I have purchase a Powerbank from askmebazaar the product is defective and not working I purchase on 1st of august 2015 and it is not working from 5th august I called customer care they told me that if the product is defective than you need to contact within 48 hours after that it will not gone to be repair or exchange, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , I want refund of my amount or I want exchange of product...     Chandresh Kishor, Porbandar Gujarat. Customer ID- AB4411609 Product ID- 647402 Dear Sir, I ordered the above shown product from online portal askme.com by COD. The product discribed as 'Combo of shock watch aviator belt and wallet'. As shown in the screen shot of website (left photo where watch is shown in red circle). I got the packet of the product from Blue Dart where I paid the sum of 399/-. When I opened the packet I found a combo of belt, sunglasses, a cheap wallet and wristwatch. But Iwas shocked to see the watch, (shown in the right side of the photo) which is a cheap third grade product, very diffrent from the watch shown on website. I immediately called the customer care no.[protected] and registered a complain. I was almost stunned with the reply that 'We have sent what you ordered' and the officer clearly rejected my complain and did not co-operate, neither she gave me a complaint no, infect she cut the phone. I tried again and again but did not get the proper reply. I hope this public platform can solve my problem.

      I received defective product.on same date when I receivef I had registered complaint. It was mutipropouse spray pump .order id is AB4175049.I am living in malegaon city. The product quality is very poor, instead it is damaged. I raised a query to askmebazaar for replacement. I have a;ready mentioned the complaint Number above. But they are not responding even after my multiple calls.

              Respected sir, i bought a samsung power bank at the cost of rs 999 but due to damage of product it was reversed back by the company through courier service. Afetr that the company executive and company superviser too, they ask my bank account no, ifsc code, bank holder name and all the required details for transfer of money. They promised me that they will transfered money to my account with in 10 working days. But it was arounfd 2 months already crossed i have not received that money. I complained many times but they used to say sorry and will be transfered money within 10 working days each and every times, but they didnot . I think they are fraud. So please reply assoon as possible and do the needfull action.                         Its now 5 months over still refund not credited to my account, I called 110 times to the CC but no result, also received call from the concern department 4 times that my refund will credited by 7-10 days but still waiting for the same. My bank account also verfied 4 times but no result.Tell me what I hAVE TO DO?? Today I am surprised that one pick-up man comes to me for pick up of the damaged Power Bank, but the same was alreday picked up on 20/05/2015, I have also the reverse pick up receipt, The Receipt No is[protected] dated 20/05/2015.rnrnI also infored that to the CC msany times.                           I ordered a Reebok bag ago 3 months and payment made on cash on delivery basis.                               Respected Team, I ordered an Cosco Aggression Squash Racquet on August 01, 2015 and as soon as I placed the order I received an email and message from Ask Me Bazaar mentioning the order number and that's the last information I have received from them till date. The email received from them didn't contain any other information regarding the shipment date and delivery mode. So I called the help desk number +[protected] to get more information on the product. Please note that I have been told all the below conversations that I am mentioning are present on their logs. So anyone can confirm and let me know if I have mentioned anything wrong. During my first call on August 01, 2015 morning, the person told that you have just placed your order and it would take 3-4 hours to process your order. So I would have to make a call after 3-4 hours. Hence I made the call at noon on the same day to get information and the only information I received was "you will get the product in 10 days from the date of delivery". I asked them about the shipment and approximate date and they said, you will surely receive the product by 10 days (that comes onto August 10, 2015), to which they agreed. Question: If this is the only information that they had to provide, couldn't they mention it to me on my first call itself? Even after 5 days, when I was not given any information regarding the product (whether the product has been shipped/dispatched/ courier service details), I called them again and asked and again I received only one line "you will get the product in 10 days from the date of delivery" Question: Don't you all have any sort of information regarding the tracking and shipment of the product? Now being the tenth day, I called them to get some information and I have called them thrice. Mentioning all call discussions below. First call was placed at around 8:30am and the person said you will get the product by today evening or by today end of day. He provided me a tracking number "[protected]" of a delivery company "will disclose the name on request" to track the product. After the call, I checked online on the website and it says that the tracking number is invalid. For which, I placed my second call. I told the executive that I am calling to get the correct tracking number and she said the same number above. I told her that the number is incorrect and to provide me a valid number. She said, its the only number we have and provided me a new information. (the product will not be given to you in 10 days and it will be provided to you within 10 working days excluding Sunday) and you will have to wait for 6-8 days more. I told her that I need to speak to superior for the same and she said as no superiors are in office (around 9:30 am), I will have to call after 1 hour. Now, I placed my third call (around 11:30 am) and I mentioned that I need to speak to a senior right away, for which she mentioned to tell me the problem to her. I mentioned the complete history to her and she now provided me a new information that "the tracking number[protected] is not a tracking number and its a docket number". And my product has not being shipped. I asked her, why was the incorrect information provided to me earlier and she said "SORRY with no explanation". After which I asked her just one question "as an approximate date as to when the product would be shipped" and she can't provide me that information. To which I again told her that if she cannot provide me the information, please let me speak to a superior from whom I can get some information and they said that since they are in a meeting, I would have to call after 2 hours. Questions: - Are all customer care representatives having different information regarding the product? Because as per the 3 calls I made today, 2 people mentioned that its the tracking number and one mentioned its a docket number and cannot be used for tracking. - Why is it mentioned to me on the 10th day that 10 working days excludes Sunday? - Why does every customer care representative tell me to wait for different set of days for the product? One mentions by today EOD and the other mentions wait for couple of days and the other mentions, minimum 6- 8 days from today. Kindly let me know the resolution and if I can go ahead and cancel the order. If yes, at least tell me the procedure for the same. Kindly let me know in case you need any more details from my end.                               Received product after 18 days. As the product is in working condition, I am closing this complaint. But I request AskMeBazaar to be a bit more helpful towards the customers. A better tracking routine, on time delivery, providing correct information of the product and a better support for the ordered products would be beneficial for the customer.

