Ordered a brown leather jacket from askmebazaar. Received the product on 15/12/2015. Raised a ticket as soon as I received the product.

Askmebazaar closed the ticket without processing the complaint. On complaining to customer care, executive blamed it on the back end team, and could not provide a satisfactory answer. On requesting him to forward my call to senior, he told me nobody is available.

After calling askmebazaar for 8-10 times, I was able to speak to a senior executive, Mr. Amit. The product was picked up on 11/01/2016, the next day after speaking to Mr. Amit.
I was told that payment would be refunded in 7-10 working days. When I did not receive my payment, I contacted askmebazaar again and now they asked me to wait till 2nd feb.
On 28th January, askmebazaar asked me to share my bank details again blaming it on me why the payment was delayed.

On sharing my bank details again, refund was not initiated but the ticket was closed again on 6th feb. And now on complaining, askmebazaar asked to wait for another week.

I have attached screenshots of my call durations with askmebazaar. Will askmebazaar make refunds for such harassment like they show in their advertisements that shopping with askmebazaar is such relaxation. I don't think so. It's wastage of money & time. Not to forget mental harassment that customer goes through due to information not available with the executives, unavailability of the senior executives, slow response on the web forum.
Again, WILL ASKMEBAZAAR provide compensation for the same? (Assuming that askmebazaar will be able to refund my payment in the first position).

    Dear Team,

    I purchase product on 25th Jan COD Order -AB9199138 from R R Enterprises however its been 10 Days i haven't receive any confirmation or the status of my Order.
    there is no control on the order that customer placed.morever this is 2nd time i am facing this issue earlier when i ordered wireless mouse there was the same incident happen

    if this is going to continue kindly cancel my order also i will not do any shopping going further due to poor response from your company.

      Am suffering alot due to this app. I posted my ads on olx and quicker regarding selling of my products. The employee from askme app called me and said we have found your ads on olx and quicker and we would like to post your ads on our app and we need your conformation. I said yes to them. They post my ads and my phone no. To without my consent . As on olx nd quicker the mobile no. Of seller is kept secert under privacy . Now i am getting many worng calls from peoples who talk in such a bad language. They post my no. Without my consent. And the login id and password given by you is not working. I want to remove the ads. The person who askd me to can i post the ads is now not responding to my call.

              i am doctor urvi, i am ur premium customer from dehradun, i have registered myself with name 'ayurnidanam'.
              It is very very sad that i am associated with you and that i have wasted my hard earned 8000rs on askme.com. i am very dissapointed with ur services. Two sales representatives from ur end visited me, ishan badoli and vikas gairola and they promised me overrated promises before taking money from me. now that i have already paid the ammount they r just not picking my phone. they promised me that as soon as my business goes live on askme someone from the local office will come just the next day to pick pictures and other details about my website, but till now no one has come, its been 1 month, but no one has come to pick anything. i keep calling the two sales representatives but they have never picked up my phone after recieving the money.Not just that i have called up askme helpline numbers so many times, representatives say they r sorry and will do something about my complaint, but noone has done anything till now. I am shocked with this behaviour of askme. you have hired thugs to fool innocent people like me, who just make false promises just to catch poor customes and once they have made the money they let the customers go to hell, thats what u guys do. Please arrange a visit from ur representatives to ne asap and send a representative who can do something about my website, because thats the reason why i got associated with askme. I have tried the online links which u sent me but they r not working. I feel cheated and fooled.

                      When problem is pending then how can mislead as resolved? It's simply cheating. I haven't got my money back yet and I haven't got the new product. Kindly don't mislead again and again. Try to refund the amount.

                              I had returned this product on 9th of December and it was delivered to askme bazaar address on 13th of December.

                              Mr. Amit Kumar, Askmebazaar.com,
                              C/o: Nuvo Logistics Pvt Ltd, Khasra No.- 1095/1096,
                              Kapashera Extn., Kapashera, New Delhi-110037.

                              1) Not a single Call, i got from their end.
                              2) Till now, No updates on Refund.
                              3) Tried calling their customer care number, Got a response saying 'Product Received Status is not yet updated in your system'. Then who has received the product then, what is happening with the product.
                              4) First of all, Product was not good at all. So i wanted to return. Now this strange thing is happening with me. First and Bad Experience i had with Askmebazaar. With Snapdeal, Myntra and Flipkart i never faced this kind of issue before.
                              5) I called up so many times to customer care number, they are saying in 24 working hours it will get resolved, it has been a 5 days now - no calls received, no any proper response.
                              6) Even i called up courier delhi branch, they confirmed that the product has been delivered to provided address.
                              Don't know what else to do it. Please take necessary action.

                              I went to professional courier today and they have confirmed that the product has been delivered to your address on 13th of January. And they said proof of delivery they will receive once in a month and it will take time to receive proof of delivery in my town.

                              However, i have given you the courier contact number and receipt. Why don't you guys itself call them up and check who has received it.

                              I have done my Job in returning the product to the provided address. Now, its not my duty to go ahead and check who has received it. Its your address only rite. That is your HEADACHE. Do whatever you wanted to check who has received in your provided address. But i want my money by TODAY itself. It has been a month now. I cannot wait for more days.

                                      As per trailing mail of acknowledgement by company my order product code number is-(DGA9347612), this is to inform you that as per customer choice shipments product, has been wrong packed by staff its totally unexpected performance of company spoiling the image of company brand name. Please kindly check once its about to packed customer product & before delivery orders by store manager match the "Cod Shipment document" with packing staff, it is totally harassment situation giving to customer by "Ask Me Bazaar .com". As per customer choice product of color must to be"Black & Blue" kindly verify the screen shot photo of product and take the right decision of staff error form the future...and try to exchange immediately right color of product to customer for avoid the lacking from the future to the loyalty customer. keep always brand name and image of company before delivering any product to customer in any country try to crosscheck once before deliver product with store manager with "Cod Shipment order Documents" from future onward & I have tried several time try to contact the customer care unable to connect number at time of customer required the query for the details..Please arranged all the team member's accordingly to their duty roster before starting any shift always do the briefing & debriefing every day to avoid the error and keep good reputations of company..


                                      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible & revert the mail after received the same...
