Instead of receiving a working Asus Rog Rx 570, I instead received an Rx 570 which has the same Fan Overspeed problem which's exterior condition is also in much disarray. I have tweeted to Asus India's handle as well but I am running impatient due to the lack of time left in my warranty which I feel they are exploiting. My RMA replacement gpu serial code is J3VCINGM0223 and RMA Number is INHNN10026.
I hope this gets resolved soon

    Gave my laptop a month ago for battery issue. At that time the laptop was in dead condition and specifically asked them to check the battery and if it's having trouble then replace the battery. They told me it will be ready in 5 days, after 5 days when I called them they told the lap is not ready, and to call after few days. It continued for one month and I'm in critical situation where my report work is pending can only finish after getting the lap. Still I waited patiently that the lap will be ready and can do my work without any disturbance. Yesterday they called to say my lap was ready, when I went there only they told that the battery is not replaced because of the situation like corona and blah blah blah.. still they said it's having some battery back up, they charged me 3500 for board service that Idk what for. Came to home and plugged my laptop untill full charge to check the backup and the right moment when I turned off the switch my lap went off. Basically now my laptop don't even have any back backup. Thanks to the service centre I wasted my one month just for nothing.
    For a company like asus if the service centres are like this irresponsible then it can gradually affect the value and trust towards the company and may shift to others.
    Truly I'm very disappointed with the service.

        My laptop got out warranty in November 2021 and in the first week of December the screen started flickering like a dish TV flickering. And eventually the display got damaged completely. When I asked in the service centre they said Display has to be changed.
        They changed the display bht still the issue is not completely gone.
        I never knew Asus products get damaged so early and there is no fix for it. Kindly look into this case as my new laptop isn't working and no one could fix it yet.

          I hereby want to register my serious complaint against F1 Info Solutions and Services, an authorised service centre of Asus, regarding the service of my laptop. The laptop was first given to your service centre in the month of August, 2021 (RMA – INH3M80216, INH3M80358) and on 17th August, LCD issue was detected after diagnosis. Accordingly, LCD was replaced and the item was returned back on 10th September. After using for few days, I observed small white spots appearing on the screen, so went back to your service centre on 29th October, 2021 and handed over the item again (RMA – INH3MA0383). Subsequently, I was called on 22nd November, 2021 to take the delivery of the item. While checking the laptop at your centre, I found it to be working but the panel/frame on the right hand side was not set properly which I showed to the madam sitting at the reception. Post that she took the laptop inside and after some time I was told that the LCD had to be set properly again but since the concerned engineer had already left for the day, I was asked to leave it there. Subsequently, after many follow ups I was told that the LCD was not working even after changing the same and the matter had been forwarded to higher authorities for guidance. And on 30th Dec I was told for the first time that there was issue in mother board.

          Now, pls note that as per the terms of service, there is 90 days warranty post delivery of the unit after repair. In this case, the laptop was handed over to me on 10th September, 2021 and the same was resubmitted to the service centre on 29th October, 2021 for malfunctioning. Accordingly, it was very much within the warranty period. Now, when I have been told about some other issues, I am not going into the argument whether the said issue has happened due to mishandling of the unit at their end (as the LCD was absolutely working on the day I checked the unit at your office except the fitting problem of the panel/frame) or whether it was actually a wrong diagnosis. The fact of the matter is that whatever has happened subsequently, has happened when the laptop was in their custody. So I couldn’t understand on what basis they have mentioned that said service is chargeable and is claiming further cost from me, offering only a discount of 20%-30%. I have already paid for the LCD replacement charges as originally diagnosed and claimed by you, and since the same has malfunctioned within 90 days, the repair should be done free of cost. Also, pls remember that whatever has happened subsequently, has happened when the laptop was in the custody.of service centre.

          Accordingly, I want the laptop to be repaired on urgent basis without claiming any further cost fom me and hand over the same at the earliest as it is now almost five months that I first took the unit to your centre for repair. In case the same cannot be done, I want the money to be refunded back to me along with the laptop.

