I bought my Asus laptop notebook X505ZA in october2019. I'm having the worst experience with Asus. I trusted the brand name but it is not worth that's all I can say. as the warranty period is completed it started working slow day by day.i went to asus service center they said the keyboard has crashed(due to moisture) and motherboard is not working (the ASUS motherboard is very sensitive?...it got problem even when i didn't used the laptop much) they give me estimate of 30, 300 rupees and i bought this laptop for 30, 000 from paytm mall. Is this justified? they are making customers fool..?? right?? they sold the defective item on e-commerce site (paytm).and i was the unfortunate customer who trusted on Asus. After that i contacted many people around me who are using Asus. They are also facing trouble with their laptops. In the past 1 year and 11 months the laptop was only used for 50 hours maximum and this happened.It is the time to correct their fault. I'm very upset with all this. My laptop has very important research data. Please don't make me think that I wasted my money by trusting Asus.

    This complaint has been issued by me On 27 August and till now I have received no call.
    Service centre name : F1 info solutions and Compuage .

    I have an issue regarding the battery capacity of my laptop. There is no backup capacity for my laptop. cant use this laptop for one hour.The battery charge is reducing rapidly.So i kindly request you to replace my battery.

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Laptop

      The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought the laptop on 17 sept 2021.
      Every time when i play games the laptop crashes and game closes automatically. I have updated the driver and direct x to latest version, but still the issue persist.I hope ASUS India care about their customers and can under their situations.
      I require an onsite checkup asap from nearest service center.

        I have purchased Zenbook Duo UX481FL from Super computer Amravati on 4th of september 2021 as we unboxed the laptop after a day i noticed that the D key is not getting pressed as other key called the owner as laptop is in DOA warrenty visited the shop on and they promised the DOA in 10-15 days. after few days recieved the laptop again but this time the new laptop which were they giving as they claiming an DOA product was unboxed and there were visible signs o[censored]sage on the laptop but not they are refusing to give me new product and providing me an used laptop after arguing the shop owner they said to visit the service centre after visiting the service centre they also refused to provide me DOA as it passed the DOA period unbelievable things happen I have all proof against service center an also against showroom also videos an all pictures an call recording also available of this

            I purchased Asus Rog G15 Strix laptop on 4th of june. THe laptop didn't have serious issue except heating issue which wasn't serious enough.
            -On August 5 laptop got dead suddenly and wasn't opening. So, I immediately contacted asus support and they arranged a pickup of my laptop in nearest service center in guahati paltan bazar.
            -Later after contacting I found that without even checking the laptop they ordered power brick. But,...

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I bought Asus Laptop from Filpkart As on[protected]. I noticed screen bleeding issue within few months and immediately I made complaint to them As on 5th of Nov 2020 (1st Complaint), then they replied me to update drivers & apps, even after if the issue not cleared then make factory reset to my laptop. Then I gone through all the instruction given by them in mail, then also my laptop issue was not cleared, then again I made complaint to them. Then also they tried to tell me the same old story to me "to update drivers and apps", I told them I done it several times. Even after listening my query they were not ready to provide service and send technician also to check my laptop. After all contacting them several times, in the month of May 2021, I received a call from ASUS customer care and they agreed to send technician and they checked available nearest service center, but due to lockdown onsite or offsite service were not availed, then they told they'll provide service after end of lockdown . They weren't send any technician after lockdown, I tried to call them, same number which received call from before but it was not connected. I rose the complaint in this month, now they are ready to send technician but it is on chargeable basis. If now they are ready to provide service of my laptop after warranty period expired, why they were not ready to provide service to my laptop before the warranty period?. I'm requesting you sir/ma'am. It is my hard earned money and it is one of my dream to purchase my own laptop with own earned money. All I want free service from them and justice for this. I enclosed 3 attachments. 1. All acknowledgements contacted through mails, 2 Purchase invoice. 3 Out of warranty service mail. Thanking you, Naveen.

            Sorry to hear your situation. I don't understand why they are asking you to update drivers and do factory reset, when screen bleeding is a hardware issue and display need to be replaced. Asus has lots of engineers who doesnt have idea what they are doing.
            I am also in similar situation with CPU speed not reaching the speed as shown in specifications of laptop, not even for a second, but the engineers ignores that and say that everything is fine with my laptop and slow speed is normal. On complaining they shout that asus technicians are never wrong. My case is being dragged since 2 months too.
            Like what kind of scam is going on Asus.

