          Make the biggest mistake of ordering two TVs via order no NDD2673190 through this website and hell broke loose.
          Got a call from the delivery team sir we would be there in 2 hours and i was like wow. it has been been now now 58 hours with no product delivered.
          Called customer services like a good customer registered complaint twice no reverts.
          Third time call asked for a supervisor and he gave the same reply give us 4 hours and when i asked him that what happened to the queries raised 36 hours back to my utter surprise his answer was we have no update on on that !!! I was shocked to know that no one has bothered to look into those complaint or bothered to investigate.
          Moreover they do not seem to have a system to track where the product is !!!
          God save customers who has ordered through them they dont seem to have a delivery system, CRM and above all a desire to serve
          A very dissatisfied customer

                            After receiving the product, i found that it had out of 3 pants 1 is out of my order size & another 2 is Damage on it, besides to my surprise the was not even in good condition.                             BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, …. 44118 seeking Refund. They informed that there would be reverse pickup and refund process within a weeks' time and closed all the tickets. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in internet forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now there was no reverse pickup nor refund from their side. This shows their cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team.                                 I have ordered Philips IN-SPA7000B/94 Home Audio Speaker (Black) from AskMeBazaar.com on 25th jan 2016 that no option but to select Next day Delivery. So I could not apply coupon code that are for Non Next Day Delivery Option. I was fine with that as product was supposed to be delivered next day.

                                It's more than 3 days they haven't delivered my product. When I call them they say that They cannot pull data about my order and DON"t Know the status where is the product. They say that our marketing team will tell you. But how to reach marketing team they won't tell you. They just have only 1 number that is customer care number.
                                Everyday they have another person calls and confirms that you have order bla bla thing from our website, it will be delivered between 4 to 7 PM and it has been dispatched. That person given GUARANTEE of delivery. We keep on waiting. After calling Again same record repeated by them saying that we don't know the status of your order. What do they do. They are biggest lair . They don't deliver at all, leave the question of Next day delivery.

                                I want to file consumer complain against this company as they have cheated us.

                                They are the biggest liar on planet.

                                Is anyone from AsMeBazaar really looking into this message then pleae give me a call. The way you are providing service or cheating people. It will get closed soon.

                                We CAN NOT TRUST THESE LIARS..

                                I need compensation for such harassment done by these people.

                                They have my mobile number registerd wiht them still it shows wrong number.

                                    One month before I have booked bean bag with bean with prepaid order id-AB8650252 the above order cancelled due to non avaiaibity of product and one message on dt 6th jan send showing your money will be refund within 7 working days but after 21 days over no money refunded I have already given complain twice nothing is happend I think this a actual business of askme bazar not to refund the money such type of cheating will be viewed seriously Refund the money within 2 days otherwise I will take shelter of court

                                        My name is siddharth Kamdar and my order id is NDD 2671676, I have purchased the NOKIA LUMIA 730 From Askme bazzar and paid online through netbanking on January 23, 2016.

                                        As per their policy I should receive the product on next day that is on 25 th of January but unfotunatly at the last movment some person called me up & said that due to some technical issue with the site product is showing active, actually we do not have order & offer me the alternative model which I have denied and said that I NEED REFUND OF MY MONEY.

                                        He said it will be in my a.c in 3 to 5 working days but till now I have not received even the intimation of for the same neighter the money, I have mailed them several times & call to their cusotmer care they everytime say that our system under upgradation kindly call later when call later same things repeted.

                                        Ironically the product is still showing active so I beleive company is doing same thing for everyone and this is their main business of taking money from customer and then not delivering the product and don't refund the customer's money.

                                        Kindly help me to get refund of my money that is sum of 13274- Inr.

                                        BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, …. 44118 seeking Refund. They informed that there would be reverse pickup and refund process within a weeks' time and closed all the tickets. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in internet forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now there was no reverse pickup nor refund from their side. This shows their cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. Radhakrihshnan Iyer, Palakkad, Kerala Jan'16