              Asus is scamming people with rog 5 phone gets dead by itself and they replace motherboard after that many other. issues arise i have submitted my device 4 times in a month they even don't provide replacement of refund

                Very Bad Experience in my life after buying "ASUS GAMING PREMIUM PHONE"

                I had given my Asus mobile premium phone to the Vashi service center for the Air trigger issue & camera blur issue.
                they return my phone after replacing the camera and installing software and downgrade firmware for the air trigger issue.
                and they assured me that the problem will be set right but they returned it but when I checked the problem still persisted again. They also facing air trigger issues while using my premium phone. but they return my phone and inform me need to contact Asus.
                Why do I need to contact Asus if my phone is under warranty? Is This Service center provides a service to ASUS customers?

                meanwhile, I return home with my phone and continuously followup with Asus from[protected] to till but no one gave me service under warranty.

                on 20th Jan 2022 I have received a call from Asus. as per her, I need to submit my mobile to the service center because RMA is not created. so I am asking her if RMA is not created why you are not updated after[protected].
                you are taking 17 days to inform me my RMA is not created. I am asking her a simple question what do you do in 18 days my issue. she is laughing at my question.
                The same day I visited the Dadar server center (F1 Info Solutions & Services PVT. LTD) after taking my leave from the office. but when I reached the Asus service center they do not accept my phone. they demand money to hand over my phone in the service center under warranty. same time I call "Anas" (Toll-free)
                and inform all issues which I am facing after visiting Dadar service center. "Anas" Asus (Toll-free) and service center person talk with each other but failed no result getting.
                "Anas" Toll-free person disconnects my call without completing any sentence. Is this ASUS Toll-free Service?

                again I dial toll-free no the same time and talk with Ishwar from Asus. as per him, I need to go home and they will update me within 72 hours. I ask a simple question how many 72 hours are taken already from[protected]? again the same reply from you.

                I am not using my phone for a month. also, I am taking leave to visit the service center multiple times. also, my warranty is expired after 26th Jan 2022.

                I just want to know ASUS is a Brand or Third class local brand? is this type of service you are providing to ASUS Premium Users?

                How many days did you require to resolve my Airtrigger and camera issue?

                The CEO feedback option is useless. I am multiple time complaint but no help received from their site also. Now I have no other option, I am going to share my bad experience with Asus on social networks.

                  Dear sir I had given my Asus mobile phone that was well functioning for change of battery to the service station in Rajkot after the battery got replaced the mobile started malfunctioning its volume key stopped functioning the mobile stop taking recharge the Wi-Fi connectivity became intermittent the Bluetooth too stop functioning I complaint it to the service station and they assured me that the problem will be set right but they returned it after two to three days the problem still persisted again complain to the service station and they took for the service again and again the problem continued again complaint the third time the third time they kept the phone for 15 days and they rang me up telling me that the problem has been solved completely but after receiving the phone the complaint still persisted. there has been no improvement or any repair whatsoever from the service station a well functioning phone has been totally damaged by the service station I request you to kindly look into the matter

                    I purchased ASUS TUF Laptop in December from Amazon. On 6th day of the purchase, I noticed issues with Bluetooth and WiFi. So I raised a complaint on the same day to Asus.

                    Asus told me that there is replacement option within Asus for 10 days and they will replace the laptop after verifying it. They said I need not go to Amazon for the replacement and Asus will do it.

                    It has been more than one month without replacement. They have already verified that the problem is present in the laptop and provided DOA letter. But they have not replaced the laptop. Amazon is also rejectiing the return because 7 day replacement is alreay crossed.

                      Bought the "Asus tuf A15 2021" version but received the "2020" version.
                      The laptop overheats and looks bad when compared to the 2021 version.
                      I bought item labelled as "2021" on September 2021 but still I have not received a response from Asus yet. It's been months and no one is looking into the case.
                      Selling the 2020 version on the name of 2021 is a scam. I could have gone for another laptop if I knew I'd be getting a 2020 version and would be scammed.

                            My complaint is about Rog5..the phone is not working since days..i even gave to ohone to asus service centre Tinsukia for repair but no changes occur..the phone is still in bad shafe even after giving it for repair for two times ..they (asus service centre Tinsukia) gives it back saying that the phone has been repaired but after few days it stops functioning ..and now thw condition of the phone has gotten worse..its in really bad shafe..the back cover that covers the battery has came off .. please help...

