I had placed for blackberry bold 9900 with askmebazaar.com on 24tu Jan 15 vide order no ABF2666380 amd received the same on the cod payment.
After receiving the product, i found that it had several scratches on it, besides to my surprise the was not even in working condition. How can such a reputed company cheat the people.
I strongly suggest that a serious action should be taken against these on-line shopping websites.

    i will be waiting for positive result after this complaint.

    Hi i ordered shirts on Jan 8th & they delivered on Jan 14th,
    I received 4 shirts out of 4 shirts for 1 shirt pocket is there for remaining 3 shirts not there they mentioned in the advertisement as 4 single pocket shirts.
    but i received only one shirt with pocket & 1 more shirt is damaged.
    Also in size also variation. i ordered M size but i unable to wear that.
    it is too tight.
    Am expecting exchange not to return or refund.

      I have bought a Bean bag cover and my order no. was AB7029170, In November 2015, received wrong product and i have contact to customer care of the ASK ME BAZAARCOM more than ten time and got a complaint reference code but did not get the refund amount, complaint reference code is QRC67046674, hope after the massage will take corrective action against ASK ME BAZAAR.

      BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.             This is to inform you that "askmebazaar" is having the worst customer support service, its been more than 20 days i have registered a complaint of faulty product via complaint id:qrc7295 but still haven't received any replacement/refund for the same, have called many times to track the progress of the issue but the only reply i get is to wait 4hrs/24hrs/2working days is this how you provide services to your customers?

              As i purchased a bed-sheet from the askmebazaar.com on "COD" terms deliver a dirty & poor quality Bed sheet. I registered complaint right after receiving the material, they respond very late but they collect the bed sheet and promised to refund of my cash through RTGS but not get so far. When I mail to them they said it will be done withing 10 days but not done. I again mail them but they said same thing but not refund of my 300.00 (INR)

                I am Vasu Jain, a student of Gujarat National Law University. I had ordered earphones by Dr. Dre Beats in the last week of June vide order No. qrc32521074. But on receiving the order, I was surprised because I found that the earphones were not good and on were causing pain in my ear. Hence, I returned those within 48 hours. It has been around 6 months but I have received neither communication nor refund from their side despite my repeated calls and emails.
                Thay are a fraud.

                  i am receiving calls from unknown person saying customer care of ask me bazaar and saying u should maintain 5000 balance in your account so that we can refund your money... and at last they are asking me """OTP""" and finally i realized that call was fraud call... so beware of that frauds...

                  ask me bazaar you should file a complaint against them [protected]...

                  you should refund my amount fast we are losing faith on your portal...

Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team.                       The product against the said awb is not delivered till yet. Past three days the courier person is calling for delivery but had not turned up. Today i had called him several times but he had'nt picked up the phone. I got a call telling me that i had changed the delivery date and whether i want that order or not.
                      This type of behavior cant be taken from the company like you. Its spoiling your image and faith of customers from you.
                      Kindly look into the matter or else a legal action will be taken against you at your risk and cost.

                              Till date I have 14-15 calls to the helpline no. and every time a new complain no. is provided with a commitment that it will be resolved in 24 hours and the same is said in my last call also with a new complain ID QRC72358802. but still not received the refund.
                              i was done this payment through payumoney wallet and they had provided me a mail in which they had mentioned that no money is refunded in my wallet.

                                      BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                                         Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        As I would like to inform you that I was purchased Samsung Power Bank 18000 mAh - UNIVERSLE through online from ask me Bazar.com where my aforesaid product is day 1st when I was purchased and same time I make a complaint to aforesaid company where they told me that you have lauched your complaint very late..

                                        But it is not truth and today onwards I am having the aforesaid product in damaged position its a manufacturing defect... I n this Ask Me Bazar make a fraud with me...


                                        Hereby i request you to take an strict action against company...

                                        As I would like to inform you that after sending this message to you then after I have received a call some unknown person where he told me that I am calling from ask me bazar and you launched a complaint where he makes a demand of my atm card number to get transfer my money of aforesaid product meanwhile I came to know through true caller software which is already installed in my phone that the following number is showing in the name of "FRAUD"
