Since i had order my item i did not get any call from this company or any status or order tracking information i dont know how they r running this company, they dont care for the customers, this is very poor service company, i will never buy from this website now, better to buy from snapdeal or flipkart....

I received the same after one week to my billing address, the courier boy took Rs.350/- against COD which i opted.

When i opened the box the Nova Trimmer is just like a normal tube..the blades were not in good condition, and the rechargeable battery is not...

After a couple of days I called to check if the product was shipped and was told the orders have been cancelled because they cannot deliver to Tamil Nadu.