            Though, I doubt it will make more difference. But worth a try. Can go for other methods like spreading your story to more places or lodge a legal complain too.

              I visited to the asus service centre bokaro for my screen colour issue as my laptop was in warrenty period. They didnot solve the problem
              and formtted my laptop without my permission or information.They used third party softwares and hit and trial methods for recovery and now The service centre is saying that the data can't be recovered. I am in a drastic trouble due to asus. My files contained legal documents of my business, projects, Land documentations and many other documents worthing in lakhs. These documents are not just as important as they worthed but also missing of these documents will affect my personal life and my mental health. Due to the Negligence of ASUS or i can particularly say the asus service centre bokaro, My lakhs of amount and the irreversible legal agreements and documents will be lost in a jiffy.
              I request the Asus company to please take this concern in a very serious manner and backup my data without any chance otherwise I will be in a very drastic trouble.

              But not a single step was taken for the resolution. This complaint site is just showing cases resolved without doing anything for just their fake approach.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                With reference to your reply, as per your technical team, the faulty camera is not covered under warranty. I purchased an ASUS VIVOBOOK laptop on 19th march, 2021 and I am facing a camera issue from the march onwards. I was trying to contact you but due to covid pandemic, I was unable to reach you due to unavailability of customer care. It means the camera of the laptop was defective when I purchased it. Ideally, the laptop should be provided to the customer after quality check procedures. Then where is the responsibility of the Asus team to provide a tested product. Asus has provided a laptop with a defective camera.

                After so many attempts, somehow we are able to communicate with Asus customer care and raised the issue so many times having complaints no.s A[protected]-0001, 0002, 0003., 0004 and 0005, A[protected]- 0006. As per their instruction, we performed all the troubleshooting steps but the issue did not resolve. We have been in touch with you about the camera issue since we purchased the laptop and now you are saying that it does not come under warranty & we have to pay for it.

                If the camera is not properly working, it’s the responsibility of the Asus team to resolve the customer’s issue. Presently, my laptop is also under warranty now you are asking for Rs 1922/- for replacing the camera. Then what is the meaning of warranty? If the asus team is providing a defective laptop and even if any customer will face any issue, it's your moral duty to provide services free of cost.

                It’s a very bad experience with you and I never recommend anyone to purchase an asus laptop anymore.

                  Asus 6z battery replacement isnt available in Karimnagar authorised Asus service center. I want to sue Asus for not providing minimum required service ie battery replacement for customers.

                      I had submitted my laptop in Nehru Place service centre - New Delhi (Devika towers) on 18th Aug 2021 with the only issue of display and everything else was working fine (INIHM80361)
                      The team somehow fixed it and I went to pick it up on 4th Sep.
                      However, while testing the same in the service centre, the function keys were getting auto enabled & disabled.
                      Initially the team tried to hide this from me but after a debate, they admitted that the issue occurred while they were fixing the screen.
                      I was being told that they have messed up with the keyboard and I should bear the cost to get it repaired.
                      I left the laptop for them to repair the keyboard issue.
                      On my 2nd visit on 11th Sep the issue still prevailed but the team said it will go away after windows update.
                      However, when I came home, updated the laptop and tested the same, I am still facing the same keyboard issue.
                      This is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

                        In years dealing with various laptops and customer services, Asus has by far been the worst. I have been having one problem with the laptop that is build quality problem in the laptop. But the customer service refuses to fix it under warranty, because they found an unrelated keyboard key broken( which I don't even want fixed) . And now they put the whole complaint under physical damage and refuse to give services under warranty. If any potential buyers are reading this. DO NOT buy.

