I ordered a sewing stapler machine which was defective. when i asked for refund as the machine wasn't working, they did not collect my product back and gave me reasons that my area didn't have a refund courier service. this was not explained to me at the time of purchase.
i was thoroughly disappointed as this company cheated me.they told me to courier it to some place but they didnot message me the address either. i called them 4 times but no use.

    I visited the website on the 9th of december and purchased this adsl router for my sister-in-law and selecting the model as per the displayed picture TD-W8968 with usb port white in colour
    After making the payment a few days later i received model number TD-W8960, the item was hand delivered, no signature was taken of the customer, no bill provided of the purchase, no name of the supplier of the item and the delivery person after handing it over the item runs away from there, to my surprise a very old obselete model tdw8960 was delivered.
    numerous complaints have been made starting from the 9th of december 2015, asking for a refund as the item that i have ordered is not the item that i received, but no action taken so far my order number is NDD2601534 AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS starting with 24636, I was asked to send the picture of the website which i have done, luckily the day i purchased the item, i have taken snapshots of the website with my mobile phone, as the item was not what i ordered, the suppliers name on the website was MESTA SYSTEMS PVT LTD.
    i requested them to refund my money and collect their item, which is unopen sealed box pack condition. but till now nothing has been done but they go on arguing that the model no is same that i have ordered, i request you to take action against this online company askmebazaar, as they are fooling the customer showing one item and sending another, even the website listing is removed, but i have the pictures to stake my claim

    They have followed the same procedure with me following all of the above TACTICS, like asking for the account details, and your refund is in process and whenever we call their number, the call goes from here to there and finally it gets disconnected, i have made more than 50 calls to them and spent more than 400 rs on calls, BUYING ONLINE from their site is the biggest blunder that i have made, i will be informing all my friends, relatives and even my enemies, that even if you get it cheap never buy anyhing from this website, very lousy procedures, it is just a trap to make your life miserable after purchasing from them, all the previous complaint numbers are just ignored, my list of complaint numbers are QRC5125, QRC5372, AND i have spoken to MR SIDDHART AND MR SRINIVASAN THEY ARE AN ONLINE FRAUD COMPANY AND THE GOVT HAS TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS ONLINE FRAUDS THAT IS HAPPENING ON THIS WEBSITE, , I will be posting my complaint on all the possible websites cautioning all the people of this kind of ONLINE FRAUD.
    Only to collect the item and provide a refund they are discussing and discussing with their required team just a way of wasting our money and time i have always been buying from EBAY, SNAPDEAL, FLIPKART, AMAZON, PAYTM EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, This is the first and the last time that i will buy anything from this website ASKMEBAZAAR.COM

    BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.     I have been cheated for the same product by askmebazaar.com in the same manner. They displayed TD-W8968 wireles router with usb port white in colour and delivered TD-W8960 without usb por and blue in color.

    I complained about it many time to them. Everytime they just open the ticket for complaint and close it without any resolution. My ticket no is #58786. I want to file a case about this fraud website in consumer court. Can somebody tell me the procedure and place for the same?

Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise new ticket. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity.           My order number is AB9194149. before ordering I had talked to customer care to know how much time they take to deliver the order. and customer care confirm me it will take 3-4 hr only.Its my big mistake that I trust on ur customer care team and order the product. I didn't get the product in 10 hr. Customer care team is very useless.

          Kindly review all the calls I had done to u on dated 25 Feb and analysis ur team work.

          Its really very disappointed. For me its just a fake side and I never recommend anyone to visit this site.

          You guys spoil my day and my surprise.

            since then every day when I'm calling there customer care I'm only getting one
            resolution wait for 4hours you will get a call from back hand dept.

            now its more than 24days since I raised complaint on the askme bazaar website

            and 14 days since I have complaint from the cust care.

            I'm not getting proper response.

            I want My product refund. Rs.489 + phone calling bill for calling askme bazaar

            and the refund for the time I have spend.

                BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE; I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. I received a defective/damaged Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in support on[protected]the same day) with ticket No.31456. For many weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise new ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   I E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that their site was showing "Awaiting my response.".   On day I noticed that they have closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving my grievance. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints and other forums. For this I found response from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you. ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process and.." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                         I had ordered a product (mop) from www.askmebazaar.com web site on 7th dec 2015 with order ID "ABF2601576".
                        The product I recived was defective.
                        I registered a complain. And after few days I got a text message saying
                        "Dear buyer, we have made multiple attempts and failed to get in touch with you for your Order ID ABF2601576 For your refunds to be processed now, kindly send the product(s) to Mr. Deepak Sahi, Askmebazaar.com, C/o: Nuvo Logistics Pvt Ltd, Khasra No 653, Old Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, Near Air Force Goal Tank, New Delhi, Pin 110061. Please mentioned the order id on the box and ensure all the products are unused, new and fresh with all tags, barcodes, packing materials intact so that we can process the refund for you after your products pass quality checks at our end Regards, Buyer Support:[protected]"

                        And I returned the product to the said address. On 4th jan. 2016 I recived a call that my refund would be made within 7-14 days.

                        But the time has passed and i have not got the refund yet.

                              i have bought power bank p-1310(ambrane) on 26/12/2015 from ask me bazaar which was deffective, .For this reason i have returned the product on 07/01/2016 through dtdc courrier whose consignment no is :k84103528 which was received by ask me bazaar on 11/01/2016.
                              Through telephonic conversession i got informed that ask me bazaar
                              have not yet received the product.

                              My dtdc tracking shows that it is delivered to ask me bazaar

                              ask me bazaar is continuosly saying that they have not yet received the parcel which contradicts the dtdc tracking status...

                              They also have not yet returned the money.

On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                                 i also submit my complaint to ASKMEBAZAAR site portal also, but they are Generating a ticket saying " we are processing " and after few days they closed that ticket saying a nonsense ...

                                BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE; I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. I received a defective/damaged Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in support on[protected]the same day) with ticket No.31456. For many weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise new ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   I E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that their site was showing "Awaiting my response.".   On day I noticed that they have closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving my grievance. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints and other forums. For this I found response from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity.                                   Askmebazar is harassing me mentally. I have been calling them from 2 months for my refund.

                                  I have received my product on 28.12.2012 and the product has not up to mark I have booked the complaint immediately .they told me we have don't have courier service there so u have to send it by ur own I have return u the courier charges .according to them I have packed the goods and send them back thru trackon courier vide POD no[protected]/[protected]. I have paid courier charges 100/-+80/-=180/- total .i have send them the written complaint but the action has not been taken so far. As far as courier company is concern they have received the product on 07.01.2016.

                                  I continually called up their customer care but they have not given me a reply upto mark .when I asked them to give my no forwarded to ur executive I will chat them in this matter but they only apologise the matter nothing else .In short customer is sufferer.my total balance with them with courier charges is Rs.1099+180/-=1279

                                  kindly request u to take a +ve steps against the company why they are not suppose to refund the amount in customers account .

                                  I shall do hope that my refund is credited I my account .

                                      Hi, I had purchased a Philips HR1863/20 700 W Juicer with order# NDD2655767 on 10th January online.
                                      I called up customer service at least 6 times starting from 13th Jan (Complaint number QRC 8048) for refund as they were not able to deliver the product.

                                      I even called up on 16th Jan to find out that the 13th Jan complaint was registered for delay shipment instead of refund. I again asked for refund and they raised another complaint QRC 8256 for order cancellation and refund within 3-4 business days which is still not happened. Please help get my refund as soon as possible
