[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Bank and Blue Dart Credit card shipment issue | |||
I had a courier AWB # [protected] of Axis Bank Credit Card and it should reach to my address within 11th July and within this time I didn't receive a single call from blue dart regarding my address clarification. but its not delivered due to incomplete landmark of my address. Yesterday on 12th July (Sunday)got 4 missed call from [protected] and told me that my Axis bank letter is with him(Don't know his name ) . I just asked if you have courier then why you are giving missed call instead of call. that person returned my courier. Please provide me the full details where I can send the legal notice and ask for compensation.I was about received very Confidential letter from bank. Even for me this happened
I had been in chat support for more than 2 hours but its like agent will be with you shortly disconnected and tried again still the same worst service in private sector.
I was recommending to everyone once now i am fed up with their services

My axis Bank credit card not delivered, Blue dart delivery boy neither reach not contact to me. It seems they have been saying they have attempted but in reality they are just lazy enough or don't want to come to deliver at my address !!
