I have been provided with 2 Axis Bank Travel currency cards by my employer when I went to Onsite some 7 years ago. At the time we were informed that the card is free for usage. Now i have received an email from the Axis bank informing me that i will be charged 5 pounds every year for inactive accounts. So when I contacted the customer care for the Card account closure, they asked me to go to the nearest branch for the card closure. But when i went to the branch office, they asked me to send an email to the ID, travel.[protected]@axisbank.com as they cannot close corporate cards. But when I sent an email to this ID, they again directed me to go to the branch to close the cards. Now I don't know how I can close the cards. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.

      I my name is Sumit laxman Naik I have a saving account [protected] at mazgaon Mumbai branch.My saving account was forcefully closed down by the axis bank on 14 July 2015 without any intimation.when I asked the questions for same at phone banking they told it will b activated within 4-5 working days by giving return application at branch.when I go to the branch the person name sachin denied for services and rudly behaviour attitude and told me to give application for same at phone banking operator.I wanted the same account because I was given the PF application (cancel cheque and bank details) which was likely to be transferred at my till 20 July 2015.So I request u to kindly solved my problem and activated the above account as soon as possible as I facing the problem for same.If there is any charges I m ready to pay for same.

        I am “Eram Fatima Asgarali Virani” one of customer in past in 2011 having a salary A/c. I got credit card on the same and was regularly making payments on it. Due to family emergences I have been abroad because of which I delayed the payment and my card got cancelled. It impacted my CIBEL as well but I understand that was my fault and irresponsibility from my family. I courtesy called Axis back as I did not wanted to just settle the card as I got that option of 10000/- however I wanted to pay that in full so that again my CIBRL goes well and I again can be a part of Axis bank customer base. Hence I was personally following up with one of your Collections supervisor and made payment of 19000/- and paid that card in full. I have the receipts as well along with me in April. Now its July and that still not has been updated nor I have received any NOC which I was promised. I been to couple to your branches but they are so lazy that they want me to call your customer service and when I call your customer service all the time either they disconnect, or your system does not work. I and been banking with ICICI since 2010 and still happy as their people speak about the brand and you guys don’t. I and also been complaining about the same to consumer forum with marking you guys an email. I hope you look into the matter and get me resolution asap.           Recently I logged into my internet banking and I saw that bank charged consolidated charge of Rs.775 and service tax Rs.102.from my account. To know what was i charged for i called mr jai from axis bank dombivili east branch, but he didnt picked my phone as he was aware of this fraudent, i tried calling him for 3days but he didnt pick my cal nor he replied to my message in which i have text him whole details, finally i reached the bank to enquire about the same. I talked to the branch manager and explained him that i was offered zero balance accont by mr. Jai from your bank, manager replied me therw is no such scheme of zero balance i will be charged for the same. Basically mr. jai axis bank employee made me fool for completing his month target. I opened current account in axis bank with a faith but now i would like to close my account with this bank god now what other charges this people will introduce to complete their target.

                The branch of axis bank basdhara I have taken loan of 7lakh fifty thousand and I have made a limit of 12lakh then they have putt 4lakh fifty thousand in my saving account they have not putt 4lakh fifty from last one year now they are saying you have to give 60 thousand for this how i can give its a mistaka of them not my.

                  As on[protected] i have made a money transfer of Rs.20, 000/- through my mobile, by instant pay money has been debited from my account but the beneficiary's account has not credited.who belongs to 'state bank of india' ti have been waiting since 24hrs, but till the money has been not credited to beneficiary nor to me.i went to the nearest Axis branch told about the situation, they were just concerned about their ac's and hot seat's thats it.not worried about the customers and their satisfaction.please am requesting you to find a solution to my problem and solve as soon as possible and and better try to complete the transactions next time without any failure.

