so far . Helpdesk people have a callous attitude even after following up and personally meeting them nobody has ever cared to come and check or call up and enquire . When contacted the helpdesk support i was asked to give a call in the morning for escalations . Not sure why the helpdesk available if they cannot listen to customer complaints during any tme of the day ???

                                      Dear Sir, I am submitting this compliant to your good office regarding the non- accepting the disconnection of cable connection and subsequent call from your office for making payment of cable charges and also sending repeated message for payment.I was holding cable connection with ID No.AA92033681 since 2007 and due transfer of my residence from Trivandrum on March 2014 I requested your office to disconnect my connection and refund my deposited one year amount, which was made few days before in the month of march 2014 . In turn your company official reported the amount deposited for one year will not refund on disconnection and due my urgency of shifting residence I informed your company to leave the connection till the money get exhausted. Now I am getting call from your company for making payment even after the matter informed to your customer care several times. I was not using this connection last one year and due unknown reason your company is not entertaining my request also. Kindly look in to the matter and get me an immediate relief from the problem.                                         I am not getting uninterrupted net except for few minutes daily since january 2015 .. my no tv90571.. i call the helpline on a regular basis .. next day without checks.. i receive sms " complaint Resolved".. i lose time and money on phone calls thats all.. so some times i dont call waiting to see what happens.. same as after calling happen interupted service for few minutes.. the problem is with the modem and or the cable.. told them often but no ones bothers.. what can be done.. is refund possible.. i unfortunatly payed a yearly bill for nothing.. i use vodafone in samsung fed up with the disgusting service i get .. new subscribres kindly keep away from yearly schemes .. i dont think this people care a damn about customers after payments ..

                                        There is no use complaining to your technicians of Asianet broadband .It will be just waste of money on phone calls .Even after a lapse of more than 10 minutes nobody to attend the phone.I don't understad the reason whether it is because of shortage of staff or are they just having fun.I am talking about Asianet broadband complaints staff in Eranakulam.I will definitely not recommend Asianet to anybody.The plight that I am undergoing I dont want others to undergo the same.Specially not getting internet from 6.00pm to 10 pm that is in Manganam Kottayam.
