I am very sad to write about this, that I have sent my Motherboard (ASUS-Z270F) for a VGA issue repair to [Asus Service Center, Near Natraj Cinema, Behind Capri Trade Centre, Dehradun].

He told me that its costs 3200 for repair, I said OK & pay Rs. 3200 via UPI. When motherboard reached me after repair, motherboard have the same issue of VGA. I called Mr. Rahul and inform him that my motherboard still has the same problem then Mr. Rahul told me that put any another processor in it and then re-check again. So, I change the processor but motherboard have the same problem. Then he said that send the motherboard again with your processor and RAM so I sent the whole kit including core i5 7th Gen Processor, corsair 8GB DDR4 RAM, WD M.2. 256 GB SSD and Asus Z270F Motherboard. When the courier reached him, he told me that your motherboard is physically damaged and it can’t be repaired. he also said that the box is broken by courier service and he sent me pics of motherboard and its box (attached all necessary photos). when I asked him that are you doing the unboxing under CCTV he said yes and when I asked him to show me the footage o[censored]nboxing that motherboard is broken in box, he said No and said the I am sending it back to you. I lodge a complaint against him on ASUS Care Support and DTDC courier too on 14.10.2021 and in two days DTDC courier send me the copy receiving of box in healthy condition at Asus Service Center, Dehradun. And when I asked him that why you received a damaged box by the courier service, you might denied for receiving a damage box. He did not answer. I have all chat history and conversation call recordings. That motherboard is damaged by them. and its a month passed and all the time when i called to asus costumer care all executives told me the same thing that our team is working on this and the concern team will contact you an next 72 hours and provide a solution for this. Kindly look into the matter seriously. He is ruining the prestigious image of ASUS. I have sent him Rs. 60, 000 components of my PC on behalf of ASUS not Mr. xxxxxxx.

    Hello...

    I brought my new ASUS X515 laptop in the month of October 2021. My laptop is restarting frequently and producing sound . Heat is also coming from my laptop . I searched on internet but i couldn't find any solution for my problem. It's been only one month since i brought my new laptop. I'm requesting you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I brought ROG Flow X13 from Asus India website on 20th oct 2021. On 26th oct 2021 it got delivered. There is some battery issue with the laptop. Asus have a policy of 7 days exchange if laptop found faulty. I raised a request for exchange on 28th oct 2021 via phone call. I have been told some trouble shooting over phone which didn't worked. That's how they wasted my next two days and I have to contact them 4 times and request and exchange. Eventually they said someone will visit my place from service center in next 72 hours and will check what is wrong with the laptop. If he find something not fixable then exchange will be done. Technician came on 2nd Nov and he assured me that the battery issue is rectified. Next day, 3rd nov, same problem, I called the technician and he answered that he already closed the service complain made by me and now he has to open it again. He said this can be only done on monday 8th nov because of Diwali holidays. Today I got an email from Asus, stating they have called me. I called them on their service number to get an update and they informed me that now my laptop is beyond 7 days policy so I wont get exchange. All they can do now is send someone to my place and replace the faulty parts free of cost. Why I will live with a refurbished product when I brought a new one ? Also its not my fault that their working is so unstructured or they deliberately made this laptop pass time so they can cheat me.

            I purchased the above subject laptop from Flipkart on 28th OCt. It got delivered on 30th Oct 2021. The parcel of the laptop was as if from a cement factory. After unpacking I switched on the laptop, there was no response. I charged it for an hour and again I switched on it, again no display response. I raised a complaint with Flipkart. No proper response. Then again I raised a complaint directly with ASUS the response is the same, that is no response so far. It is almost 5 days gone with zero response for my concern.                 I've purchased an Asus vivobook 14 for ₹ 35990 last year and it is under warranty till 12 November 2021 and on 24 October it just gone dead and is not getting started so I contacted company and they asked me to visit service centre where they asked for ₹25000 and company also said I've to pay for getting my device repaired which is under warranty so I filed a complaint against this in National consumer helpline and then Mr Amol a representative of Asus contacted me offered me 30% discount for repairing my device but I want it to be repaired for free as it is under warranty.
                Hope company understands and I'll be given proper service or I'll file a legal case in District consumer commission for this sort of after sales service and for charging me huge amount for repairing of a under warranty product.

