I order a Lancer Combo of Sports Shoes With Watch & Sunglasses For Men - LA-105-blk-pgrn-ELW503-ESGAV-gld-grn on 11 jan 2016 for prepaid shipment for rupees 712/- i recieev this parcel on 20 jan 2016 by dtdc (pushjpak courior sumerpur)
order no. 76281769, date 11/01/2016

when i open this parcel with courior men this only shoe but watch & sunglasses not include this parcel...very bad respones for this time.
so plz respone my order and s send me my undelivered item (watch & sunglasses)

BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.     AskmeBazaar totally a fraud company. we placed an order AB8870877 on 08/01/2016, a combo pack of 3 Nokia phones, 8 GBmemory cards and medium size t-shirts, however, what we received was Intex phones, 4 GB memory cards and small size t-shirts. So we called customer services and they have no idea of what needs to be done !
    They say there is no replacement policy and hence they will arrange for the incorrect product to be picked up and post that my money will be refunded. The overall process will taken 13-14 working days !!
    In the first place why did you send me incorrect products ??? and then tell me that there is noting that you can do but ask me to wait to get my money back ??? You didn't even ask me to go through your terms and conditions nor agree to them, them why must I care about them ??
    So On 15/01/2016, (complaint # QRC[protected] we spoke to CSE - Shiva Nidhi, who transferred the call to the floor supervisor - Arun Kumar.
    Mr. Arun Kumar could not help either, so he said that his boss (Mr. Krishnan Vaidhiyanathan) was not at work and asked us to call back the next day post 9 AM. and when we called neither of them were available to take the call and speak to us.
    One thing the CSE / teamlead have learnt is to lie to their customer, very very sheepish of the Chennai call center. So as advised, called on 16/01/2016 - we spoke to Mr Basil Joy (teamleader), again totally unhelpful !!! He says things like this happen all around the world, and its not askmebazaar's fault ! the customer has to face the consequence.
    He did not even want to listen to the customer's concern, was yelling on the top of his voice, until he was asked to keep quiet and listen.
    This is not the first time we have had pathetic service from AskmeBazaar, a few months ago We had ordered a toy bike and my order was cancelled without notice, when we call customer service, they say that the product was out of stock and then again I will have to wait for the refund which came to my account on the 13th working day !!!
    Do refunds actually take so much time ???
    Mr. Kiran Murthi, CEO AskmeBazaar.com, please note, the customer service provided is absolutely pathetic !!!, you might want to reconsider changing the customer support provider !!! else you might lose all your customers sooner or later !!! I am sure that if this was service to a USA/UK customer things would have been very very different.
    However, since we are Indians you guys don't really care it seems !!!
    We feel very very disgusted dealing with a shopping portal/ call centre like AskmeBazaar, we expect that our money is returned ASAP !
    and we are refunded for all the telephone call that we have made !!! Thanks for all your assistance !

Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity.       This is a fraud company run by a fraudant Kiran Murthi who is cheating and looting all Indians Guys never buy any product from this chor company. I have ordered a philips juicer on 6th jan (NDD2650340) and made payment of Rs1738 by credit card but till the date they could not deliver this product even making many false promises also have not refunded my amount yet.
      Government should take a strong action against such a fraud company who wants to loot indians

          but the delivered product was not the product which i ordered and even that product was so dirty means they have kept smashed coffee cup in that and they packed . The bedsheet was completely torn and it look like used one. After looking that even when i called them they said we will refund you after you return the product so we are suppose to send it back to delhi by courier by spending our amount for there miss take is the they give quality product and servre the customer.

            Hi Friends
            I have purchased the above mentioned product for Rs599 from ASK ME BAZZAR but i received a bad one. LED watch is not working and a black sun glass was broken. The Bag which i received is not what i saw look in the picture.
            In the ASK ME BAZAAR website there is no reviews at all. So I cant able to log my feedback since i raised the same here

            Final Verdict: Friends Please DONT PURCHASE FROM ASK ME BAZAAR. IT IS FRAUD WEBSITE.

