      Dear team,

      HI, this is Varun, I have ordered lather jacket from your site on past 10-12 days, i received order yesterday, how long does wait someone, then i registered complain for refund of money because the material so bad, it is not as you shows on your web page. its not lather too. when i called your helpline number call those guys was disconnect the calls, i keep trying then some one from your customer care team listen properly and help me out.

      Request you to refund my amount as soon as possible. i have already share my account number & IFSC code with him.

      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

            I am recd defective product ( order no - AB9152386)i complained (complain ID - QRC[protected] costomer care no before 2, 3 time calls i recd call back they said we collect the product within 13 working days &refund the amount but anyone can't collect the product after days again i call customer care 2.3 time, they said your matter is closed because you cannot recd the call back

                    On 9th December 2015, i had ordered a BROWN LEATHER JACKET FROM askmebazaar.com- ORDER NUMBER AB8273778(Please note, the seller clearly states that the jacket is brown in color). However on arrival, the jacket turned out to be blue in color.
                    I raised a return request in the form of a ticket(Ticket # 32688) and on 30th December 2015 they confirmed that the product would be picked up in 6 days after which the full amount would be refunded within 5-7 days of the product being picked up.
                    I waited for 20 days, no sign of a refund or reverse pick-up. So I raised another ticket on 27th Jan 2016(Ticket # 48793). They reverted saying theywill refund the full amount in 4-7 days.
                    Then i got an SMS from them which said that the refund has been initiated and the amount would be reflected in my bank account within 5-7 days.
                    Still waiting there is no refund, no email, nothing from their end. This is like torture, going through such an ordeal for ordering a simple thing as one jacket which is also of the wrong color. Please help.

                    I haven't received a refund yet. I believe you can communicate with the bank and find out.

                            I am not getting any response I am very sorry to say that this is the hell of the bazar to buy online as i not getting any response till today after 2 months. The concerned person ( i dont want to give the name ) is also careless.

                                Please do not order any product from such irrelevant site. I have ordered one product and after confirmation or order i have waited for 5 days and just made a delivery confirmation call in customer care in morning and they confirmed that delivery will be made on the same day and in evening call from customer care saying that they will not deliver the product and will cancel the order.

                                        I have ordered 2 leather jackets from aakmebazaar.com . They delivered it in 20 days and the quality was worst . Worst quality available in the market . Very disappointing. When I called there customer care, they informed me that you can return ur order in 1 week . After that some other guy from there customers care is telling that u can return only in 48 hours. Such bad quality product, bad customer care, bad service . Worst among all e commerce website . I request u to help me in returning my order .