                    I will start from starting
                    My laptop is in warranty so I think I must me get benefit of warranty so I placed a on side service from asus and they arrange the service then they promise me engineer will visit within 2 to 3 days but he doesn't visit but after 3 day I called them they give me information that we will visit you today . After then at that day engineer visit
                    And check my laptop and he doesn't get any problem so I told him that please format the laptop but the laptop do not get format he told me that will not repair here but fir he have knowledge then he must know that if he attaches the adaptor it will be format properly then he told me I am going please take this job sheet when I will come I will take it from you he told me that your laptop will be delivered within 2 to 3 days so i wait for 2 to 3 days 3 days I call to customer care that where is my laptop they told me your laptop will be delivered after two days it is in under progress so kindly please date after waiting for 5 days I'll call again to customer care service that please hand over my laptop they told me that your SSD is not working it's not from service center the information that I get is from calling center then I have asked them when your engineer visit my home all test are pass there is nothing problem scene in laptop then after you receive my laptop why there should be a problem of SSD. they do not have any answers so I have complaint so many times will customer care service that I have this problem that my SSD has been get not working but at my time when laptop is with me it is properly working after that they told me that we have please and new SSD as an order you can get your laptop after giving that SSD we can deliver your laptop as soon as possible so I wait for total 15 days then 15 days they told me that your LCD is also not working and it have flickering so LCD cable would also be change they do not ask me that we should change the cable of lcd or SSD at that time also the information that I am getting from its my own struggle from customer care service 18 days I received my laptop then I noted that the LCD screen is changed also then I asked to engineer why change the display they say we see some problem that's why but again as I told before at my time when I have my laptop at my home it is properly working there is no problem and engineer also said that there is no problem in your laptop so why should they change my LCD and SSD again ask the engineer that what have you done with my laptop told me LCD screen change and SSD then I ask net please mention on the job sheet he declined but still I again said that please mention in the job sheet then he mentioned in the job sheet that SSD and display change and then he went to his service centre after 2 days I call to customer care service that what has been done on my laptop they told me only LCD changed . So I want a case file on them let why should they kept my laptop for 20 days if they do not change the SSD and if they change their SSD why record has not mentioned it and it is now my laptop is out of warranty and I also want I warranty my warranty date is 25th September 2021 last so I decided to buy a new warranty but at that time my laptop is not with me as the laptop is in under progress by the engineers on 24th so I want all solution from Asus from the higher teams of the Asus it is confirmed that the wrong information and mis guide has been done and done the fraud
                    It's So serious case so kindly please make sure to pay proper solution

                        I have submitted for my phone which is under warranty to ASUS Service center for Repair on 20th of September 2021.
                        Initially it was told that my phone would get repaired in 10 days and ill receive a call from the customer service center.
                        After 20 days i got an email i.e on 8th of October that the spare parts for the phone is not available and as my phone is under warranty i would receive a new phone.
                        But as of today i.e 26th of October 2021 i havent received any update on the issue.
                        Everytime im calling the customer service they are telling that they have no clue when my phone would get delivered.
                        As a customer who paid 50000 for a phone im concerned that for a company as big as ASUS has no responsibility towards their customer.
                        I tried escalating the issue to their higher management but it seems that are not at all bothered to provide any update or give a call back to discuss the issue

                            Hello,

                            I've been having an issue with my ASUS laptop since 15th May, 2021. On this date, i called up tech support and troubleshooting was done where it was suspected to be a hardware issue. I was promised an on-site tech service. But, no warranty service has been given till now and i just keep waiting. I called the company's tech support numerous times (about 13 times to be precise) since May up until now, but no resolution has been given as yet. I have been told that the on-site tech would come and that the issue would be taken care of, but they've been telling me this for the past 6 months and i have never been called for the after sales warranty service whatsoever. The laptop in question was brought brand new in the month of November 2020; so it was working fine for only about 6 or 7 months; followed by ASUS's inability to fulfill their manufacturer's on-site service warranty that came with the system.