                              As mentioned above, I called the help desk number and once again I spoke to a person who said she is the senior (name would be disclosed on request).
                              As per her, she has mentioned that I would get the product by Thursday (August 13, 2015) and if I wish to cancel the product, I can cancel it at doorstep and cannot take the cancellation order from her office. She has mentioned that the cancellation of the product would be free of charge.

                              Mentioning the same here as I wish to inform the information provided to me and I should not face any issues later on if I wish to cancel the product when I (and if ever) receive a call for the product.

                              I received the product yesterday August 18, 2015, where as I was expecting the product to be delivered to me by August 10, 2015.
                              However, as I have received the product, I am resolving this complaint.

                              But I request AskMeBazaar to be a bit more helpful towards the customers.

                              A better tracking routine, on time delivery, providing correct information of the product and a better support for the ordered products would be beneficial for the customer.

I ordered for a product online from your website “askmebazaar.com” on 26th April 2014 for Rs. 1999/- by making an online payment using his Citi Bank credit card and the order number is – DGA 2568122. 2. Later on 13th May 2015 he received asms stating that your company doesn’t have the product and refund will be initiated but it’s been more than 3 months now… And he has not received any refund or there is no signs of refund. 3. I have called the Customer care - +91 [protected] for 28 times and raised 8 complaint tickets, where one is missed by believing your customer support team, refer the below tickets for your reference and it was closed without any resolution or intimation to him. a. QRC 504888, - was closed without resolution in 2 days b. QRC 28243965, was closed without resolution in 2 days c. QRC 29368775, was closed without resolution in 2 days d. QRC 31577276, was closed without resolution in 2 days e. QRD 32771505, was closed without resolution in 2 days f. QRC 34562983, - 18th July – this was closed g. QRC 35871259 – 21st of July and this is closed 4. I have been claiming that some of your back office people had called him 4 times for this 3 months and said that they are working on refund but nothing has happened and got into don’t see any signs of refund. 5.
