I ordered a cycle on 29th jan. It was Next Day Delivery. Dint received it. Called them on 31st morning. They said we have raised a complaint, the guy will get back to you in 3 days. After 3 days 'sir kal pakka a jaega'. Called on 3rd 'sir 4th ko pakka a jaega'. Called on 4th, We are raising a ticket, someone will call you 3 days.Worst E-commerce ever. If i requested seller's information, sorry sir we cant provide you that. I asked to transfer the call to senior authority, sorry sir we cant do that. atleast 5 out of times their systems is on update, so they cant provide the information. And when they have no explanation, they will hang up the phone your face. Rather then spending money on RANBIR KAPOOR AND FARHAN AKHTAR, they should have spent the money on operations.

                        Price of the ordered item is Rs.350/-

                        I received the same after one week to my billing address, the courier boy took Rs.350/- against COD which i opted.

                        When i opened the box the Nova Trimmer is just like a normal tube..the blades were not in good condition, and the rechargeable battery is not working, , , that is not fixing only to the port in trimmer, i called customer case to get this returned..but one one is replying...

                            I made 2 separate orders for Tv's on Ask Me Bazaar and was waiting for the delivery. After a couple of days I called to check if the product was shipped and was told the orders have been cancelled because they cannot deliver to Tamil Nadu. I was never informed by email and was told i will get my money refund in 3 days.
                            I ordered the same Tv again with a Bangalore address. After a couple of days when I called up to see if the product has been shipped they said its not in Stock so the order is cancelled.
                            In total 3 orders were cancelled from this company and not a single email regarding this was sent to me. I have not received any refund or confirmation of refund from them. The call centre has no information on this matter of when they will process the refund.

                            I would like to receive a full and immediate refund from the company and proper communication

                              Hi, I placed an order for Bajaj Flora Geyser but after making payment of Rs. 2480 on 26/01/2016 no email or messages confirmation received from them.

                              I called their customer care many times but every time I hear different answer. Some one told money will be refunded where as some one told product will be delivered.

                              I believe this is fake site where I made a big mistake of making payment to them.

                                  I had placed order on askmebazaar site for Galaxy Note 5 64 gb and made complete payment by netbanking. But, I have not recieved, despite assurance from site many times. The site tracking for the order system does not work...while trying registering ..it says invalig email ig where they had confirmed order...while registering mobile..it says mobile does not exist..where they had verified number many times by sending various codes... That assures me that this site is not authenticate and they are fooling customer. NDD did not work. And neither I was apprised by to regarding non delivery of my order anytime. No feedback from site has actually made me believe that I did a drastic mistake of doing online purchase thru this site. Therefore, i am lodging complaint with consumer forum so that others may register about their inability to stand for the words. In one word if I hv to define ask me is simply pathetic. Pls help..the following complaint raised with them