                            Please help me look into this issue as i badly need the system to function for my online classes. Please do not hesitate to get back if you should need more details and i will be glad to comply.

                                Maine ASUS ke yaha ka sabse premium phone ROG 5 august me purchase kiya tha ek mahina bhi nahi hua ASUS ke update ke wajah se phone dead ho gya fir maine usko service center pe diya aur wo log bole ki aapko ek week ke andar phone handover kar diya jayega lekin aaj tak phone nahi diye aur phone karne pe wo log phone nahi receive karte aaj tak ki sabse ghatiyaa service lagi mujhe maine aisi service kabi nahi dekhi aaj ke baad mai ASUS ka product apni life me kabhi nahi khridungii aur na kisi ko suggestion dungii ki wo ASUS ka product khride aur agar ASUS naam ka kutta bhi hoga toh mai nahi lungii #boycot ASUS from INDIA

                                  Please be informed that this was the biggest mistake on my life that I purchase Asus Laptop, I will never recommend anyone to come into Asus's scam, please don't buy this pathetic product even the worst service ever, the are having IT technician who is having B.Com back ground, executive came to me, did something for the system and went away after saying "it will be fine in 5 hours", today it has been a week, nothing happened, Mr. Ramesh I am going to court against you. maybe then my issue will be resolved

                                    Respected Sir, Sir maine ASUS ROG 5 phone august me purchase kiya tha aur ek mahine bhi nahi hua unke update ke wajah se motherboard khrab ho gaya aur phone dead ho gya fir maine 16th september ko phone delhi ke service center (TVS Electronics Ltd. 10A devika tower building no.6 Nehru Place, New Delhi) me diya unhone maximum 1 week me dene ko bola tha fir 10 days ke baad unhone bola ki aapka phone replace ho jayega kyuki parts available nahi hai lekin aaj tak phone nahi mila aur us phone me humare sare important documents the jiska humeh backup banane ka bhi time nahi mila aur ye unke yaha ka sabse premium phone hai aur service center ke taraf se koi response nahi milta aur phone bhi nahi receive karte. Sir please koi action uthaiye ASUS har customer ko harassed karte hai after sale of products.

                                      I purchased Asus VivoBook 15 Core i3
                                      7th Gen - Laptop from Flipkart having one-year warranty @₹ 23140.00.
                                      I sent the laptop to be repaired under ASUS warranty thinking they would honor their warranty and fix the issue.
                                      They revert to me asking to make a payment of ₹ 23744.47 since bottom case damage and mainboard liquid logged.

                                      First of all their statement “mainboard liquid logged” is baseless. The mainboard of a laptop is packed inside the compact body of the laptop.
                                      And every system is designed in such a way that it is fully resistant to such issues. And one single drop of water managed to reach the
                                      Center of Mboard without touching its all complicated circuit and other components. if it is only based on prediction then why can’t
                                      It is because of Moister or humidity

                                      Now the question is how could the price of one part (mainboard) is more than the whole actual cost.
                                      Does it mean that the original Mbord shipped with the laptop was a temporary kind of or defective quality and
                                      Now they are going to replace it with the original/ Mboard which costs 23744.47.
                                      And remaining items of laptop like scree, ram, disk, processer, etc was valued less items, they Cost nothing. Or since this laptop had some discount offer that’s why the actual Motherboard which was there,
                                      It was a defective or rejected part that’s why it was available for less price?

                                      I asked the same question but did not get any reply .and they continued asking me to make the payment.

                                      Finally, I asked them to return that laptop so that I can at least put it in my home and probably use it as a paper weight
