Faulty product delivery and fraud in money refund

I ordered a mi-10400mAh power bank on[protected] and received on 6th may with order no-DGA2593787 COD of Rs 499.I found that it is a faulty product and then complained to customer care regarding this issue and they assure me that product will pickup and money will refund in my account and also they have taken my bank account details and giving a complaint number-QRC479070.They picked up the faulty product on 20th may 2015 and giving pickup...

I compalin to company on 6 may my complain no . is QRC483522 . Company promiss to refund my money but company bother me . I talk 6 or 7 times but no solution .     I ordered a Power Bank with order no. AB2618562 on 28th April and was told, I would receive my product within 10 working days(08/05/15). I called the customer service number([protected]) on 7th May, inquiring about my product and was told that the product had already been delivered on 5th May. I raised a complaint for this and was arranged a call back from the backened team, I was assured that I would get me product by next 10 working days, I waited for the days and as usual I did not got my product and when I called about my product, and this time was told to wait for one more week, I again waited for my product. And finally after waiting after 17 days, I called again about my product and was told that that they have raised a complaint for the refund and was asked to wait for 10 working days for the refund that is upto 14th June. I did not got my product nor my refund, extremely pathetic service. Lost around Rs.500 for making call to the customer service as was asked to wait for number of times. Really pathetic customer service and too that very bad online shopping website. First and last purchase from Askme bazzar.com

      I had ordered an screwdriver kit on may 18, 2015, it was on 23rd, may, 2015. The think it was wrong product received it was some screw's the same day I raised a complete but they picked up the courier on 1st June, 2015, from first till today the amount not yet received. If call to they say it was under process. Worst service I never again shop on this site nor suggest to take product from this web site.

        My Product ID is AB35485294 and I have received my consignment on 19th June 2015 and I found it broken, and when I called up in [protected] they are asking my bank detail for transferring the amount. I am not suppose to give my bank details over the phone but they are saying it the only way I can proceed. I have been shopping online since 4 5 years but this is the worst experience I have ever faced through www.askmebazaar.com. I need to make these people understand that it is a wrong practice to ask banking details like account number branch code name on account and all. It is completely illegal.           I got order on 12 june. After two days that is beauforst wrist watch, it stop automatically. Then again i restart, but after some time same issue. Its third quality brand, very cheap quality. I never ever go for this site for purchasing any thing. This is my wrost experience. And i suugest to all dont ever go for this site. They are worthless. Instead of that i call sixed time in three minute to customer care. They cut my call in evry instant of minute. The wrost compny i ever seen in my life.

            I booked MI POWER BANK 10400mAH(2) dated 29/4/15. And i received on 4/5/15. Problem is that both power bank not working properly. I registrered my complaint on 7/5/15.Till date not receive a call from ask me bazar. And the customer care people says"sir wait for call" n in 7days rewas pickup your courier. Plz help me out... plz

                I have ordered for a Tshirt 15 days back and not yet received till now. i have called the customer care number and they told that they have dispatched the product long back & they don't know where the product is now.If they can't track a product i suggest them to shut down their business. I don't understand why they can't refund when they are not able to deliver the product.

                          ONE OF THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE. THEY GIVE CATCHY OFFERS AND NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCTS PROPERLY, ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM FROM PAST 20 DAYS FOR A PRODUCT BEING INCOMPLETELY DELIVERED WITH FULL CASH COLLECTED / PAID. UN- TRAINED CUSTOMER CARE GUYS, WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE EACH ONE OF THEM SAYS A DIFFERENT VERSION AND THEY WOULD SAY THEY WILL ARRANGE A CALL BACK, WHICH THEY NEVER BOTHER TO CALL BACK. FOR THESE INTELLIGENT GUYS ONE FLOOR IN CHARGE MAHESH, WONT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE SAYING AND HE WILL THE SAME SENTENCES REPEATEDLY, "AS PER THE PROCEDURES WE WILL DO IT" AND AM NOT AUTHORIZED FOR ANY THING ELSE AND OUR BOSS IS NOT AVAILABLE . NOTE : GUYS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, PATIENTS AND ENERGY WITH THESE INTELLIGENT BUNCH OF .

                          THEY TAKE MONEY FROM US AND PAY STARS LIKE RANBIR KAPOOR FOR MARKETING.

                              ASK ME BAZZAR FOOLING WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT & THEY PICKED IT UP ON 29/5/2015, ITS BEEN MORE THEN 20 DAYS AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OR SENSE OF RETURNING THE MONEY. EVERY TIME I CALL AT THE CUSTOMER CARE NO THEY SAY THEY WILL REFUND IN 10-12 WORKING DAYS. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE MY BANK DETAILS HOW WILL THEY REFUND THE MONEY.

                                i order a power bank order no AB3542881, on 13th of june2015 and on same day i made a online payment, after a courier boy came with a product to deliver he ask me to do payment as the product is on cash on delivery, i called up costumer service center on [protected] the executive to me that the payment is made by me as online online payment but we didn't made a payment to the seller for some reasons so you do the payment to the courier person and get your product, so this is the way a costumer service is done and to ask me to do a double payment after i regret the offer given by customer executive he told me to cancel your order and refund will be given after 20 days. This is clearly cheating made by this company, i want my refund back, or else a necessary legal action would be taken against you.

Dear Sir, Please taken my request seriously, I had order (No:AB3476145) 'Three' "Stylish Black Unisex Watch" from ASKMEBAZAAR on 9-July-2015 at 09:50pm. Today (18-july-2015) i get a purcell from Blue-Dart send by Askmebazaar, that i was order before . After I open the purcell and socked, 2 out of 3 Watch are Broken (Glass) & Not working condition, that i not except from Askmebazaar like Big & Reputed Company. So, i dont know who is responsible for that, but i want my money back for the 2-broken watch as soon as possible, i believed Askmebazar like Big & Reputed Company give me back my money or replace the broken item.
