I have bought a Asus ROG Strix Scope NX TKL Mechanical keyboard on[protected] and after 4 months the Left Shift key stopped working. I gave it to service center i.e. TVS Electronics Ltd. in Hyderabad on[protected] and on[protected], I received a call saying that the service center that I have submitted my keyboard doesn't deal with the peripherals. It was only meant for laptops, gaming towers etc. They should have notified me sooner or on the day of submission itself. I received the keyboard back and proceeded to give it to correct service center i.e. RP Tech in Hyderabad. I gave the keyboard there on[protected] and since then whenever I call service center or Asus customer care and ask them about the keyboard status, they tell me to call each other and then they say that the given model is out of stock. But the very same model was available Amazon. I have been oscillating between service center and Asus Customer Care since then. Please need help.

    Had registered a complaint with Asus on 7 October 2023 for laptop not switching on. Requested on site service for my laptop for which the a technician visited who without any diagnosis for the issue said Asus needs to be contacted and left without any solution.
    Did not receive any communication from Asus for the next 10 days.
    I called repeatedly to the Asus customer care for which I was always told that my issue has been escalated and I will receive a call from a senior Asus authority. I never received a call back from any senior authority inspite of calling 8-10 times to the customer care. Never was I connected to a senior Asus authority who represented the company and had authority to make decisions.
    My case was abruptly closed asking for money to repair my laptop inspite of it being in the warranty period without any communication for the reason the repair was not covered in the warranty. Even after the case was closed I called in the customer case asking to talk to an Asus authority. Again no call back was received.

    No proper procedure was followed for my complaint and i require help so that my laptop is repaired free of cost because of it being under the warranty period

      Customer care is not providing me service i raises complaint on 30 october still no action taken to fix my laptop. I laptop is on warranty still they are not providing me service and not giving me proper answer.

        I Have purchased ASUS VIVO BOOK PRO 15 on 10th Sep 2023. it was a gift to my son who has started his UG course this year. The laptop crashed multiple times when power is switched on. I have escalated the same to service centre and they mentioned "Mother Board Has to be replaced". when w have not used the laptop, then why do laptop needs to be repaired instead ASUS should REPLACE the faulty LAPTOP. Customer care has been closing my tickets without my consent and has not sorted till date. i have made multiple calls and no solution has been granted to me till date.

          Bought Zephyrus G14 & added ROG Gladius lll mouse from asusrpomo website but received ROG Strix Impact mouse instead.
          Raised concern on 6th Sept. & was informed that they didn't have the correct item in stock so they sent another mouse.
          I confirmed that i don't need the alternate mouse as it of lesser value that what i ordered.
          Asuspromo support confirmed on the same day 6th Sept. that reverse pickup will be arranged followed by a refund.
          I have done multiple emails, calls but still waiting since a month just for reverse pickup.

            Hi, I submitted my ASUS Laptop model Vivobook 15 X510UF (S.No N7NRCX09398330D) at an autherised Asus service center (SPK Services) in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, 520010 for repair.
            They mentioned that battery must be replaced with new one as the existing battery is draining fastly. We agreed to that and asked them to replace the battery. We paid the complete cost of the new battery and also the service charge. Now just after one day after battery replacement, the battery is draining super fast and complete battery level dropping to 0% from 100% in just 2 hrs.
            The battery life for this laptop model is 8 hrs as mentioned in specifications and also after replacement of battery with new one(X510 BATT/BYD PRIS/B31N1637), there is no improvement. When asked to service center people they are saying the new battery charging duration time will 2 hrs only. When showed the proof as 8 hrs duration time they were so careless and were saying it is a fault from ASUS company parts. Why is the company providing faulty parts and please take proper action on your autherised service center people.
            There is also an issue with few of the keyboard keys which stopped working after the service done, which worked fine before the service. They did not even notified as about this issue during handover or even while repairing. When we asked they are saying something else.
            Please look into this battery issue and resolve as soon as possible and kindly take some serious action about the autherised service center mentioned above.

              I have submitted my Asus ROG Phone 3 on 9th of August on authorised service centre Bhopal, But they did not provide me original Asus jobsheet they said Your product is out of warranty, So this jobsheet you will receive, I asked them to give the RMA number but they did not provide About this I told everything to Asus by calling on 10th of August, And they did not help my phone has been disassmbled assembled for the 7th time by the service centre they were keep replacing the local display on my device, I continued complaint on Asus official regarding of it, And now my phone life is nothing and I connected with the woman name Anita Dsuza and I told everything to her, But they are not helping they supporting their service centre, And they saying you have nothing to prove it., Am I fool saying from 10th of August that Your Asus authorised service centre has done this with me, If your Authorised service centre will do like it, Where will I complaint, Asus official, but they also promoting to their service centre they do not have any careence for their customer

                We purchased a new Laptop Model name- ASUS VIVOBOOK PRO-15 ( S. No. N9N0CX01Y43836D) on 31st March, 23 through Flipcart ( Invoice No. FAEUP J[protected])

                After just 4 month use, it stopped working on 17th Aug, 23 and complaint was raised next day ( Ser No. A[protected]-0003). There were no response from company till 24th Aug??

                When called on 24th, got message from Customer care that, it may take again 20-30 days to get it corrected with new parts..

                What kind of service you are providing, I am shocked and surprised?? Does it should take 1 month to resolve the issue for a new purchase???

