Hi Team,
After a long research i have made the decision to owe the Asianet broadband connection at home after using the Reliance Netconnect modem since its being very slow.
In the mean time i asked for the plans which ever they have, they told me the lesser plans have complaints and we are giving only the Quicker 700 plan in home use and from the Unlimited Heavy Surfer 619, just wanted to know is this true ??
Finally on 14/01/2015 i have activaed the 619 Heavy Surfer connection by 3.00PM and it works fine and everybody was happy with the service provided by the Asianet guys.
Before that let me intimate a point from my end, as in the advertisement it says the modem comes free with the Cable tv connection and since we are from the Operational location under Muvattupuzha they do not have this option this was the answer provided by the Asianet team near by my house and more over they do not have a Wi- Fi modem and i have seperately bought the Wi-fi router, since my requirement was Wi-fi modem i did not enquired much about the modem
But if you guys provide me the Wi-Fi modem along with the AMC it will be very much helpful as our place will be worstly affected with thunder storm. What ever happened am ok with it
But the problem arises from today onwards, evening i turned on my computer and tried connecting to the Internet, there was no Access - Tried all my trouble shooting from my end since am being working with the tech support with US customers. Finally my support did no good so then i tried calling the number on their brochure - [protected].
Thanks to the no delay as i got the representative in just 1.5minutes, Spoke to representative Mr.Rijo, inform him the current situation am facing and also told him the modem status, he also told me to do the same steps which ever i did, but that failed . In the mean time he put me on hold for 4 times and since am being in the Support sessionwe just had conversation just for 2-3minutes more over the hold time was near to 8minutes and finally he come with the solution that it was the problem with the Line connection.
I do not think to check the problem its not required to hold for 8minutes
When he asked to put on hold for 5th time, i said i cannot hold any more told him to transfer to Supervisor or any senior agent what was his (Rijo's)response was
Rijo - "they do not have the option to transfer the phone to some one else"
Myself - I asked for the Employee id or Badge id :
Rijo - " we do not have any badge id or employee id, just my name is Rijo"
Myself - i asked for supervisor or some one who i can talk to
Rijo - Again he put me on hold and i think he has transferred to nearest person named Vishnu
Vishnu - Sir may i know what was the reason for the call and the problem
Myself - I said i activated the connection on 14/01/2015 and today 15/01/2015 there was no connection
His next reply to me :
Vishnu - I was problem with the line connection
I disconnected the line i know its waste of my time and money asking more about the problem and this call last for almost to 14minutes, its not the matter of how long the call went, it can be complete with in 2 or 3 minutes of time instead he put me on hold for 10minutes and conversation happened only less than 4minutes.
Asianet team, i never expect the customer service will be too bad and the representatives are not helpful at all, they are just playing around and not giving proper solution
I dont know whether to continue with the service or not, second day onwards there is no connection and more over the customer care representatives are not at all helpful
Please provide me a accurate solution for this, otherwise i have paid (5000+619+1200 = 6819) for no use also kindly provide the AMC along with it
I hope this email will not be in junk section, expecting a positive response and there will be some sort of action for this
Also i got an SMS text message saying that the complaint is being registered, SMS below :
