I have purchased a new notebook laptop series and with 4months two different issues faced and logged a complaint..

It's been 7days, Asus Team not able to assist the issue and breaching their standard TAT and escalation raised too, but their standard remain as it is.. very ugly and poor quality of products and poor people in service center..

    I bought Asus Cerberus 1050 ti 4gb graphics card which worked pretty well for 3, 4 months then it stopped working. I visited service center for 3 times, they replaced Cerberus 1050ti graphics card with Asus Rog Strix 1050 ti 4gb which was repaired, I didn't know about that and it also stopped working within a month. Pathetic service.

      I have phone charging issues since I purchased since . The charging stops after certain period of time for the same issue it has been submitted twice for repair . This is faulty handset and I haven repeatedly asking for replaced of my handset. Although after customer service mentioning my services I found that they responded for repair. I found this is unjustified because I followed policy of Asus India policy for repair wherein this device is faulty so would like to legal department to follow the process of consumer forum as I have finding mysel[censored]njustified and Asus has monopoly by selling faulty handset.         I have been facing the blue screen of death issue in my asus rog strix g17 since after the 5th day of purchasing the laptop I thought that it is some drive issue and updating the driver will fix this issue but since then I have faced BSOD almost every day I have tried every possible way to solve this issue I've also followed the steps given my the Microsoft BSOD issue fix and Asus BSOD fix I have also visited the service centre twice and when I receive the laptop almost after an hour I faced the same issue I want a replacement of my product because the service centre couldn't fix the issue if my problem is now solved I will take strict action against ASUS

            I purchased Asus E210 through Flipkart on February 5th 2022. Yes just last month. I have struggled like anything to get my son this laptop for his board exams to prepare. Had to take a loan and buy this laptop which did not even work for one month. This month he has exams through out and the service support people cannot even tell me by when it can be fixed. I did not buy this laptop to call so many support numbers and beg so much. There is no light on the charger when it is plugged in. It never happens with Dell or hp or apple laptops which rich people can buy. What about people like us. We rely on you believe your brand and just because only we poor dumb uneducated people can afford and buy you cannot give us some defected laptop which died within a month of purchase.
            I demand to receive a call from somebody from higher authority from marketing or customer relations to address this and just replace this laptop with a new one otherwise I will write to consumer court or maybe higher than that if required. As it is for a child's education is hampered and the 23000 rupees which I had to take on interest loan believing you guys.

                This is to grab your attention on a struggle I've been undergoing with my recent purchase of Asus Laptop. To start with, please find below the required details:

                Device Name: Asus VivoBook 15 (2021)
                Serial No.: MBN0CX23P91346B
                Case No.: A[protected]-0003
                Pass Case ID: P[protected]

                The said laptop was purchased on 19th of Jan 2022 (via Amazon), and delivered to me on 22nd of January 2022. 8 days later, the device stopped working. It has random screen freezes, the boot up time varies between 5-10 mins (approx.), and apps were crashing now and then. I was hence compelled to make a call to your service center on 31st of January 2022 to raise a complaint and I was told a technician will visit me in 2 days time.

                The technician visit did not help as he confirmed that system's behavior by default is slow because the configuration offered (1TB HDD with 8 GB RAM) by Asus isn't a valid one and only a SDD upgrade may help sort the issue. I was not willing to spend thousands of bucks on something that I had just purchased 10 days back after shelling out a lot of money and hence called the service center back, asking for a return/exchange. I was told that as per the policy, the return window was closed 2 days back and nothing can be done now. A free SSD upgrade in return is also not possible and I need to live with this crap defective system now.

                My this email is intended to highlight how your policies have been prepared to trouble customers. To start of, selling a laptop with defective configuration on marketplace itself is a crime. To add on, 7th day complaint would have made me eligible for a refund, but 8th day complaint means live with this defective piece forever? If SSD upgrade is the only way to make this device work, why would you sell the existing configuration in first place? If you have to anyways, why not write a disclaimer informing customers of the *catch*? Also, what does your warranty cover then when you yourself are not able to make your own laptop work?

                Anyways, I have been working with IT sector from past 12 years, writing python codes on a 4GB RAM device, and it works like a Charm - an HP machine. I regret my decision to go with Asus this time and would want you guys to provide me with a solution to save my hard earned money that I had spent on this laptop.

                Just to add, if there's nothing that you guys can do about it, I would like to save some time (which I had constantly wasted by calling you almost everyday since 31st of Jan) and request you to write this down in an email saying you won't be able to help me with the device even though it's under warranty, so that I can forward the same to my company's HR and ask them to reconsider their tie-up with Asus. Also, I would want to share the same with Amazon so that you are not able to sell your products on the marketplace anymore, OR atleast write a disclaimer or review about your product so that the customers are aware of it whereabouts before getting cheated.

                Kindly get back to me in case you need any further clarifications, though going through the communications drafted in the pass case ID and Case No. will help explain it all.

                      Bought asus i3 Laptop on 30th Jan 2022, SR # MBN0CX13A26745D and it was a wrost dicision of my life to go with Asus. The laptop is not working at all even after multiple complaints to Ausus Coustomer care they have not provided satesfactory solutions, received a email where Asus is suggesting to increase SSD/RAM with an addtional cost of Rs. 4000/- which is a fraud, instead of providing the solutions they are asking mony from me.

                      My Question- Why Asus launched a defective product in market even they know the real fact. I have not used this laptop even a single day and waiste hard earning mony of INR 38000.

                      I am tottaly frusted by Asus and advised to all, Please don't by the product from Asus in India as they are doing frudent with constomers.

                      Hope you will undrstand the conscern here and will provide a solutions.

                      The same has happened with me, and I agree... Asus is a fraud company trying to make revenues from post sales of the product by selling defective products in the market.