                    Dear concern I am sanjeet kumar my credit card card no. ...6432 .i access amount pay to credt card by cheque amt-13000/ and also auto debit Rs. 12015/ in my saving account. but till date not refund . i already send mail with proof at 11 july but not any reply from credit card department .                       We would like to inform your good self that we have raised an housing loan from your Chd branch in tune of Rs. 36.00Lac on 04/12/14, on secruitny of our loan statement we observed that your Bank have charged Intt. from 22/11/2014, I requested so many times to your loan branch Chandigarh for refund of interst and I have personally telephonic talk with Mr. Tushar Officer at your loan branch who disbursed our loan on 22/11/2014 for acheiving the target of housing loan and latter on cancelled the same without our concent whereas we have raised the loan on 04/12/2014 vide your draft No.035063, 035065, 035064. Sir I being a resident of Patiala I have visited so many times to your Patiala Loan Branch but no gain I have also given arequest letter on 21/05/2015, and mail to Mr. Tushar dt. 21/05/2015 and 11/06/2015 again given an reminder on 15/06/2015, I have also mail to your RM Mortgage Mr. Ashish Pawar. and Mr. Rajan Sharma.nothing has been done till date.                         Respected Sir, This is to inform you that today(14/7/2015) around 7 p.m, i made a transaction from AXIS bank's ATM situated in lanka area( opp. BHU main gate) in Varanasi. I withdrew Rs. 1000/- and the ATM machine dispensed a defective 1000/- note. I am an account holder in Bank of Baroda, IMS-BHU branch and I used my BOB ATM card for the transaction from the AXIS bank's ATM. I humbly request you to look into the matter and take some effective action so that my monetary loss is reversed and I get 1000/- back.

                          I have been near jagatpura c2 plaza jaipur . i was in a rush to get some cash asap as i saw axis bank atm i moved there by the time there was already a line and all of them coudnt able to get money from your atm or any other case i got my chance to make my transaction as i enterd my pin in it i already sense something fishy because there was no security guard there furthermore your a.c was not working aswell by time i quickly thought to get 500rs. As per i just pressed enter your atm machine gone totally off and i got the meassge of credited 500rs from my bank i dont use axis «. I was just standing there like for 20 min. Your machine was still blank no response. So i thought lets try contacting axis helpine no. That was-[protected] i called them and asked for simple help instead of guiding me threwout the purpose youre callholder name "pavitra" just told me to contact my bank i told just give me a good feedback on this purpose about your axis atm just randomly turned off she didnt helped me on this i was so frustrated she was shouting by on me nice service guys good that i dont use AXIS BANK hopefully i got my money back by my bank . ill never use axis bank atm ever even ill advice my friends and family to not take axis bank services . Ill change my mind if you guys revert back on this matter .

                            Gunjan paliwal, Account holder of Axis Bank acct no [protected], bank debited my full month salary without any reason and prior notice. When i made a call to customer care they said bank have right to debit any amount from your acct due to credit card pendency I asked which credit card ? they said you were using in 2009 and swapped 23900 on dated 10-Oct-09, then I remember that axis bank credit card was miss placed and I lodged the FIR on same date. Then I asked to the person after 6 years how bank can debit my full month salary without any prior notice and without follow settlement process. Then they provide me the reference no 16144130. This is very unethical, first I lost my credit cards then someone had swiped from merchandiser with different voter card and pan card and now after 6 years suddenly bank arrived and deducts my full month salary. I am innocent I can prove with FIR/ NCR No- 1551/2009 police station Keshav puram which I got in 2009; I can give proof of that Fake ID which I got from merchandiser. Till 7-July-15, from bank I did not get any reminder any communication. I abide lot of bank pressure for that amount which I have not spent. I BELONGS TO MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY, I CAN’NT SURVIVE WITHOUT MY MONTH SALARY, IF BANK SENIOR PERSON, NODAL OFFICERS, HEADS OF OPERATION CARDS, HEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BANK OMBUDSMAN AND MORE LIKE CONSUMER COURT, RBI PUBLIC GRIEVANCE DEPARTMENT WHERE I AM SENDING REQUEST WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION THEN I WILL STEP FORWARD TO THE SUPREME COURT FOR GET ANSWER FOR THESE TYPE OF INCIDENTS. NOW I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST AXIS BANK BECAUSE DUE TO THIS INCIDENT I SUFFERED FROM LOT OF MENTALLY PRESSURE AND MENTAL TORTURE IF I MET WITH ANY TYPE OF MISS HAPPENING THEN AXIS BANK WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE AND TAKE AN APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS BANK. KINDLY HELP ME I NEED TO PAY MY BABY GIRL SCHOOL FEES AND FULL FILL MY DOMESTIC NEEDS. I WILL VERY GREAT FULL IF BANK WILL RETURN MY MONEY AND THEN TAKE FUTHER STEP TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT. NOTE: - PLEASE TAKE THIS MAIL SERIOUSLY I AM FACING LOT OF PRESSURE IN MY MIND AND ANY THING CAN HAPPEN WITH ME.                               I had a courier AWB # [protected] of Axis Bank Credit Card and it should reach to my address within 11th July and within this time I didn't receive a single call from blue dart regarding my address clarification. but its not delivered due to incomplete landmark of my address. Yesterday on 12th July (Sunday)got 4 missed call from [protected] and told me that my Axis bank letter is with him(Don't know his name ) . I just asked if you have courier then why you are giving missed call instead of call. that person returned my courier. Please provide me the full details where I can send the legal notice and ask for compensation.I was about received very Confidential letter from bank.                               I had been in chat support for more than 2 hours but its like agent will be with you shortly disconnected and tried again still the same worst service in private sector.