                              My name is Lakshya. On date 7dec 2021, I summited my asus ROG STRIX Laptop in customer care (nehru place). They say you can take your product in 2to 3 days. After 3days,
                              I call them but they hav'nt pick my call, so I call customer care of asus they tell your product will be repair on 16 dec . After that I once again call them they tell me your products part will be installed and sanitised in 2 to 3 days because of COVID regulations. On the date of 20th dec .
                              I call customer care service because I am not able get any response from service center.
                              Customer care give us other contact number of
                              Service center (PUNIT) then punit tell us he is going to resign so he tell us another number (WASIM) HE said that your information is not correctly summited in our server. You can get a call from us in 2 to 3 days . After 3 days when i call wasim he is not picking up and if he pick he put our call on hold for long time and he said i call you after 10 min but its never come.
                              Because of delaying and bad service from customer care and service center I am frustrated .
                              I am not able get my product status accurately
                              And this is my worst service in any company.

                                While replacing the display the service engineer not plug in the microphone cable, after that complaint for microphone that the microphone is not working, after 10 to 12 days they directly call me for service at home, and i ask them you didn't came to check what was the problem in my laptop and you're suddenly call me for service to replace the motherboard and they bought the motherboard in display box, and after replacement of motherboard microphone is not working and after that they again order the motherboard and and replaced it then also the microphone is not working then he again replaced the motherboard with older motherboard and again after some day your service engineer is came and bought a new microphone ASM of model ASUS ROG STRIX g531 which is lower version model of my laptop which is ASUS ROG STRIX G731GT, and open the bezels of display roughly and broke it, ( you can see on image) and after what i see the microphone cable is not attached by your service engineer this is the service that you provide to me and waste my time without any reason they replaced my adapter also, i get the new adapter because they order it and i know it from care center and then i call to the service center they say we not order the adapter sir, after that i say i talk to ASUS care center and they say me that my motherboard is not supporting the adapter that why the service center is requesting for the replacement of adapter and this scenario is not happened
                                Now tell me what to do, without any reason they replaced the motherboard they broke my bezel panel, they just removed the cover of the RAM. Also what to do now they just mess my laptop now i am so much frustrated because of your service. I really don't recommend anyone to buy asus laptop, i already decided to buy the asus premium laptop for my work purpose but now i'm not gonna buy the asus laptop

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                                  I bought ASUS computer/Laptop monitor ar Rs 8400 on 23 Jan 2021. Warranty support is till 10 Jun 2023.
                                  It has started flickering and stopped working. It is still under warranty so supported F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. They are not accepting it is covered under warranty. On top of that, they asked for Rs250 just to lodge the complain.
                                  Now they email me bill of Rs8437 for repair, whereas original cost is almost same.
                                  They appears to be only into money minting business. Please help.

                                    I bought this so called "premium phone" called ROG PHONE 5 on April-may 2021, it was working fine until i got an software update from asus official then all of a sudden the phone is dead and when i took the phone to f1 service centre, they told that the motherboard has been corrupted and took almost a month to repair by saying that the new motherboard should come from taiwan, and then in november 2021 starting i got another update from asus and then again my phone's wifi and hotspot stopped working and also 6000mah battery was discharging in less than 3 hours and yesterday I.e.. on DEC 6 2021, the phone's dead again, now again the service center people claims that its because of a faulty update and motherboard needs to be replaced, now only god knows when i will get my phone back, i am in lot of trouble as i am loosing the data again which is stored, these people are not taking the responsibility about the customer concerns, i dont want any new replaced motherboard, i just want my refund back as i am moving to new city in coming month and if again this problem persists to phone, i really dont know about that situation, i have mailed to every possible asus helpline, i am not getting ny proper replies. i hope i will get the refund.

                                      After just over a year o[censored]se of my Asus Zenbook 13 UX333FA, the laptop motherboard has a problem and the service center is saying the cost of repairs is Rs. 40, 000 which is completely unreasonable. Such a new product shouldn't have such big issues and I demand a refund or at least a heavily discounted price on the motherboard.