                            This laptop is crap
                            There is a problem since i bought it. It automatically turn off
                            And also in past 3 years it became too slow it has i5 with 8gb ram
                            And Also body condition is too bad cracks and paint removed from edges
                            I just wasted 50k ₹ on this crap

                                I have asus laptop. From the date of purchase i am facing hanging, freezing issue i went asus service center to extend the ram in my laptop, before installing that i asked for Compitability in laptop for ram then i bought ram & get installed in laptop from asus service center which nearby me, when i got installed ram from this service center they missed one screw to install in it but i thought let it be, then i searched online rating of this service center which is only 2 star out of 5 star, centr created many problem to me nobody behaving good, they shout every costomer, they have mentioned wrong number on the job card, i am trying to call them to ask status of repair laptop but nobody is picking call. They all staff always dont behave good with customer, as we know that every company have priority of customer satisfaction which asus doesnt have which i felt, i am feeling its manufacturing defect in laptop, its been 1 year and it has motherboard issue and how can be possible in a new laptop suddenly motherboard issue occur and i have not used this laptop ruf n tuf, it has been rarely used only 10 times in a year, Service centr taking many days to repair laptop and giving excuse of part is not available its been 21 days, i want justice or clarification still laptop is hanging please audit inside the service centr what is going on there and i told them this issue that you had mised screw so pls install it but they saying we will not do this, which ram i got installed by paying service charges 800 something but without informing me they have uninstall ram and saying we will not install this ram again you have to pay for installing and if i have already have paid so do i need to play, they have damaged body of laptop screen frame not getting fit. If my laptop had problem with motherboard so why they opened screen, i think manager is not managing this service centr in right way something is going wrong inside and each and every customer is not satisfy from the service centr, every one is confused to get service or not from this service centr because there are many customer those who can only visit this centr, they dont have any option because of this manager is taking benefits that every customer is bound to come here. so, please help me out, if my issue is not get resolve then i am gonna raise this in CONSUMER COURT, will call police at service center to resolve my problem.

                                  Sir, I have purchased Rog Phone 5 and got delivered on 2nd May and after using it for hardly 2 months and few days I got a hardware problem and problem was that its hotspot and wifi weren't turning on and after complaining they told me to visit service centre and the nearest one was 80 km. And, after visiting there I got to know that, specifically that Asus service centre was a fraudster and even they tried scamming my unit which was of rs. 50, 000 and visiting and returning cost me around 1, 500 and again after complaining to Asus they said to visit our nearest service centre which is in Dhanbad and it is around 125km from my location but after convincing my parents I got permission to visit Dhanbad and visiting and returning cost me around 2, 000. And finally, I reached the Asus service centre which is in Dhanbad. However, they helped and guided me a lot but they consumed more than a month to fix this issue and it was around 41 days but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the issue and after complaining again to the Asus call centre they provided me complete replacement of the unit. And, when I unboxed the new unit in the service centre it all worked fine in between I just checked the device from the outer not internally and after reaching home when I placed the sim in sim 1 slot I was shocked that sim isn't working then I placed that same sim in other brand phone and it worked fine and suddenly I got an update and after updating the device I got the same issue of wifi hotspot problem not turning on and because of that my parent's rebuked me a lot and even gave 2-3 slaps as they have right because they have purchased this phone as per my demand to use not to always submit in the service centre. And, literally sir I hadn't slept for the last 2 days because of depression due to this worst phone and sir we belong to a middle-class family, not from the richest one. So, sir now only the thing I want is the refund and nothing more than that or else I will do something which you can't think too because of depressions.

                                  So, sir just I will say one thing please take your unit back and return my money or else I can't say what I will do to myself...

However, they helped and guided me a lot but they consumed more than a month to fix this issue and it was around 41 days but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the issue and after complaining again to the Asus call centre they provided me complete replacement of the unit. And, when I unboxed the new unit in the service centre it all worked fine in between I just checked the device from the outer not internally and after reaching home when I placed the sim in sim 1 slot I was shocked that sim isn't working then I placed that same sim in other brand phone and it worked fine and suddenly I got an update and after updating the device I got the same issue of wifi hotspot problem not turning on and because of that my parent's rebuked me a lot and even gave 2-3 slaps as they have right because they have purchased this phone as per my demand to use not to always submit in the service centre. And, literally sir I hadn't slept for the last 2 days because of depression due to this worst phone and sir we belong to a middle-class family, not from the richest one. So, sir now only the thing I want is the refund and nothing more than that or else I will do something which you can't think too because of depressions.

                                    So, sir just I will say one thing please take your unit back and return my money or else I can't say what I will do to myself...