                        Bought asus tuf f15 on Dec 31 2021 and it was bought by my uncle since I couldn't come to Chennai. Product was delivered to my uncle's house and I bought it from reliance digital and no one from reliance digital told me about 7 days replacement policy.Because of pandemic I couldn't unbox the product and I was able to unbox on Feb 3 2022 and I found there is no damage physically but inside of the screen was broken and I have the videos and photos.Now asus service center blaming on me because I broken it and not covering even in warranty because of a small dent and that was not caused by me I have the video evidence o[censored]nboxing and it was sure caused in the shipment and while unboxing it was small not noticeable.They are not accepting for replacement and not warranty also.Please serve me justice, I haven't yet used the product.

                          I am writing this to bring your attention on a serious issue, I have to face your product which was purchased on 3 Feb 2022.

                          I am facing some screen-related issues like screen blur, screen Flicker sometimes from the first day of purchase. But for the last three days, I am facing these issues with Black screens and mouse tracks stuck frequently.
                          Also, I am attaching a video of problems which I faced over the last three days. please find it in the attachment

                          Yesterday a Asus technician visited my home to check the problem in Asus laptop and he asked me to change display. That means dismental whole laptop within a week and used a repaired product atleast a year.
                          Maybe that's why people buy new products that they buy a defective product from company as a new then get it repaired and customer be like hey I just bought a newly repaired product.

                          So I want a replacement for the product

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am I purchased an Asus ROG Phone 5 (8/128Gb) (SN - M3AIGF006770BHB) on 02/August/2021 which comes in a premium phone category and also comes with 1 year warranty. I started facing an issue today with my device i.e. on 12/January/2022 at 7.00 pm . My device WiFi & Hotspot suddenly stopped working and after that I tried to connect my device with WiFi again and again but it doesn't connect ( this is a manufacturing defect as most of the ROG Phone 5 users are facing the same issue and also it is addressed by many of your Asus Authorised Service Centres and you also can check on Asus "ZenTalk" Community). I have send my device to asus service center on 19/Jan/2022 and they replaced motherboard of my device without my consent and IMEI also changed and i got it back on 8/Feb/2022 but now facing heating issues and refresh rate issues in short i dont like the performance of device and i want refund for that because i do not want to keep it.                               I have asus TUF FX504G (J8NRCX02N698337) and i was using it as my daily driver and for office purposed. Due to white pixels in my display i took my laptop to service center. They took my laptop for service and display replacement on 09/09/2021 and after a whole month they close my job sheet because they did not had the parts available to them. I chased them for two months and they registered new complaints everytime i called the customer care with no response or resolution.
                              After 2 months they called and told me that they have requested the required part and its in transit and i have to wait for 1.5 for it to be delivered after that they'll repair my laptop. its feb of 2022 now. i did not received any call or revert from their end so i called up to check the status and now they are saying that they cannot arrange the display and there's nothing they can do from their end now. i have intel 8th gen my laptop is not even old. i have wasted so much money on their brand and their product is useless to me in span of just 2 year. this is so unfair and disappointing. i used to recommend Asus to everyone and now thanks to their service, i will neither invest my hard earned money in this brand nor i'm going to recommend it to anyone.

                                So, I buyed laptop on 13 December 2021 from Asus Exclusive Store, Phoenix Plasio Mall, Lucknow, After 1 month o[censored]se, my laptop switched off automatically on 27th Jan 2022 and didn't switched on after trying many times, upon calling the gwalior service center they took 4-5 days to send engineer to jhansi which is so much time, then the engineer came on 2 February 2022, they weren't able to solve the problem at my home, so they took laptop along with them and told to deliver within 2 days, i.e 4th Feb, its 9th February today they aren't able to deliver it till now also they are saying will deliver in 2 days each time, I ask. Currently my Semester exam is also going on of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow, and I am facing a lot of problem without laptop, Please do immediate actions ASAP or I am going to take serious actions, against selling faulty product.

                                  Instead of receiving a working Asus Rog Rx 570, I instead received an Rx 570 which has the same Fan Overspeed problem which's exterior condition is also in much disarray. I have tweeted to Asus India's handle as well but I am running impatient due to the lack of time left in my warranty which I feel they are exploiting. My RMA replacement gpu serial code is J3VCINGM0223 and RMA Number is INHNN10026.
                                  I hope this gets resolved soon

                                    Gave my laptop a month ago for battery issue. At that time the laptop was in dead condition and specifically asked them to check the battery and if it's having trouble then replace the battery. They told me it will be ready in 5 days, after 5 days when I called them they told the lap is not ready, and to call after few days. It continued for one month and I'm in critical situation where my report work is pending can only finish after getting the lap. Still I waited patiently that the lap will be ready and can do my work without any disturbance. Yesterday they called to say my lap was ready, when I went there only they told that the battery is not replaced because of the situation like corona and blah blah blah.. still they said it's having some battery back up, they charged me 3500 for board service that Idk what for. Came to home and plugged my laptop untill full charge to check the backup and the right moment when I turned off the switch my lap went off. Basically now my laptop don't even have any back backup. Thanks to the service centre I wasted my one month just for nothing.
                                    For a company like asus if the service centres are like this irresponsible then it can gradually affect the value and trust towards the company and may shift to others.
                                    Truly I'm very disappointed with the service.

                                        My laptop got out warranty in November 2021 and in the first week of December the screen started flickering like a dish TV flickering. And eventually the display got damaged completely. When I asked in the service centre they said Display has to be changed.
                                        They changed the display bht still the issue is not completely gone.
                                        I never knew Asus products get damaged so early and there is no fix for it. Kindly look into this case as my new laptop isn't working and no one could fix it yet.