                              I was recommending to everyone once now i am fed up with their services
                              My axis Bank credit card not delivered, Blue dart delivery never tried to reach and contact me to deliver, but i got message it’s returned because o[censored]ndelivered

                                Issue: unsatisfactory support and guidance to close my personal loan. I visited the bank prior to closure, to enquire about documents to carry and informed that I am going to close the loan account by cash. As everybody knows now a days ppl visit online banking than branch. So we are not sure about the procedure in paying cash at bank. They didn't inform me to carry PAN card. I lost Rs.95+95 for delay in closure of account because I was not intimated to carry PAN card. We expect proper reply and guidance from staff and cashier. Unethical behavior by not responding to the queries I had from the branch officer & cashier, not considering query solving in a professional manner. Finally I closed my loan today 11-7-15 after following up with the bank for three days. Suggestion: Loan official should take full responsibility for their customer whether they are closing by cheque or cash. Along with the foreclosure document they should mention to carry PAN if closing loan by cash. It will surely help in customer clarity and satisfaction. Also officiers and staffs at Ambattur branch need to behave in a professional way to customers. I didn't face such issue while closing another loan in kodambakam branch. They were very friendly. Hope you can improve much better in customer satisfaction. Thanks, Ranjith

                                  hello, I am an old customer of axis bank.i have been granted credit card on my decent bank statement at bank. I have always being making payments on time. past 3 months my buisness suffered huge loses. then too. I am making payments.at least 5% of total amount. now calls are coming from dsa.speaking derogatory words and threating manners. I am really depressed and facing trauma.pls help me out. i told that lady m not running away I am making payments too .they hav started messaging my people regarding this she is threatening dat now u will have problems.so if some customer is unable pay as much amount she demands, that agency will act a s goon.expecting reply from your side. dsa number[protected] regards karan mishra

                                    Rs. 2000/- has been again debited from my account with a suspicious message to my registered mobile ([protected]) as stated in the subject line. I can not understand why unnecessarily the amount has been repeatedly debited from my account whereas I am a new customer to Axis Direct and still not purchased any product from your bank. I am very mush scared about it and think to shift my salary account from your bank as well. Previously the same thing happened as stated below: Rs. 499 is debited on[protected] under the head of AXISDIRECT/Q772788/[protected]/12 06 as a message in my registered mobile but at the time of opening this account I have been informed that no opening charges or other charges will be applied to my account and it is a completely free to open account. And as I know it supposed to be a free to open account so I am sharing my account details below with an attachment of my monthly salary slip (as directed) on having faith of Rs. 499/- will be credited to my account as refund.                                       We have an Axis bank credit Card since around a Year we have taken a few products on EMI bases of which we have paid EMI every month without any fail just this month we had delayed in making payment for which we were going to make payment on Tuesday 14th July 2015 as we reach back to our City only on Monday Midnight An axis bank Representative named - Michael called us spoke very rudely for the delay in payment made he even threatened us. We told him that we'll make the payment by Tuesday 14th being today Friday 10th we are out of station so we are not able to make the payment for which Michael tells us "You dont want to make the payment tell us that directly simply don't act as if your are going to make the payment and You are not a Vip or somebody that you should get extra time" (Translating The conversation from Hindi to English) I mean is this the way to talk to a customer? I have Credit Cards of SBI, HDFC too but none in my Entire Career of 40 Years have spoken this rudely to me. I would recommend people never to go for AXIS bank Credit Cards as the Representatives have no manners how to talk with a customer. I was even fine when he told me We'll file a Case but talking Rudely, Missbehaving with a Customer is this Right? I am anyways gonna make the EMI payment on Tuesday and will clear all future EMI's too and most probably surrender / terminate the card.