            AB8933468-BEDSheet 1+1 of RS.775 after discount Rs.600. I have received both bedsheets of same color. But in website the image which I saw is different.

            I have raised the same on your support portal but i got replied it should be mentioned within 48hrs. But I never used any of your products till now. can you collect your product and refund my amount.

              The Wrab Rider Faux Biker Jacket which was shown in the display pic of the product site(http://www.askmebazaar.com/Wrab-Rider-Faux-Leather-Biker-Jacket-JKT-BROWN-p... is completely different with that of what is delivered. The one which was delivered is very low quality, very loose, totally different in color and its smelling like a cheap jacket. I have also raised 3 complaints( QRC[protected]/12/2015, QRC[protected]/01/2016, QRC[protected]/01/2016) in AskmeBazaar portal against this order id no. DGA 8561258 but no one is caring to respond to it even after 10 days have gone. I want to reject this package and get a refund. Please help me with this.

                    I had ordered one powerbank from askmebazzar.com with order id -AB7475838.When i received that product it was totally defective and already been used by someone else. So i put a request to askmebazzar for pick it back from me at[protected] with complain id QRC67464267. They told me that they will pick the product from me and refund my money within 13 working days, but till the time now they have not picked the product as well as not refunded my money . I called them so many times and they just used to me new complain id every time. Cost of product was rs.247 but for getting refund of this money i have called them so many times that it is costing me around of 400-500 . Today i also called them and again they gave me a new complain id QRC77564654. I want total money back from them.Please help me

                            I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                            ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.

                              Rahul, talked to your helpline number several times, raised tickets and complaint number but all in vain. The matter is pending for the last 20 days. Never had such a bad experience from any online marketing site. The Company made incomplete delivery of the item and did not supply the remaining item despite lot of follow up. Ultimately I had to raise return and return request. I purchased the item from elsewhere. Your item is lying unused with me. Please pick it up without further delay and refund the amount.

They do not resolve a problem despite calls, emails, support tickets, complaint tickets, complaints on various consumer complaint forums, matter is pending with them for a month.                                 BEWARE OF THIS CHEATING SITE: I agree with your comment and I would like to share my real experience. Order No.AB8219062 dt.[protected], I got a damaged/air leaking Air sofa from Ask me bazaar for Rs.2500/-. I raised complaint in their support on[protected] the same day, and I was issued a ticket No.31456 by their support team. For 2 weeks the site was showing "Processing". Then all of a sudden they closed the ticket and sent a mail to my E-mail requesting me whether I am happy. I was shocked to read this. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This I did with ticket no. 38454.  Then  they wanted me to update IFSC Code.   For this, I, E-mailed to them my Bank Pass Book Front Page.   After that I waited for Refund but all of a sudden they closed the 2nd ticket also. I protested & raised a series of tickets Nos. 38461, 38462, …... seeking Refund. These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue. Then I reviewed this site with my real experience in consumer complaints & other forums. For this I found response in these sites from askmebazaar apologizing for the delay and stating that my refund is in process. I waited again for 2 more weeks & understood that this response is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers, an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat customers & viewers. Till now I have not received refund and it reveals their true cheating identity. On scrutiny of various reviews against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have posted similar + ve responses with wordings such as, “you must register first in support...we assist you ", “to have better insight raise another ticket ...", "we apologize for the delay and ….", "your refund is in process ..." all these are false hopes given by this fraud team. I only appeal to all not to fall prey by their colourful adds/discounts & don't buy anything from this fraud site and avoid to be a VICTIM like me. The support team know pretty well how to cheat you.                                     I fully agree with you. I would narrate my recent bad experience with askmebazaar.com. I ordered an Air sofa cum bed and paid Rs.2500/- and received the item on[protected].

                                    ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I was keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from. Pl. go for purchase from flipcart, shopclues, amazon, lotofstock on line sites where you would receive very good customer support.