                With such a big name, I purchased and spend 65K and feeling as trapped and disappointed very much.

                Just wanted to know, what action you are going to do to get me the product ???

                    Delay in Processing DOA for Defective product and laptop replacement is getting delayed by Flipkart

                    I purchased the product on 3rd Aug 2023, received on 4th Aug and found battery charge issue on 4th and raised return request in Flipkart.

                    Service request was raised for technician visit on or before 18th Aug but Asus took 13 days i, e, on 16th the tech visited and unable to fix the issue.
                    Later I came to know the product was out of warranty and also I am waiting for getting DOA cert...

                    On 17th July 2023 I saw a blue spot on my oled screen. I straight away captured its picture and registered a service request to Asus. I then packed my laptop with utmost care and didn't even touch it until the next morning when a technician arrived at my site. When he opened the laptop he found a crack and the blue spot was increased in size. Mind you the crack was only in the area where there was a bleu spot and there wasn't even a single crack on the whole laptop. When I explained my problem to asus team again. They said that they have escalated my case and the internal team will call me in 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours but I did not receive a clarification from the internal team. I called Asus again and asked them about my case. The representative just said that it is a physical damage not covered in warranty. When I told him that I had given a full explanation of my case and they even have a proof that there was no crack on 17th july when I first sent the picture of my oled display on there live chat. He said that I'll again escalate your case and asked me to wait again for 72 hours. I waited but as there was a weekend 72 hours turned into forever. I received a mail from Asus saying that it is a physical damage and I would have to pay for the same without any clarification on my explanation of the broken screen. The screen was intact up until 17th of july but it had a crack the next day because of some design flaw and not any mishandling from my side. I haven't received a single call from the internal team and they are also not replying to my e-mails. I am attaching pics from 17th july and then 18th july. You could clearly see in there that the cracks are only at the part where there is a blue spot. I also tried connecting to their ceo helpdesk but have received no intimation from their side.

                      Worst After Sales Service

                      It has been only a month I bought the Rog x13 expecting Asus to provide a good laptop. The keyboard I get is a busted one. One keypress and it just keeps typin the same key non stop. Keypress delays most of the time. The bluetooth dies says there's no bluetooth in the system. And to make things worst, WiFi just didn't connect starting today. I really expected Asus to be compatible than the MacBook or any. Seems like I'm wrong. Not only the product, my warranty extension has been delayed over a month due to your faults, ASUS. I made the payment on the perfect time and yet this is how you repay your customer. Thank you Asus.

                        Heat causes marked redness and discolouration on my palm. Sometimes it will give a blotchy appearance, which will appear as toasted skin. Mild itching and burning sensations on the affected area. I'm on medication with a dermitologist. Everything is very close.

                        I am a loyal customer of this brand, and my residence is in Gurugram, Haryana. I recently purchased a laptop from one of Asus stores, Asus Exclusive Store Maak Electronics Delhi. But the experience was not as pleasant as it should have been. Even I, myself, would be glad if I didn’t have to write this complaint letter. But here I am, complaining a bunch about a laptop that I just bought on March 6th from an Asus store.

                        Of course, if it is any consolation for you, I actually managed to work the whole last week on this laptop, but, for some mysterious reasons, the laptop is acting up. However, the most frustrating part is that it doesn’t work sometimes. By the way, I went to Delhi to buy a laptop because it was not available here, and I drove about two hours to get to your store twice. Besides, I also paid a good price to purchase this laptop, and therefore, the last thing that I ever expected from this laptop was to act like this.
                        I purchased it on March 6th, late at night, so I used it on March 7th, and I found heating problems and lagging, as well as speaker crackling. The battery never charged completely; it stopped at 97%. And drain off 100% to 10% in 130 minutes. I immediately contacted the seller, who asked me to make some setting changes, which I did for two days.
                        I’m very surprised to see my new Asus Space Edition laptop open up in front of me and start repairing. It's only a week old and needed so many changes. Even that did not work out.

                              I bought their flagship model phone almost 2 years back and I had multiple complaints back to back. During first year, the phone rejected my sim card and as it was under my warranty period it was repaired.
                              Recently on 25/04/2023 I summited my phone to the service center as my wifi and hotspot was not working all of a sudden.
                              They checked and replaced my board as it was some board issue and received my phone on 28th at Chennai, f1 solutions.
                              I checked my phone on that day and every thing was working fine until today. All of a sudden my vibrator started acting funny and stooped working half day.
                              As a flag ship phone over 50, 000 rs, The issues building up is absolutly ridicules. Every time it is not possible to give the phone to the service centres and wait for a week and spend money out of my pocket. Build quality should be not this bad for a flagship level phone.

                                I am writing to you regarding the laptop that I purchased from your website on 25th September 2022, with the serial number M7NRCX00R786268, which was delivered to me on 29th September 2022. Unfortunately, I have been facing a persistent issue with the laptop screen flickering for the past 7 months.

                                I have contacted the ASUS service team multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, they have not been able to fix it. I have tried everything that they have suggested, but the problem still persists. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, as I have not been able to use my laptop properly for the past few months.

                                Given the length of time that I have been experiencing this issue, I do not want any further attempts at repair. I would like to request a replacement for my laptop with a new one that is free from any defects or issues. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the situation.

                                I would appreciate it if you could process my request as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is any further information that you require from me to expedite this process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
