I ordered for Rayban Sunglass and Reebok sunglass from askmebazaar and once after the delivery of the product i was really shocked to see the fake Rayban and reebok sunglasses. It was a broken local glass that was delivered to me. Please ensure that you dont buy anything from askmebazaar looking at the discounted price. attached is the photo of the Reebok Sunglasses which i recieved.

    I ordered a stylish unisex aviator sunglasses rb - 3025 on sunday 14th june 2015 and made online payment too by my debit card. After dat i recieved an email that my order has been confirmed but when i called next day on their contact no they said dat their system is nt showing any type order frm me and told me to callback in 48 hours. I called again after 48 hours and they again came with the same reply dat callback in 24 hours. I m fed up of this site now. I also mailed them but htey are not even rplying to my mail. I told them to transfor my call to their senior again they are ready with a new xcuze that seniors are busy in meeting. M goin to lodge a fir against askmebazaar.com in cyber cell and economic offence wing too. I hav talked to many peoples who are sufferin frm this site. Find a solution for us or v should take a legal action against them.

            Hi Team, I have made an order on 23th April. Neither I have received the product nor I have got the refund back. Whenever I call customer care @ their so called [protected] number, they always say sir we have renewed the order now, it will be delivered to you in few days but I have never got the product. Next time i cal they keep repaeting the same language. Askmebazaar never responds back and I think they are cheating customers.             No Action has been taken, I don't know how such a unprofessional company can survive in the market. People should make them shut doores for this company. Request everyone not to buy anything from Ask me
            There has not been any resolution yet. "Consumer Complaints" please ask the company to make a resolution. They are just ignoring complaints made on this portal, Askme is not bothered about any such complaints.

            Also suggest the way forward. Please suggest if I should take it further through legal route now?

              I have received order no. AB3514134 today & i was shock to see that i have received the wrong product. When i check on site of askmebazar i got another shock, i have paid for Product id: 404626 RS 749/- & actually the product i received with Product id: 1270132 of RS 395/- the difference is Rs 354/-. This is first time ever i have purchased any product from askmebazar ; have shock twice. I call customer care twice & registered complaint ( complaint no.QRC[protected] & the executive told me that it will take 20 days to complete reversal formality & was another shock to me ( count no 3 shocks). I am regular purchasing various product from online site but this worst & horrible experience i am feeling today. I hope you have proper process of reversal & the amount i spent will get refund soon.

[protected] i received the amount of Rs. 299 after 4 month . On behalf of your advertisement i trust again the ask-me bazaar, and purchased a new power bank MI 10400 purchased Id No-(AB3337451) but its is also faulty or not working properly and when i called to customer care they are not registered my complain against the faulty power bank. and i noted that the product is not original.                   I have ordered Reebok casual shoes and wrong product was delivered so have returned the product and its almost 2 months but still i have not received the amount. I spoke many times to the customer executives but still no luck. Guys... My sincere advice please don't trust ASK ME BAZAAR its really a FAKE FAKE FAKE company. 1) There products are not genuine 2) They don't have any TOLL FREE. 3) There packing is worst. 3) Delivery is not in time Many of my friends suggested not to buy the product from ASK ME BAZAAR but still i have done that and have learnt a good lesson.

                            Its now 2 months over from my above mention complaint made as Ake Me Bazar. I called almost 40 - 50 times but still my refund not process to my account. The said default y product also reverse back on dated 20/05/2015 against the pickup receipt no[protected]. I received called from ask me 2 times and take time for 8-10 days, its two times happen to me now I will not tolerate any more I already complaint at nation consumer forum against the Docket No[protected]. Now they called by that they will take legal action against ask me if this last reminder not taken into account. So this is my full and final reminder if refund comes to me in next 7 days then will inform to consumer forum for legal action. Please again request you to take action immediately.                                 Hi All, I ordered MI Power Bank 10400 mAh on 20th March with Order id AB1699738 and it was damaged product. As per their return policy, they took the product very quickly on next week. From that time, i am waiting for return from the team. Everytime i need to get in touch with customer care for updates and they will give the same updates that they will arrange a call back from the concerned at the earliest. They say it is processing and you will get money back within one week. If they cannot refund this small amount 699/- i dont know why they are running this company. They dont have any esclation matrix. If agent is not answer our anxiety they will transfer the call to floor supervisor who will again give false promise. Moreover they provide email address for contact. I dont think they are monitoring the mailbox. They dont even have a Courtesy to acknowledge. Very Very bad experience from Askmebaazar. I have shared my experience to all my friends and relatives. I hope this forum will help the user who are facing the same issue like me

                                      SIR, I HAVE ORDERED a Mi 10400 mAh OEM Power Bank With 3 in 1 usb Charger ORDER NO. AB2279984 AMOUNTING TO RS. 649.00 (SIX HUNDRED FORTY NINE) ON 16.04.2015. THE PRODUCT WAS FAULTY AND I COMPLAINED AT THIER CUSTOMER CARE ON 28.04.2015. THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED TO THEM. THE REFUND WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME THEN. I HAD CONTACTED TO THIER CUSTOMER CARE ON 28.04.2015, 30.04.2015, 25.05.2015, 28.05.2015, 05.06.2015, 12.06.2015 AND 17.06.2015 FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY BUT TILL NOW NOT A SINGLE RUPEE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME.
