Askmebazaar close my ticket 47105 without taking any corrective action
They done refund at date 7-1-16 to ac no [protected] but this is not my ac no..
I given my ac no in all complain ticket no. But they cant given me my refund to my account no and give refund to wrong account.
BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE; I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. I received a defective/damaged Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in support on[protected]the same day) with ticket No.31456. For many weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise new ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   I E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that their site was showing "Awaiting my response.".   On day I noticed that they have closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving my grievance. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints and other forums. For this I found response from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you. ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process and.." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.     This is reg order no.AB8924264 with askmebazaar.com for Samsung Solo Microwave Oven - MS23F301TAK/TL placed on 11th Jan 2016 for which I have already made the payment online.
    Till date 22th Jan 2016 I have not received the product and after several calls to their customer care no.[protected] I just get to hear sorry sir we don't have details on your order but it is confirmed and you will get it soon. On inquiring if I can atleast get shipping details so that i can check with courier company they provided me with courier name Gati but no tracking number. I wish to know if the product is coming from Japan via surface as it is taking so much time.

Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums.         Hi Team,

        I recieved a callback regarding Order ndd2660599 not recieved. The person called up from ph#[protected] and said that we cannot provide you the product as it is not in stock.

        Is company playing around fool with the customers. people waste their time and money using internet and genrate orders with the prices shown. After few days you call up and say product is not in stock. Sorry, it will not work, you have to arrange the order.

        Consider it an escalation and please escalate to higher management.

          Hi Team,

          Its been more than 20 days, when i ordered Philips HL1631500 amp 45 watt 2 jar juicer mixer grinder. order #ndd2660599 was generated. I called up customer care several times, they always promise for callback.

          Unfortunately i never recieved any callback. I will escalate it to the level untill i get any satisfactory reply or the item. If required i will raise complaint in consumer court.

            it was spice rack its all broken.. and the price i paid is more than what was shown on item.
            they have harassed me and i can sue a case regarding that as i an a lawyer by proffession.
            take quick action to resolve my problem otherwise ask me bajaar has to suffer.

                I have placed ordered of 16 GB Inbuilt Pen Camera for DVR Audio Video Camcorder and the same was delivered on[protected]. but after receiving the same i am trying to record the video but it will not supported. and when i am trying to open its show as properly not recorded. the pen camera is not working properly so please help come out of this [problem or tel me how to replace the product.

                  I have sent the photos of the wrong product delivered to me and i have not received any response on the same and also i have called the customer care again and i am yet to receive the response on the same.

                  Item Ordered: STBV2000100 2TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive
                  Item Recieved: STEB2000300 2TB Expansion Hard Drive.

                  I have raised the complaint on the 28th of December 2015.

                  Numerous calls to the customer care with no response. the only answer they give is the issue will be resolved in 4 hours but nothing happens.

I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving my grievance. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints and other forums. For this I found response from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you. ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process and.." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                     Before paying money I enquired everything .I got assurance of getting the product on 3-4 days at Ranchi address. Next day they told that item cant be delivered as their was no distributor.It was told that refund is initiated and it will reflect in my account after 2 days. I am keep on calling them & getting the same reply...

                                  now after 7 days when I called on helpline I was told that my order is cancelled.
                                  no update on my E mail.

                                  I am sorry to say but your services are not good at all. pheriwala on the street are better promising and trustworthy than you.

                                  dont take the order if you do not have guts to deliver the order.

                                  no coordination nobody knows in call center what is happening they are just parrots of repeating speech.

                                    I am here to tell you all that askmebazaar.com have many complaints regarding the delivery as well as the delivery boy not came at door..he use to call & then not coming to the destination, i have waited for long time

                                    BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                                       I am here to tell you all that askmebazaar.com have many complaints regarding the delivery as well as the delivery boy not came at door..
                                      He said he will come next time when I was in office and my Mom is at home.

                                      I ordered A portable Sew machine but I am very angry on that guys..

                                        Received the parcel. Regret to mention that I am RETURNING the parcel due to folloeing reasons:
                                        (1) I have ordered for the plain T shirts, whereas you have send all printed one
                                        (2) I have ordered for the XL size but you have send me the SMALL size.
                                        (3) The quality of the T shirts are of VERY VERY POOR,

                                        Hence, make arrangment for the RETURN & REFUND THE CASH AMOUNT OF Rs.399/-
