AskmeBazaar totally a fraud company. we placed an order AB8870877 on 08/01/2016, a combo pack of 3 Nokia phones, 8 GBmemory cards and medium size t-shirts, however, what we received was Intex phones, 4 GB memory cards and small size t-shirts. So we called customer services and they have no idea of what needs to be done !
They say there is no replacement policy and hence they will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and post that my money will be refunded. The overall process will taken 13-14 working days !!
In the first place why did you send me incorrect products ??? and then tell me that there is noting that you can do but ask me to wait to get my money back ??? You didn't even ask me to go through your terms and conditions nor agree to them, them why must I care about them ??
So On 15/01/2016, (complaint # QRC[protected] we spoke to CSE - Shiva Nidhi, who transferred the call to the floor supervisor - Arun Kumar.
Mr. Arun Kumar could not help either, so he said that his boss (Mr. Krishnan Vaidhiyanathan) was not at work and asked us to call back the next day post 9 AM. and when we called neither of them were available to take the call and speak to us.
One thing the CSE / teamlead have learnt is to lie to their customer, very very sheepish of the Chennai call center. So as advised, called on 16/01/2016 - we spoke to Mr Basil Joy (teamleader), again totally unhelpful !!! He says things like this happen all around the world, and its not askmebazaar's fault ! the customer has to face the consequence.
He did not even want to listen to the customer's concern, was yelling on the top of his voice, until he was asked to keep quiet and listen.
This is not the first time we have had pathetic service from AskmeBazaar, a few months ago We had ordered a toy bike and my order was cancelled without notice, when we call customer service, they say that the product was out of stock and then again I will have to wait for the refund which came to my account on the 13th working day !!!
Do refunds actually take so much time ???
Mr. Kiran Murthi, CEO AskmeBazaar.com, please note, the customer service provided is absolutely pathetic !!!, you might want to reconsider changing the customer support provider !!! else you might lose all your customers sooner or later !!! I am sure that if this was service to a USA/UK customer things would have been very very different.
However, since we are Indians you guys don't really care it seems !!!
We feel very very disgusted dealing with a shopping portal/ call centre like AskmeBazaar, we expect that our money is returned ASAP !
and we are refunded for all the telephone call that we have made !!! Thanks for all your assistance !
